My HP gas consumer no. is 620778 with M/s. Gopal rao enterprises, santoshnagar, hyderabad-59. I am regularly being harassed and put to incovenience by the representatives who attend the calls of the above agency. There is delay everytime. For ex. I booked for a cylinder on 13-06-08 vide booking no. 7028 and on that i was promised that it will be delivered within 5 days. When i contacted on 6th day, i was told that u have to wait for 1 day and again on 20 JUne, 08(7th day) when I contacted on 24330210 i was informed that it will be supplied by the next day[protected] but the supply was not done. When i rang up on 23-06-08, i was told that it will be sent the same day and the guy who answered was very intimidating, rough and arrogant as if i was begging or taking a free cylinder. He remarked that "be patient u r having food because we are supplying cylinder to u". I got very angry and felt insulted by such comments of the useless fellows answering the phone calls on behalf of M/s. Gopal rao enterprises. These rogue agencies are black marketing the cylinders and putting into untold trouble the innocent and genuine customers. It is high time that strict action must be taken against such agencies and black list and cancel their agency licences.
I hope a quick and favourable action will be taken against the above agency and intimate me at the earliest

I booked gas on11.08.2010 but till today 20.09.2010 not deliver. Whenever i make phone call to their representative, he says tomorrow must be delivered. My HP gas consumer no. is 613996 with M/s. Shiv Sai Gas Agency, Bhangel, Noida-. I am regularly being harassed and put to incovenience by the representatives who attend the calls of the above agency.     Dear Sir/Madam,

    I'd been refilling my bike from a hpcl petrol pump [bani prasad, Meerut] for the last six months regularly, but last december my bike's engine had to be overhauled. My bike engineer at that time suggested me that there was some problem in the petrol that the engine was consuming but i didn't pay much heed to his advice. But now again, this March, my bike's engine had to be re-overhauled and this time, I took it to another bike engineer who after looking it the engine's condition suggested of some problem with the petrol I was using.

    In this regard, I sent a grieviance letter to HPCL concerned employees viz [protected]@hpcl.co.in <[protected]@hpcl.co.in> [protected]@hpcl.co.in;[protected]@hpcl.co.in;[protected]@hpcl.co.in, but not even a single person responded to the complaint.

    Thus, I'm hereby forced to approach the Consumer Complaints website. Kindly do the needful in this regard.

    We are the resident of patna town and always take petrol from your petrol pump at Baily road, near woman's college, Patna.As this Pump has more space to serve us satisfactlly, but we are unhappy with the services of above mention Petrol pump.
    In first hour we are in hurry to reach office but the sales man and specially air man not bother about time and some times not bother about customer also.There is no chain manager to manage customer in rush hour.
    In morning time no one from managment side in office to intract with us.Their is one man always, Mr Guddu, who always involve to manage customer with his rudeness.Please do needful.
    Note------some boys are involve with air pump and wish to take some tips from customer .Is this the way that such a renowned company serves their customers??

    HPCL/DIESEL — Adultration

    Sir,
    I filled diesel in my car on16/02/2010 in HPCL retail outllet deealer named ARUN AGENCIES,89/44-A,Cuddalore main road,Thavalakuppam,Puduchery.
    After running 100Kms,One morning ,my only six month old car did not start,On inspecting the car by service mechanic,the fuel found to kerosine and not diesel and there is not even traces of diesel in it.
    By this complaint, i would like to caution the fellow consumer,and request the concerned authourities to take the necessory action

      my consumer number is 503098 and i have register 2 time for gas cylender in 3 months and still i dont received my gas cylender, and when i ask for my cylender, they says your cylender has dispeched and i did not get the answer my ( where is my gas cylenders for 2 months. ).

        I have booked for a New gas connection before one month, now HPCL is saying new connection has been blocked by company due to non availabilty of equipments...
        Now in this case, what is the fault of consumer, this is going to be a anti consumers service by HPCL

        any help at the earliest will be appreciated...
        I also have applied for a new HP gas connection on 02 August 2008...Till date i have not recieved any gas connection...The reason given is that not enough stationery and equipements provided to give the connection.

          I have two phone number of "South Delhi Gas Service Sheikh Sarai"
          they are +[protected], 26018470, but none of them is working not even showing busy.

