delayed gas delivery

my consumer no-609733, We are having gas cylinder connection of H.P. Gas Agency(address-joy trading company, 249/b, g.t.road, liluah, howrah, pin-711204). We booked the gas cylinder before 4-5 days. But still not recived. Very worst service they providing nowadays. Even they not responding to our phone calls also properly & speaking arrogantly... Need to take timely actions on them to avoid further delay....
