Hello there, Please note that my consumer number 523167 [HP Gas] has been blocked for no reason. I booked a complain on 7 Feb, 2015 but still no action is taken. Today when I logged in to see my complaint status I found it to be "closed" without even contacting me or rectifying the issue. My complaint no. is 14201246. I don't understand what is going on. Can someone please let me know why my number is blocked? If HP is not interested in having me as their customer, please let me know so that I can disconnect from HP. Or else please take a action as soon as possible as we need gas immediately.

Dear Sir, I am Santoshkumar .I have not received Subsidy cylinder Amount for December Month'2014.I am not getting response from HP LPG Department. I am customer of jai ambe gas seva, ghaziabad, up. I had booked a gas on 22nd jan 2015, my booking number is 239828 with cash memo number131353. And i got a message on 24th jan 2015, saying that hp gas refill delivered. Which i have not received yet. I am calling jai ambe gas seva and no one pick up the call there. I am trying to speak with the vendor who normally delivers the gas at my home, and he kept promising it will be delivered. Now he is also not picking up the call.

Please so something and get my refill delivered. I am very upset with this.

I have complained against HP LPG Gas Dealer Shri Shakti gas located in Jamnagar. I booked the gas refill (Booking No. -217835) dated on 07th Feb '15 and 13th Feb 15 massage got : "refill will be delivery shortly. So I was wait for 02 day but the refill was not received then again i got the message on 15 Feb 2015 that the refill has been Cancelled Please re-book your LPG refill. Then I ask to my dealer about this problem, He is reply me : " we was sent on 15 Feb 2015 on sunday but may be you are not at home & now if you want collect from godown . My question is : They are not inform when delivery time if we will available at home. other wise How many day we will wait on 24 hour for delivery. After received massage we will wait for 48 hour. they are saying any time we will send & you want there. This is not right way. Please do needful action for above problem.

I have complained against HP LPG Gas Dealer SRIRAMAKRISHNA GAS[protected] located in Sector-16 Indira Nagar Lucknow, U.P. who are selling/distributing LPG Gas on a public road earlier also. Recently I have received a postal mail from HP Gas company in which it has been stated that they have conducted an internal enquiry and as the dealer has taken a shop in a commercial complex it is ok what they are doing. This is completely ridiculous on many account: 1- First the concerned dealer has just taken a small shop in a nearby business complex but is selling/distributing LPG gas out on an open road which doesn’t belong to HP Gas Company – if that is the case I want it in writing from the HP Gas Company so that I can file a legal case against the company as well as the dealer. 2- This activity is taking place right behind a petrol pump -therefore highly dangerous as any time a major accident can take place due to leakage of LPG gas. As per letter from HP Gas company they haven’t given any reasonable explanation as to why it is ok to sell/distribute LPG gas on an open road (or as the letter mentioned – a bylane). I want it in writing from HP Gas company that if tommorow such an accident takes place they will take full responsibilities for the same. 3- Every day almost 2-3 big trucks and 2-3 small vans come filled with LPG Gas and are then stacked on a public road from where it is distributed/sold. As per the letter from HP Gas compay only 1 vehicle comes from LPG gas is given out for distribution. This is a complete lie and I am stunned that the concerned personal who has conducted enqiuiry will lie to protect the nefarious interest of the dealer. 4- The LPG Dealer has not taken a proper storage place and is using public place to sell/distribute LPG Gas which is not only illegal but also can cause leakage related accidents. Again if it is legal to sell/distribute LPG Gas from a public place I want it in writing – so that later on when I file a legal case I can submit it to the court. 5- This nefarious activity is taking place near a residential locality and therefore is an open invitation to a massive accident. I want it in writing from HP Gas company that they will be solely responsible for any mishap due to sales/distribution of LPG Gas from a public place. I have earlier made a complaint about the same and have received a notification from HP Gas company that they have conducted an internal inquiry and as per their version the concrened LPG Vedor is not doing anything wrong. I want it in writing from HP Gas company that it is ok to sell/distribute LPG Gas on a public road – so that accordingly I can file a legal case against HP authorities in the High Court. I have registered myself in online booking system with consumer NO -626312 with my [protected]@yahoo.com but recently my Email account got hacked and now I cant access my account.

Therefore i have created new [protected]@gmail.com and i have to re registered with this email, but as i have already registered with consumer no -626312 the system is not accepting the same.

