I am cons.no 618411 of shivaji gas agency at NILANGA LATUR DISTRICT. SIR I BOOKED FOR REFILLING ON19 .12.15 booking no 508754 recpt no.163604 dt 19.12.15 not delivered. i am a senior citizen at aurad sh. under shivaji gas agency nilanga.i complained previously also about expliotation by said agency thru his unauthorised agent at aurad sh. such as extracting extra amount. refusing to give recpt.. when complained to shivaji gas agency at nilanga., they simlly ignore complaint. there is no transperancy at .cons.are being exploited openly. i wonder how yhis not monitored. you may send out come of this enquiry to mail pv.[protected]@gmail.com. 0r [protected]

I have logged in the complain thrice via HP's helpline number. There has been no revert from HP on this and the cylinder is still kept at my residence that might prove to be dangerous. Gas agency persons are refused to give gas connection without purchase of strove and pressure cooker. So we purchased but pressure cooker bursted for second use. Luckly we escaped. They are supplying very poor quality pressure cooker which we dont want. No proper standards.

This is to inform you that HP gas's mobile application (My HPgas) is having an issue/ they are cheating with us, while we tried to book a cylinder, one window will open that having "Yes" and "No" tab (message window is blank), if we click on Yes (because we think it asking for confirmation), then subsidy of that cylinder will removes, request you to kindly look into this on high priority. I have attached screenshot of app please check.

Cylinder leakage since 1 day, very serious, complained and called Nandhinee GAs Agency, nobody came for checking.. Delaying to come .. who will be responsible in case of any accident!!!. The delivery man and checking person does not picked the phone. Its urgent.

I am H P Gas consumer. Submitted Aadhar No. and all documents to my bank and LPG distributor on Dec. 24, 2014. But till now subsidies are nor transferred to my bank account. Mera lpg "connection no 606590 h, Name- Amit Kumar, districk sonbhadra Uttar pradesh gas agency hansvahini gas" ye active hai . iske baad v unhone mujhe bola ki apka connection band h aur mujhse 200 rupay liye bola ye active karne ka charge h.

To whom It May Concerned, On 29-10-15 my mother get cylinder delivered by agent of Bajaj Gas Agency Chalisgaon. Unfortunately that agent has overcharged for it, he has charged Rs.670 which is too excess than amt Rs.545 for which he has given receipt. He has given some Bill regarding Mandatory Check of Rs.75 by forging my signature.Actually in that bill it is only Rs.50 printed but he has written Rs.75 which is illegal and may cause him to be booked for criminal breach and forgery of the sign. If for a moment we neglect the forgery of sign and taken into consideration bills only then these are of 545+75=Rs.620 still matter arises of overcharged amt Rs.50. One more thing I must state here is that he has never checked or serviced the gas connection or any equipments still charged for it by putting duplicate sign on the bill. On 30-10-15 I called complaint no[protected] and tried to complaint abt the above mentioned fact but unfortunately none of their executive responded well and ended call by putting the reason of technical issues. My self Partha Sarathi Ghosh, applied for LPG connection in Hindustan Petroleum under the distributor Kanchan Flame, North 24 Parganas(Dealer Code:[protected]. I have registered in portal and I can see my connection has been allotted. My registration number is [protected]. In eSV form the amount mentioned is 3050 but dealer is additionally charging 2000 rupees for Hotplate. Dealer clearly mentioned with out purchasing hotplate they are unable to give the LPG connection. After contact with sales manager of HP LPG gas distributor is asking to submit the invoices of hotplate which I already have. When I went to submit the invoices to distributor office hour with in 10 am to 6 pm they are refusing to accept the invoice and asked me to come next time and continuously waiting for 3 days from morning to evening they are not responding anything. I already informed to PUBLIC GRIEVANCE MANAGER ([protected]@hpcl.in) of HP in that area over mail but could not resolving my issues not even answered to my mail after subsequently follow. Its a serious concern to the common people by forcing to purchase the hotplate from distributor even though its clearly mentioned that purchasing hotplate is optional not mandatory. It will be highly obliged if somebody can stop such kind of mal practices.
