Sir,
I had the gas connection along with a spare cylinder facility from Subhadra Gas agency, Anakapalle who are the dealers of Hindustan petroleum Gas agency. Now they stopped me the supply and demanding me to show the connection form. I obtained the connection in the year 1970 and I lost it in the 1990 may 10th floods.
Despite many requisitions and appeals the dealer is not responding and stopped me issuing gas cylinders.

My connection Number is 881. Kindly find a way to get a duplicate form and restore my right to get the cylinder from the agency.

    Harsh behaviour by Nandini gas Agency, Tiruvanmiyur, Chennai

    I submitted my proofs for the Cooking gas connection to Nandini gas connection, Tiruvanmiyur, and got the connection. but every 2 months they say i have not submitted the proof and don't deliver the cylinder. I have a baby and its so difficult to give him milk. They don't keep the records safely and take our life. The lady who's the incharge there dosen't know to speak decently to the customers, she's very harsh in her words

    Non Delivery of HP Gas and Harsh behavior of — HP Gas Complaints - Non Delivery of Gas Cylender after booking & rude behavior of

    I have book Hp gas cylinder through gas number - 624713 in month of may-08 and not yet delivered till 5-JUly-08. I am continuosly trying to get in touch with Laxmi Gas Agency - Kurla but every time the answer is same i.e. it would be delivered after 4 days. Now 4 days back on 1-July-08 I had called up for gas delivery and the gentleman from other side confirmed that gas would be delivered on saturday. I had called on 5-July-08 to Laxmi Gas agency - Kurla but the lady Manish repled that the gas would take another 4 days to deliver. upon shoutung on phone they agreed to deliver gas in next 2 hr but till then I had called around 10 times but no positive response from the Gas agency agent. Every time they are committing some or the other thing. Now at 5 pm I got a chance to speak to Manisha and she very rudly refuse to comiit any timelines of delivery. requesting you to please look into the matter

    H P Gas — POOR SERVICE AND ASKING FOR MONEY(TIPS) ALWAYS

    This is for the rajdhani gas servises Bhubaneshwar Orissa.It is a really bad experice.When i went to the office fist time i was asked to buy a gas stove(chulha).I told the i already had one and as i have moved from a joint family i need a new connection now.I was asked to show the recipet for it and i showed it.With all the surprice i was told this reciept does not include VAT so we cant take is as valid.When my stove was bought 9 yrs back there was no VAt.And a guy came and said give some bakshish and u will get it.I refused and spoke to the manager who was also non cooperative.After a lot of argument i was told someone will come a do a surver of your house.Which took almost a month.Finally with lots of visit and calls i got the connection.Now when every time i book a cylinder i am aske dto pay additional 10 Rs.On asking the delevery man says company is charging it and not us?IS THIS TRUE.TAking tips of festivals is Ok but every time i i have to pay a tip is not done.Atorities kindly look in the matter.

    Another this when i bought a Gas pipe i was asked to pay additional home delivery charges is that true as wel.And was not given any recipet for the same.Even the guy who come for servisin dows not give a recipet for servisitng and when i asked him to change the gas nobes he asked me 10 Rs each.And i was shocked to see the nobes were old and used and in BAD condition.


    This is a really poor service.
    I agree with Harsh.Even i am suffering the same kind of problem with Nandini Gas Agency, Tiruvanmiyur, Chennai.Every month we book the gas before 10 days, even though we won't get the gas cylinder now time.And i tried to book the additional cylinder that also did not work.The agency person says that there is no new additional gas cylinder offers.The customer service is really poor.

    Whenever I ask about second cylinder I hear the same answer since 2004.
    I asked for a written document explaining not to issue second cylinder but they could not show such a letter from HP. When I insisted the operator suggested I should change the agency if I am unhappy with their service.
    I agree to the above said comment . i have informed the omcerned person that my cylinder is leaking. I have first informed the lady at 9.00am till now nobody bothered to look at my problem. I have small baby even for her we are not able to do anything.

    they are worth less to run a gas agency to cannot keep a person to attend immediate complaint.
    After registering a complaint with HP I received the second cylinder within a week.

