Hi Team,

Bus number HP64 9864 from solan depot with route Shimla to Chowari.

I would like to bring your attention to this route as driver and conductor both dropped the passangers till Nurpur and denied to take passangers to Chowari and saying number of passangers are not much so bus will not go to chowari.

Earlier we can understand the concern of this route to not go to its destination because of landslides happening in monsoon but now can we know the reason why conductor and driver are not doing their duty instead of no hurdles in this route anymore.

Kindly revert ASAP, if will not get the resolution will escalate the matter further to the higher authorities and if needed will file a legal case because on bus display it was clearly mentioned Chowari and HRTC here cheated the passangers by dropping all passangers to Nurpur.

Appreciate your quick response in this regard.

    This is regarding bus number HP 68 6302 as I took a bus from Nurpur to Pathankot as firstly the bus driver and the conductor didn't stopped his bus in main bus stand why it is build when these people are not going to stop there. When we tried to stopped him they didn't stopped but anyhow we managed to stop them we just told ruko but the conductor misunderstood us and pick a fight with us there is a behaviour issue from his side.

    Secondly, the conductor didn't give me women concession why when the govt allows us why he didn't give me the women concession it's not his wish to whom he wants to give he will give upon his wish.

    Thirdly, when I took a ticket I clearly mentioned Pathankot bus stand but they simply drop us on road far away from the bus stand why though. When it is clearly mentioned these conductor and drivers are goons very disappointed. I need you people to take action against this.

      Regarding the bus number HP 68 6302 the conductor as first the bus I took from nurpur to Pathankot
      Drivers main role is to stop the bus in main bus stand firstly they didn't stop their bus in bus stand we took a bus from the road and when we tried to stop them conductor raised his voice on us as he misunderstood us he is having behaviour issues. There was a conflict very disappointed then you people are saying swagat h dev bhoomi m yh swagat h so upset very disappointed ☹️

      Secondly, the conductor didn't give me women concession why when the govt allows us why he didn't give me the women concession it's not his wish to whom he wants to give he will give upon his wish.

      Thirdly, why they didn't stop in main bus stand they just drop us on road in Pathankot when I told him while giving him the fair that the Pathankot bus stand why these people drop us on main road instead of main bus stand these bus drivers and conductors are goons, hooliganism.

        Dear sir
        Nowadays buses from kiratpur to bilaspur are plying through fourlane route bus bus fare is taken for old route. From kiratpur to bilaspur distance is approx 30-35 Km bus fare fare taken from me is Rs 135 and bus took only 53 minutes for the journey. For the proof I have attached ticket here. Kindly provide me the justification why bus fare has not been revised while diverting the bus route.

                On 14 th Aug I m traveling from Dharamshala to Delhi HP-63-2054, Timing 18:30, The stoppage where the bus stop to have food and get freshen up was worst.Food Quality was too bad place was unhygienic, The washrooms were in bad condition.

                  I want to register a complaint that I have booked two online tickets for Mehatpur from ISBT Tutikandi by online mode and ticket get booked but on arriving bus stand the booking counter employee says that bus didn't came today at 9 am and if you have online booking that you can call

                    The bus route pathankot to Delhi via Bhota. On dated[protected]. I stood in Bhota bus stand and waiting for Bus for long time.The Bus came at 7:10 pm. There is around 10-15 seats are vacant in the Bus.But inspite of that The bus conductor is not allowed to enter in the Bus without booking. I am going to Anandpur Sahib but conductor refused to take me.I also saw some local person who is under known the conductor to enter in the Bus but that time conductor do not raise any objection and allowed them to enter in the Bus. I am a banker and weekly travel by this bus.I also make request for travel by standing but conductor shows very dicourteous manner.This was very shameful.I requested you kindly look after the matter seriously and take needful action and reply the same.

                      Your depot one of the bus is Jyuri Dharmshala bus... conductor misbehave on me...it has been reported by jyuri Dharamshala conductor misbehave and nonsense talk to me and these type of people do not accept that in hrtc department..And although when i heard that this conductor past he also suspend on joginder nagar depot...this people doesn't tolerate that on hrtc department...plzzz take a strict action against this conductor and these type of people next tym will not misbehave like to others..

