Hp gas, ravi prakash agencies, nacharam hyderabad 500076 charges 30 sometimes 40 rupees extra, if i don't give 30 extra, the delivery boy says he will take back the gas cylinder, this is my name, go and complain to whoever you want, when approached to ravi prakash agencies they said, you have to pay them 30 rupees, it is minimum courtesy, they are actually encouraging this. Basically if you don't pay extra 30, there is no way i can have cylinder delivered. How to stop this corruption.

One person 30, 500 deliveries per day is 150000 per year 54, 75, 000 is the public money they steal annually.

Is there someone to stop from stealing lakhs and lakhs of public money.

And by the way that ravi prakash gas agencies delivers gas one month delay after delivery date.

Please bring these people to justice as per indian laws.

Please note I have gone to fill the fuel in my scooter in our esteemed petrol pump M/s Barjorji's adjacent to MovieX and on OT Road of Balasore City. I have gone for refuelling for Rs.110. I paid Rs.100 note and Rs.10 as one and two rupees coin. The personnel in the petrol pump was denied to take coin. As per his version no customer is receiving coin from the dealer. But I should not be responsible for that. Indian Government not yet banned those coins. Then why the petrol pump personnel denying to receive the same. Please advice the concerned not to abide with this practice and harassing common man like us. M/s Barjorji's is an esteemed organization under your huge company. I would like to request you to look into the matter and give necessary advice to the dealer.

Dear sir / madam

My consumer no is 682626 i booked a hp gas refill on 21st october 2017 but did not received the physical delivery of refill but i got a delivery confirmation sms on my registered mobile no as details show below.

(Hpgas bookingno 578416 cashmemo 1046263 dt 21.10.17 rs.625.00, is generated. Ezygas authentication code is 7220, plz share it to dboy upon delivery.)

Kindly look into this whether my refill is misused by the agent i got no response from agency

My agency is "colaba gas service" in mumbai..

I have made payment to hp gas online portal on 30 may2017 and 12th June 2017 but payment was not credited to dealer, the payment was debited from my account and I have to pay cash payment again to dealer.

While online registration, i have typed my e mail id :[protected]@yhoo.com instead of [protected]@yahoo.com. I have made complains through service no. 17125589, 17133576, 17139310. While checking the status of my first request, i cam to know that problem is resolved and i may log in with email id:[protected]@yhoo.com.

As it is there is a lot of burden being put on middle class people with the subsidy being taken off and also the cylinder charges changing every month.in the last 2 months the cylinder rates have gone u by more than 100 rupees on top of this, the delivery boys are demanding atleast 25 rupees towards delivery, on questioned why we need to pay, they are putting the blame back on to us that if you wish you pay otherwise don't pay, this makes the customer appear as villain, whereas on the receipt it is clearly written not t pay any tips and that the cost of the cylinder includes delivery charges. This is al black money being made by these agencies, even if he delivers 100 cylinders in a day, that's a cool 2500 bucks not recorded any where i request the authorities t coach these people and demand only the amount on the receipt. Or even better, make the payment available on line.

I have seen from last 8-9 months... Only single tap was working for refill the fuel (Normal petrol) tank in two wheelers and it was take more 5 min on one wheeler.
Another tap was working for two wheelers but only power fuel is filling in wheelers.
Hp delear rajeev service station, near zoo, nd-03, delear person told that company engineer not come for repairing this tap.
I know delear is not doing anything for change or repair this tap.
I am continue fill the petrol in my bike from last 1 year in morning around 8:30 to 9 am from this petrol pump.
So please it is requested to change or repair that tap for save our time.

Hi, i have purchased new hp gas connection in august-2017 from ratan gas agency, baner. Today i tried couple of times to connect another hp cylinder to regulator as earlier hp cylinder got exhausted. But, no success. I'm unable to connect cylinder to regulator. Look like their are some issues in regulator or in cylinder port. Need you immediate intervention.

I did not get home delivery service from my hp gas distributor (M/s jagat ram and sons) and also i had already discuss this matter to distributor but he refuse to deliver it at my home.
Kindly resolve issue, as i am working in cooperate and i don't have enough time to go at distributor place to refill my cylinder. I need home delivery....

On sunday afternoon, i had sent my toyota fortuner dl1cq2061, with my driver to hindustan petroleum punjabi bagh west near shivaji prk metro, i have my fuel receipt of 3700 for diesel instead my car was found with kerosene and water when the car had stopped working i had to tow it to galaxy automobiles, i have the sample and rest of the fuel with me and ensure me a proper reply as soon as possible because otherwise i would stricter actions because my car is at the workshop and its harming my business everyday!

Today i have filled petrol at your dealer

For 6 months im filling from this dealer.
The staffs are always delaying for billing and billing. If we complaint they replies "we will work such manner only, if need fill from us otherwise leave from this place".

This is happening every day.

Management also not taking care inthis issue.

I took petrol on 30/09/2017 @hindustan petroleum corporation limited, 123/2, itpl main road, brookefield, kundalahalli, aecs layout, brookefield, bengaluru, karnataka.

Worth 330rs. But why you guys charged me extra 11.80rs?

Now only we are paying more to petrol why extra??? Why you guys are excepting cash without any additional charges???
