Dear Sir/Madam I have been trying for a LPG owner/Title transfer from my father, who has passed away few months ago, to my mother's name. When I met the Gas agency I was told that the Title transfer (all types) have been stopped as there is a software/package update that is happening. I also talked to Customer support about this, which they have confirmed. It has been close to two months and the situation is still the same. The Agency and also the HP Customer support is not able to tell me the most possible date when the title transfer service will start. I have made a number of rounds to the agency and also have been calling the HP Support in this regard. Both the refill LPGs have exhausted and it has become very difficult for us to manage our kitchen without LPG. What is worse is that there has not been no news or update about this either in newspaper nor on their (HPCL's) website. This is a very pathetic act from professional company like HPCL. The least I would like to know is -when will the name transfer restart? Regards K M Krishna Hyderabad

    Sir, I would like to inform u that the SHIVAM HP GAS AGENCY CHANPATIYA is not provide delivery of gas at door to door. The member of gas agency which carry gas by vehicle take down gas at Baisakhawa Chowk and after that some people go to take own cylinder but some families have no male person to take gas cylinder and not received gas cylinder and their cylider go to black marketing...In this way female consumer are not able to receive gas cylinder. Thats why i m complaining about it that the gas carrier have to be go at door to door to deliver of gas and company should take strict and immediate action about it.

      my consumer no. is 623626.I had booked LPG gas on 17/12/2014, i have got a massage on dt.-18/12/2014 on my mobile no-[protected] is HP gas booking no. 228438 subsidized cash memo 112856.I haven't received my refill cylinder on till dt-27/12/2014.i have got a another massage on dt.-27/12/2014 is HPgas booking no. 228438 is cancelled pl. re-book your LPG Refill.then i booked for another refill on dt-27/12/2014.on next day dt-28/12/2014 cylinder delivered to us and delivery boy does not explain any proper reason for late delivery and make some abuses to my parents and he behaves very roughly.when i complain against the delivery boy to the distributor(calcutta gas supply) then they said that You are wrong and those statement is that they will block our refills and they does not take any action against delivery boy .please take action against distributor a delver boy

              In the newspapers and in the internet, it is mentioned that Form 3 ( To be submitted to bank) and Form 4 (To be submitted to HP Gas Distributor). Form 4 either online or offline. While I am passing, the consumers of various life style and background were murmuring that they are not clear about the form submission. Moreover, the staff member in the dealershop is stating that Form 4 is stopped and Form 3 is to be submitted to the bank can be acknowledged from the dealer. May I get clarification, if Form 4 is stopped, what is the use o[censored]pdating the datas through online and it may be deleted to avoid confusion among consumers. It was clearly stated that either bank passbook or aathar card can be used for registering. But the staff member from Venkateswara Gas Agency crushed the application form of the applicant stating that once the consumer receives aathar card he/ she can register. The behaviour of the staff hurts the consumer and leads to confusion in procedure. It is my humble request to instruct the staff members in the dealers can guide better instead of hurting by crushing and throwing their application forms.

                ARUNKUMAR from Arsikere, Hassan District. Karnataka State. I was noticed the difference petrol price between ARSIKERE AND HASSAN. because i am filled petrol at petrol bunk near diary circle hassan the price is around 68.81.and next day i filled petrol in petrol bunk at Mysore road opposite industrial area. Arsikere the price is around 69.10. Since i questioned the worker, the worker said Hassan to Arsikere 47 kms since the transportation charges is also added in petrol price. But i know the worker telling lie, becuse in Mysore the petrol price is 68.81. If they are doing fraud kindly take necssery action pls. This is for your information.

                  In consumer console my aadhar number is reflecting but it reflects aadhar number is not linked to LPG account. How it is possible? That's why I may have not been receive subsidy. Please let me know the problem.

                      Sir, my consumer No. is 601949. I am an old woman of 70 years. My booking reference no. is 214280 of 13/11/2014.at COOKMAN ENTERPRISE. They don't receive land line call. Manager receives his mobile call but always says he is outside and directs to call tomorrow but after that he has stopped receiving any call. Please look into the matter so that in future I don't have to suffer at this age and hope I will not be in this earth too long to disturb you. Thanks.

