Sir, I booked for refil og hp gas cylinder on phone on 6 sept 2011,( wrt m prakash gas agency, kharghar,navi mumbai)and wrt booking no wrt consumer no-606787 was supposed tobedelivered on 11 sept ,, on 13 sept I was told it will take another 10 days,,saying they have earlier told it will take 12 days and not on 12 sept as if i am a fool sitting here,,, prior to 6 sept i was told it will tak next day for delivery,,, last cylinder was received on 25 july,,, and since 1/10/11 i have used only 6 cylinders which may be checked from your records

    I have honour to inform you that Iam consumer of ( H P Gase ) In umbergao Town Dist- valsad.Our agency name is Vardhaman Gas Agency.Our Hp gas Distributor is so much arogent, Mis bhave with client, non co-operative pesrson.We coustomer of hp gas o[censored]mbergaon Suffering too much problem of getting cylinder scence 3 month .When we go for booking they say dont worry you will get with in 2 days & they r not ready to even book the gas.Now it has 3 month still we r waiting for gas.
    Gas agency is on the name of another person & some body else is running agency pls take a proper action against agency.
    Hope fully we will get proper satisfy result

      Sir,
      I am currently facing an issue with the HP gas Distributor Mahanty Enterprise[protected] who is functioning at Baguiati Area, Kolkata. This is something related to Security and High Lead time in distributing New Refill. Normally it takes 15 days to 20 days from the date of booking to deliver the new refill. I have been with HP Gas since 2006 and facing this issue since then. However, an incident has compelled me to write on Consumer Forum.

      In the month of August second last week, I had booked for a new refill. After 15 days I got a new cylinder. However, to be my very surprise I got a cylinder whose expiry date was over (Old stock ). My mom had requested the delivery man to get one out of the new stock. However, the delivery man had not paid any heed. He left the premises without the new refill cylinder being delivered. As expired cylinder is dangerous in nature my mother had refused to accept the cylinder. Last time this had happened when I had requested for a technician to investigate on the leakage. With much surprise I did not get any technician.
      Whenever I go to Mahanty’s shop the personal seating over there always inform that the cash memo is ready and you will get it by today or tomorrow. This is happening till date.

      I have raised a Complain at Hp gas regarding this behavior however it has not changed anytime. Complain number is 11034374.

        Dear sir, as i complaint in earlier request. my customer Id for HP is 602008, i want to register my cylinder. as 15 days passed we received last months cylinder ( it was already late-you can check their register). i'm trying these two nos. i.e.[protected]/2505531 from last week. if we request delivery boys to drop our registered cylinder they are charging Rs. 500/- for the same. we cannot replace any of our neighbour's because they are having other company's cylinders. please try to solve our problems. because with this link i am able to reach to you but there are so many people who are personally going there and facing the problem, they do not have this facility.

        very true these nos continuously come busy and when it rings they dont pick up?
        they send cylinder after 20-25 days of booking date that to after visiting office 3-4 times.
        and many times toh that delivery boy sell the cylinder in black and office people say that we delivered it to you.
        then whenever you call they will ask the gas book everytime, and everytime they will say " 4-5 din me aaye ga"


        HP services are going worst day by day
        Its better to opt for Bharat Gas

          I have a Gas connection with CHIRAG GAS AGENCY, shop no.9, opp. Nalasopara-W Rly Station, Maharashtra, Pin - 401203. My consumer No. is 617686, in the name of TARLA V GANDHI. I booked gas on 09.08.2011 & booking no. is 123661 & got the replied as it will be delivered in a week. Again I personally went & enquire they replied they will delivered with 2-3days due to shortage. And while enquiring on there no.[protected] &[protected] always comes as busy only. I have not experience all this first time with company but several time I experienced, even I found that they are supplying cylinder’s to them who are not actual registered customer for extra income. I feel that they are misusing there power. Even I warn them also to stop all this otherwise I will make notice to your superior for all this.
          Please look into the matter & check whether there is real shortage or making people full for some extra.

          Yes i agree with this. I am also one of HP Consumer from this region. I dont want to give me consumer no. From last couple of months we are facing a problem for Gas booking. They are saying due to shortage of gas we are unable to deliver gas to you customers. It will take 25 to 30 days time. We don't under stand if gas supply is less than why Chirag Gas Agency is giving new connection to customer. First you have to solve the problem to your existing customer, than give new connection to others. If this thing is going continiously i m sure, the problem of gas never solve.

          I am requesting to higher authority please look into the matter and do the neccesary step to resolve this problem asap.

