My Gas Agency is Ideal Enterprises (150/1&2, NEAR CHECK POST, HOSUR ROAD, Koramangala, Bangalore) and my consumer number is 626795
I hold a double cylinder connection and have a family of 6 members. My usual consumption of gas is 1 cylinder per month on an average. I've been continuously harassed by this dealer everytime I've had to book a refill. The first response is always "Please call after 2 weeks" (Which has now gone upto 25 days). They claim that its the govt. ruling that a consumer can't book a refill before 2-3 weeks of their last delivery. As it is, it is difficult to get through to them as their phone lines are either constantly engaged or they refuse to pick up the phone. And on top of that, to wait for 3 weeks to book and then to wait for the uncertain delivery schedule which is always a week late, it is a harrowing experience. They are always rude, arrogant and display non-compassion towards consumers. I need to know the procedures as specified by HP for booking the refills. I also want a third cylinder in case my dealer is well within his rights to delay my booking for the minimum period of 2 weeks - 25 days