                        We were pleased to join the newly established JARA GAS GRAMIN VITRAK[protected] Devsar District Kulgam in Jammu & Kashmir in august this year.This was HPCL's endeavor to reach unreachable, poor, and needy customers. But this all proved wrong when the newly established out let takes its customers for a ride.During these chilly months in Kashmir there is acute shortage of domestic LPG made by company itself by selling the gas ment for common masses to rich and influential one on reasonable rates.By this the actual needy poor customers suffers a lot at their hands. We as consumer (600472), (600473), (600480), (600470) and many more request your good self to take the immediate action as per rules to redress the genuine problem.

My distributor is ECONOMIC ELECTRIC COMPANY. As a senior citizen of 70 years I have misspelled Email Id but later I have made the same Email Id which is [protected]@rediffmail.com but at the time of registration it was not there and as I have missed your activation link know I request you to kind enough to send the activation link again to the same Email Id. or delete the same account and send a message that I can make a new Account again.                                 I booked my cylinder 2 weeks ago and received a message that the receipt has been generated and the delivery will be soon. I had my address changed 6 months ago but got it updated on the Gas Books 2 days ago. The agency said that the delivery will be done and there was no problem. However when I called the Delivery Boy he said that the cylinder wont be delivered as it was not booked on the new address. I said that the change was done via Agency 2 days back. After insisting he said to call another delivery boy for the locality. I called him up and he said that due to address issue the receipt was submitted to the Agency. I needed to book again. So I tried calling the Agency on their only number which was never picked up. So I called the HP Consumer number. The IVR said that the delivery will be in 2 days. I tried calling the Gas Agency but there was no reply and after each phone ring the phone went busy at their end. SO I paid a visit to the Agency and saw that the Operator simply ignored any call landing on his phone. I was standing and saw my phone being unanswered in front of me. After that I called up the local delivery boy and after multiple rings he finally picked up the phone with no answers. He said that he will try to give the cylinder even if the receipt was not there. 3 months back I faced the same issue and was scammed that time. I did not book any Gas via IVR but received a message that I had booked. I Ignored that message but later when I actually booked and confirm with the delivery boy how many cylinders I had booked he said 1 extra that actually booked. And I have not received that cylinder neither have a receipt for it. Agency Name : Kitchen Queen Distributor Code : 13957300 Location : Kolkata The code is also false as I was unable to locate it online to register for HBTL Scheme.It says the code is 13957301 I am upset and harassed completely.                                   we are very old customers of hp gas and that is the reason we don't want to leave this service, but due to continuous delay and non delivery of cylinders on time we are facing a lot of problem in managing our household cooking. after requesting hundred times HP STEEL CITY GAS AGENCY situated in mango, jamshedpur is not delivering cylinders on time rather not delivering at all, this kind of service is not expected from a company like this. i request you to take stern actions on this.

                                      I hope that you will take stern action on the following complaint. HP LPG Gas Dealer SRIRAMAKRISHNA GAS[protected] located in Sector-16 Indira Nagar Lucknow, U.P. is selling/distributing LPG Gas on a public road - thereby causing traffic as well as endangering the lives of common people. 1- The concerned dealer has just taken a small shop in a nearby business complex but is selling LPG gas out on the open road. 2- This activity is taking place right behind a petrol pump - therefore highly dangerous as any time a major accident can take place. 3- Every day almost 4-5 big trucks and 3-4 small vans come filled with LPG Gas and are then stacked on a public road from where it is distributed. 4- The LPG Dealer has not taken a proper place and is using public place to sell/distribute LPG Gas which is not only illegal but also can cause leakage related accidents. 5- This nefarious activity is taking place in a residential locality and therefore is an open invitation to a massive accident. I have earlier made a complaint about the same at the HP Gas Lucknow office but it seems no action will be taken. I am hopeful that you will be able to take prompt action and stop this illegal activity - or else I will be forced to contact higher management officials at HP Gas or even approach local media to highlight how HP gas dealers are flaunting rules and endangering lives of common people.

                                        Sir/Mam I have only one Domestic Gas connection, Unfortunately without my concern my mobile number was registrar Multiple gas connection. How is it possible?. Please deactivate in case as per your records more than one connection.
