This is to bring to your notice that I am one of the customers who still not received gas cylinder my customer Id is 630245 on 24.02.2015 I booked a Cylinder (order booking number 513360) and cash memo # 189622 dt: 4.3.2015 has been issued on 04.03.2015 against this booking order ( by telephonic message received by me ) but order not received by us till today .
Now there us no one cylinder at my home .We are facing lot of problems. Difficult to manage without cylinder.
We have made calls to HP agency they are not taking the call also we are continually tried from last 16 days . also they are not providing the cylinder .

We request to you please take an action as soon as possible .

I am with my one bachelor child. We are low middle class people We both are living in happy home doing Rajyoga meditation (Brahmakumaris) My son : Social worker giving Free Medicine for 'Vaisan Mukhti' I use Less Consumption of HP LPG Gas, Energy and Water. I Save Planet for using the above. I am entitle for Customer Privilege's and Award but instead of I get rigorous punishment from your HP Gas Company / Distributor. Reason : Auto Block (Cylinder not Book for more then 180 days) We were advice from your Distributor to re follow the procedures adopt by your company and distributor resulting in all aspects to reschedule the principals in terms of Monetary, Time, Energy and Photo Copies of Original This is one punishment i receive Secondly, I have to wait for the mechanic on advice by your distributor to visit at our residence and do follow the dictates This is our second punishment Sometimes it may be easier, ridiculous, shelling the money wastages Rs. 75 charges to every time mechanic who i have Bill with me. Upon Request I will attach the Poto copy for the same. Auto Blocking repeated from 2 years ago and my son personally visited orally complaining to your Distributor to unblock from onwards for the same. but in vain and our efforts get dispose. Third punishment When I gave Self Application letter to your Distrubutor on your advice. The Distributor officer Mr. Sunil who in turn came forward and refuse to accept our duly signed Application Letter and do not acknowledge for the same. the Same repeated reason was on our head : We cannot do Unblock it is from HP Gas Company site. I am helpless old aged women do not carry your several punishment to refollow every year and how onwards Therefore i opt for Consumer complaints Please advice.

I Prabhavinash Singh resident of rampura phul would like to concern you that The Hindustan Petroleum Pump in Rampura Phul Runned by Arjan Dass Jagdish Chander has filled very wrong and less measure of diesel showing the correct figures on the machine. They mix something in diesel and have done measuring changes in their machines. please take some serious steps against them quickly, I shall be thankfull to you

Dear HP GAS Consumer, LPG subsidy Rs 187.18 for CashMemo 119566 dt 20-02-15 transferred to your bank account xxx87 in UNITED BANK OF INDIA...is this a scam as I've surrendered my gas connection 4 years back. I think they are using this account to get the subsidy on my behalf.

dear sir' i had booked for refill by phone on 20/02/2015 booking no-238736(hp gas) but till date cylender has not delivered but on 4/03/2015 i had receive message that booking no-238736 has cancelled without mentioning any reason.sir please help...

Hope you are doing great !! I got my local distribute number from HPCL Regional office Gandhinagar, They have given distributor name and number " YESH GAS SERVICE "[protected], I have called at provided number while talking with owner of agency i have requested her that since more than 3 years we are not getting home delivery service at my register address and she told me( Rudely ) we are not providing home delivery services but she has appointed one privet agent at my village ( At – Vanod, Ta- Dasada, Dist – Surendranagar – Pin # 382750) who is charging us extra amount around 60RS ( Because YES GAS Services is not delivering cylinder to our village the private agent visiting, YES GAS service which are around 15 KM from our village) we are ok to provide extra amount but even he is also not providing home delivery of refill to our register address, We have to visit his shop and collect the refill for that we have to pay another 40 RS for auto/Rixa, I would like you to please take action and stop this kind of contraption, i am not the first person who is from suffering from this kind of services many of peoples are uneducated and they are they don’t know how to log a complaint so I have taken it forward to log a complaint so that being customer we can get basic benefit of services, Kindly take strict action against this distributor. Also I have recorded conversation with distributor on my cell phone. If you require then I can provide to you as well.
Note # Also she told me if you are not happy with HP services then please transfer your connection to INDANE, This is not the way to talk with customer.

Hi, Worst custoerm service, I am trying to call HP customer care from past 3 days, and every time call in on wait and when the call is getting connected the agents are dropping the call. Every day I waste my 1-2 hours trying to contact HP, but agents are dropping the calls and I am unable to speak to them. So why the [censored] the customer care is? Whom should we speak? My HP Gas account no.523167 has been blocked without any reason [screen shot attached]. Even after making two complaints, they never get back yet [email screen shots attached]. I was a regular user and getting gas every month. Distributor Code: 19523900. Distributor Name: HEERA AGENCIES. I am facing problems with my account since I first registered a cylinder with HP. I Just wanted to know the dealer of HP cooking Gas near to Wagholi.Recently I moved from Bangalore to Pune.I thought of transfering the Gas conndection to Pune (Wagholi).

Could you please give me the full address of the Agency and Contact number.

As I checked on web there are some dealers but they do not pick up the calls.

Sir, I booked my cylinder as on 8/1/2015 and receive the cylinder on 9/1/2015. But I don't get the subsidy till now though I linked my aadhaar card to both bank and distributor company as shown in receipt. Receipt shows that I get subsidy in my bank account as on 18/01/2015 but there is no payment in my bank account till now. Both bank and distributor told me that they will not do any more for us. What can I do now please help me.

I have booked and received only 4 cylinders in last 15 months. but agency auto generating memo and picking up cylinders. i complaint so many times in agency but they are doing nothing. Because this all work is doing by agency staffs. I have already submitted aadhar card copy and bank account in december 2014 but they have not attached it with my LPG ID. I Sri Pramod Kumar Achary beg to inform you that, when I proceed to the HP Gap Dealer (Asian Gas Service, Phulbani) on dated 17/01/2014, the dealer intimated that, I have availed total 12 Nos subside Gas Cylinders since 01/04/2014, But, as per my Gas Booking Pass Book & Online Booking history, I have actually availed 09 ( nine ) No’s of subside gas cylinder since 01.04.2014 to till date i.e. 25.12.2014. Owing to such situation, I have lodged a complain bearing reference No.14192186, dated 2/2/2015. Further, I came to know that this may be happend due to submission of Form-5 (Mandate for Opting Out of Subsidy and PAHAL DBTL Scheme) to the Gas Dealer, such problem has been arised. But, to the best my knowledge, I’ve never done this types of mistakes at any cost. On verification through online at my hpgas.in, it is found that I have been provided only 09 (nine) no’s of subside Gas cylinders by the date.
