Sub:- Complain against regarding supply of subside Gas Cylinder due to OPTED (Out Of Subside) Ref :- Consumer No. 605116 of Asian Gas Service . Phulbani I.D. No.[protected], Pan No:-BCRPA9668N Sir, With reference to the subject cited above. I Sri Pramod Kumar Achary beg to inform you that, when I proceed to the HP Gap Dealer (Asian Gas Service, Phulbani) on dated 17/01/2014, the dealer intimated that, I have availed total 12 Nos subside Gas Cylinders since 01/04/2014, But, as per my Gas Booking Pass Book & Online Booking history, I have actually availed 09 ( nine ) No’s of subside gas cylinder since 01.04.2014 to till date i.e. 25.12.2014. For which I am enclosing herewith the following support documents for your kind reference. Owing to such situation, I have lodged a complain bearing reference No.14192186, dated 2/2/2015. Further, I came to know that this may be happend due to submission of Form-5 (Mandate for Opting Out of Subsidy and PAHAL DBTL Scheme) to the Gas Dealer, such problem has been arised. But, to the best my knowledge, I’ve never done this types of mistakes at any cost. On verification through online at my hpgas.in, it is found that I have been provided only 09 (nine) no’s of subside Gas cylinders by the date. Therefore, I would request you kindly look into the matter personally and take necessary immediate action to retrieve my balance 03(Three) Nos. subside Gas Cylinder and for supply subsidy LPG Gas at an early date for which I shall remain ever grateful to you. Attach copy:- 1. Gas front page 2. Gas book Refill booking & Delivery history page 8 & 9 3. Online Gas booking Delivery history& Opted Out Of Subsidy 4. Gas bond 5.     After refill booking Hp gas, I have received message from BZ-HPGASc stating that Hp gas booking no.519430 subsidized cash memo.143636 dated 27.2.2015 at Rs.615 refill will be delivered shortly .Thereafter I personally approached 2-3 times to chirag gas agency Nallasopara West, so far I have not received the refilled cylinder in the mean time again I received another message from BA-HPGASd on 19.03.15 wide cash memo.143636 so far I have not received the refilled cylinder.

      Sir, here are 3 issues 1)- I have received cylinder, on market price 750/- order ref.[protected] order no.173640 1 Delivered[protected] cash memo no. 172624, and subsidy amount not received in our linked bank account 2)-also showing Order Ref No [protected] Booking No 373386 Booking Date 17/03/2015 08:50:00 but I have not received any cylinder, & system showing cylinder, delivered wide Cash Memo No 172383 date 18/03/2015, 3)-have received (collect) cylinder on 03/02/2015 by paying Rs800/- on market price but till date I have not received our subsidy amount in our linked bank account And we are checking our booking history in our hp account then showing order cancel I dont understand why its cancelled & supply has done on market price, so plz. Resolve this three issue immediately And complaint no. 14257636 is not responding by area sales officer & REGIONAL MANAGER ANURAG SHRIVATSAVA regards fuleshwar chauhan [protected]

          Dear Sir/Madam, I Anil Kumar Jha, HP LPG Consumer No. 640181 and Unique Consumer ID: [protected]. Distributor Name: Vasai Bazar Gas Services, Virar West, Distrcit- Palghar, Maharashtra. I do not have any Aadhar card till now, so i had submitted my bank details (Xerox of my bank passbook, and HP Gas consumer book. to get the subsidy in my account. but i am unable to avail the subsidy till now. i booked a cylinder in February received at my doorstep, the delivery man had taken Rs. 630/- Rupees Six Hundred and Thirty only. and he has not provided the cash memo for the same. and said that once the bank account will get linked; the extra amount will get transfer to my account. but still my bank account has not linked with the consumer no. i also field the form No. 4 online to enrol for subsidy.             The staff at Hp petrol bunk located on pantheon road egmore chennai would fill power petrol in your vehicle without even askin.The lady staff diverts your attention at app time asking if you would like to change oil.Who on 2 wheeler with wife and kid along would wait to change engine oil at bunk in middle of day.While your attention is diverted the person filling petrol would start filling hi valued petrol and bring back to zero before you know.And they have tie up with rowdy type auto drivers who would not even let you question the staff there.

                hello sir gd mrng . my name is laxman singh .sir mainai apna cylinder 9 march ko booking kiya tha. booking no.272295. booking timing 10:48:14 And sir mairai phone par 16 march ko delivery ka massega aa gay tha . lakin maira clinder abhi tak nahi aya . mai home branch grrta colony gya to unonai kha ki apka cylinder apkai ghar pucha diya h. lakin marai ghar par abhi tak maira cylinder nahi aya h. mainai coplain bhi ki thi . complain no.14262537 h.And my consumer no.628078. h. sir mai but praisan hu sir mari dono mt khali h. sir ab aap hi mairi help kar saktai h. please reqested me please help me sencerly laxman singh.

