Myself Pallab Das, consumer id no. 601111, I have booked a refill on 19.03.2020, booking no. 566801, of which cash memo no. 1258968, was also generated on 21.03.2020 but the cylinder has not yet been delivered and now the booking date has automatically been changed as 01.04.2020 instead of 19.03.2020 with a new booking id though I have the booking confirmation message on 19.03.2020 & cash memo generation confirmation message on 21.03.2020 with me
This is a forgery, they must have sold my booked lpg refill cylinder to someone else at a much higher rate, pls resolve the issue and arrange me immediate delivery of my booked lpg refill