    I had not received my booked cylinder even after 15 days and when questioned politely they said it would reach me with in 2 days, after instant reminders after 2days i did not receive it for a whole month after that ...
    I went to their office personally and said i had not received the cylinder and the prices have also gone up Rs. 35 which i have to pay due to their delay .The lady who's in charge doesn't know to speak decently to the customers, she's very harsh in her words.
    After 11/2 months later, when my in laws went there personally a man there apologised and sent in the cylinder in an hours time
    When I booked the next cylinder they behaved the same and its been 1month again.
    That's when i googled Nandhini gas to see what comes up ... I have come to know, that I was not the only consumer who was going through this harsh attitude of the agency

    HP Gas — delay in delivery of gas for over 15 days and harsh behaviour

    dear sir
    i have a hp gas connection (connection no 600309) with panwar gas agency ghaziabad
    i booked the gas through phone
    but sir 15 days are over they are not delivering the gas
    i registered a complaint with hp gas complaint no 10026400
    this is second time the problem is repeated erlier also i lodged a complaint just 3 months back complaint no. 10006302
    this has become a recurring problem
    with 21 days booking and over 20 days delay in delivery it has become difficult to survive and i have to resort to market to purchase the gas in black.
    what should i do
    please please advice

    THEY ARE REALLY VERY POOR IN RESPONSE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. IF YOU EXPECT ANY RESPONSE FOR YOUR QUERY YOU ENDS WITH VAIN FOR EACH AND EVERY QUESTIONS. IF YOU APPROACH THEM FOR NEW CONNECTION THEY WILL MAKE YOU TO VISIT THEM AGAIN AND AGAIN REPEATEDLY FOR ATLEAST 5 TIMES.. ALSO IF YOU BOOKED FOR REFILLING THE CYLINDERS THEY WILL TAKE MINIMUM OF 20 DAYS AND WILL DELIVER THE CYLINDER ONLY AFTER SEVERAL CALLS AND FOLLOW UPs.

    HP Gas — poor response for delivery of cylinder

    Gas not delivered
    My Consumer No. is 605806 and HP Gas agency name is PRIYA GAS AGENCY, 18, ABC AVENUE KALADIPET, CHENNAI - 600019.

    I booked gas for home delivery on 08.4.11 but till today 19.05.11 not delivered. In this connection, number of times reminded to representative of said Gas Agency. Every time gas delivery late.Pls I request to you Pls gas send immediately.

    HP Gas — improper behavior of agency

    respected sir,
    myself Dr. dhiraj agrawal. staying t trivendrum kerala since last 1 year, ihad been registered to divine as agency for lpg for home,every month they will not register my as boking number untill i will at least nt call them for 3-4 times after that also when i will book my number in 10 - 15 adys in advance they will not delivere the cylender at home even after 5 10 after the cylender is over every sday i have to call agency and daily they will make some exuse due after this much also after 10 i have to go personally to agency and have handover empty cylender to agency and to take new cylender withwon expence
    due to that every time i m spendin 1 1.5 thousand rupees for unnecesory irresponsible behavior of agency

    Nandini gas Agency, Tiruvanmiyur always treat the customer with harsh behavior irrespective of the person age, qualification. They always make delay for any request. whenever i go for any request they asked me to come back on next day, Also they are asking the customer to give a call to landline numbers for any request. i tried the phone number Phone:[protected],[protected]. Both numbers always use to be "BUSY" OR "RINGING NO REPONSE" NOT EVEN single time able to catch over the phone.

    Then i visited to the agency and watched outside the agency both employees where sitting idle. Then i tried both the number just outside the agency. i was surprised, phone is ringing but they muted the ringtone sound and not even picking the phone when they used to sit idle.

    Narinder Gas Agency for HP Gas.. they have the worst service in the world .. even i can't book my cylinder on time due to heavy call flow, The no. they have given to us that is[protected]/[protected] is always busy ... i tried even for whole day and the result is same .. thy also give us an IVR no for booking but that is also waist of time ..

