            LPG cylinder weight was 28 instead of 29.7 Kg

            Hi,

            My consumer no. is 625463 & residence o[censored] - 7/49, DLF Phase 3, Gurugram.

            I never checked the weight of cylinder before as i was trusting and believing that some parameter would be there at HP end to check and track these kind of frauds and they will not cheat the consumer with these kind of cheap frauds.

            Due to some doubts i have checked the weight of LPG cylinder delivered by Manjit Gas...

            I asked to fill petrol worth Rs 200 at around 8:30 PM tonight.
            Zero reading was not made.
            Last reading was Rs 199
            He stopped at reading showing Rs 349.
            I argued to make it Rs 400 but he lied saying last reading was for Rs 150.

            I trust i have seen reading correctly and despite informing him for his wrongdoing. He charged me

              Refill is not received, but online booking status is false please send refill as soon as possible and try to avoid such inconvenience by you.

                I booked a refill on 10.5.2022 through online mode. The status on the app is showing delivered. But the cylinder is not delivered. These kind o[censored]nnecessary inconvenience is very confusing and this is pure harassment. There is no proper customer care number provided by the company to solve the issues either. Now I have to run to the agency to solve the issues. Pathetic!!

Sleeping is it, my money got deducted on 30/03/2022, & today is 19/05/2022, how long should a consumer wait to get his/her money back, this is how HPCL makes huge profits, by swindling consumers money is it, I haven't gone to consumer forum yet, it's highvtime now, no response at all, such arrogance, what if it was a reverse situation????, would HPCL agree/accept-kindly call asap-[protected]

                    What is your accounts dept doing, is there no audit done for business generated, accounts dosent have a weekly check on the receipts, inward, whether a CUSTOMER has be refunded his cash, for non diliveeence of product, what the hell is happening at HPCL, more than 45 days have passed and the CUSTOMERs money has not been refunded, are you people making huge profits by dwindling CUSTOMERs hard earned money, sitting there on your ### and enjoying companies fcilities, bloody hell, you people are getting your salaries on time, then f...                           There are oly 2 HP petrol bunk and no other near beach railway station road chennai.
                          On 4th May around 11pm night my bike tyre was half flat unable a to ride it,
                          it might be a punture but i requested them to fill the air so that i can reach home n morning i can check with iusse. First bunk they said machined s not working n other they said machine is locked even though i said i ll pay fr the air there is no puncture shop near by that time. Requested them again n explained my situation n again they said no air oly petrol is avail.

                            I visit jai mata petrol pump of your company at bahadurgarh and get filled oil of rs 510 and request there for air filling in my car tyre but they flatly refused and when I demanded for complaint register than they start misbehaving and start abusing to me

                                In anand filling station majhania Shajapur MP of HP petrol diesel and CNG is frequently non available behaviour of workers in filling station is also very roude and generator is also not available in filling station. This things are rouing the image of HP petroleum in Shajapur city and costomers are very dissatisfied with the service provided.owner has also been contacted by Mee many times still he is not responding in this matter. Water is also not available for customers. kindly look into this matter urgently.

                                  As on 18th April I filled diesel in my car tank from HP pump khopoli near Hal Badruk, Milat Nagar Distt- Raigad Maharashtra after my car is not run proper and three it was stop due air in pump or due to pump choked when checked by mechanic it was found the diesel is in worst quality due to that the nozzel are chocked. please do the needful so i get compensation of my losses.

                                    Ofcourse premisses are great, not the staff.
                                    As per rules they should fill air 24/7, we went around 10PM filled petrol and requested them to fill air for our car tyres which they refused and said that no staff during nights to fill air.
                                    Fine we have asked the guy who filled petrol to give their owner number, and bluntly said he did not have, Okay fine we have asked who is the in charge for this petrol bunk and he said he dont know.
                                    Such a foolish workers with selfish mind not providing service. We called owner for twice total conversation went around 30 minutes.
                                    Later they switched on air pump generator and filled air and it took hardly 2 minutes. But they wasted 30 minutes just to refuse to fill air. Shameless service from HP petrol Harshini Petro Prak Tirupati bypass road.

Mr. Uttam shinde who is running your pump is having criminal case on him. He had attacked with his two sons on One journalist. And that journalist is filed FIR against Him and his sons.
                                      The reason behind writing this is all about the HP Pump which he is running.
