When I went for refuiling my bike to this petrol station there was clear space at centre so I stopped and ask refueler to fill petrol she said no come to this side I will give as we know every single second there is rush for refueling of fuel for every person so on this she said no u have to come here so I asked why? she said I will not give rudely, so I talked to the manager of this hp petrol pump branch he said may be it was natural call so that is why one of staff is not there then I said to him if it was natural call then why one of staff is arguing with me instead she should have said wait for 2 min another will come and give so after listen to that manager who is not responding to my fever as he was also rude and full of attitude so I thought why not to raise this to another platform because these people build money but no humanity

Today in the morning, i go to hp petrol pump address (600/34 Vijay Nagar, Circular Rd, near Jhajhar Chungi, Rohtak, Haryana 124001) to get petrol for my bike of ₹299 and less petrol is filled in my bike. I think there is machine fixing at the petrol pump.

Can you please check if their machines are giving right quantity of petrol to their customers.

No basic service provided by pump.

No filtered water was available at pump.

मेने अपनी बाईक में 04/12/2021 को वर्मा फ़िल्लिंग station Near akashyPatra जगतपुरा Jaipur से 600 रुपये का पेट्रोल भराया था जिसके बाद मेरी बाइक 52 किलोमीटर चली थी ओर पेट्रोल खतम हो गया। फिर मेने पेट्रोल पंप पर अगले दिन जाकर ये बात बताया तो उसके मालिक ने मुझे बोला कि हमने पुरा पेट्रोल डाला था। अगर पुरा पेट्रोल डालते तो मैं 220KM प्लस का सफ़र पुरा करता।

I paid through UPI (hdfc bank app), transaction was successful from my end, money got deducted but order failed.

My LPG connection is blocked without any intimation. when i called in agency than they are said to me that your LPG connection is blocked and because of that you are not available to do online gas booking, and because of that i lost my reward of rs.900 which is available on online mode .only because of that this type of misconduct. without intimation to us, They are also said that we are send mechanist who is coming from the company and than after you will able to doing online booking. i really disappointed because of this type of misconduct and please me also give legal circular regarding inspection is always required when mechanist come, because they are always charge high amount which can not afford by us. if it is compulsory then only send mechanist at our home otherwise provide me only cylinder service. when i required to doing inspection service then only i request for inspection.

Payment failed

1450 petrol was filled but petrol was not received completely, petrol pump person did not read zero.When I told the petrol pump person that petrol is less full, then the petrol pump person started Petrol ran out half way.

Sir, i was in line and waiting for my turn at your petrol pump Ram chander pansari filling station in sirsa then he refuse to fill fuel in my car and all boys of your staff started misbehaving with me and my other passengers i request you to please take a nessasory action he also refused us to fill fuel

Several times I have noted that whenever I visit the petrol pump for filing petrol in my bike, there is very slow service at the station.
It takes almost more than 20 minutes to fill.
The services needs to be speedy. Kindly look into the matter.

This is to inform you that one of your petrol pump in bandra west us disrespecting and insulting customers when I request Mr Hemant Dattatray Natekar to refill fuel in my vehicle Mr Hemant refused to fill the fuel and very proudly asked me to complaint against him if I want but he will not fill fuel in my vehicle so I did complaint it to Ms mansi and Mr Swapnil but bot if them did not take any action against him so requesting you to please terminate Mr Hemant Dattatray Natekar from his duties for insulting customers and to suspend his supervisors ms mansi and Swapnil fir 7 months from there duties. I would love to be present at the movement .

Only one person ...feeling anyway

i am regular customer of your petrol and always prefer HP petrol for my car. Today i experienced very bad at your one of petrol pump during my visit for fuel, the details are below

1. No queue maintained for feeling fuel and no separate string used for car and byke

2 No free Air available

and when i asked for that they misbehaved with me and also complaint register not available at pump.

I would like to make a complaint of your petrol pump at VKI Jaipur. As that petrol pump is serving gas in case of diesel and that person was lying that diesel was filled but my car was not showing me a single kilometre range.
Plz check this complaint as I am still having the proof of diesel that person filled up in my car.

your pump dealer kesar filling station sarsaud (hr.) have no person to fill air and his manager says he has no body to fill air and also says our pump has only solar system so that he has no air .Pump mangaer is so rude and he has no manners to talk with coustmer.This pump has no clean washroom. Kindly say the pump owner to maintain his pump. I hope your company made a complete action on it so again nobody is harrased by the pump staff.