    Yes I do agree with you all. The lady sitting there is very harsh and irrespective of the age she speaks very rudely and use to shout. she asks for extra money and still she say to keep on waiting for the cylinder. I am a great sufferer. really that lady has left many bad memories in my mind. I would like to say that HP Gas service has to take strict actions against the lady so that in future the customer should not suffer.
    I tried telephonically many times but still i am waiting for my cyliders to come as i have transferred my gas connection. Very- very poor service and bad behaviour of the lady. She shouts at the customer. this agency is worst to deal with
    Booked for gas through mobile SMS . Message recieved that delivery will be on 15th. Waiting to receive cylinder leaving all other jobs. When we speak to the agent "try ring up after 3 to 4 days", this is the reply .

    How do we tackle this?

    THEN I RECEIVED A MASSAGE AS "YOUR HP GAS BOOKING IS CANCELLED PLEASE BOOK AGAIN." SO I WANT TO KNOW WHAT EXACTLY HAPPENS. SAME THIS HAPPENS HERE AFTER 2 TIMES. I REQUEST YOU TO GIVE ME A GAS AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE BECOUSE I WAS IN TROUBLE WITHOUT GAS. PLEASE GRAND MY REQUEST AND REPLY US ON CORRESPONDING EMAIL .

    ****************AND THAT DELIVERY GUY IS ASKING EXTRA 50 RUPEES AND FIGHT WITH LADY. IF WE WILL GIVE EXTRA AMOUNT FOR GAS DELIVERY MEANS U WILL SEND ME THE MAIL...
    i faced the same.. today afternoon, i went there, , , such an indecent, rude response they gave... they do not know how to behave .. behaving like an uncivilized person... both the employee and the owner are devils... one big devil and super big devil... non sense people they are

      My Card has blocked.Asking for submission of documents.
      May I know reasons for the same.Agency says you have not taken the cylinder hence blocked.It is not necessary.It is customers decession how to use gas.They dont block the card.

        My Gas Agency is Ideal Enterprises (150/1&2, NEAR CHECK POST, HOSUR ROAD, Koramangala, Bangalore) and my consumer number is 626795

        I hold a double cylinder connection and have a family of 6 members. My usual consumption of gas is 1 cylinder per month on an average. I've been continuously harassed by this dealer everytime I've had to book a refill. The first response is always "Please call after 2 weeks" (Which has now gone upto 25 days). They claim that its the govt. ruling that a consumer can't book a refill before 2-3 weeks of their last delivery. As it is, it is difficult to get through to them as their phone lines are either constantly engaged or they refuse to pick up the phone. And on top of that, to wait for 3 weeks to book and then to wait for the uncertain delivery schedule which is always a week late, it is a harrowing experience. They are always rude, arrogant and display non-compassion towards consumers. I need to know the procedures as specified by HP for booking the refills. I also want a third cylinder in case my dealer is well within his rights to delay my booking for the minimum period of 2 weeks - 25 days

        I AM NOT RECIEVING ANY CYLINDER, I HAVE CALL SO MANY TIME BUT THEY ARE NOT GIVING ANY GOOD RESPOSE. THEY ARE BLACK MAILNG THE CYLINDER. THEY ARE ISSUING THE CYLINDER WITHOUT BOOKING.           Sir,

          for reffiling of my gas they are telling me on the day of booking get my original gas papers to show them 'cause as per them my gas has been transfered to some other place. and as per me from the booking date till now I didn't gave any trafer request to them.

          earlier when the gas booking diary was introduced then also they are not booking my gas and they called me how many time I have to there As I am working women and its not possible to there again and again when tehy called me.

          Till now, I have not received neither Gas Connection nor any reply from the Gas Agency.

          I request your good office to look into this matter on top priority & do the needful.