                        I boarded the bus at 6:05 A.M . Then he cut my ticket from Panoh to Una as per my station at 00:06:37 (Ticket No: 276512 Date : 24/07/23) . As at Jhalera village the bus checking happened there and as the bus can be late i requested checkers to check the bus while driving as i have to catch the bus from Una to Haridwar departure timing 6:35. As I have to go to kharar to my university so i have to reach on time. And conductor from outside speaks in harsh manner "To kya ho gaya" and then i said "sir kisi ki majburi hoti hai" and he says "I will call the office that not to departure the bus" i said good about that and stops and conductor start taking on me on high pace and he said "Tujhe tameez nahi hai" and i said "I have said sir to inspector and and uncle ji to conductor" I think this can define my character as he put fingers on my character and at the end he barks on me by yelling "Madarchod" I think this can define his character toward the passengers and my elder brother was also in bus he stops him for that and the conductor of "Dhillon bus- brown colour came on him also" and this has heated my sentiments with the services of HRTC and think that HRTC will take some strict action as such culprits are seen on daily bases who abuse passengers it is either private or HRTC buses in the state. And seek with due. and as i am a student and being traumatised by this incident and it affects my mental state. So I want HRTC to take action on such matters. I know 4 people who were there in the Bus with me who saw the whole incident as a witness.

                          Dear Sir / Madam,

                          I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction and disappointment with regard to the service provided by one of your HRTC buses and its conductor and driver. I would like to bring to your attention a serious problem which I faced during my recent journey on 20/07/2023 at 3AM on bus route Chandigarh to Guglara bus timing 07:10PM

                          As a regular and loyal customer of your transport service, I have always trusted HRTC Buses for their punctuality, convenience and dedication towards customer satisfaction. However, my recent experience has left me very disappointed and dissatisfied with the conduct of your bus conductor and driver.

                          They stopped the bus about 2KM before my intended drop point, without any valid explanation or prior notice. Saying that the bus will not go further, we have rest crane here because it was the last drop point, while earlier the bus used to stand at my drop point, even though it is also a bus stand, yet the conductor driver did not show us ahead, causing a lot of inconvenience and trouble to me and my family.

                          The added difficulty of having to walk at 3am with my 2 year old kid with wife and bags and maneuvering in the dark at 3am with limited assistance or guidance was completely unnecessary. It is important to stress that this type of behavior is not only unacceptable but also extremely unsafe for passengers.

                          As a responsible transportation company, it is important that you address and rectify this matter immediately. It is important that your bus conductors and drivers understand their responsibilities to ensure the safety and comfort of passengers, especially those traveling with little baby. Dropping passengers 2 kms away from their intended destination is absolutely unacceptable, especially when alternatives are available.

                          I request that a thorough inquiry be conducted to identify the reasons behind the conductor and driver moving away from the designated drop-off point. Furthermore, I urge upon you to take immediate corrective measures to ensure that such incidents do not recur, and that passengers are provided with the quality service that they have come to expect from HRTC.

                          I look forward to a speedy and satisfactory resolution of the matter. I request a formal response detailing the actions taken and the measures implemented to prevent a recurrence of this situation.

                                My name Rajeev Singh from una (h.p). 09 jul 2023 i was traveled by HRTC Bus No HP38 G6878 from una to delhi. bus conductor stopped the bus on hotel near Krukshatra (Haryana) for tea and snacks at 03 o clock. After drinked tea and etc all passenger sit into the bus. But bus conductor and driver do not come. after 30 minute i go into the hotel then i see that bus driver and conductor are sleeping on the chair. i ask the conductor why you are delay. Bus conductor say that you go in the bus we are coming early. then i come back and sit in the bus. after 20 minutes bus driver and conductor came and start the bus and continue start journey. total 50 minute delayed bus on a hotel.

                                You are requested to take necessary action against the bus driver and conductor why we are delayed the bus for long time.

                                    I regret to inform you that the bus journey I had booked on July 9, 2023, from Chandigarh to Rampur Bushahr using the Himsuta AC seater, encountered some issues. The bus number 63 was canceled for the Chandigarh to Rampur route and instead traveled only to Shimla. Upon reaching the bus, the conductor and driver informed us that the bus would only go as far as Shimla, and we would have to make our own arrangements from Shimla to Rampur. They stated that if we chose to travel with them to Shimla, no refund would be provided, but if we decided not to continue the journey, we would be eligible for a refund.

                                    Subsequently, we attempted to contact the customer care number and HRTC officials, but unfortunately, we did not receive any response. As we did not travel on the bus, I kindly request a refund of the ticket fare. If we were to purchase new tickets from Chandigarh to Rampur, we would have to follow the same route. Furthermore, the inclement weather conditions yesterday caused significant inconvenience and distress.

                                    I sincerely hope you understand the situation and kindly process the refund for the unused tickets. I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter.

                                      On date 04/07/2023 i was travelling from baddi to mehatpur. I said to conductor give me ticket of mehatpur. He gave me ticket of ajouli instead of mehatpur by saying that. We are not going through that route. Bus number HP-72A 9226 roue kalka-kangra.
                                      I called at una bustand on number [protected] he said that plz call after few minutes later on he called conductor, conductor lied him that there is no passenger of mehatpur and uses abuse language
