Since long back after booking gas cylinder is not delivered.
I am a senior citizen 68 year old, and no other person in a family to take delivery from patel mall, netivali.
I enqired with a person handing over the filled gas cylinder near to patel mall on road. He told that the home delivery is stopped.
Will you please look in the matter earliest, to get cylinder.

This is to inform that i am a hp lpg gas customer having customer no 614769.
On 17/04/2020 i made a payment on hpgas app through bhim upi.in the bhim app it is showing that the payment is approved, but in the hpgas app it is shown as payment failed.
So i request to please look into the matter so that i can either get the refill cylinder booking confirmation or get the paid amount back.
I am attaching the payment approval screenshot along with it.

Every time hp gas delivery boy forced to give extra charges for their own... And warned me to if subnmitt no book at the time of delivery not delivered the cylender to me... Is it compulsury to note every time in book through delivery boy for online booking... Date of incident is15th april 2020 the delivery agency is sai gas agency contonment, vizianagaram, andhra pradesh-535001 mobile no. Is[protected]. And the delivery boy name was apparao his mobile no was[protected]. Plz take action who was regularly demand extra charges from consumers.

I have a Gas connection with HP, consumer NO: 606200. Currently this is not active(i am not able to book the gas). When i check with the agency they told me that it is in suspended due to no transaction for about 180 days. what i have to do.

I have booked on line for gas cylinder on 5th april 2020. I understand that gas is getting delivered in a week. Javid gas agency no. Are continuously engaged or not getting lifted. When ever i book through online they are not caring. Only on complaint or phone then only they are immediately supplying. I am hp customer for over 20 years. This is not the case in mumbai or bangalore or hyderabad or vizag. Please remove online booking for javid gas agency. Please let me know whether any gas is delivered booked offline from 5th before my online booking, as i want to lodge a complaint with your chief vigilance officer.

We have anantha gas agency, hp gas in manjeshwara. We have booked almost a month ago. There is no call support from the agency. If we ask the delivery guy he never come to our area. He is supplied gas to a particular area twice in 2 weeks and he never came to our area. Partiality is going on between poor and rich people.. Or delivery guy taking money to supply gas. Or supporting only muslim community. What we can do?

This is sanjeev taneja having a hp connection from your company vide consumer no. 606078 residing at thane 400607. My gas agency is ashirwad gas agency thane. I have placed refill order on april 10, 2020. I have not received my refill cylinder till writing this message to you. Normally it is delivered in 48 hrs but this time it is already 5 days and not yet delivered. No info from gas agency when it will be delivered.
Requesting you to look into the matter.

Hi team,

My consumer id is 651420.in this lockdown the delivery person are not cooperating during delivery and trying to make misuse by asking customer to come half kilometer away from the society to pick the cylinder or they will drop the cylinder at gate and won't come inside the society. There are elderly people at home who can't carry the cylinder till gate. Requested them to atleast drop the cylinder till lift but there are not ready to do so.

Please request to take this concern and advise the delivery persons not to be such trouble in such situation.

This gas agency dealer denying to provide home delivery all the time and do the arguments when we call. He says that if you want gas then come to us. More than 4-5 consumers belong to my area.

Please register my complain and do the needful.

I have a hp domestic gas connection from the year 2000 itself, initially i have been allot to kumaran gas agency, k. Pudur, madurai at about 5 kms from my residence and location. After some years, all of sudden it has been shifted to another gas agency named sri gomathi gas agency which was about 10 kms away from my location and residence, thereafter i have faced lot and lot of troubles with them due to improper response and delivery not in time and when asked threatened by the gas agency owner, that being member of council of ongc, hence nothing could be done against them, at that time govt. Of india, introduced portability of gas connection, by then i again transfer to my first agency kumaran gas agency and till now it has been going smoothly without any trouble. Now this time when i booked for cylinder on 06.04.2020, once again i have been informed that my connection was transferred to one solaimalai gas agency again located at about 10 kms away from my residence and location.
When i inquired it with kumaran gas agency, they replied that, it has been done by the hpcl itself.
Now again i have been in trouble, being in lock down crisis, i tried to the numbers given to me for contact further, but ended up in vain, every time i called the number it is in out of service area, already one week gone with the booking, being distressed,
I request you to kindly look after the issue and do me the needful.

I booked a gas cylinder refill on 29th march2020. My booking code is 576664

Consumer no: 634919. However, i have not received the refill so far. I tried to log in to the hppay website to complain but i got error message that my mobile number is not registered. I have been booking refill from my mobile number since may 2017. How can my number not be registered.

What should i do.in this lockdown where will i get a cylinder?

I have booked Gas through Paytm consumer no is 633691. I have done payment through Paytm only. still delivery man took cash payment also. He is not giving refund after showing online payment receipt also.
