I have booked a cylinder on 30/12/2014 and received on 10/01/2015. Rs. 568/- has been credited in my bank account. But my subsidy Rs. 324/- is not being credited to my bank account. When this amount will be credited to my bank account. Please send the subsidy as earliest. My cell : [protected]. Local Gas distributor cannot say anything. Thank you,

    Dear Sir/Madam, Gas not delivered refill of Booking No. 203989 dt-27.01.2015 by Dasmesh Gas Agency, Sion, Mumbai My Customer No. 621877. Agency does not get my refill number. We are using single cylinder and it is giving big problem last month also we are faced the same problem and we are using HP for last 15 years and if it is happened for next month we stop HP and go other product My Mob no.       Hi, I need a help to get the new HP GAS connections, Regarding this i have submitted all required documents to the Local Distributor (VINAY ENTERPRISES), at 5th JAN 2015, But as of now i haven't get any response from them. If personal visited the AGENCIES also no body giving a proper response, Kindly look into this issue and release the new connection.

I have booked gas cyclinder and company made cash memo wirh rs.720/- dt: 25.01.15. but i have not received SUBSIDY amount to my bank account. I have linked my aadhar number with my gas agency & also with my bank on 30.12.2014. I also check the Aadhar status with your MY LPG site & find Aadhar linked successfull..so i request you kindly credit the subsidy amount immediately to my bank account.& deliver the cylinder.             I am a consumer of hp gas . Consumer no. 525403 and unique consumer ID is [protected].My Aadhaar is[protected] this is linked with sbi saving a/c [protected]. I booked gas for refilling at 10/01/2015 and cash memo 148330 dated 14.01.2015. My subsidy on 22.01.2015 was deposited in wrong syndicate bank account. I am requested to hp gas company to deposite subsidy in my SBI saving account.

              I Have booked my refill of HP Gas cylinder on 31/12/2014 through telephone and got the reply message on 07/01/2015 saying the bill is generated and will be delivered., through HP Gas booking number 257054, Cash Memo 110512 dated 07-01-15. I Have been following up the same with the local agency through telephone and visited personally twice since last two days and i got only assurance of delivery and not been delivered till now. The following problem of delay in supplying has been for many times. Kindly make the following matter as serious concern, as we totally rely on LPG for cooking and we have no other source, as we have running on empty cylinder for last two days.                     This has reference to my Complaint (Reference No.14164013 dated 14/01/2015) regarding non-supply of Refilled Gas even though the subsidy has been credited to my account. Copy of my complaint lodged and subsequent complaints thereon are submitted below. "Gas booked through IVR on 29.12.2014 and 01.01.2015 vide booking No. 228302 automatically cancelled . Again Booking made through IVR vide Booking No.500075 . Subsidised Cash memo No.126534, dt.10.01.2015 issued as intimated through SMS. On contact the dealer said to deliver the same refilled cylinder on 14.01.15. Delivery shown in Refill Booking history.But physically Gas not supplied at my residence. Though the other dealer i.e.BK Gas is supplying regularly on IVR booking orders, why the same is not adopted by my dealer ? The Dealer may be intimated to supply the cylinder to-day by evening failing which I shall resort to lodge complaint in Consumer Court under intimation to Petroleum Ministry. Regards." Action History MOHAPATRA SANTOSH KUMAR[protected]/01/2015 12:25 PM Please contact Area Sales Manager Mr. Sonam Gyamtso on his Mob-[protected] PRADIPTA KUMAR NANDA - 16/01/2015 05:02 PM I have already intimated that despite contact over Area Sales Manager Mr. Sonam Gyamtso on his Mob-[protected] four times on 16.01.2015, he did not respond.I have also enquired about who to contact next. Though subsidy credited to my account, refilled gas cylinder has not been supplied to me till date but shown " delivered" in my refill booking history. Since last 4 to 5 times I have brought all such mischieves to the notice of HPCL. But in vain. With all such messages, copy of SMS sent to me regarding order, cash memo, DBTL and such feed backs and complaints, I am going to file Case in the Counsumer Court by next Monday against the distributor, Area Sales Manager & HPCL. Before that one earenest request that my Consumer No. may be transferred to M/s. BK Gas Agencies, Balangir who has earned fame to supply gas whenever refill booking is placed on line or IVR or in any manner. I assure that from next year I will spare subsidy for 5 refilling if 7 refills are supplied to me timely. But I think HPCL has no time to hear anything from a consumer like me.I await for any response till Sunday, before I file Consumer Case and this may be taken as a notice." I bring it to your kind notice to appraise what is happening at the lower levels. The distributors harasses and the Area Sales Manager does not respond. Shall I hope any quick redressal as I am afraid that the ditrutor with the help of some higher levels has indolged in to harrasing me . Prior to this he has shown " delivered" without any physical delivery.I require one refilled Gas in about two months against my Consumer No.605374. But has been harrashed since last year and HPCL has never heard my request for portability change to the other distributor. Request early action, if available Regards

                      This is with reference to complaint no. is 14165898 & 14165659 in HP GAS CONSUMER ZONE. No one is responding to my complaint and that dealor is not issuing me a new LPG connection, also instead of that he is forcing us to buy a package of Rs. 7500/- for this booking. Request help.

                        Gas Consumer No. 616191 Name : anusuya v.a As above mentioned Hp gas consumer number as been blocked due to non linked with bank A/c & Adaar.But, when both asked adaar and bank account detail been personally provide several times but still we not getting Gas Cylinder. We enquired our THIRD CLASS gas distributer they have only FOURTH CLASS reply means" go and with your banker". But We don't know what is the fault done with us. We provided all required documents to both of them kindly check this issue and do needful

                            Sir, I am Aman Raj who has taken a new connection from you agency i.e Anand Kiran danapur Gpo patna. on 15 march 2013. Till now he has not given my consumer no.and as and when i book my cylender.he is writing new in place of consumer no.and cylender is being issued to till 15 march 2013.Earlier he use to say that company will you customer no. after six month.But now a days he asking Rs. 3400/- again.to give consumer no.When told him that i shall complain against you.to main office.Then he told me that Jao aur complain kar. ishi ke liye upper se bribe diya hu.HP office ko.So it is my humble request that please look into that and investigate this matter.Again i have lodge this complain in open forum.

Do company dnt pay them salary why they always ask for money... N wen went to agency the person in charge said they will take itz mandatory...

                                    Sir, This is to mention that your HP gas dealer M/s Parvesh HP Gas Agency, Tatibandh Raipur is not co-operating in incorporating the aadhar data submitted online. They are also insisting for submission of Aadhar data in hard copy and that too the photo copy is not acceptable. They are forcing to get the aadhar card scanned on the form itself. They are also demanding and forcing to submit the non aadhar form compulsory. I have already submitted my aadhar number online about two weeks ago but same has not been incorporated till date. Persently, as per Company+Goverment new policy, the amount of subsidy is to remitt directly to Consumers Bank account.