          I am trying from last two days (19 th and 20 june 2008).

          I need another number if the existing number is changes.
          On the internet also it has not been updated.

          That all 12th June 2009, We have booked a LPG cylinder But supplier M/s SUMIT GAS ENTERPRISES has not booking or giving cylinder .He saying that all of customers, First submit Rs.210 for Rubber pipe of Cylinder.
          Rs 170 for Cylinder rubber pipe and Rs. 40 for Inspection of Pipe.
          We have just purchase one year back new Rubber pipe of Cylinder ISI mark.
          Now he is not giving us cylinder. He says Rs.210 is mandatory.
          Fist cut the slip of Rs.210 other wise he is not giving to Cylinder to any body.
          So many people is suffering from his behavior

            re-issuing of gas Documents

            I have lost my original documents pertaining to my gas connection.i do not even remember the consumer number. i have talked to my distributor in this regard, he says nothing can be done. i have the address proof document and identity proof document with me. My distributor says you have to take another new connection, but my problem is, in that case the existing connection and 2 gas cylinders will become illegal then. which i want to avoid....

            Dear Sir,

            I have applied for new gas connection, I get a varification call
            from your HP gas agency one week ago. When I called them they told me the whole kit will be given only. As I had told them I don't want the stove, I already had one.

            I did not understand what is wrong if customer did not want whole kit, and if he is saving some money.

            HP — New Connection

            Me, my wife and our 2yrs daughter have shifted to a new flat in Kasba, Kolkata. So, we applied for a new connection of HP gas. Local dealer told us to submit our agreement papers of our rented house. They will come for an inspection within one week. Then we have submit other documents and money.After this again we have to wait for another week.
            Due to acute crisis I borrowed a gas from my mother which were finished within three days(actually it was a used one) so, I borrowed another one from my in-laws place. suddenly the inspector came and told me that we are not eligible for a connection as we have two cylinders. I tried to explain him the matter but he refused to listen anything. I was not aware of this kind of situation. Now please advice me what should I do.

            Personal — Apply for new connection

            I am Bangalore resident. I applied for new HP connection, but the distributor is arrogant misbehaves and forcing to buy the stove with the gas connection for compulsory. I already have stove with me then also he is asking undue money for stove. As far as I know, he is not suppose to bind us to purchase the stove. Please look into this. Let me know for details, if you can provide me the connection and can take action against such distributors.

            Hi,

            I tried to apply for the new HP Gas connection using the consumer portal website of HP Gas. When I tried to select the distributor from the list the website gives some error and does not registers the distributor name. The issue with this is that I cannot apply for the new connection. I raised the complaint to the administrator of the consumer portal but even after few weeks there is no progress. The issue is still present in the website.

            Hence I request you the fix this issue at the earliest.

              this is a letter for your notice, that in gurgaon there is a dealer of india oil lpg
              m/s ragu gas service

              all the customer are fedup with this dealer and its service.there lpg distrubution service time, staff behaviour all r very rude and negoligence

              my gas connection no. is r-6098
              from the last 2 year when we book a gas refill on our gs connection book...its alwasy take 1 month more to get our cyclinder.
              now on my gass conection bokk...booking date is 22/05/08 but till now i did't get my gas.

              we already call and visit several times to ragu gas service but kush bhi nahi hua.

              i am very fedup and upset with ragu gas service .

              plz take this matter seriously or forword to particular departmant.

              Hi,
              I have apply new gas connection on raghu gas agency gurgaon, according to him required purchage gas stove from gas agency. I have already ISI mark Gas stove, pls tell me what should be requirement purchage from gas agency at the time of taken new gas connection. Can i know it is mandetory to purchage the Gas stove and others things like apren, gas tube etc from gas agency.

                Sir,
                In the above mentioned address BLACK MARKETING is done.They did not supply the gas at time & sell the gas in black. So, please take inquiry about this matter &take the required action.

                  I have recently moved in to Bangalore and approached a HP distributor (M/s Shakthi Enterprises) for a new connection for domestic LPG. When the distributor refused to register the request, I escalated the matter to HP Customer services. Strangely, the response received from HP was an instruction to visit the same distributor, register the request and wait for close to 3 months for the new connection to be released. The reason shown for the delay is "shortage of equipment". The explanation and the delay is completely unacceptable to me especially when I have a 3 year old baby at home to arrange food for. Thus I decided to submit this complaint.

