Hello...
My consumer number is 602021 and when i book cylinder it is not delivered on time sometimes i get recieving message of delivery in stead of cylinder. Its not first time happening. It happens almost time. I complain in gas agency many times but still any action was not taken.. It's my request to rectify this problem as soon as possible...

    My consumer no. - 804795, log id-2 [protected], i have submitted a complain. I received cylinder order no. 523739, cash memo no.-1004710 but cylinder is 4kg underweight. I received another message of cylinder. Order no.-527352, cash memo no.- 1004710. This wasn't proceed by me. How can it will be possible. I want to know. Where went my cylinder. Please find it and answer me. This is a corruption way.

      Hi team,
      I am a consumer of hp gas service and my consumer id is : 656697.

      I booked through ivr refill for cylinder with distributor (Sangameshwara)
      & later received msg on mobile as mentioned below:

      { dear consumer, please click http://t.payu.in/p16fpe to pay hpcl cylinder and avail offers. For queries: [protected]@citruspay.com }

      So, used link from message & the amount & details was somewhat similar hence, i paid amount through net banking for cylinder on 18/02/2018 night and received confirmation online as booking amount paid 800.42 rupees successfully.
      &
      I missed to take screenshot of the information because, i thought i will get message as well but not received & later was tried to see the webpage is also not showing that as well it always says expired.

      To re-confirm if this is fake or genuine visited my gas distributor agency place (Sangameshwara) & shown this all message & explained & they said its all genuine so, now i am tracking back to back gas delivery status & i don't have any prof amount paid so,

      Please help with this prof details..

        Sir my name is deepak agrawal.. I closed my airtel payment bank account.. And i opend new bank account in sbi before 2 week and update with aadhar no.. But still my bank account status on npci server inactive shown.. I have two bank account both are connected with aadhar. After that my subsidy failed many time because of npci server not connected any bank account.. What i do sir.. My aadhar no.[protected].. And my lpg consumer no.600725 in hp..               Consumer no. 804795, i'd -[protected]. I received cylinder on 10-02-18, 4kg underweight. I received a message 0n 15-02-18 another cylinder but i haven't booked. I received subcidy two times in my bank account. How is this possible. Supplier gived me underweight. This shows he is cheating me. I think he cheated my so many money. I cannot explain it.

              On 5th Feb I made a payment through payu towards gas cylinder refill. But till yday I got no update. To my horror after follow up with HP I got a message that the order was cancelled by HP! My question is where is my money???

                Today i have received refilled lpg cylinder in very bad condition
                I. E.
                Round handle crack,
                Cyl bottle is dirty condition
                Paint of cyl bottle is pilled out
                Sowing scratches.

                In this connection, when said about above to delivery boy he said all cyl bottle are same condition which he having.

                Again, i have contacted thr'u tel on[protected] to prakash gas agency, she said presently all refilled cyl has been delivered and not balance any cylinder at thier end if, i want to change it please wait.

                I would like to draw your kind attention on above many times he has delivered roughly cylineder.

                Request you please do the needful at your end and let us have know about action taken.

                  I am not getting my subsidiary amount for last four months. I have complaint regarding this to the hp customer care and they told me to relink the aadhar card in the respective bank in which the hp is linked. I have do as told. They promised to solve the problem and refund the money in 15days but its already 2months and still not i am not getting the money. When i am calling they they are giving me wrong numbers to call in wrong offices and harassing me unnecessarily. Pls help

                    Sir my hp gas connection wanted to transfer to my elder brother but gas agency charges for that about re. 1200/-for procedure. As he is my blood related brother why should we pay such amount. Agency told it is comes under gift so we have to pay difference in deposit amount. We r really payable such amount only for transfer within the family. Pls advice payable charges.

                        Gas leaking during offline / online mode of regulator=having no washer issues but leak continues= while applying little water to it = the gas leak was behind ball like object can be seen its bubble which meant to escape.

                        i kept 2 days aside

                        and after service man checked all was right and cylinder used for long time by many people===warn not to sprinkle water

                        but request made in real time === but service to get urgent time availability offtime!!!

                        washer was good condition but leakage was behind the ball not getting stop ...atlast i sprinkle some water on that day and acts normal after then...TQ

                        BUT THE WASHER PROBLEMS ARE TAKING PLACE 5 TIMES OUT OF 10 CYLINDERS DELIVERED.

                        ALWAYS WASHER UPDATED GET CHECKED BY SERVICE PEOPLE BEFORE FILLING THE GAS.

                        SOMETIME DELIVERY BOYS THEY ALWAYS SAYS ""GO TO OFFICE AND WE DO NOT HAVE WASHER WITH US OR OVER"".

The told give me funny answer that you cancelled your subsidy by one .but no one can call me about that and why I cancelled my subsidy? Many of month my subsidy and lots of money in vain.                             Regarding late delivery which a problem facing by several users. The agency
                            Named "lahari gas agency", located in mysore rajivanagara my consumer no is 601852 recently my booking on 10 days but i not received gas cylinder till now, the many
                            People are used to carry cylinders from gas godown carry by auto.
                            Doing late delivery its a casual thing for this stupid agency, every time delay delivery & before gas cylinder delivary booking after 1month delivery

                              Hi team,
                              I am a consumer of hp gas service and my consumer id is : 613040.
                              I booked one cylinder on 28/01/2018 11:20 pm date and received below confirm booking message :

                              "बुकिंग 512707 उपभोक्‍ता 613040 baba gas service डेलीवेरी ओटीपी9449"

                              I also received one more below message for cylinder payment on 30/01/2018 02:32 pm :

                              "dear consumer, please click http://t.payu.in/qUT2To to pay hpcl cylinder and avail offers. For queries: [protected]@citruspay.com"

                              So i made payment of 736 rupees from my credit card and got confirmation message for it.

                              Transaction no : inva1db424b9 with citrix online payment gateway.

                              I made online payment from credit card but at the time of cylinder delivery, delivery man doesn't know it and we paid him cash for cylinder. I already received 239 rupees as hp subsidy amount.
                              May i know what happen to my online transaction and when i will get refund. Please give me status of my transaction otherwise i have to take action against it because i made payment from my credit card.

                              Please find below the net banking payment details I paid through my HDFC bank account on 31st March 2018 for my gas cylinder. I confirmed with the bank and got to know that the payment has been successfully credited to HP GAS against this transaction.

                              But my gas cylinder supplier/vendor Naraniya Gas Agency, Sanganer is not confirming the same and asking for cash payment again and again.

                              Please help me figure out how can I resolve this issue. I logged complaint to portal as well but it got closed simply by saying it is not credited to vendor account.

                              Another doubtful case: when I was checking the details on the portal because of this issue, it was showing that two cylinders were delivered to me on the same date and time with two different order numbers, I raised this with Vendor on phone about this and they immediately deleted one record from the portal.

                              No sure how exactly their system is working. Now vendor is calling for cash payment again and again.

                                I'm a student and i fill petrol from a petrol station which is located in lb nagar opposite to traffic drive in here the quality or quantity of petrol is decreasing day by day at first it was all good but as days pass by the mileage output from the bike is drastically falling down so i changed my regular petrol station with government petrol station nearby so i observed that the government petrol station has improved my overall mileage so i request you to take necessary action towards this petrol station located opposite to traffic drive in lb nagar hyderabad

                                    From past 3 days i am trying to reach out to the agency but there is no response from them.
