The staff at dhillon hp auto fuels, g. T. Road bypass, amritsar, punjab is so rude. They do not ask to check zero. I have been decieved thrice. Machine/ nozzle no. 2 is altered to cheat the customers as it dispenses less fuel than it actually shows on the meter. I also saw the complaint book and several complaints have been left unattended as the columns of complaints where the company is supposed to give remarks are blank. I saw as many as ten complaint in the month of november 2019 itself.

I have booked hp gas and done payment via google pay upi using the link provided

Money had deducted and the payment shown failure. This was because i could t make the payment within the time mentioned. So i purchased the cilinder by paying cash. How i will get back my money.

Received messages from hpclis stating that "our delivery man tried at your address but failed due to house was locked. Delivery will be attempted again". Our house never be door locked.
I tried to contact the distributor point but they will not lift the phone any time for any reason.

I've confirmed with sbi upi support about transaction as amount is successfully credited to merchant by sbi only.

Logged report with sbi and hpcl both.

I don't understand who going to pay me back.

I effected lpg gas payment via citrus on 17/11/2019 for rs 697.39
At 14.21 hrs at citrus pay gov mumbai using indian bank debit card
And i got payment message from indian bank. I received the gas only today and the gas agency sakthi hp gas agency confirmed
That the payment has not been received by them and i had to pay the amount in cash for purchase of cylinder. Kindly arrange for

I went to fill petrol at shinde petrol pump bavdhan and when i was not attentive, the attandent filled the petrol for 100 rupees but i initially asked him to fill 300 rupees. He then started from the same point and stopped the filling when i was not attentive. I am sure enough that he did not even fill for the amount of 150 rupees and he charged me 300 rupees. This is a clear case of fraud. I want my money back. This is completely unacceptable. The best way to avoid this is get a bill with a reading of petrol as well and not just money.

But when the gas delivery came the distributor denied for the online payment received confirmation. However, the amount is deducted from the bank. Please help me in refunding it......

Few days earlier i booked a lpg gas from ezsuvdha aap which belongs to hp
I had made online payment,
But now today when i check it shows delivered to me on 28 October
But actually it was not delivered to me
The. Reason behind this is that they have a deliveryman who's name is Anna and he is a currupt person never delivers on time and always takes bribe .. we complaint about him in registered office. Vignaharta gas service but they do not respond

I booked a cylinder on HpGas call booking service on 2nd june 2019 time 8.30.18PM ( UPI) . It was an online UPI transaction. Merchant's UPI was payphi.[protected]@icici. I attached a screenshot of successful payment on this UPI. Also, My bank has confirmed that payment was successful. Now, My bank is not taking responsibility for this transaction. They are saying please contact the merchant. Merchant is denying & saying coordinate with the bank. As per my understanding, * parties are included in this.

Sir i booked gas on 30 oct and i got a message of 609 rs but he came to delivery on 4 nov and asks 690 rs.. And 10 rs extra and his behaviour was so rudely and abusing word.. Plz help me and he charges always 10 rupee extra for delivery at home.. And his behaviour is rude as always.. And when i booked gas on 30 then i went there to delivery on 31, 1, 2 but he denied to delivery.. Sir i am helpless please help me

I was at hpcl petrol pump at aashta (Sangli) and it is well known and on the way to sangli. This pump only advertise about many facilities about hpcl. I am also a hpcl gas distributor in shirala (Sangli). I went to that pump and that pump was not able to activate even hpcl petrol card. If a hpcl pump is advertising something about our company and they are unable to give service then it's highly embarrassing situation for all hpcl members... So do look into this matter

I have hp gas connection for my home, whenever i received my refilled gas, the delivery man used to take in between 20-30 rupees as delivery charges without any receipt on each refilled gas cylinder apart from the bill amount of refilled gas cylinder, i am staying at 2nd floor (Without lift), i would like to know that, the charges he is taking from us is legally? Should we have to pay that amount?
