Hi

I am basudav s prajapati (Consumer no-652531). I have hp gas connection. Now, my account is blocked. As i had not booked gas cylinder during last 90 days. I was not at maharashtra (Mumbai) for last 1 months as a result i could not able book gas cylinder. I have already written application to my gas agency - asu agency gas (Kandivali west) to unlock my account.

Kindly, un lock it as soon as possible.

I could not activated my account because l have not received activation link to my e mail id [protected]@gmail.com. Icould not able to book gas online and request for issue for dbtl. I have requested earlier to resend activation link.

      We are consumers in bangalore from ravi enterprises. Consumer number 660723.
      As per our experience so far, all delivery boys behave rudely and are impatient. They demand a delivery charge of 30 rupees from all customers. Are they not being paid salaries? Is not the delivery charge included in the bill? All customers are dissatisfied with this.
      Please address this long pending issue immediately.

                      Hi,

                      Manrath enterprises people are not giving me regulator since one week. They delivered two cylinders after visiting their office 5 times, still not giving regulator to start. My entire family is having outside food for the past one week. At the same time they are ready to sell the regulator in black for 850 rs. Pathetic service. Hp has agency of cbd belapur were very quick in action and very helpful. Please resolve this. After paying huge tax to county we are not getting basic facilities like this.

                      I received subsidy upto mid 2017 and then I didn't receive subsidy till September 2018 after updating adhar once again in bank...

                        sir,
                        I booked gas on 10/nov/2018 through indane online gas booking service on www.hpgas.co.inI tried to do the pre-payment in advance through card. Amount deducted from my account but transaction was not displayed in history and i called up my distributor and he confirmed that they didn't received any request CDfor refilling the cylinder, it was for the amount Rs. 809.50

                        We visited our distributor personally on 10 nov, they sent mail to their management and not seen any action or update on the issue what i am facing.

                        Please help me to get my money back or adjust the amount in my next booking. Please help me here.

                        I called up hp gas CC people also, they asked to check with distributor only.

                                This complaint is about non receiving of gas subsidy against hp gas consumer id 327 at "a. Udhyog bhawan" vidisha madhya pradesh, for aadhar no.[protected].
                                Subsidy credit was continue in uco bank vidisha branch, but suddenly without any reason this is stopped. On enquiry at gas agency incharge suggested me to get it updated with mobile number i processed the same but aadhar became suspended.
                                On more enquiry on internet i found - due to software updation in national payment corporation of india ncpi many people are facing subsidy on hold trouble also i could not receive gas subsidy and aadhar became invalid during updation.
                                Please reply what is the solution for a holded subsidy.

                                  Give up subsidy for my lpg was selected by mistake. Please cancel my give up subsidy. While booking refill the give up subsidy was unfortunately selected please cancel it. From starting i didn't get any amount they were saying that you have given up your subsidy. So please make sure to cancel my give up subsidy. Details are as mentioned below.

                                    We are facing dog menace. The residents are afraid to talk a walk inside the colony after it gets dark. The dogs either chase the residents, or has also bitten two of our residents.

                                    These dogs have been increasing in numbers. During last six months. Please sent your team to eradicate/sterilize the dogs.

                                      Mixing of kerosene is done at shivneri petrolium, nagar - kalyan highway, otur, tal - junnar, dist - pune. Pin - 412409.

                                      I filled diesel of rs. 1500/- on 03/12/2018 at 08. 43 pm on this pump (20. 29 ltrs.)
                                      After 140 kms. Diesel of my vehicle was ended.
                                      Also very bad smell of kerosene was coming from the smoke of same diesel.
                                      So action should be taken agaiinst of the same petrol pump.

Yesterday on 3rd november at 7'o clock when i went to fill petrol in my bike by using "paytm" they said that we won't accept paytm during night. I said them to remove all the posters and banners and qr codes why are u putting those banners if you are not accepting. They started arguing there are 2 young fellows and one old one. The two young people behaved very rudely with me. Hindustan petroleum u cannot treat your customers like this, i am complaining so that you can take any action on this.
