I booked cylendre for home delivery on 12-15days ago but not deliver. To cylendre whenever i make phone call to their representative, he says tomorrow must be delivered. I am very sorry to say we are facing much problem due to this type of service and it is regular happening with hp. Take action on concert people and deliver my order immediately.

          My name is prakash rao and my hp connection # 613859 and the dealer is ideal enterprise, bangalore, karnataka, india.

          My problem is that i could not log-in to your portal since i forgot my user id, password and email id with which i have created, because the same has been created 10 years back.

          But my mobile no is same one which is already registered with myhp portal.
          Pl help me in retrieving the user id and password so that i can use myhp gas portal.

            gas leakage: nobody is receiving the emergency number

            Hi, every time in 2017 the hp gas cylinder is provided it's leaking. Today, i. E. 15th nov 2017, the gas is leaking v. Badly from morning onwards. It is a huge risk.                 Today i received a message from ad-hpclis at 0-1.52 in the early thanking me for filling fuel in your h p c l outlet at madhavaram at 12.47 a m
                The vehicle number being t n 10 k 8543
                This is not true and i am surprised.
                Please find out the reason and reply me.
                I have not made any fuel filling at this outlet.
                How is it possible to my mobile number and send a message.
                Is it fraud or what is the reason.
                At mid night the vehicle has been fuelled as per the message.
                Please investigate and let me know the reason.
                If not received i will go on trying to reach the h p officials

                Apparently i live in Mumbai but the message comes for the same MADHAVARAM location.

                Message says ' Thanks for fueling HSD Ltrs 4.20 for RS. 300 in TN09BA22558 at HPCL COMCO MADHAVARAM in CHENNAI. Txn time[protected]:10:58 from AD-HPCLIS
                Even I received similar message while I'm not ever been to South. I live in NCR,

                Thanks for fuelling HSD Ltrs 800.00 for Rs.63104.00 in at HPCL K.D.M HP FILLING STATION in KAPUWADA. TxnTime[protected]:40:00.

                  Hp sardar patel rd, adyar, chennai is a corrupt agency, with arrogant, lying employees.
                  Even though i booked my cylinder on 30-oct-17, it has still not been delivered after 9 days. Everyday there is a different story, for many days he said no workers at all because of rains. Even though they also say there will be 100% delivery the next day.
                  They actually told me because of rains, i should come and pick up a cylinder. When i went there with my empty cylinder to exchange, he said we have to go to the some distant godown, then he said the godown is flooded.
                  Why they should lie or be arrogant, as if they are providing a free service, is beyond comprehension.
                  Do not use this agency. Switch to any other one like indane or bharat for better service.

                    I have received the below reply from hp gas. I believe it is not fair from their part that subsidy will be given only for refills that we are going to make after 28.10.2017. As you are aware the subsidies are being reduced by govt.in each month and ultimately there will be nil subsidy by the year 2018, it is not a good gesture from the reputed hp gas (Goverment gas). Hence please take necessary action to get the subsidy amount in my bank account (Even though we gave the aaadhaar copy in the bank earlier also, it was not mapped by npci.

                            I am very sad to state that, we are residing the interior tribal area called chinturu village in chinturu mandal of andhra pradesh (Nearer to bhadrachalam) i am leading my life as a daily labour and i do have a gas connection.

                            Today a representative has come from your authority and collected rs.150/- (Rupees one hundred & fifty) as mandatory fee, just i have seen an add from your hp gas by knowing the entire safety details collected rs.75/- and he told this in advance. Whereas, here entire scene is different. Could you please throw the light on this and make an arrangement return my amount at the earliest possible. The copy of the receipt is fixed here and thanking you sir.

                              I found how they cheat. Below are examples

                              Example 1

                              Customer : asks to fill petrol for rs 200
                              Bunk guy : the bunk guy will fill petrol for 50 rs only.
                              Customer : you will tell him that i asked you to put petrol for 200.
                              Bunk guy : reply will be like you asked only to put 50 rs petrol
                              Customer : ok, then fill the remaining 150 rs
                              Bunk guy : he will cheat you here only.

                              Note :- he will not reset the amount, but for you it looks like he did reset and started filling. He will continue from that 50 rs very fastly and fill petrol till 150 rs. He will cheat rs 50 finally

                              Example 2 (From adit don):

                              People working in this petrol bunk will cheat you. If you order for rs 100 petrol they will pour it for 2 times rs 50 and they will confuse you that they heard as 'petrol only for rs 50'. By pouring petrol for 2 times rs 50 they do not pour for first time. Check the meter you get confuse whether they poured rs 50 or its already marked as rs 50. The truth is that they do not reset the previous poured petrol so that we use to get cheat. By this way these persons earning. I was cheated twice. Be alert!

                              Please treat this as very serious complaint.

                                In my address its clearly mention that my flat is at 3rd floor, in spite of the late delivery and cancelling the invoice of lesser value and charging the higher value rate.
                                I have booked my cylinder on 17.10.2017 at inr 656.50
                                On 1.11.17 i receive a message that my cash memo had been cancel and on same date i receive a cylinder of invoice 750 for which i have not received any message.
                                The delivery person was arguing with my wife that he will leave the cylinder in ground floor.
                                He demanded extra tips rs100 to deliver the cylinder to 3rd floor which we had to pay.
                                Is this message reaching the right person kindly look into the issue as it will likely to repeat.

Adhar has already been linked with axisbank same has been confirmed. When I tried to assure the gas agency.
