On 22.03.2014 the rate per ltr of petrol in the outlet is displayed as Rs. 79.94. I filled petrol for Rs.200, but i got only 2.5lts. That means internally they changed the software and charging Rs.80 per ltr. When i asked the concerned person they are talking very badly and asked me to complain to the company guys. This is the last time am going to HP outlets. Thanks for the service.

    Respected sir/madam, I would like to bring to your notice that the vendor at a Hindustan petroleum pump in my locality are cheating the consumers by tampering with the readings This petrol pump is situated at HP Petrol Pump Sri Krishna Nagar, Quthbullapur Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh 500055. The vendors are tampering with the readings and machinery and giving less petrol to the consumers. This petrol pump was sealed a few months ago for the same reasons stated above. I booked one refill on 12 Feb 2014 and received Rs.435 in my bank account on 19 feb 2014 as an advance of refill booking. I have received the cylinder but the subsidy has not been transferred in my account till now.         My husband Lt. Ram Lal, deceased on 09/07/1997 and he had one gas connection on his name with Shivalik Gas Company, Ludhiana(Consumer No.514519). Now gas agency is not transferring the connection under my name, Smt. Raj Rani (w/o Late Shri. Ram Lal), giving the excuse that I already have one connection with CookWell Gas Agency which I've not been using since 10 years and it was closed by the petroleum company itself.
        Now, Shivalik Gas Company forced us to go to surrender CookWell Gas Connection.
        The company refuses us to give the gas supply inspite of the fact that it has been issuing us the gas for many years.
        Kindly look into this matter as i'm very old lady and the company is harassing us and due to this problem i have to plead to my children for gas.

          I am a consumer of Naracorp Gas Agency, Mohone, Ambivli (E) Since the past one year, we are booking Gas refill over phone. I am getting booking confirmation as well as cash memo details. But, the next day a sms comes stating that the Gas cylinder is delivered to me, which in fact, was never received by me. I never get a home delivery of Gas Cylinders. Everytime, I need to go and stand in the queue outside the gas agency for 3-4 hours and purchase the gas cylinders in the same fashion as we purchase kerosene from Ration Shops. I am a senior citizen and cannot afford standing for 3-4 hours in queue for Gas Cylinder. Getting the cylinder back home on my own is always a difficult task for me. The fact that annoys me is that If I have every right to get the Gas cylinder delivered at my home, why am I asked to buy it directly from gas agency in black. I am ready to pay the designated charges for home delivery of cylinders. When I inquired about this matter with the Agency's office, I got the reply that Mr. Namdeo Gade is selling my gas refill booking cylinders to others for cash at higher price to pocket the surplus money. This is ridiculous. He has no right to do this. This issue is faced by every consumer of this Gas Agency. So, please take this seriously and initiate strict legal & disciplinary action against such brats. Hope you do the needful immediately. Thanking You.

            Dear Sir/Madam I am a employee of Tata Steel Limited, My contact no is [protected], I am staying at one type of backward area so I have to need a GAS connection. On the way of this thinking I had applied for a new gas connection through online on date 07/02/14 and my registration referance No is[protected]. But till date no step of any action from HP against my registration no. I had gone to maa tarini agency of Joda 4 to 5 times from the date of registration, but they are telling now about 560 heads suscribers are waiting on new connection so please contact us after one month means first or second week of april . So sir please take necessary action against my registration no.

              I am Sunil Vaidya from Thane. My consumer no is 614981 at Mane & Vartak Gas agencies, Vartak Nagar, Thane west. I had registered my need of refill & the waiting list no given to me 105101. A delivery boy came to our home on Saturday the 8th March at @ 5 pm. He confirmed my consumer & told that he would come back soon with the refill. But he never returned. I called Mane & Vartak gas agencies on Monday the 10th March in the evening at 7.30 pm. They noted my problem & assured that the cylinder would be delivered n one hour i.e. up to 8.30 pm same day. However, no one came. I strongly feel that certain old unethical practices which HP wanted to prevent are still going on. I request your attention on the matter. Pl note that as there is no one at home on week days, we request delivery on Second / Fourth Saturday or Sunday. However, it is not always followed. My contact no is[protected].                 I have never seen such type of falsy person .
                Always bring the gas late after 7 days .
                I have to call him every month more then 10 time
                I have also complaint to nirman vihar office but no response or action .
                Pls have a look asps
                Otherwise i have to go in consumar court.

