Respected sir
The petrol pump person is abusing with me (I am on duty food civil supply and consumer protection department) he is saying me i can not give you more than 100 rupees of petrol in your bike and after you go from here i will give to all persons without id card any other persons full tank petrol in his bike he is going wrong and
He breaking rule of goverment and prime minister of india

      Booked refill cylinder 15 days ago have not received the cylinder. The current one will run out in next 2 days. We stay in a building on 4th floor that does not have lift. Me being a senior citizen, cannot goto hp office at mahim to get the cylinder myself and bring it to 4th floor.
      My hp gas consumer number is 10798.

        My booking reference no is 260877 for hp Gas cylinder booked online on 29th March 2020 and the status of which came as delivered on 31st March 2020 without the deliver of the actual cylinder. It's been 10 days since we booked we have not received our gas cylinder and the status is showing delivered and there is no way to raise a Complain.

                Fraud!! We booked gas with samatha gas with bkng no. 535081 on 26th mar 2020. On same day, we even paid them 862 rupees online using paymantra link that was sent to us in the booking message. On 31st mar the booking status shows as delivered. They wont answer their landline at all. This is fraud. Cheating their customer after money is paid is bad. I would strongly advise against prepaying them as they can cheat you by fraudulently marking your booking status as delivered and never respond to your calls.

                    I have booked for the gas cylinder before 2 weeks and till now not yet delivered. Shanthi agencies do not receive my calls and no response has been given. Their address is No. 20, 1st A Cross, Vidya Nagar, Bommasandra, behind KFC, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560099.
                    My consumer number 653968. Please help us we have no cylinder.

                      I am manish ratnakar gaikwad (Con. No-788156). I am having hp gas connection since 2016. My account has been blocked by so as i did not book refill from last few months because was transferred to other state. I was out of (Delhi) for last nine months as a result i could not able to book gas/refill cylinder.

                      Kindly, unlock my gas connection as soon as possible.

                      Suresh agency wall tax road asowcarpet chennai... They are not expect paytm payment.
                      We do payment 240 today morning. 6 am but they said why do not asked before payment paytm.. Any they behave is very bad with ladies... After 35 minutes they put petrol... Whey have big board for expect paytm payments... Now this time lock down not cash in hand any one... So we done paytm

                      Gas booked on 15-Mar-2020
                      But still not delivered.
                      Annapurna gas agency no and owner no is switched off.
                      Lodged compaint in HPCL portal but they replied Agency will deliver.
                      I have paid online while booking hp gas but after some days status is showing gas is delivered without delivering the same

                        This is a forgery, they must have sold my booked lpg refill cylinder to someone else at a much higher rate, pls resolve the issue and arrange me immediate delivery of my booked lpg refill

                            Change opt out of subsidy to subsidies
                            Dear sir, sorry!!! Due to wrong click on"opt out of subsidy option", it has been activated. Kindly deactivate this from my hp consumer number 605206 as soon as possible.                             Hindustan Petroleum Corporation [HPCL] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                            I made a request for refill on HP mobile application on 21st March, when i checked the status of the delivery today, i shows delivered without actually refill being delivered and now when i am trying to re-book, the application is giving an error saying new request can happen only after 14 Days.
                            This is a clear fraud by the HP Gas Agency

                              Sir, my consumer id is 642037 and i booked cylinder online dated on 26.03.2020 however still not delivered till date even through all booking gets cleared till 27.03.2020 according to ivr status.
                              In this crisis situation government already ensures all to supply essential goods on time but in my scenario i think its not working and nor even anyone picking up the call at my distributor offices.
                              I am requesting you to look in to this on priority and resolved.

                                Hi, citrus team i booked hp gas cylinder and make a pymt on 29/03/2020 through ezy suvidha app & make online payment by bhim app. During error is comes, but amount is deducted from my bank account. Hp gas distributor say in his account payment is not done. Refund money quickly. Refundable amount is refunded to along with the file is attached of bhim aap pymt sucessfull receipt. Pls i request refund money quickly.

                                  I have ordered a gas cylinder, which has not at delivered. I have ordered on[protected] and payment was successful it showed "your product delivers within 3 to 5 days" and today it is day 6. It shows biller reference id: [protected], as gas is basic requirements for any house hold to run the delivery should be promising at any cost. I hope this issue will be resolved immediately.

                                      Booked hp gas via ivr and got confirmation of booking. However there is no update regarding delivery of cylinder.

                                      Tried to call distributor multiple times on the distributor contact number provided in my hpgas app, but the phone is not functioning.

                                      No updates regarding delivery of gas cylinder. We need cylinder soon else we are in lot of trouble.

                                      Please help resolve the issue.
