1. I will put up same case to police as FIR with your response

2. My brother was traveling from sarkaghat to Delhi by Volvo bus on 10 feb2023 timing 1850 hrs.

3 Conducter asked for ticket . He showed him online ticket then he rejected this ticket. And asked for offline tickets. My brother was searching for it.

4. Conducter pushed him enroute and and told him to get out from bus in jungle areabr...

There is no bus service on sanjauli to dhalli route after 4 PM . People use to walk or to wait for an hour for bus whereas on opposite route 3 to 4 buses are available on same timing. Please have an eye on it public is suffering due to this ....

Hrtc rout chandigarh to chamba they show himdhara ac bus in online booking portal but in real its ordinary bus and they also charge ac bus fare . please do something .it happens from last 2 years ....

Ticket no. [protected]
Seat no. 9, 10, 13 and 14, service no. 963
The ticket was cancelled by HRTC via e mail on dated 27.01.2023.
After that I boked ticket in Himsuta service no. 25, ticket no. [protected] for the same day .
But i did receive the refund so far amounting Rs 3342/-
Kindly refund at the earliest ....

Bus conductor, Named Dileep shukla, on duty on bus anni to paneu on dated 28/1/2023 misbehaved with our lab staff for sending samples in the bus.
We usually give 20 rupees per sample but he asked for 50 rupees.
We have no issue with giving 50 rupees for the sample but atleast bus conductor should behave nicely.
Please take immediate action.

They are not refunding money which was debited one month ago . Very bad behaviour and they are the worst service provider. Disgusting service not picking up the call...

Dear sir,
I would like to register my complaint of hrtc chamba depot bus conductor bus no. HP 73 3402 complaint regarding bossy and arrogant behaviour. Incident happen on 12/01/2023. At 10pm on una bus stand . My wife has seat on bus but conductor is not agreed to adjust my luggage in bus . Even request him that it's a night time and ladies passanger with me he is not agreed and get off my wife out from bus . And show a bossy behaviour....

On HRTC portal fare charges from Delhi to jahu showing 856 Rupees.But after payment it deducted 990 rupees.
So i want to ask why wrong information shared HRTC on online portal....

There is booking of my sister of jawala ji to isbt kashmiri gate and bus driver and coundutir do not take bus inside the bus stand for boarding of my sister.they have to stand oustside of the bus stand ..bus timing is 8.00 pm...

dinak 2Jan2022 ko Digiyana near jammu bus stop par jammu Rampur HRTC bus jiska jaamu se time 1540 hrs tha, nhi roki.humne hamirpur tak travel karna tha aur humare paas luggage bhi bahut tha. Me indian army me serve karta hu.. Bus ko na roke jane par kafi samsya ka samna karna pad raha hai. Kripaya aap inke khilaf discipline action lein aur hume bhi inform kare..

Recently date 2, jan 2023 i got to travel from una hp to kalka.Bus was in a pathetic situation.window of the bus got to open again and again experiencing chilling winter.
Atleast lock of the window must be properly maintained.
We asked the conductor.He didn't give a straight reply rather biting around the bush.
Bus timing 7.35 .It came from Haroli destined to go to kalka..
Why can't the buses first checked at the...

हमने बस में बैठने से पहले बस कंडक्टर से कन्फर्म किया की...

Dear hrtc
I wish to say that I have been traveling since from last 6 month on the chandigarh Delhi route. The stoppage of buses for some refreshments at mayur dhaba is not good.they have high cost stuff and without any taste..for example..they are selling tea at 20rs..just h hot water cup..50rs coffee...50rs sweet corn cup of 50gm which is useless..burger 60rs just with one slice of tomato cucumber tikki and one onion and nothing else...

1st of all the bus came in Gujjarhatti bus stand and then the driver just didn't let me in even after stopping the bus on bus stand. The timing of bus was 11:30 at Gujjarhatti bus stand and it arrived at 11:42. The route of bus was Bilaspur Baddi via Guwarvin, Nalagarh. Please do resolve this problem because of them people are suffering ....

Today morning i was going to mandi to give test i took bus from ladruhi to mandi in palampur to shimla bus and bus depot was Hp37 The bus leaves from Joginder Nagar in the morning at 6 45 and ahead of joginder nagar bus broke down near ghatasani and from there i had to take private bus because my test It was 10 o'clock and I had to be late and I was not refunded by the conductor the fare which was to be deducted and I want a refund I have...
