I visit jai mata petrol pump of your company at bahadurgarh and get filled oil of rs 510 and request there for air filling in my car tyre but they flatly refused and when I demanded for complaint register than they start misbehaving and start abusing to me...

Hi, Air pump not working in many more petrole bunks, kindly response, bcz we r facing lot of problems,

In anand filling station majhania Shajapur MP of HP petrol diesel and CNG is frequently non available behaviour of workers in filling station is also very roude and generator is also not available in filling station. This things are rouing the image of HP petroleum in Shajapur city and costomers are very dissatisfied with the service provided.owner has also been contacted by Mee many times still he is not responding in this matter. As on 18th April I filled diesel in my car tank from HP pump khopoli near Hal Badruk, Milat Nagar Distt- Raigad Maharashtra after my car is not run proper and three it was stop due air in pump or due to pump choked when checked by mechanic it was found the diesel is in worst quality due to that the nozzel are chocked. please do the needful so i get compensation of my losses....

Ofcourse premisses are great, not the staff.
As per rules they should fill air 24/7, we went around 10PM filled petrol and requested them to fill air for our car tyres which they refused and said that no staff during nights to fill air.
Fine we have asked the guy who filled petrol to give their owner number, and bluntly said he did not have, Okay fine we have asked who is the in charge for this petrol bunk and he said he dont...

Your one of the pump owner from at post kalamnuri dist. Hingoli (Maharashtra) is having criminal records. Mr. Uttam shinde who is running your pump is having criminal case on him. He had attacked with his two sons on One journalist. And that journalist is filed FIR against Him and his sons.
The reason behind writing this is all about the HP Pump which he is running.
Requesting you to take a action on this or...

I have been cheated of 563 rupees in suhaas petrol pump sanjaynagar..

When i asked for full tank.. meter stopped and they convinced me that there was a power cut and 563 rupees will be added to final bill

In the end 563 was added 4527 and final bill was 5090.. my tank capacity is 45 litre only .. and it and some fuel left .. previously i had full tanks, but maximum bill was around 4600..

Please solve this problem they might be selling this cylinder illegally.

Constantly being denied for filling CNG. Reason give no CNG or less power this has been observed from a mnt now since their is hike in petrol prices.

Telengana Hyderabad, @ Nagaram and Gatkesar - HP CNG filling station are not filling CNG, this has been observed over a mnt now.

They are reasoning as lack of power in petrol pump and other asking yo cng mrning 5:00 otherwise they would not fill, other time they say CNG is not available

Ease look and take assertive action against such distributors.

I visit this petrol pump many times. Near Surjit Hospital, Rupnagar Punjab, 140001 Name M / s Vikram HP Center, Bella Road, Ropar. But not every time there is petrol at this pump. Why doesn't the owner of this pump order before the petrol runs out? And why aren't you taking action against this type of pump? These types of pumps are tarnishing the image of HP company, please take action against such pump owners. Please do something......