          Yes i am with this I am also one of HP Customer at Chirag gas Service Nallasopara West opp Railway Station Their is Lot of Cylinder in Chirag gas service The Van R Standing In East & west delivery People R Sitting on Tea stall some of they selling in Black Need to go at the HP Gas Distributor Head Office .

            I have a Domestic gas Connection from HP Company( Consumer No.29134) in Moradabad, UP. I booked the GAS on dated 23-08-11. The delivery man come on dated 06-09-11 and charging Rs.500/-. The exact charges for the gas connection is rs.rs400. Although I am paying 420.But he denied by saying that if you need the gas now, then you have to force to give this charges. Finally, he went without delivery the gas due to not giving charges of rs.500/-.

              Inspite of several phone call dealer is not attentive to respond towards supply of cylinder on time,today exhausted with exsisting cylinder,will plan to report consumer case,even today not in a position to cook food,in my home,this case i had not experienced in my life before,Poor HP dealer performance,Poor HP retail monitoring,People should feel shame on that.May be today i need to search for the touts/Dealers delivery boys who instead of money supply cylinders,Shame .......

                  At the month of MAY our gas connection transfered to JAI AMBEY HP GAS SEVA[protected] and from may month it is done only 3 refills and last time i get gas after 10 times follow up.

                  My consumer number is 600398.

                  Gas agency phone numbers are:[protected] [protected], we continue try it for 3-4 days then it connects once and that is done on 2657266 other wise this number is busy everytime and others are ringing but no one open and again contact after 10 days but they have no status for my booking. now again we booked but tilll now no confirmation and no one picking the phones, it is so frustration and now our gas cylinder is going to empty but that are not delivering gas.
                  Don't know the reason for delivery and 20 days and still trying to contact them and HP company may be not taking any action on it.becasue i already put online complaint on their portal but that is still in pending state, i hope we will get some result from this portal.

                      This complaint is to bring to your notice the complete disregard to service by the HP gas LPG agent in our area.
                      My cylinder had a small leak last night. I have been trying all the emergency numbers since 7.30 pm on the comsumer slip given by Pet EMP Co-op.
                      Three numbers have been given on the slip:
                      12665 (for gas emergencies)
                      24156763 and[protected]to call in case of emergency or in non-working hours) [protected] (gas leakage complaint number which does not answer the phone at all)
                      Since 8 am in the morning, I have been the regular landline nos[protected],[protected] of the agency to report this emergency. Nobody answers these numbers.

                      The phones keep ringing at all times. Finally at 10 am, I personally visited the agency to report my complaint. Both the numbers are in proper working condition. The employees there were happily chatting away on the phone, saying that they can't answer the landline because it is hooked to the online system! The woman there called the mechanic for me.
                      But the issue here is that do customers have to go all the way to the agency to report emergencies? Who is resposible if some mishap had occured in my house because of the leaking cylinder? Would HP gas have taken the responsibility? Why do you print emergency numbers if there is to be no response to them? What kind of an inefficient company keeps out of service numbers for emergencies?
                      Their toll free number [protected] does not have any option other than booking cylinders. Basically there is no recourse to a customer in case of a dangerous emergency. I hope some strict action will be taken to activate emergency nos and to get the agency employees to behave responsibly in answering phone calls.

                        OMKAR GAS SERVICES --- cylinder provider at Thane East Kopari are very horrible service providers. Firstly when we call for booking we have to struggle atleast for 2 hrs to get connected later the staff will speak to you very arrogantly we not at all can expect they we speak to you nicely. Later you ask for details they will just reply you "10-15 divsane yael gadi yet nahi ahe stock nahi" than u keep on following them days will...

                        Hi, i am to inform you that the supply from this agency is never on time. If we try calling their telephone numbers either they are busy are not available. If at all you get thru the line and book for the gas, u are told that you would receive the gas in one week to 10 days. Why this ambiguity?? Whenever there is a shortage of gas cylinders, all newspapers carry this message which is understandable. But in this agencies case, the gas is never delivered on time. If at all you get the line and throw your frustration on them, then you are black listed and then there is more delay in replacing the gas cylinder. Could you pls check on this and it is truly causing nuisance to many and no body to take action on them. Would request, it they are not efficient enough then they need to stop their agency and not trouble the customers. Plzzzzzz this is a very serious issue. Somebody pls help us out of this mess.