                  Sir, I M.meher ravikiran reddy s/o venkata satyanarayana reddy, having Hp gas with consumer number :650041 from 05/04/2013 at SRI BULLIAMMAIE GAS AGENCIES, HP GAS DISTRIBUTERS, MAINROAD, RAYAVARAM, EAST GODAVARI DISRICT, ANDHRAPRADESH, INDIA. I am here to complaint you that subsidy amount of my 4 gas cylinders not yet refundedto me by the company. The agency not at all responding on our complaint, even not producing any written evidence, we submitted aadhar card, bank passbook Xerox about 5 times, silly thing was the agency people are telling me that subsidy amounts are transferred to another account and they are not responsible for that.;
                  I also gave online complaint on [protected]@hpcl.co.in, in reply I got a complaint reference no. is13138779 On
                  Jan 23, 2014, but till now I didn’t get any response or solution for my problem.

                    I have recived sms that the sylender vide cash memo no. 150292 has been delivered on 5/3/2014.

                    But till tiday i have not recd it.

                    The dealer selling my sylender to other s.

                    Pl. Enquire the matter .

                    Without delivery how is it reported vide sms that it is delivered.

                    Your dealer noble traders it invoved in selling the sylenders in black market.

                      Hi our consumer numb 616164 . Hyderabad emkay agency, abids. One of the worst dealers Never got cylinder on time They keep canceling without my authorisation When I write to hp jihan i get a computerised reply asking to talk to dealer . agency owner swaliha khan is very very rude. She doesn't care about customers. I think they are selling in black Otherwise how can they cancel without we doing it HP is tied with such unprofessional guys who are spoiling there reputation. We have no cylinder for last twenty days. I m fedup with them I'm definitely going to media if I don't get response from them now.

                        Complaint on :- Leela-Jayanthi filling station (HP) Yapral, Opp: Andhra Bank. secunderabad, R.R.Dist, (Telangana), Andhra Pradesh -500087. Sub: for selling impure petrol and shortage of petrol Leela-Jayanthi filling station, Yapral(village), which is of HP(Hidusthan Petroleum) dealership has huge complaints from several customers for their very very poor quality petrol selling from last two years. Many vehicles had been got damaged and incurred loss to repair vehicles engine by local residents. The mechanics in yapral are advising to all their customers to don't pour petrol from above station. they say that they sell impure petrol mixing with tinner or kerosene. Vehicles gets loud sound, smokes a lot and becomes off often, giving lot of troubles to commmuters. public faced lot of problems in early days, when this was the only bunk in yapral and incurred[protected] rupees to repair their vehicles.                         This bunk team also gets customer busy in talking to them while doing a short-filling of petrol in the vehicle. I have caught them almost half a dozen times. They are BIG CHEATS.

                          Hi People in Kavlekar gas agency, Saligoan goa, the lady working there is rude, she dont know to how to talk to customers, Talk as if its her own agency and doing favour on people by giving gas and as if they are giving free, Once booking is done and if customer goes to pick up the cylinder, She directly says no, wait till delivery. old people who will be carrying cylinder have to carry it empty back.                               This has reference to telephonic discussions we had with you. Please note that you have already taken 9 cylinders of subsidised rates before January, 2014 and two more cylinders were increased in the month of February, 2014 and hence the 10th cylinder which you had taken in January, 2014, the subsidy would not be given, however for the increased two cylinders, you may take these cylinders on subsidised rates.

                                Iam having the gas connection in HP Gas, with HP Gas World Chelakkara Thrissur. The consumer number is 612816, we have booked the gas 30/11/2013 back through Refill booking. Till now i have not received the filled cylinder. When we are calling to them they are not attending the calls.

                                      I had gone to fill petrol the person who came to fill the petrol asked me to move a little front so that I could not see the meter properly, I had asked him to fill petrol for Rupees 200, but instead he filled 2 Liters of petrol instead of filling for Rupees 200 and then asked me to pay Rupees 200, I had noticed what he had made and objected to the incident then he returned my change, this kind of cheating is happening to all the customers who come to fill petrol there. Please look into this matter, any offence should severely be punished

[protected] / [protected] Distributor Allied Gas Agency, Nagpur "TRANSFER OF LPG SUBSIDY Rs. 753.79 FAIL WITH YOUR ACCOUNT IN UCO BANK PLEASE CONTARCT YOUR BANK/ DISTRIBUTOR/CALL CENTRE ON [protected]" I have contact to my bank but there is no problem with bank. I also contact to distributor but no response they simply say this is not our job. I also contact on call centre but they are going to reply simply say server is down or server slow or ask for wait for few time and disconnect phone from last three days i am trying on call centre number but no use. . Now let me know what to do and how the subsidy amount call.