            I AM ASHISH SHIVKUMAR AGRAWAL A RESIDENT OF PLOT NO.557, SITABULDI, NAGPUR-440012. I HAVE APPLIED FOR NEW DOMESTIC HP GAS CONNECTION, BUT THEY ARE PRESSURISING THE NEW COSTUMERS TO BUY NEW GAS STOVE FROM THEM ONLY NOT FROM THE MARKET.
            AS I HAVE PURCHASED A ELIGIBLE ISI MARK STOVE FROM MARKET THEY ARE NOT PROVIDING ME NEW CONNECTION OF HP GAS.
            Manager Mr. Yogesh Gothmare is actually a fraud person and uses rough language with the customers those appose to his illegal way of work.

              There are consistent delays in delivery despite four to five times reminder at the interval of a week. Agency always says tomorrow. It normally takes 5 to 8 weeks for delivery of cylinder.

              This complaint is against Narinder Gas Agency (HP) situated in Noida.

              I have a HP connection (consumer no. 620038) in the name of Vivek Singh Kotiyal, Address - Z-278 B Sector 12 Noida. I booked a HP cylinder on 24th of January 2012 but the cylinder has not been delivered to us as yet. It causes us lots of problem.

              Also the weight of the cylinders that we received in the past were not as per the accurate as it is printed in the Cylinder due to this the gas got finished before there timeline.

              I would be thankful to you if you take an immediate action on this regard and make your service more flexible for your consumers.

              I am a resident of F 29, Sector 40. My Consumer No is 608966. Narinder Gas Agency have been my service providers since 1999. Since I was abroad for 8 months, there was no booking in my name. Upon my return, I was told that since I had not booked any cylinder within that period, my connection was surrendered. In order to renew it, I had to send an application that I was abroad. this application was submitted on 31st August 2012, at their office, in Godavri Complex Sector 37.There was no reply from them.I called them many times but they were unable to give me a satisfactory reply Upon calling up, two weeks back, I was told that they had received no answer from the Company Head Quarters. I would like, the concerned person dealing with this to kindly expedite the matter as I am deeply inconvenienced.

                Sir,

                This is to inform you that my father was coming from ashram at night at 10.22PM on 19th. May 2008, in his ford Endeavor, on the way his driver asked him to refill Diesel tank since there is no diesel left in the tank, my father asked his driver to refill the diesel tank and entered into the petrol pump at Ring Road Wazirpur DTC Depot New Delhi - 52 named as SHREYANS AUTOMOBILES Ring Road Wazirpur Near DTC Bus Depot –I, Delhi – 52 and filled the diesel tank taking 58ltrs of Diesel and paid Rs.1900/- vide Cash memo no. 40882 and paid thru his ICICI Platinum Credit card. as soon as we left the petrol pump droved vehicle 200yards around our vehicle stopped and even after various attempt it failed to start, our driver thought that there is some mechanical fault he toed the vehicle to the nearest mechanic who informed us that there is water in the diesel due to which our car stopped we immediately approached the Petrol pump owner and explained them about their malpractice he requested us that he will get our car repaired at his own cost.

                We took the car to the service station to Harpreet Ford where the service center people gave us a estimate for the repair of the car which was very high and we again approached the petrol pump owner this time he simply refused to accept his fault and removed all complain boards displayed at petrol pump and refuse to get repaired our car.

                Now we are lodging this complain against the said petrol pump owner and request you to take some stringent action against this petrol pump owner so that he cannot cheat other people in future and also pay compensation to us to bear the cost of repair of our Car.

                Hope you will take necessary action in this regard against petrol pump owner

                we have procured HSD Diesel 1000 lts vide bill no. 4608 dt. 09/04/11 from Sainik Filling Station, 57 km stone, NH -8, Village - BINOLA, Gurgaon-Haryana, M- [protected], [protected] Qty. 1000 Lts.
                After delivery we found water more than 25 lts in bottom of drums.
                We have called the party as he stated & informed us that this type of adulteration is found normally in diesel .Kindly advice me how to purchase diesel without any adulteration. Please let me confirm the fact.

                Diesel aultration and pilferage is one of the biggest fraud area in India next only to 2G spectrum scam. All Telecom Operators in India put together loose, as per estimation, of about 300 crores per annum by Diesel filling agents. There is a big mafia in this which includes politicians who support such gangs. You might not have forgotten the burning alive of a senior IAS officer of Maharastra who was an eye witness and questioned a petrol bunk owner for such adultration.