                  Following is the response received from HPCL in this regard.

                  Were you able to get the new connection? I applied in March'2008 at the same dealer, and am still waiting it to get resolve. Everytime I get the same response to wait for another 2 months.

                    My complaint no 08002111 in HPconsumer zone not solved after repeated complaints.
                    I Hariom Sonthalia, consumer no. 605534 had booked a L.P.G. gas cylinder on 8.9.2008. Of booking serial no. 2409.The distributor’s name is Inderraj Aggarwal, panagarh base, p.o arjunpur, Dist-burdwan[W.B.], DISTRIBUTOR CODE-960870, phone no. [protected]. On further calling they did not receive any calls. The retailer, Mr. Agnimitra [mob. no. [protected]] on being called, said that he won’t help me as he was out of station for some of his personal reason. On further request he said that he would help me with the dealer . After some times when I again called him, his mobile was switched off. All this happened on 4.10.2008.on the same day, the dealer said that bookings upto serial no. 2759 have been delivered. As we can observe, my booking no. 2409 had already passed. But no delivery had been made to me.when I asked him, he said that he DID NOT KNOW ANYTHING. Before the aforesaid booking, I had complained 3-4 times to the area sales officer [Mr. Agnimitra ] then only I got the delivery. I need the delivery as I have emergency and I am facing this problem regularly. The area sales officer doesn’t take any action on my complains. And please do reply to me only on [protected] or [protected] and not by email..the last delivery I got was on 18.7 2008.
                    now the question which arises is that how do I get this problem solved forever???????????

                      I ( being the customer of your hp gas) with customer no.617632 in Shive Sakthi in Kothapet, Hyderabad-36.Please send the password and a new service in online gas booking.And please send the web address where we can easily book the gas online.
                      The id which was there before has been forgotten and please try to create a new account in it.And may this request be done as soon as possible.

                      I ( being the customer of your hp gas) with customer no.663953 in Shiva Shakti in Kothapet, Hyd. I've applied for a gas on 05/01/2015. On 22/01/2015 they have printed the memo. From that day I'm contacting them for the delivery boy number. They are not even answering the phone. Their service is poor... Very poor
                      I have booked gas (610835) on[protected] and the Booking No. 547407 dated[protected]. I have received the message from gas agency because house was locked due to non delivery of gas cylinder. This is absolutely wrong and baseless. This is wrong doing done by delivery man. Please look into this matter.

                        Dear Sir

                        I am writing this complaint to inform about the irregularties been done at HP petrol pump whose address is as follows

                        HP Petrol Pump
                        Near Madhuban Society
                        Alandi Road, Vishrantwadi

                        1. i got My Scooty filled up few days back from this station by 2 Ltr and i travelled 40 Kms only and my tank got empty.

                        2. Today i went again to same petrol station to see there modus
                        operandi what they do they don't reset the counter to zero when some people take small quantity of petrol like 30-40 Rs. they have made one special hook for this purpose to keep the delivery nozzle so as to make believe that counter is reseted. And then they continue with the same reading to the next vechicle and charges the extra.

                        I hope to bring attention to the concerned authority and readers to be extra vigilant.

                          I want to take new connection of HP gas in BIJNOR Uttarpradesh. But when I asken on HP gas Agency bijnor Near Neharu stadium Bijnor then agency authorized person given the answer that we can not provide the new connection. Neither they are ready to take my document for preparing wating list for new connection. while i have no connection with my name and i have urgent need of connection.

                          Sir,
                          I am residing at Orissa i.e. At.Po. Ryot Colony (Sastrynagar), IInd Lane, Rayagada, District: Rayagada - 765001. I am newly married, I want a new HP gas connection. When I asked the nearest HP dealer, He says like this we have no any special order for giving new gas connection, and we are no way to take new booking. Without gas connection our family were struglling so lot. So please give a special order to your authorised HP dealer for new hp connection.

                          HP Gas — Regarding new connection

                          Hello,
                          I have booked for second cylender in last year May 2008(Consumer No. 621812). but still whenever i got to HP gas office i am told to wait more 2-3 months no matter after how many days i am going there to enquire about it i am told the same answer.
                          Please help me in this regard.

