Respectfully, I am, D.Sangameswara Rao, a consumer of your company and my Consumer No. is -600778, LPG ID is No.[protected]. I have submitted Adhaar Card and Bank Account Number to your Agency. I have also received a message from your end "Your aadhar number is linked to LPG ID. To avail LPG subsidy in your bank account, subit Aadhaar Number to your Bank immediately." My Aadhar Card already linked to my Bank Account i.e. with State Bank of India, Ramalakshmana Branch, Srikakulam-532001. On the same day I have submitted again submitted my LPG ID and Aadhar Card number to the concerned Bank for linkage to Gas Account.On the same day they have done. Afterwards I booked Gas, but the people of Gas Agency i.e. Vedamatha Gas Agency, Srikakulam told me that your Gas Account is not linked to the Bank Account. I again approached the Bank Authorities, they told me that both Aadhar number and Gas ID Number have already linked to my Bank Account. But your agency in Srikakulam has been continuously telling that my account is not linked with the Bank. In these circumstances I could not book my Gas. Please do the needful and clear the obstacle.

Hindustan Petroleum Corporation [HPCL] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I have registered myself in online booking system with consumer NO -626312 with my [protected]@yahoo.com but recently my Email account got hacked and now I cant access my account.
Therefore i have created new [protected]@gmail.com and i have to re registered with this email, but as i have already registered with consumer no -626312 the system is not accepting the same.
Therefore i would like to request to cancel my previous registration and reset my account so that i can re registered online with my New Email- [protected]@gmail.com