                          Dear HP management

                          This to bring your notice your HP gas delivery boy is misusing customers booked gas refill cylinder

                          I had booked for cylinder with gas no 556684 on 24th Aug with booking no 231040

                          On 27th Aug I received a SMS saying my refill will be delivered within 24 hours with cash memo no 7437

                          Again I received a SMS saying "your refill cash memo no 7437 has been canceled" I am shocked why is canceled

                          Then again I received one more SMS saying HP booking no 231040 & cash memo 5745 will be delivered within 24 hours

                          But till now I have not received any gas & to my surprise I received another SMS saying your gas cylinder has been delivered on 2nd Sep,

                          If it was delivered & not reached to the consumer then many question are raising, to whom it is delivered to ? is it being delivered to someone else ?

                          This not the first time I am facing this problem last time I had complianed this problem to your Area Manager Mr. Garg but He was too busy to respond to consumers complaint (pls refer to trailing msg)

                          I humbly request HP gas management to look in to this issue & take serious action against the person who is behind

                          This to bring your notice that your HP somajiguda branch takes 1 month to deliver a cylinder after several reminders.

                          Earlier i was your jublihills branch customer there service was excellent within a week they use to deliver the cylinder.

                          But I am really disappointed with service of your somajiguda branch I have never experienced such a service from hp.

                          My gas no-554677 this is my old gas connection I have taken one more connection from somajiguda branch no-556684.

                          when I booked this (556684) new connection I paid full amount they said the cylinder will be delivered within 2 days.

                          But after a lot of remainders calls,complainants they delivered the cylinder after two month of purchase.

                          This was not at all expected from a company like hp we don't just expect good service from hp but excellent service.

                          Since 1 year I am experiencing such a service I hope there will be an end to all this very soon.

                            Kindly suggest what future course of action can be done against the agency.Please also let me know if other customer are also treated similarly.

                              Hi,

                              I visited to Vitava kalwa Thane HPCL Petrol Pump on 28/08/2011 and taken 12 Ltr Petrol and i am using a Bike on 28/08/2011 their was no issue, but on 29/08/2011 my start giving problem to me when bike was check in services station they found water in petrol tank , as it was calculated as 9 liters , when i went to complaint abt this in petrol pump he denied of this and asked to go for consumer forum . as asked with several bikers they complaint abt the same issue , then i asked them to give petrol in the bottle but they refused by my continouse request he gave me petrol in bottle from the tanker standing in the petrol pump

                                I want to take a New HP Gas Connection. I have Rent agreement for local proof and Driving License and Passport for Identity.
                                But whenever I go to nearest HP gas agency, they say gas connection is not available and come later. I am fed up of going to HP gas agency and lost all the hope now. They are not in mood of giving new gas connection.
                                When I call to HP Gas customer care, they say they can't do anything. You have to go to the nearest dealer only.

                                  I am Vaibhav Parekh from Surat. Our Gas Cylinder Agency is Hp Gas(Navsari wala Traders) near by Majura gate, Surat. My Cunsumer no. is 614794. Everytime this person delay my cylinder. without 10 or 12 days he never given the cylinder. before 1 yr we were residing in Rander, Surat. they always sent our bottle within 2 or 3 days. So pls taken the steps against Navsari wala Traders, Kindly do the needful for the same.

                                  I am Bhupendra Ambalal Nayak from Kadi - Mehsnan. Our Gas Cylinder Agency is Hp Gas(Shakti Gas Service) near by Petrol Pump, Nandasan Road, Kadi. My Cunsumer no. is 601973. The Shakti Gas Service Agency is best as know and as per my knowledge BUT,
                                  Sir i would like to inform you that at my mension address there is godown of cylinder and Mr. Shrikant is handle the billing and cash work - Mr. shrikant is always demanding the extra money from consumer when consumer requesting for get the bill for cylinder, Sir i really very disapoint for it and i humbly request yo pls. take action on this person (Mr. Shrikant) as many consumer's are facing the problem by Mr.Shrikant. I also would like inform you that everytime this person delay janune cylinder and arranging to his friends and relatives elegaly. So pls taken the steps against Mr. Shrikant, Kindly do the needful for the same.

                                    I happened to be the consumer of HP gas.We have been facing difficulties in getting/booking the gas to black-marketing.We are not able to get the our share of
                                    gas in time.Not only this,we are able to book only after 1 month since last issue .And when you book, the agency person will give the date after 15 days.
                                    That means, the consumer able to get the gas once in two months(approx.)
                                    Kindly, take up the issue to the concerned authority and help in resolving it.

                                    HP — distribution

                                    Why won't other distribution offices of HP gas cylinders let us get a refill if the place we get our gas cylinders off have none in stock? They are all part of the same company, so what is the problem? This is Margao, Goa. It has been nearly 2 weeks, that we are unable to get a cylinder refill.
