On 14 th Aug I m traveling from Dharamshala to Delhi HP-63-2054, Timing 18:30, The stoppage where the bus stop to have food and get freshen up was worst.Food Quality was too bad place was unhygienic, The washrooms were in bad condition....

I want to register a complaint that I have booked two online tickets for Mehatpur from ISBT Tutikandi by online mode and ticket get booked but on arriving bus stand the booking counter employee says that bus didn't came today at 9 am and if you have online booking that you can call
[protected] helpline number but no one responding I want refund for my ticket please take strict action and please provide my refund for two tickets as wellbr...

The bus route pathankot to Delhi via Bhota. On dated[protected]. I stood in Bhota bus stand and waiting for Bus for long time.The Bus came at 7:10 pm. Dear hrtc department,
Your depot one of the bus is Jyuri Dharmshala bus... conductor misbehave on me...it has been reported by jyuri Dharamshala conductor misbehave and nonsense talk to me and these type of people do not accept that in hrtc department..And although when i heard that this conductor past he also suspend on joginder nagar depot...this people doesn't tolerate that on hrtc department...plzzz take a strict action against...

I boarded the bus at 6:05 A.M . Then he cut my ticket from Panoh to Una as per my station at 00:06:37 (Ticket No: 276512 Date : 24/07/23) . I have urgent work tomorrow at shimla so it is important for me to know the status of buses are going to shimla. Kindly look into the matter take proper action why they are not picking the call.

I regret to inform you that the bus journey I had booked on July 9, 2023, from Chandigarh to Rampur Bushahr using the Himsuta AC seater, encountered some issues. The bus number 63 was canceled for the Chandigarh to Rampur route and instead traveled only to Shimla. On date 04/07/2023 i was travelling from baddi to mehatpur. I said to conductor give me ticket of mehatpur. He gave me ticket of ajouli instead of mehatpur by saying that. We are not going through that route. Bus number HP-72A 9226 roue kalka-kangra.

Poor hrtc service provided in these depots in long routes. Most of the long routes buses to Bilaspur, Hamirpur and Chandigarh provide services on average 5 days a week and in the rest of the days public may have to suffer due to poor services from these depots. And in most of the cases these buses are late than their actual timing.
So I personally recommend everyone not to believe on these bus routes as you'll suffer a lot and it's...

First of all the conductor called us to come on the line when we pay for the ticket but he gave me only one ticket then after that he argue with us to repay for the ticket. Which is not our fault. I traveled from kangra to delhi on june 6, 2023 and get a ticket from HRTC counter but I found that including all the charges mentioned on the ticket my total fare is Rs.670 however the ticket clerk charged Rs.688 and written in hand writing. Why did't the total amount is printed on the ticket as well as not Bus number. It is very inconvenient I request you to please monitering the HRTC staff and intract good behavior with passengers...

On 17 june 2023 i sit on bus no 9738 from powerhouse. In bus the conductor took my ticket from boiluganj and i want to go petrol pump but the conductor took ticket from boiluganj to banuti i say conductor that in this there is loos of my money they he says its not my fault and laughing on me and also say that there is no value of 2 or 3 rs.
