Pl sir my con no 616165 phoolchand r Sharma .one year back replaced regulator previously it was of brass service man replaced by plastic made very ist day it's fitting problems but we compro and using till but when ever we replaced cylinder we have to purchase new rubber washer to put in .This time also we facing same pl do some thing we fed-up my original was best never creat problems but man told it's due to replace.

Hp petrol pump at ( Mehta brother petrol pump Katargam opp. kotak mahindra bank katargam branch ) they had not provide toilet facilities and Air facilities for two wheeler and four wheeler air check facilities not provide.

I went on Ms anandilal filing station buy petrol rs 450 when I do payment with my card they are not accept my card they are told me process payment only in case. I requested please proceed payment my card but they are not agree for accept my card. I said him please give me complaint book they are misbehave me.

We have booked a Gas in Sri sangameshwara gas service. We have book the gas before 10 days and still not received. We are trying to call the driver but he cuts the calls after ringing...

I am a consumer of HP Gas (Consumer number 623238) from Barrackpore Gas distributor. The delivery man is such ill mannered . Doesn't know how to behave with customers(with my mother and wife). Extremely bad . Already informed the distributors but all in vain .Please take a note of this.

I am distt. President of bhartiya majdoor sangh amroha up. I went to maqbool fuel station last night 24 july 2022 approx 8.40pm. petrol pump manager hariom sharma says to me petrol not available. I told him please give me complaint book then he says to me book not available and that fuel station staff misbehave with me. I request to you please take some nessassary action against fuel station.

As I have read about the services offered at Petrol pump (station), are not given actually. Our nearest HPCL petrol pump don't have free air facility. Their machine is not working since last few years.

Sir I got my vehicle tank full at rambagh petrol pump despite of my request they are giving me the auto generated bill and keep me standing for a long time even not giving a complain book. And called one person from pl hundai and claiming himself to be the manager and argue unnecessarily.

I booked a refill on the 10th of July 2022 but didn't get any reply or delivery even on 17th, 2022. And customers care is very rude.

I am a reporter. I occasionally take petrol from this petrol station. There is a petrol pump in Malia, Hooghly district in West Bengali, always takes extra money. For almost one month they are selling petrol 112.24 Rs a liter. They are claiming that it is power grade petrol. But we do not get any benefit in mileage. I suspect they are selling ordinary petrol with higher price. There is no pump only selling power grade petrol for a long time.

Hp petrol pump, Gita Vatika, Gorakhpur is not complying with the order of the court as to provide water air and toilet at tthe time of visit.

As today when I visited the the petrol pump and for petrol and air, At the air machine i saw no one was there. I stood their and horned multiple times but no one came. All staff was staring me but no one uttered a word. After 20 mins when two police person came for air. A boy came and started airing their bike. when I asked the boy that where was he when i blown the horn and why didn't he checked for my scooty first then police person started quarreling me and the staff was saying that he went for peeing and drinking water. But what actually I found is that the boy was standing somewhere in the hide and the staff was having no concern about air pressure station. But concerned with the easement of boy. But any prudent man can think that peeing and drinking water never takes more than 20 mins.

I filled diesel for rs 3000 . Even if the meter is about 2600 some other person from the local ( I mean a driver of a Tata ace carriage) came and removed the disposal gun and filled the remaining for his vehicle. And when i asked about this the petrol pump person begged sorry. And the person and other people of the pump behaved like animal. As they created a mob and said even we beg sorry why you are making a big deal with that. Should I satisfy for their sorry
Who is that person that removed the disposal gun from my vehicle.. and the main thing even i beg. The dint give me the bill..

I went to fill air at the HP petrol pump... he said to put my bike on main stand. I told him that i have back pain and i m unable to do the same.. Then he refused to fill air. Then i demand for complaint register . He refused to give and told me that " i did't give u register . Do you want to do.." . Sound of him was very rudely.

This is Dr praveen kumar from arakonnam tamilnadu.on july 09/2022 around 7 pm my car diesel was running low so i just went to hp petrol bunk.i asked them to fill diesel for 1000 rs and they asked me to check zero in fuel display and it was fine, , after i left from petrol bunk (perumuchi) arakkonam and checked my fuel meter which showed empty sign, i return back to the bunk and asked about the issue but they neglected by saying there is no mistake from their side and their response was really bad, and I asked bill copy then dink provide the bill they ask me to take picture from the system, and even asked for complaint book to register the complaint but intially they were not ready to give the book and eventually they provide the book and i registered the complaint, , even after that i got calls from their side with poor response.And even I asked about the bunk employee about they pressing the fuel gun more than 3 times. and around 11:40pm i got threatening call from the bunk side, its not about the money its about the way of response and cheating, , please take immediate action on hp bunk arakkonam, , worst bunk ever

Missbehave and not produced complaint register on demand...

Hello sir i was visited GUPTA HP FUEL CENTRE JN SAWAI MADHOPUR RAJASTHAN 322001 there he have total 14 nozzles out of which 6 are of normal petrol and 4 nozzles of power petrolium and 4 are of diesel but on 14 nozzles there is only 4 staff persons for coustomer service there distribution is like that 2 on power petrolium and 2 on diesel means no one on normal petrolium when i aksed them to give me normal petrolium they try to rotate me on different nozzles and due to too much crowd there i have to wait for too much time then i called my local area hpcl sales manager regarding this problem he call to the petrol pump manager avadh vihari sharma then that person started scolding on sales manager i cant imagine this why he is so supressed behind them at that time i was wear a pajama because at that time i was just woke up then he commented on my dress also i am project engineer in indian railways and have interview of iocl in the august but he said many wrong words to the area sales manager against me so i think there is some conflict of interest between both of them that is why petrol pump manager scolded the area sales manager so just check and find out the same.

This is to inform you that, on dtd. 06.07.2022 at 4..30 PM on the way to Going on BBSR, I purchase Rs. 800.00 Petrol for my new Maruti Dezire Car from HP Petrol Pump, Tangi, near Kapils Road, cuttack road. and going to Bhubaneswar. When I drive my car after taking petrol, i feel the vehicle is some of problem in running. by the way i go Bhuabaneswar and return back Jajpur road without stop my car.. After morning when I go to start my car, the car is not started. I contact maruti suzuki show room, Jajpur road, one of mechanic check the vehicle and he saw that the vehicle is trouble for fuel passing point. and he marked that the fuel in car is mixing in water so the car not functioning.

I test the petrol in lab rotary, (report attached) and i feel that the petrol is mixing water so mixed water petrol passing in car engine and the new car engine now damage.

I contact with Mr. Jyoti Prakash, Sales manager, mobile no. [protected], but his answer not satisfied by me.

So, I therefore request please take necessary action and inquiry the petrol pump and proper justice me is highly obliged.
