Hello. I purchased petrol for the amount of ₹720.88 for my 2 wheeler WB24AF4738. Upon payment through G-Pay i demanded the Receipt. And i was told I needed to inform them before refueling that I required a receipt for the purchase. Since when did a bill/receipt for purchase of fuel became optional? Why wasn't the bill generated in the first place? Why do I need to inform before refueling regarding the requirement of bill for my purchase?...

The petrol pump at Lalbaug, Mumbai tries to cheat its customers. I have personally encountered it multiple times.
they pretend to not to hear the correct amount & then distract you. like if you ask them to fill in petrol for Rs. 500, then will 1st fill in for 100 or so & then another person will distract you & the first person will without resetting startr filling the petrol.
At the end, they will claim they had 'reset' the...

In over area hp petrol bulk .I told told to put 90rupees they put 100 rupees .so i want quick response . your labour also talk me Hardly .In this bulk not getting mileage...

I have recharged by HP pay wallet on 11th dec with 500 rs. On 13th dec i was trying for scan and pay at J R Amin hp pump naroda ahmedabad with 200 rs. The transaction went through and funds got deducted but it showed 'No records found' and petrol pump system didnt received the money. I have send feedback through app twice (REF00095124, REF[protected] but got no reply nor refund so kindly resolve it asap

At lohare hp petrol pump diesel is different colour and having moisture.this petrol pump located at Raigad district near poladpur. As we complain the sales said that it’s company faults. Due to this diesel my vehicle is under maintenance it’s cost around 25-30 thousand including towing the vehicle I have photo grphs and videos also...

When I went for refuiling my bike to this petrol station there was clear space at centre so I stopped and ask refueler to fill petrol she said no come to this side I will give as we know every single second there is rush for refueling of fuel for every person so on this she said no u have to come here so I asked why? she said I will not give rudely, so I talked to the manager of this hp petrol pump branch he said...

Today in the morning, i go to hp petrol pump address (600/34 Vijay Nagar, Circular Rd, near Jhajhar Chungi, Rohtak, Haryana 124001) to get petrol for my bike of ₹299 and less petrol is filled in my bike. I think there is machine fixing at the petrol pump.

Can you please check if their machines are giving right quantity of petrol to their customers.

Several times I have noted that whenever I visit the petrol pump for filing petrol in my bike, there is very slow service at the station.
It takes almost more than 20 minutes to fill.
The services needs to be speedy. Kindly look into the matter.
