Un appropriate behaviour of conductor at bus ticket number 349820

प्रिय महोदय

मेरी शिकायत सभी HRTC बसों से है। जो तहसील नूरपूर के नियाजपुर स्टेशन के किनारे चलती है। उस स्टेशन पर कोई HRTC बस नहीं रुकती है। वहां एक सरकारी कॉलेज में बहुत सारे छात्रों ने HRTC बस पास बनाया है।
लेकिन HRTC की बसें उस स्टेशन पर नहीं रुकतीं अगर बस रुकती है तो वह स्टेशन से 30 मीटर की दुरी पर रुकती है इस समस्या का शीघ्र समाधान करें !

Poor hrtc service provided in these depots in long routes. Most of the long routes buses to Bilaspur, Hamirpur and Chandigarh provide services on average 5 days a week and in the rest of the days public may have to suffer due to poor services from these depots. And in most of the cases these buses are late than their actual timing.
So I personally recommend everyone not to believe on these bus routes as you'll suffer a lot and it's totally wastage of time.

Me and my partner go through your hrtc bus from paonta sahib to dehradun af 19:30. First of all the conductor called us to come on the line when we pay for the ticket but he gave me only one ticket then after that he argue with us to repay for the ticket. Which is not our fault. When he cut the ticket then he gave the permission every one to come in the bus. So why he pay extra ticket payment through us please take a action as soon as possible to the conductor awareness and his bad behaviour to us.

The rear seats of the bus are full of luggage and the passengers are going standing and rain water is also dripping on the last few seats due to which no passenger is able to sit on them, this is the condition dated 25 June 2023 from Dharamshala Left Sarah Pathankot bus which leaves at about 3 o'clock via Sarah, my family and I took tickets from Sarah to Noorpur, when I asked the conductor to get the suitcases and bags kept on the seat empty, he No one replied and he got up from there and went towards the driver. Me and my family traveled standing. This is the condition of government buses in Himachal Pradesh. The government should explain its duty to the conductor. They do not stop nor talk to the passengers properly because of them the buses of Himachal Transport are running in loss, they do not have any interest in getting the ride, they have to do it on the bus route, because their salary is fixed, they have to pay on time. Himachal transport should pay special attention to this, especially those who are conductors in the bus, they do not have any manners as to how to behave with the passengers.

Hello sir/Maam, due to your bus schedule and poor communication and listening of your staff and your is the worst saff i has ever seen they don't know how talk with the passengers properly and also lack of answerability of the questions asked by the passengers, and last but not the least, do something about your poor bus timing and schedule

I traveled from kangra to delhi on june 6, 2023 and get a ticket from HRTC counter but I found that including all the charges mentioned on the ticket my total fare is Rs.670 however the ticket clerk charged Rs.688 and written in hand writing. Why did't the total amount is printed on the ticket as well as not Bus number. It is very inconvenient I request you to please monitering the HRTC staff and intract good behavior with passengers

On 17 june 2023 i sit on bus no 9738 from powerhouse. In bus the conductor took my ticket from boiluganj and i want to go petrol pump but the conductor took ticket from boiluganj to banuti i say conductor that in this there is loos of my money they he says its not my fault and laughing on me and also say that there is no value of 2 or 3 rs. I hope the conductor one day find and realise the importance of 2 or 3 rs . I request that please help me in getting justice

I was travelling to shimla in nalagarh depot hrtc bus and ai boarded the bus from bagbania, baddi - nalagarh road, but unfortunately there was a technical issue in the bus and the bus stopped near dharampur. I wish to draw and focus your attention on the unworthy and unwarranted behavior of bus conductor on 3rd June 2023 of HRTC VOLVO from Delhi to Palampur. He treated the passengers with complete disgust, disregard and disguise. He behaved with us insolently, being very rude.
I am very disappointed with this behavior of staff. It is my humble suggestion that these kinds of conductors or employees need moral training. They may be taught the very first lesson of civility.
Therefore I request you to kindly take strict action against him.

Chandigarh Bus is starting from pandoga before its rime..people are rushing early morning and they are staring bus before time so requsted to plz ask driver conductor to start on time at 04:45 am only..
Its not complaint, its request.
Keep empathy for pessangers!!

Second request is, plz start it from Khad upper.

I am travelling in my car Chandigarh to hamirpur 27 may 2023.after I cross una the bus number HP64B 9851 timing 2 pm in una to hamirpur road.the driver overtake very roughly .I will almost outside the road .the driver was roughly driver and speedalmost more than 100.

Dhaba Name - Friends Vaishno Dhaba

Food quality of dhaba is very worst or you can say pathetic
They are not maintaining proper hygiene
The place is so dirty
And there toilets are also very dirty they are not proper maintaining
Please kindly check or visit there to see there conditions of that dhaba

Few weeks ago I am able to go to Home in time But from some before due to the sudden strike of busses I am not able to reach home at time the bus which is not present is BAIJNATH to SHIVNAGAR. and due to this I reach home by 7.45 . There is a lot of gap I can't handle . I have a lot of work to do in home and I done it before but nowadays the work increases and increases.

So it Is my humble request to HRTC group please activate the bus service from baijnath to shivanagar .

I was traveling in HRTC Palampur to Delhi Route and the Bus conductor was very rude. He not talk properly and shouted people. Also bus seat was empy but he took full 3people seat and sit alone. He asked me to stand up from the seat in very bad language. I am very disappointed with this behavior of staff.

Departure time: 6:15am

Bus driver is not stoping the bus at the bus stop properly. Passengers have to board on moving bus which can cause serious injury. Even we told him to stop the bus at bus stops properly but he is continuously doing this from 16 may 2023.
Kindly look into this matter and resolve the issue shortly.

Route Haridwar to Palampur. service no 1971. ticket no.[protected].date of journey 06 May 2023. The bus was cancelled without any intimation to passengers which cause a big inconvenience to passengers. We tried the conductor mobile no. But they didn't pick. Till now hrtc has not given any refund. please refund my money as soon as possible.

Kapil tomer bus driver at nahan to lodiyaghati is running before time on route. Maximum of passengers are there in koonhat to nahan.

I am persuing my btech degree from rajeev gandhi government engineering college nagrota bagwan .. FOr that i need ne travel from mandi to kangra
And i generally took tha hus at 6 from tha bir road
As many times i have seen that the condition of the was not good .
Many time the tires get puchred and some time the bus gets stop at remote location .
Due to these reasons passengers not me bus many passengers suffers a lot

So kindly look at these problems . I shall be very thankful to u for this