                Unless the Govt. of India represented by P.M, Petrolium ministry and State Govts take joint actions this menace will continue and increase as diesel price increases but the water cost (adultrant) remains same. And so the profit by adultration increases. Also the punishment for such crimes in India is very punitive and mostly nil. There should be life or even death sentense for such intensional crimes.

                  Sir,

                  I filled up petrol of Rs 500/- at HPCL (Suchdeva automobiles, Malad (West), Mumbai in my four wheeler on 22 May 08 at about 23:00 hrs, after paying the money I started my car which was not showing any change in my digital petrol indicator so that I asked Mr. Upadhayay (Supervisor) about the same, he replied that " my car indicator may be faulty " so I went to Police station for lodging a complaint, where the duty Police officer sent one of his policeman for sorting out the issue at petrol pump.
                  Where at petrol pump we met the supervisor asking about the same which he again denied. So we told him to take out the petrol into measuring jar from pump (@10 lit) & then fill it manually in my car to see if my petrol indicator is faulty which he did only after policeman intervention & then the indicator shown a proper reading

                  Which means that at 1st time the petrol was not filled although the meter was showing the reading of Rs.500/-

                  Also the staff at petrol pump is very arrogant & don't have proper manners to speak to customers

                  Please let me know if any action is expected from HPCL?

                  I have had similar experience at this petrol pump. After filling Rs1000/- petrol the indicator did not reach the usual point (I always make a point to fill up at a certain fuel level and hence know exactly where the indicator should have been)
                  After a lot of arguing, the manager filled up another 300 worth of fuel.

                  The new scam by these jokers is, when you fill up air, the attendant will inform you that one of the Tyre has a puncture. A couple of month back I was in a hurry and left my dad in the car till the puncture was repaired. When I got back, the attendant told me there were 3 punctures and demanded 300 Rs. I could clearly see there was not a single repair done (being a tube less tyre). but after a lot of arguing paid him 250 and left. Yesterday tried the same trick and just to confirm my doubt got the tyre checked by my usual tyre guy and guess what .. No puncture.
                  My car tyres are always detected with puncture at Sachdev automobiles malad West sv road, having minimum 3 nails, these nails are the one which are never used anywhere, sharp enough that needs just one chance to come under tyre. I suspect that these nails are purposely thrown on the ways near this Petrol pump, where there is a sharp left from chicholi bunder to this Petrol pump which is full of mud and not proper road. The attendants reacts little differently and they each other smile when they detect puncture as if i was their succesful victim.

                  Also they say to check the led display at start but then another attendants entertains u and then u r not able to check was the led display correctly ended with proper amount.

                  Also the Petrol indicator usually end up to show low amount in a very short distance. As if air was used while filling Petrol.

                    1.) New Connection not provided :
                    I tried from last 7 days with the agency but I have got reply that New connection is stopped by the company. I have talk at Consumer cell also, Mr. Cardy has confirmed me that new connection is stopped by the company from last friday itself. I have seen in T.V. News as well as in News papers that New connection is not stopped by any company. Please Confirm whether all statement of petroleum ministry & other Govt. Officials & Co. officials are wrong?

                    2) Forced sale of Stove:

                    I have been told that I have to purchase new stove from the dealer with new connection, which I don't require. I have also been told that New Connection charges has been increased for double gas cylinder connection, which was Rs. 4570 earlier (including stove) to Rs. 5070 (including stove). I need clarification about the same from the company.

                      I work very closeby to this bunk. I am a frequent visitor there. It has been renovated and opened somewhat recently. From the reopening, there has been so many issues with this petrol bunk.

                      Not only me but also many of my colleagues are regulars to this bunk and they also share the same opinion as me. The service is completely bad and fraud rampant.

                      Petrol bunk attendants stand in groups and chat among themselves ignoring the waiting customer. If the customer is not alert, they will skip showing "zero". They try diverting the attention of the customer and suddenly say that they've filled up. Our vehicle's petrol gauge will not show accordingly.

