Sir,

while registering myself in the consumer portal I had wrongly given my e-mail ID as [protected]@yahoomail.com in stead of the correct ID which is [protected]@yahoo.com.
For this wrong ID I could not receive the activation code.
I request to please allow me to correct my e-mail ID in the portal.
My consumer no. is 615950 with the dealer Rajdhani Gas at Bhubaneswar Odisha

      Respected sir I am one of the consumer of hp gas in Anaparthi, E.G.District., Andhrapardesh, There is a on line gas-refile booking facility, to this to create online account.So I created online account for booking gas refile, but it is not activated.There is a message to me it follows as We have sent you the activation mail on emailid : raghava.[protected]@rediffmail.com Click send button to resend the activation mail. But they haven't sent me the activation mail on my email id cited above. So please rectify my problem as early as possible

        respected sir. i'm sk.shaheda residence of kavali, spsr nellore dist, a.p. i have an account in hp gas. recently my consumer was blocked.my comsumer no.715295. why because actually my name is sk.shaheda, but my name has changed into sk.shajahan in hp gas connection.so my account was blocked.           Hi I am VIVEK (Consumer no-621068). I have HP GAS connection. Now, my account is blocked. As I had not booked gas cylinder during last 180 days. I was not at Lucknow (UP) for last 3 months as a result I could not able book gas cylinder. I have already written application to my gas agency – BEHARI GAS SERVICE (LUCKNOW) to unlock my account.             Res/Sir, I humble request to late delivery of domestic gas cylinder supply by Kothari store, gorelal chouk, Gondia, whose distributor code 960140 and my consumer No. 603730. It is found that I book my requization for cylinder dated 20.09.2014 after one month HP gas booking No.262684, Its delivery cash memo 132438 is prepared dated 20.10.2014 after one month and till date 29.10.2014 not supply to my home. It cylinde supply process is very poor and for one cylinder if company and distributor take 40 days it very lazy process . If I want to take personnaly then kotharis store godaun 10 km away from my home. This supply process disturb to my office work and my home kitchen work, Could I appeal to consumer court if not supply today to my home. Thanks.

              when i will recharge my mobile through coupon code which has been indicated on the coupon, it was not work. When i have contacted to company on their helpline mobile number i.e. 08588878000, returned call received on my cell but no customer care executive available on the said number.

                To day I went to fill Petrol in the HP petrol Bunk in the below address.HP Petrol BunkChrompet, National Highway 45, Chennai- 44.The person filling petrol asked me for how much and I said for 250 Rs.He resetted the meter for 250 and started filling a plastic can kept nearby. When the meter reached around 35 he without resitting started filling my petrol tank. Meanwhile the other person standing there to collect money was distracting me by getting the money and giving back the change.I understood want happened and when I questioned about it, he said some problem and resetted and filled petrol for 230 rs. I know they have cheated me. Please do the needful so as to avoid such incidents in future.Thanks, Mano

                  Dear sir My mother lost her life because of gas Leakage on 16.09.2014, I have seen many News regarding lost of life can able to claim the insurance 40 lakes. but still now i dont know the exact details. could you tell me is it exactly there is any claims is there and what is the procedure and whom to contact This accident happened because of carelessness of the gas agencies and gas fixed correctly Thanks & regards balaji.S

