Last month when i went to your filling station at moodbidri in karnataka for petroel filling for my new maruthi petrol car staff filled diesel into the cars tank despite petrol being written in bold letters on the tanks lid. When confronted the staff for this negligent act they were very abusive and i had to incure rs 3000 at local maruthi auto dealer for draining the tank, toeing car to their garage etc. I request you to takeup this gross negligence with your dealer

Yesterday dated 26.08.16 I have visited to Hp Petrol Bunk @ Resuvani Palem @9.30pm to refuel my Wagnor car, Visakhapatnam -530013. I Have requested for 500 /-rs Petrol to my Waganor Car with card payment . Due to heavy rain i was little busy not identified the situation & he wrongly entered Disel 500/- to My car.Entire Wrong practice given to ur employee my car was strucked from yesterday onwards.Kindly revert what to to its costing around 3k due to petrol car was filled with Diesel by Mr.Pothu Raju ur employee

I am one of the consumer of hp gas in Jp Nagar 5th phase, Bangalore, Karnataka . There is a on line gas-refile booking facility, to this to create online account.So I created online account for booking gas refile, but it is not activated.There is a message to me it follows as

We have sent you the activation mail on emailid :[protected]@gmail.com.
But they haven't sent me the activation mail on my email id cited above. So please rectify my problem as early as possible.

Dear sir,
I had booked a refill lpg gas on 27th july 2016 with booking number 388567 through mobile app.
In mobile application its updated as 'delivered' on 31st july with cashmere number 187709. But yet gas has not delivered.
I'm following up since 3 weeks but the agency/dealer is stating that in application, its automatically updated, so worries, will be delivered today. But not getting delivered yet.
I raised the complaint on 9th aug 2016 with complaint number 16100571 and today i received mail stating that they belief that issue is resolved.
Yet neither gas delivered nor anyone has contacted me.
Hence requesting you to look into the issue at the earliest.

This is regarding a new connection request.

I filed a requested for a new hp gas connection on aug 8, 2016. This request was submitted at siddhivinayak gas agency, andheri east, mumbai. I did not need a stove as i already have a stove, which is merely 2 months old. Hence an engineer was to come to my place to inspect the stove before a new connection is allotted. And this engineer was to visit my place within 5 days.

After waiting for more than a week i called the agency multiple times yesterday before the inspection mechanic finally called me. He confirmed that he would visit my house between 10am to10.30am.

When he did not turn up i called him at 10.45am. What happened next is what completely left me disappointed.

I asked him when is he turning up and he completely blanked out on any appointment. On being reminded he said he will come by 11.30am. This was not cool because i have to go to work too. What peeved me more was when he said, "gas connection chahiye toh wait toh karna padega." (If you need a connection you will have to wait). Really now! I am paying for the connection. This is not charity on hp's part. I refuse to accept such trash as a consumer.

It did not end there. I waited till 11.30 am and he did not turn up. I called him again and he said he is leaving from wherever he was to come to my house.

By 12pm i lose my patience. He does not turn up. Unprofessional attitude is not tolerable.

My code is603251 under r k gas agency, chaibasa, jharkhand-822301.
I booked cylendre for home delivery on 4th august 2016 but till now not delivered. Whenever i make phone call to their representative, he says different types of excuses and sometimes he switch off his mobile. I am very sorry to say we are facing much problem due to this type of service. Domestic gas is crucial part of daily bread but distributors are not so sincere with the consumers.
Please do the needful as possible.

I have changed my number via "http://myhpgas.in" several times but every time my password and mobile number changed automatically to other number.So I have to change the password and registered mobile no several times. Also this website don't require OTP for any kind of changes I made. That means any one can change my info without any difficulties. This website contains our personal information like email, aadhaar number, mobile number and many more but this site don't have any security against unauthorized access .

You gas station workers are cheating public by not filling fuel for the correct amount paid.on july 30th 2016 morning i had gone to fill petrol for 150 rs.he started from zero and stopped at 50 i asked him that i have asked for 150, then again he will start doing something at key pad and comes back to put a petrol for 100 rs but they will start at 50 rs and finish at 100.so they have put petrol for 100 only.when start my bike and check fuel readings i realized i have got less petrol.i went back and questioned them and they were telling me they have put only for 100. but i paid them 150...i complained to the manager but he was also involved in it.kindly take serious action on these fraud people.

No.[protected]) (Consumer no:718556) distributors name: vidya krupa hp gas agency hadapsar, pune using hp connection from 2003 last 13 years we didn’t face any problems nor i have given any compliant but for the first i have been cheated by your deliver boy & gas agency i have booked the cylinder on[protected]:12:00 order ref no :[protected] delivered on[protected] and today is 28th july 2016 my gas is finished we are staying only two people in our house if you see my track record of last 13 years we usually get one cylinder for more than 45 to 60 days for the first time cylinder has been finished in 19 days. Deliver boys are not caring weights machines we trusted them now we had been cheated. Please look into the matter and reply me as soon as possible.

Sir, the abovementioned gas agency is not supplying me gas cylinder before 10 to 15 days. When i am asking why not cylinder delivered, he always making excuses. My booking date 19.07.2016, but till date i have not got cylinder, not only i am other people are also suffering from this problem, kindly look into the matter and make the supply within schedule time frame. Sir, i have only 1 gas cylinder and i am a poor man, how can i manage and cook food. Kindly take immediate and prompt action. Otherwise i will make complaint to pm website.

I am siddhartha sarkar. my hp gas consumer no 605027. every time i booked a gas. i receive it after 1 month or more. this time i booked gas on 10.6.2016. booking no [protected]. we contacted said dealer. but they don't help us. they delivered our refill to an unknown person on 18.7 2016. i received a mseg about this. we complained but no result. i think there is a crime done by the dealer by selling gas refills to other. pls help us to resolve the problem. their address is 10/1deshbandhu chittaranjan road. budge budge. kolkata 700137

My car's fuel capacity 55 liter.

I got my car in reserver and was left with about 5-8 liter of fuel.

I went to fill up. they fill up 55.21 liter of diesel which is impossible.

This has happened many times earlier.

This is absolute fraud they are doing on daily basis.