Therefore i would like to request to cancel my previous registration and reset my account so that i can re registered online with my New Email- [protected]@gmail.com

Today a delivery boy of hp gas cylinder claimed 670/- whether my cash memo was of 640/-.I am agreed to pay 650/- as 10/- as tips.But he claimed additional 30/-.He told me very rudely If I will not pay as per his claim he will took back that cylinder.

Hi Sir, I booked the gas refill (Booking No. - 288726) dated on 28th Jan '15 and the refill was not received but i got the message on my registered phone([protected]) that the refill has been delivered. I again made a booking (Booking No. - 290250) dated on 1st Feb '15 and again I got the message as Refill Delivered but I did not receive the refill. Then, I tried contacting the AKSHAY GASES many times but they are not receiving the calls. And Now, I am not getting the refill. Please do the needful.

Radha gas service, ahmedabad, Gujarat sate not delivering cylinder from last 25 days..my booked got cancelled 3 times and no response from the distributor.. I kept going to office every alternate day but no response from the staff...they are just giving false impressions to cover their mistakes..i wish to file a grievance complaint on them.

i am Hp Gas Consummer. my Consummer No is 609796. 17 Digit Code 2 [protected]. i am already Submitted my pahal Form in may 2014. but my Distributor told me your bank account not link with hp gas. i already submitted in bank as well as in to distributors. his code is 19662200 so that i meet my branch but my bank branch told your ur account is link. distributor told me he never issue me gas up to link account so again 3 rd Feb .2015 second time i am submitted DBTL Details To him. Today 10 he has not link my bank account. I am given complint to HP Complaint no. [protected] dated 02/07/2015 [protected] dated 02/09/2015. [protected] dated 02/10/2015. And no action taken. But today I am socked delivery men come to my home with gas and offer me for gas in black Rs 650. Then I know this is for black marketing. So please resolve it.

Dear Sir/madam My Consumer number is 616710 Agency name is Rajani Gas service in Trivandrum Kerala today my Regulator is leakage immediately i was informed the agency still nobody attend the house. I am having 18 month baby unable heat water and milk we dont have any other solution many time we called the our concern agency they not responding till 6 o clock in the nobody attend the house still we waiting for them. Respectfully, I am, D.Sangameswara Rao, a consumer of your company and my Consumer No. is -600778, LPG ID is No.[protected]. I have submitted Adhaar Card and Bank Account Number to your Agency. I have also received a message from your end "Your aadhar number is linked to LPG ID. To avail LPG subsidy in your bank account, subit Aadhaar Number to your Bank immediately." My Aadhar Card already linked to my Bank Account i.e. with State Bank of India, Ramalakshmana Branch, Srikakulam-532001. On the same day I have submitted again submitted my LPG ID and Aadhar Card number to the concerned Bank for linkage to Gas Account.On the same day they have done. Afterwards I booked Gas, but the people of Gas Agency i.e. Vedamatha Gas Agency, Srikakulam told me that your Gas Account is not linked to the Bank Account. I again approached the Bank Authorities, they told me that both Aadhar number and Gas ID Number have already linked to my Bank Account. But your agency in Srikakulam has been continuously telling that my account is not linked with the Bank. In these circumstances I could not book my Gas. Please do the needful and clear the obstacle. Hi Gas consumer id 600231 my distributor i lahari gas agency Mysore i have been booking the gas for past 45 days, its been cancelled on one or the other pretext, and even after bill has bill generated the gas is not delivered yet . request you to look into the issue thanks and regards

I would like to mention on Stamp Paper that i had submitted my Aadhar proof 2 Yrs back to my Gas Agency which is Laxmi Gas Agency, Nehru Nagar, Kurla (East), Mumbai - 400024. But now they are saying that it is not updated in thier records. The Aadhar number is updated on my HP Portal and the same has been verified and linked with my Bank account that also i have verified. Now the agency is denaying to resubmit all documents and after submitting the same they will give me refilled cylender. This is type of behaviour is use to from this agency they enjoy harrasment of the consumer. If i am found in fault i will surrender my gas connection with immediate effect. I am that much confident about the aadhar documentation submitted to Laxmi Gas Agency.

This is to inform you that from last 2 months we are not getting gas cylinder on time. After booking on this number [protected], we get reference number and schedule forward to distributor but after many follow up distributor said it was cancelled booking.