                          WE, GANESH DYEING MILLS, ERODE HAVE DONE RTGS RS.7, 20, 520/- TO HPCL AGAINST PURCHASE OF HYTHERM 600 OIL(THERMIC FLUID) THRU'THEIR ERODE AGENCY. ON 30.09.14 EVENING AT 05.30 THE TRUCK CONTAINGING 35 BARRELS REACHED OUR MILL. DUE TO BAD LIGHT AND WEATHER CONDITIONS THE SAME COULD NOT BE UNLOADED AND THAT POSTPHONED TO NEXT MORNING WITH THE UNDERSTANDING OF KEEPING THE LOADED VEHILE IN OUR PREMISES. BUT, SURPRISINGLY, WITHOUT OUR CONCERN, THE DRIVER DROVE AWAY THE SUBJECT TRUCK. UNDER THE CIRCUMSTANCES, WE ARE FORCED TO ASSUME OF POSSIBLE ADULTRRATION MALPRACTICE ETC.. SINCE THE OIL IS TO BE USED FOR A VERY SENSITIVE LINE, TO ENSURE 100% PURRITY AND MATCHING THE EXACT SPECIFICATION AS REQUIRED. AS SUCH, WE ARE FAIR ENOUGH TO EXPECT THAT BEFORE TAKING DELIVERY, WE ARE TO ENSURE THAT THE SAMPLE SHOULD BE COLLECTED FROM THE SUPPLY LOT IN OUR PRESENSE BY THE HPCL TECHNICAL EXPECT ANDTHOUROUGHLY TESTED IN A AUNTHETIC LAB TO ENSURE AND CONFIRM WITH REQUIED SPECIFICATION AND SATISFACTION. THIS IS REQUIRED TO BE EXECUTED WITHIN NO TIME SO THAT OUR PRODUCTION WILL NOT GET HAMPERED.

I received and SMS stating that HP Gas refill delivered on[protected] vide Cash Memo No. 109563, I have not received this refill yet, I have called on [protected] to inquiry for this but Mrs. Vaishal spoken rude with me and said raise a new order.

                              I would like to lodge a complaint against HP Gas distributor CHIRAG GAS SERVICE whose address is SHOP NO.9 MANMANDIR, , OPPOSITE NALASOPARA RLY STATION, , NALLASOPARA WEST, Maharastra-Excl Mum/Thane/NMu, Pin Code:401203. I have made a booking for Gas refill with the following details, Consumer No: 603645, Consumer Name: MRUNALINI C. SAMARTH (Age: 85), Order Ref No: [protected], Booking No: 360343, Booking Date: 18/09/2014 14:28:00, Subsidized Cylinder. It has been 12 days since the booking is made and the gas refill is yet to be supplied. I Mr. Milind Samarth (s/o. Mrs. Mrunalini Samarth) would want to make a complaint since my mother is a heart patient and undergoing treatment, the gas refill is very much necessary for her as her eating has been affected badly. It has been a very rude and careless attitude from the CHIRAG GAS SERVICE staff with respect to our request to them again and again. They are not even providing the Gas cylinder even after telling them that we will take the Gas Cylinder all by our self. I even made an attempt to call them and ask for the delivery status but they are again responding carelessly and arrogantly as well not even letting me know the status of the gas delivery. Since she stays alone it is difficult for a Senior Citizen to manage in conditions without proper diet like this. Please take strict action against the agency.

                                Dear sir, In the Company owned/company operated Petrol Pump at Dehu Gaon, Pune. the staff deployed there are cheaters, thieves and fraudsters. They distract the customers and never show the 0 (zero) before delivery of petrol in fuel tank. I had asked for Petrol of Rs. 300.00 and the person before me had taken petrol of Rs. 100.00, even I was keeping an eye on the meter, they distracted me so that I could not see the meter and in the meantime they poured petrol showing to be Rs. 300.00 but actually they delivered petrol of Rs. 200.00. straight away I lost Rs. 100.00. this might be a petty amount. But imagine how many people they would be cheating and looting. The petrol pump does not have a complaint register to register any sorts of complaint. It is very common in Petrol pumps, but in HP petrol pump it was my first experience. this the complaint of mine would be taken seriously and give a proper resolution to it in the interest of the nation and the public. The staff is adamant and start abusing when you show your discontent and disatisfaction. Hope

                                  Dear Sir/s, Please note that I have booked by online a gas sylender for home delivery on 02-09-14. But till date I have not received the same. In this connection, I have made a phone call to my nearest HP Gas Dealer. The result is " they have delivered the same to my home within 15/16 days due to short supply.                                     hello, Iam M.Dhanunjaya Reddy, running a quarry at Palasa in Srikakulam dist.Andhra Pradesh.I require a diesel consumption of about nearly 600-800 litres per day.I have been buying diesel from the near by filling station named Jayalakshmi Filling Station in Palasa.My mission started giving constant troubles, i was wondering why were the missions going diseased constantly.I came to know that the diesel we were filling is adultered.I ask you to look into this regard and take neccesary action to restrict adulteration.
