Here i want to share about one of the worst gas agency i. E shri venkateshwara gas agency kushaiguda. When. I requested them for a new connection they responded very badly harshly. Those people are seeking commission in everything they are cheating customers as they are charging excess fees in everything by providing a low quality gas stove. The staff are very poor in management. The behavior was very bad. As connection is everyone rights they denied legal rights of customers.

    My consumer no 630159 under mahabubabad gas agency, i am facing frequently cancellation of my cylinder even not intimating reason.
    Sometimes when the bill generated very next day they cancelled without calling and sometimes after generated by two/three days they cancelled the cylinders.
    I just wanted to know what is actual time period and no. Of attempt they try to deliver cylinders.

      Dear sir please note that i, kalidas acharya, resident of sodepur, 24 pgs (N), wb, vide consumer no.620636 not received the cylinder yet after 18 days of online booking & payment. The cylinder was booked online & paid rs.769.98 accordingly on 11.12.2017, and also unable to login in the portal.

      In such circumstances we are facing big problems, please do the needful.

          Issue had been taken up with you.. Reference no 17064395, transpired whats up, mobile conversation. Proved helpful. But reverse entry is not made with a reason that no internet banking. Now this is a puzzle. Is it possible for all debit card holder to have compulsion to open or avail only facility of internet banking? May i request your honour to intimate your dealer to credit the amount my sbi pune city branch to my sb account no [protected] as suggested in my original complaint. Sir i tried many a times for registration even i fill all the information very correctly. Some time it shows that you have given registered, consumer number sometimes says, that the email you have entered is already being registered and sir the fact is the i never registered with that email or that particular consumer no.