                      Though there are many pumps in the bunk, they will ask the customers to fill up in a pump they choose and this pump will be on rotational basis.

                      The attitude and behavior of the attendants is beyond tolerable levels. Not sure whether there is any supervision mechanism for quantity & service.

                        Iam a consumer of HP gas LPG with consumer number 521092 and the dealers is in Dharwad Karnataka state, tel no is[protected].. I have yet to book the rifil.regulary he was refusing to book before 20 days of latest delevery date for second cylinder, which was empty since several months.I am ready to pay extra money equalant to subcidy for a rifil the cylinder.
                        Even after introducing very good system of booking the refill on 1716 and through internet, the end result is not satisfactory. We have to struggle to get refil booking from the agency. It may pleas be reviwed and reasons may please be ascertained. Corrrective measues may please be taken to adress the grivances.Kindly refil the empty cylinder first before start of mansoon seasion.and instruct the agency to delever tha cylinder every 20-25 days interval who are in need, and ready to compsatete the subsidy burden to company.

                          My consumer no. is 619642 with HP Gas, Dristributor name is M/s Swamy Gas agency, localted at Kethopole, Behala, Kolkata and recently HP has changed my consumer to M/s Swami Gas Agency from Sainik Gas Agency at Behala.
                          Here also to get a refilled celender is a huge problem, every time they say it will take 21- 25 days to deliver the celender.
                          Is it a fact that there is crisis of refilled celender where as other distributors of HP are sending with in one day.Other service providers ( company are also sending / delivering with in 1 day- 2 days after booking.
                          Want to know what ids the real problem ? Can HP look into this?
                          or i should look for alternative?

                          I am consumer of HP Gas from July 2003 in Chandigarh. My connection is through your Distributor Premier Gas Service, S.C.O13, Sector 27-C.Chandigarh.But they are not supplying cylinder properly since last three years. So, continuously I am facing with the problem of supply. I am not getting supply up two months. e.g. I booked my cylinder on dated 17/04/08. They said to me that the cylinder will deliver within 4 days. They hadn’t supply. When I talked them after 5 days. Again said this will deliver after 4 day days. Still not delivered. Again I contact them after 5 days. They asked come to my office and takes slip and takes cylinder from my go down. I went personally to his office. He said go your home and this will delivered within two day. I come back home. Again they don’t delivered Cylinder talked over phone. He said it will take 4 more days to deliver. Again I talked over phone after 5 days. He asked come to my office and takes slip and takes cylinder from my go down. Again I went personally to his office on dated22/05/08 and ask for slip they refused straight way. They said your booking time is over this is more than one month. Now book your cylinder today and it’ll delivered within 4 days. When I asked them why had you not given supply? They said your area is not covered by our agency. I said if the area is not covered by your agency why have you given connection to me. They asked this area is covered but we are not giving delivery in narrow street. I asked them come with me and see how narrow our street and told them its 40 feet wide street. Then he asked we are supplying cylinder in this way. If you are not satisfied with our service please surrender your document take from other agency, we can’t able to do more for you that means if I book my cylinder on 22/05/08. So I am bound to go through whole above process. I am really faded with this type of service. I am doing job in private company. I don’t have much time to follow up them.
                          So, Sir/Madam I request you kindly make sure supply of cylinder. Otherwise who is the distributor of my area who can supply? Kindly give me t their address and phone No. to take uninterrupted supply.

                              I am a HP gas subscriber under your dealer UPAHAR, bearing consumer no. 613157. To-day I am trying since morning atleast 70-80 times to book for refill cylinder over telephone nos. 2471=8100/[protected]. On every occassion the telephone is ringing but intentionally disconnecting the telephone every times and as a result I could not book for refill cylinder. Necessary action may kindly be taken against the dealer for intentionally disconnection /non-receipt of telphone calls. I also confirmed through Kolkata telephone that both the lines are inorder. Under the circumstances I appeal to your goodslelf once again to take apapropriate steps against the dealer for harassing subscribers in this way.