                  Dear sir, i am satnam singh my consumer no. 515478 distributer name rupinder gas agency dera bassi distt. Sas nagar. before two month my subsidy is not transfered in my bank a/c. I complaint many more time to our distributer and customer care but i not found any response . I submit proof on 5/1/2015 for subsidy. But not transfer my subsidy in my A/c . I will take cylinder on 17/01/2015 cash memo no. - 133455 amount payable- 754 RS. And i will take 2nd cylinder on 28/02/2015 cash memo no. - 152720 amount payable- 645 RS. Plz. Early solved my problems. Thank you

                    Sir/ Madam I want to shift my connection from Jaipur to Chomu connection is already surrender at Jaipur on 03.03.2015. Visited Chomu office on 09th Mar15 for re connection that day your representative given me one KYC form I filled that form and agian visited your office very next day ... that day your representative said today is relative person not in office pls visit after three days... again visited chomu office after three days that day same history told by your representative our concern person is not in office please drop your form with me I will complete your formalities today only... I froped that form with him and called in evening he said boss please come in branch after three days and take your connection. today I visited your branch that representative told to Mr Shyam Sunder Sharma for issue new connection to me. I met with Mr Shyam sunder sharma he demand me a bank passbook / cancel cheque I request him to please complete balance formalities and send cancel cheque in eve or nest day... he just simlple said nai hoga ... aapko 10 baar aane pade to aana padega ... and one old uncle also said same thing ... I think he is also from your office and he put me out side from your office and seen a photocopy shop for documents list ... I am frustrated Indias best gas agency staff is behaving so much rudely with consumer. please look into and provide me a proper justification for above issue.

                        My HP consumer No.607464. I would like to transfer it to my nephew. In this connection I already contacted with my distributor with all Papers but distributor is asking me as transfer fee Rs, 3950.00. But other hand Indane Gas company taking only Rs.1400.00 as transfer fee. I could not understand why huge difference between HP's dealer and Indane's dealer. Please let me know exact figure.

                                This is to bring to your notice that I am one of the customers who still not received gas cylinder my customer Id is 630245 on 24.02.2015 I booked a Cylinder (order booking number 513360) and cash memo # 189622 dt: 4.3.2015 has been issued on 04.03.2015 against this booking order ( by telephonic message received by me ) but order not received by us till today .
                                Now there us no one cylinder at my home .We are facing lot of problems. Difficult to manage without cylinder.
                                We have made calls to HP agency they are not taking the call also we are continually tried from last 16 days . also they are not providing the cylinder .

                                We request to you please take an action as soon as possible .

Arsiwala Consumer No. : 600 380 LPG ID :[protected] Company : HP Gas Consumer Department Mr. Maharte P.P Distributor : Paramount Gas Service Distributor Code : 19613300 Miss Sakina Damarwala Application for Unblocking from onwards Complaint Service Request No. 1419 7901 from hpgas.in Punishment gains : 3 times My Application stated in the Service Request No. At their website I am older senior citizen women age about 76 years old. I am with my one bachelor child. We are low middle class people We both are living in happy home doing Rajyoga meditation (Brahmakumaris) My son : Social worker giving Free Medicine for 'Vaisan Mukhti' I use Less Consumption of HP LPG Gas, Energy and Water. I Save Planet for using the above. I am entitle for Customer Privilege's and Award but instead of I get rigorous punishment from your HP Gas Company / Distributor. Reason : Auto Block (Cylinder not Book for more then 180 days) We were advice from your Distributor to re follow the procedures adopt by your company and distributor resulting in all aspects to reschedule the principals in terms of Monetary, Time, Energy and Photo Copies of Original This is one punishment i receive Secondly, I have to wait for the mechanic on advice by your distributor to visit at our residence and do follow the dictates This is our second punishment Sometimes it may be easier, ridiculous, shelling the money wastages Rs. 75 charges to every time mechanic who i have Bill with me. Upon Request I will attach the Poto copy for the same. Auto Blocking repeated from 2 years ago and my son personally visited orally complaining to your Distributor to unblock from onwards for the same. but in vain and our efforts get dispose. Third punishment When I gave Self Application letter to your Distrubutor on your advice. The Distributor officer Mr. Sunil who in turn came forward and refuse to accept our duly signed Application Letter and do not acknowledge for the same. the Same repeated reason was on our head : We cannot do Unblock it is from HP Gas Company site. I am helpless old aged women do not carry your several punishment to refollow every year and how onwards Therefore i opt for Consumer complaints Please advice.
