I am complaining about the staff as they have used very bad language while talking and also delaying the delivery of gas.And also the delivery boy while giving delivery taking delivery charges

          Hello Team,

          For DBTL issues, there's a tollfree number[protected]. Couple of days back, I tried to reach customer care, but what ever the options I select over IVR, they doesn't respond.

          Below are the steps I followed
          1. Dialed the tollfree number[protected]
          2. Selected the language preference (English/Hindi/Telugu)
          3. Selected the Gas Company (2 for HPCL)
          4. SelectedFor DBTL issue (select 1)

          Per above selected options, we expect a personnel from desired language to serve our query.

          Irrespective of any language selected, the call connects to "Malayalam" language support team. Though this team can speak english they never respond and say "Please redial, there is a technical issue"

          I tried connecting around 5 times, and each time they issue remains same.

          This issue should be considered on top priority and, should be fixed ASAP, as this is the only number to reach support personnel

            Dear sir/madam
            I have booked for hp gas cylinder refill on 25 may 20 with booking number 520650. Payment was made online from my account number xxx5770 and inr 592.5 was debited. While delivering the refill delivery guy told me that online payment has not been received by them and collected inr 593 in cash. My consumer id is 610534. So you are requested to look into the matter and do the refund of my payment that was done online. Screenshot have been attached for your information.

              My consumer no is 617468. I am hp connection holder. I have book cylinder 25 days back, but since then i have not recieved my booking inspite visiting their distributor office also. Also their is gas leakeage problem which is also been informed but not getting addressed. Pls take necessary action aganist the distributor.

                  I have paid an amount of rs 583.66 on 5.5.20 txn#[protected] at 8.58 am towards hp gas booking no.516478 dt. 02.5.20 receipt no.1511023 dt.03.5.20, consumer no.640630 of sri satyamahalakshmi gas agency, gopalapatnam, visakhapatnam by using debit card xxx2577. But on 11.5.20 the gas was delivered to me on payment of the bill amount of rs. 582.50 because the online payment not received by them. I therefore request to revert the amount to my account immediately.

                    Due to non reflection of payment in hp gas, i couldn't take the delivery of gas, as they were saying money not reflecting in portal.

                      I was give a regulator which cost rs 150 with a new cylinder from hp indu gas service, the regulator turns out to be faulty and when i took it for replacement they are asking rs 250 out of thin air.
                      I don't know how come replacement cost be more than the cost of the product.
                      When i enquired they said it is the replacement plus penalty charges. The hpcl website clearly mentions that a normal tear and wear regulator will be replaced free of cost whereas a damaged one at normal tariff. But they are asking more money even when the fault was in their product which showcased upon first use itself.
                      This is highly unprofessional and consumer harassment.

                        Hi, my hp gas consumer number is 605374, customer name - ramesh sirohiya, i had booked the refill on 08th may 2020 and did online payment on ezy suvidha app, but till date no delivery is done and when called on hp gas office of kalbadevi[protected], come and take it we don't care and misbehaviour done by them on person on duty dated 13th may 2020 afternoon. Pls look into the matter and deliver. I cannot come and take gas cyclinder from office, as i am senior citizen and i have nobody to be sent across.
                        Request to pls help deliver the cyclinder to my address at the earliest and obilige. Thanks and regards

                          Hi. I booked hp cyclinder through online HP portal on May 12, 2020 and using HDFC gateway made payment through UPI. Rs. 579 debited but the payment page on HPCL timed out. So no booking made. How to get my refund. The call center doesnt work, no direct contact is possible with HP. Request help in refund.

                            I have tried to fit new re-fill cylinder and regulator is not fixing properly. This is first time I am facing this problem. Tried to contact dealer for help, but may be due to Lockdown (because of Corona) he didn't respond. How come such a critical part like cylinder nozzle be non-standard??

                                Hi, my name is rahul. I was trying to connect with hp gas customer care through phone[protected]. Even if i choose english as my preferred language also it's connecting to some other regional languages which i don't know. Please help me with how to reach out to the hp customer care direct to the person who can speak in english.

                                My query: i have surrendered my hp gas connection 2 years back, now i lost the paper which agency gave to me. I enquired with another agency and they told without that letter there is no way to renew the connection.in this situation, what is the way to new the connection without the surrender letter from the previous agency?

                                  Hi, i, hp gas customer, having customer number 680190, registered mobile number [[protected]], tried booking a gas cylinder yesterday on 6th may at 11.16 am.

                                  During this process rs. 581.50 amount was debited from my bank account but gas booking was not made. Payment made through upi the upi id is [protected]@hdfcbank

                                  It has been more than 24 hours but neither have i received the refund nor i see any process initiated by hpgas to refund the same.

                                    Sir while checking the amount had got or not unfortunately i went to give up subsidy site and entered all the details and and finally accepted it with knowingly, by doing like i got message to my phone that we giving up subsidy. This all happen by mistake, so i request that we want subsidy so please help us by giving us our subsidy back. We want at subsidy rate only without knowingly i unregistered for subsidy so please help.