                                My Consumer No. 5696, as per above subject, iam facing a serious problem in getting the LPG refill delievery, every time they are taking 25 to 30days after booking.While telephonic enquiry they are giving falls commitment of early delievery.

                                Dear Sir,

                                Myself, Madhusudan Dhar residing at HWP Colony in FCI area of Talcher has registered 3 complaints on three occasions (viz on 04.01.2008, 04.06.2008 and on 13.07.2008) in the complaint book available at your authorised pump outlet M/s Sri Ram Filling Station, Talcher Bypass, Talcher, Orissa about non – availability o[censored]nleaded Petrol on all occasions.

                                Sir, it may please be noted that most of the time the said pump doesn’t have stock o[censored]n leaded Petrol and customers are forced to purchase POWER (a high rated petrol by HP). Me also have faced the same problems a good number of times. I have complaint many a times to the dealer verbally and three times on written. But it seems that neither HP is interested nor the dealer is interested to provide the unleaded petrol to the customers as because non of my complaints were attended till date and the pump outlet still remains out of stock o[censored]mleaded petrol.

                                In fact, it is felt that HP and dealer (M/s Sri ram Filling Station, Talcher Bypass, Talcher, Orissa) have joined hands to harass the customers by not providing the basic standard unleaded petrol and wants to Black market Petrol in the name of high cost POWER grade Petrol.

                                I have already brought the matter to Area Sales manager Mr. Abhyankar Das stationed at Bhubaneswar, Orissa about the matter over phone ([protected]), but he too is unable to justify the matter and states that there is shortage of supply o[censored]nleaded petrol from th company (HP) and hence the problem.

                                Hence, sir, You are requested to please look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest with intimation to the undersigned for further harassment to the customers by not providing unleaded petrol.

                                    Really have very bad experiance with HP Gas - Aundh Agency, NCl, Pune. Its more than 20 days still they did not deliver cylinder. Every day we have to follow them still they say we didn't take your call & keep on extending days. Its been very pathetic to follow them. Its been very poor management by old staffs working there. All old age staff need to remove, they don't give proper service. Also not good at speaking. Speaking is the problem for almost all HP agency but good at other services. Hp Gas - Aundh agency, NCL is poor in all department. I am thinking of to move other distributor but they are the only distributor for the specific area. I have no option other than taking new connection from Bharat Gas & others.

                                    its very true ..people at HP gas aundh agency are pathetic..1st of all they are rude, speaks without manners, they do not pick up the calls, infact they have delivered one faulty cylinder on which regulator nob was not fitting..even their working hours are very limited..12.30-1.30 in the afternoon (rarely) and around 4.30p.m.(evening)..Rest of the time they have lunch hours or relaxing time...Always requires contant follow ups.All these is not recent updates ..they are like these since yrs

                                      I too faced the same problem with the distributor's phone not being answered till I started using the online refil booking facility of HP (http://jihaan.hpcl.co.in/booking/Default.aspx).

                                      As I understand, since the online bookings are centrally monitored, the distributors are prompt in supplying the refill. Sometimes even the very next day.

                                      So consider registering at the above site and see if you are getting prompt response.
                                      plese orgently issue me a new hp gas connection.

                                        This is to bring to your kind notice that the KALYANI COOPERATIVE STORES-Dist NADIA WEST BENGAL, has relatively no botheration regarding the common mans LPG cylinder requirement.
                                        Even after booking the Cylinders, it takes 32-40 days to receive A SINGLE CYLINDER cylinder.
                                        Further it seems that there is a RACKET involved wherein these cylinders are distributed to the influencial persons within 10 days or even less and also the cylinders are sold in black in Hotels /dhabas.Despite of launching written complaints with the SECRETARY -KALYANI COOPERATIVE STORES-KALYANI -With a copy marked to the President Nagarik committee, nothing has been streamlined yet.It seems that right from the secretary all the officials are involved in this racket.
                                        I am launching the complaint with due hope that immediate action would be taken.
