Unable to book Gas through Phone

I am calling the HP gas Agency's number 26012540, 26018470 from last four days these numbers are engaged.And we cannot book the cylinder via phone.As we are all working we cannot visit to agency during day time thus facing a lot of Problem....

Delivery charges & delays

My consumer no is 611763. My dealer of HP Gas is Sasikrishna gas agency, Manappullikkavu, Palakkad, Kerala. I would like to post 2 complaints:-
1) For every delivery, they charge Rs.22/- extra, as delivery charges, since 3 months. I live in town limits & no such charges were levied during past 4 years.
2) They accept bookings only after 22 days from the last delivery. After the booking, a further delay of 15~20...

NEW GAS CONNECTION

I came to Pune on 26 April 2008 and got a rented house on 01 May 2008. Since then I am trying to get a new LPG Gas Connection both with HP (Shumbham Gas Agency, Chinchwad, Pune) and BP(Rakha Gas Agency, Chinchwad, Pune). Whenever I contact them they are telling that the new connections have been stopped for a while and it will be resumed in couple of days. This is causing concern. Non Booking and Home delivery

Sir,
I am having HP Gas connection with 2 cylinders. I am staying at BSNL staff Quarters at MOHADI DHULE. Which is about 1 Km from HP Gas Godown. HP office is about 3 Km from res. When I gone for booking the HP Gas Agency "EKLAVYA GAS AGENCY" at Dhule, they deny for booking. They says you come to office take receipt after in Q then go to godown and then collect the cylinder.

Routine check UP problem

My consumer number is 619016 and i stay in Mulund.
I have bought new GAS stove from HP GAS (Padma Shree) one year ago and was working fine with no problem. On 24th May one of HP Gas mechanic ( Raju - [protected]) came and told he has to do routine check UP for any kind of problem as per some rule. He did not give any routine check UP form or any other document. He worked on the stove and did some cleaning and took Rs.40 as Inspection...

Sir,
I had the gas connection along with a spare cylinder facility from Subhadra Gas agency, Anakapalle who are the dealers of Hindustan petroleum Gas agency. Now they stopped me the supply and demanding me to show the connection form. I obtained the connection in the year 1970 and I lost it in the 1990 may 10th floods.
Despite many requisitions and appeals the dealer is not responding and stopped me issuing gas cylinders.br...

My Gas Agency is Ideal Enterprises (150/1&2, NEAR CHECK POST, HOSUR ROAD, Koramangala, Bangalore) and my consumer number is 626795

for reffiling of my gas they are telling me on the day of booking get my original gas papers to show them 'cause as per them my gas has been transfered to some other place. and as per me from the booking date till now I didn't gave any trafer request to them.

There are consistent delays in delivery despite four to five times reminder at the interval of a week. Agency always says tomorrow. It normally takes 5 to 8 weeks for delivery of cylinder....