                            I am calling the HP gas Agency's number 26012540, 26018470 from last four days these numbers are engaged.And we cannot book the cylinder via phone.As we are all working we cannot visit to agency during day time thus facing a lot of Problem.

                            My distributor is LG gas from Mahalingapuram. They have couple of phones but both the phones are either engaged or just ringing and nobody is answering for long periods of time. It is very difficult to book through the phone and it is all the more dificult to book in person every time. The attitude of the staff is also not courteous and they are very rude. They do not have a mobile number where we can book. please look into this and if possible please arrange to transfer my connection to another distributor.

                            The service is pathetic. I stay in kodambakkam. Please please please arrange to have some solution to book the gas.

                              My consumer no is 611763. My dealer of HP Gas is Sasikrishna gas agency, Manappullikkavu, Palakkad, Kerala. I would like to post 2 complaints:-
                              1) For every delivery, they charge Rs.22/- extra, as delivery charges, since 3 months. I live in town limits & no such charges were levied during past 4 years.
                              2) They accept bookings only after 22 days from the last delivery. After the booking, a further delay of 15~20 days will be there, before delivery. That makes 40 days between each delivery.

                              My consumer number is 619167. I stay in Kendriya Vihar, sector 82, Noida. My dealer of HP Gas is Shiv Sai Gas Agency, Salarpur, Noida - 201301.
                              Whenever I make a booking, invariably, the cylinder is delivered in more than 15 days. This time, they have even crossed their limits and it's been 17 days but the cylinder is not delivered yet. I stay just in 5 kms range of the agency, still, it is not possible for them to deliver the cylinder on time.
                              I keep calling the gas agency people, at least, 10 times a day. Most of the time, phone is either busy or they don't pick it up. It's sheer wastage of my time and resources. It seems as if I made a mistake taking HP gas connection and now paying for that.
                              I don't understand why govt don't take citizens seriously against these people.

                                  {2}.I am a cosumer of kishangarh gas services, kishanganrh {ajmer} my consumer no is 200668. {3} My refile devlivery voucher dt.31.05.08 is supplied me on 05.06.2008 after price hike. {4} Agencies have charged me Rs 50/-extra against printed voucher as price hike announced by govt. {5} The expected price hike announced by govt. of india on 04.06.08.{6} I expected fr this fourm to punish the gas agencies & arrange refund of Rs50/- from ag. {7} kis.gas.ser. not renderring their services 8am to 8pm as per hp gas guide line.

                                  I have booked my gas for refil on 28.05.08 but till date I have not recd. the refilled cylinder.
                                  My consumer no is 610057 and I stay at 53, Girish Ghosh Road, Howrah-711202, West Bengal. I am out of gas and facing a lot of trouble in cooking. Pls. advice and do the needfull.

                                  I have HP gas connection at Mahad city dist Raigad MH.
                                  Before 3 years due to my transfer of service, I have transfer my Gas connection at Satara MH.But due to my home old connection I have not registered connection.But now I want to register my connection on same card because one cylinder is at my home having no use.Officers at HP at satara saying that connection will not get due to late.It is ok but what to do of empty cylinder which is at my home ?shall i kept as it is?

                                    I came to Pune on 26 April 2008 and got a rented house on 01 May 2008. Since then I am trying to get a new LPG Gas Connection both with HP (Shumbham Gas Agency, Chinchwad, Pune) and BP(Rakha Gas Agency, Chinchwad, Pune). Whenever I contact them they are telling that the new connections have been stopped for a while and it will be resumed in couple of days. This is causing concern. I request concern authorities to look into the matter and ensure early resumption of new connection.

                                    My experience is same, I feel PSU authority are not interested in customer service, either the capacity of local agencies and demand is not matching. Agencies are always in demand and short supply is always an excuse for them. No control on the agncies...

                                      Hi i m salil mule from Umbergaon I resided At Gujarat small town and we r lots of problem to have a gas cylinder because we have only one delar in our town and they cant provide reguarly gas cylinder in our area last one month and ten days ago we r recived the gas cylinder but till date we r not recived the gas and our gas delar charged 13/- rs extra for per cylinder as a transport charge but they wil not give the recipts ot that money so pls tell me that what to do sir my customer no is 607484 My add is Salil Shriram mule T.
