The staff at the below HPCL petrol pump not provided the " Free Air " service at the pump. Today evening three staff were sitting idle and nobody was interested. They were willing only after I lodged a complaint with the sales manager of the pump. A few weeks before also they have not provided me the service. That day I simply came back. Today it was the second time so I'm complaining. I have not utilised the service today also since they were not providing the service happily.

If they are not interested in giving the service, let them close the Free Air Service and put a board to that effect.

Hi,

The pokhariput HP petrol pump guys are cheating customers every day. If we ask for 2000 rupees petrol they first put 400 and after that they are destracting us and will continue the reading from 400 till 1600 and say they have put 400+ 1600.No management will be available to raise complaint.if you see their google review lot of customer raise similar complaint.I strongly believe that they are doing this purposely with the help of management.Request you to kindly take action on them. I had filled Petrol in my two wheeler a lot of times but i always observe the quantity is less against the amount which i had paid to waheguru HP Station Bharat Nagar Ferozepur city punjab pin code 152002 and i also filled Petrol 2 litre petrol of rs 194 from my credit card in my vehicle on today and same I had observed and I request to their staff to keep me check the quantity from their measure equipment but they denied as well as whenever i request them to fill the air in my vehicle whenever the air was less in my vehicle tyres they always excused that air filling machine is not started till yet . they always off their air filling machine and always tried to refuse to fill the air in vehicle of consumers with lame excuses. You are requested to intervene as this is the matter with consumer rights.

In the Delhi today petrol price 96.72 per liter, but at NSP (Netaji Subhas Palace) highway Delhi HP petrol pump selling petrol on 102 per liter, which is unfair and indulge in corruption.

Kindly get it cross checked why these people mocking the government and increasing corruption.

I want to know the cost of filling normal and Nitrogen at HP . I recently visited the nearest hp petrol pump and the I was asked 20rs for nitrogen filling. When I asked the manager to give me bill he denied and asked me to go, he also started arguing that his duty is over and went away, please look into it and stop the corruption

I have Huindai venue car, today I have gone for regular service that time 1 pint means 5-6 ltr petrol was in my car and after service I gone for refilling on Sk petrol pump main road Kankar Bagh patna, venue have 45/ltr tank capacity but they filled 48 ltr in my car n already 5-6 ltr available in my car so total 53 ltr petrol filled in my car by Sk petrol station which is a fraud done by them, I asked him on [protected] but his behaviour is not appropriate this is petrol pump contact no. I also tried to complain on hpcl but not his website working neither his regional branch patna pick-up my call. I feel cheated and harassed so I want a strong action against the petrol pump and also want compensation for the harassment done by him.

I have booked the cylinder on 9th Aug 2022 and bill has been generated on 10th Aug. But still not yet delivered the cylinder.
I am suspecting the deliver boy intentionally not delivered the cylinder as I didn't pay the extra amount Rs:50. Usually I used to pay.

Yesterday I have visited the office ( Address: alvf. hdt, B D, Sai Nagar Colony, Alwal, Hyderabad, Telangana 500010) and they committed by tomorrow it will deliver but not yet dlivered.

I am requstin you please deliver the cylinder ASAP or I will go to Consumer court.

I got cheated at a Petrol Pump today.

Today I went to a HPCL petrol pump to fill petrol in my activa, this is what happened..

I asked the attendant for 200 rs petrol between 4:45 to 4:53 AM. The meter was showing 50 rs. He proceeded to fill tank and filled upto 200 rs. I did not see him zeroing the meter. He filled it up very fast within 5 Seconds Which usually takes 10-15 seconds.

I paid him in cash and left. I think this has happened earlier at the same petrol pump in the early morning. The attendant was the same. Petrol pump manager should take strict action him as this may hurt reputation of maharatna company.

Today (18/08/2022), when I went to take air pressure at KUSHWAHA HP. His staff just ignored me for 10 mins. I went to pump office and told them I need air pressure in my bike then he instruct his staff for filling air. Again power cut happened. Office staff told me sir their is no power so we can't give you air pressure. This is the scene of my situation. It is too much. But in his board he mentioned that "Free Air"
In this way they are harrashing the customer.
Please look into matter so that this will not be repeated with other public again and again.

I wanted to fill petrol for bike, asked them to start filling without any fixed rate. I wanted it be bellow neck of tank. I said pump operator he was slow... He was not happy with that. Bill was Rs 452.48 or similar fraction amount. He was asking Rs 453 or pay in Gpay fraction amount. I asked him why i have to pay more if in cash. So logically he asked me to give Rs 0.50 change, i didn't have so inturn asked them only to give. Then they were angry and 2 pump operators joined and started to give bad valgar words Kannada and threatening to beat me up here only.
It was very difficult situation as the behaviour was erratic. I requested manager to come, he didn't offer any help. Even in front of manager the pump operator was giving bad words and threatening to hit. This was serious and dangerous situation for any citizen or customer, especially elders and women. Please take this matter seriously. Thanks

I got a call from HPCL and sir understood the issue. He was concerned it should not happen in the future.
Got in touch with Property/bunk owner ( Dealer) Haricharan sir.
He also understood the issue from my point of view, Showed concern He was concerned it should not happen with any customer in the future. Had an excellent conversation with Both and I have shared the payment receipt (online copy). I hope suitable action. Looking forward to closing issue.
