i've received my subsidy cylinder on 11.07.15. After that hpcl sales officer mr. Siddhinath jha(193337) has blocked my gas connection due to multiple connection.But i've only one gas connection in my name. Few days after he open my gas connection and also i've received another subsidies gas cylinder on 17.09.15. But tlill now both subsidy amount in in "payment on hold" condition as i've seen fron my consumer console. I've complain 4times and also contact so many times to mr. Jha over telephone. But till now he is doing no action. Also he gave me some assurances as you can see from my complaint details downloaded from hpcl website that my problem will solved in 7days, 10days etc... I've spent so many times. I sent email to him & also to the regional officer of hpcl mr. G. Mohon . But he also not responding. I think mr. Jha has not any right to harass the customer like me who haven't any fault. At the mean time 7days ago my gas dealer told me to submit my aadhar details to bank & them . I also do this because after a few days ago i received my e-aadhar. I've submitted in both place and within 1 days gas dealer and bank update my details in there system. 5 minutes before someone call me from mobile no. [protected]. He told me that he is calling from HPCL. He want to refund my money within 5 minutes if I agree to give him my DEBIT CARD NO. But I didn't agree with him. Because, bank always told that not to share confidential details to anyone. Kindly tell HPCL to solve my problem and subsidy transfer must be start on continuous basis. And also give my money back within this week only.OO

Kindly tell Mr. Siddhinath Jha(192227) Sales Officer HPCL not to harass anyone again like me. Also tell him not to take this type of action against genuine customer like me and not to give fake assurances to customers.

    Dear Sir, Myself Jyoti Sharma, and my consumer no is 628555. We want to do complaint against HP Gas agency regarding miss behave, miss guiding to customer for his own personal interest, late delivery which is a problem facing by us. This agency named "M/s SUMIT ENTERPRISE", Shop No-313, Main Market, Sector-7-A, Faridabad (Haryana[protected]. My old dealer name is “ALLIED AGENCIES”, 3C-64, B.P N.I.T, Faridabad Doc. No- 1001162, Dealer Code- 965380 I am a consumer of HP from 27 Oct 1999. Your dealer ALLIED AGENCIES had cylinder his agency to Hindustan Petroleum and SUMIT ENTERPRISES has took over all the connection of ALLIED AGENCIES. We had requested to owner of SUMIT ENTERPRISE to change our name in your record, so that we can linked our consumer no with bank account for taking subsidiary benefit. As per Govt Sector guidelines, we can request to our current distributor to change the name of consumer in his record, but he refuse to change the name in his records after visiting four times. Even we have given them all valid id proof, legal affidavit for District court of Faridabad. End the end when I complain against this agency in HP customers complain cell, then they agree to change my name in company & their own records. But we refuse to make new consumer card with changed name and miss behave with us with very rough language, showing his power that he will stop our gas supply and do not allow us to take gas from any of your HP agencies. From last six months we have not received any gas supply from hp due to his negligence & miss guiding customer for his personal monetary benefits. As a consumer:- 1. We want to know that why this SUMIT ENTERPRISE agency is doing business of two agency under single one godown & office ???? 2. What is the HP norms requirement to merging to gas agency ??? 3. How owner of this agency not following rules & regulation of Hindustan petroleum for customer convenience ??? 4. How can your distributor can stop gas supply of Hp consumer, by his own power ???? 5. Why hp local representative/ASM is not giving license to new gas distributor to avoid this type of discrepancy ??? 6. Why distributor will deny to deliver gas cylinder in home ??? 7. Will Hp will take the responsibility of this mental harassment to his customers ??? Please do the needful for us taking action on this company. we are really frustrated by the service and miss behave with all consumers. We will request you to take appropriate action against this type of power full gas distributors, who believe that they are supreme than the company. Otherwise I do not have any option to file a complaint with the Consumer Forum as you are protected under the Consumer Protection Act of 1986. The consumer complaint will be at your cost and expenses, and I will seek compensation for the mental agony caused due to YOUR deficiency in services. We look forward to your prompt action.       HPCL is supplying defective cylinders for LPG customers which are found to have leaks. Though the rubber gasket is in place, a constant smell of LPG raised my doubts. This is when I tested with water for leaks and my suspicions were confirmed. Attached image shows bubbles emerging from the valve. If an accident occurs, will HPCL pay for the damage ? Can HPCL ever undo any loss of life ?

          Hello.. At mumbai, i.e., indradeep agency of hp gas at kalyan east area, hp gas delivery boy always ask for more money.. and when refused he starts to argue and uses inappropriate language.. today when my mother told him to keep the cylinder he replied back to my mother that he is not her servant.. And when my mother warned him that she will give his complaint he replied back that give my complaint to whomsoever you want to give.. this 8th time this man is behaving like this with us.. so i request you kindly take some actions against this man

I had registered the complain on counter of HP distributer M/S AVADH RAJ AGENCY patna morethan two time. some time they were make the story and some time promised to sending the amount to account no but until it is not happen. So please take a appropriate action against the agency and push them for appropriate service.

                Sir my regulator of L.P.G. cylinder is leaking gas.i complained in my agency Uklana Gas Agency, Uklana about that.they noted my adress and say to look the matter but on calling them many times they do not attend my problem.then i complain online to the helpline no [protected] and got a complain number15129343 on date 08/31/2015.they told me to resolve the problem in next 72 hours.but on again reminding them about my problem till no action have been taken.i am not able to use my L.P.G. connection due to this and suffering a lot.they have disbarred my general right to use my product.

                  Below is my written email towards the fraud company. CHEATING OF CONSUMERS BY OVERCHARGING AND FORCE SELLING ACCESSORIES. Sir / Ma'am.. I was very disappointed when I got to know that I was forcefully charged INR 1, 245/- Full story -- I have shifted here at Hadapsar, Pune from my hometown Ratnagiri (Maharashtra) recently. I wanted a new domestic LPG gas connection. Today (09/09/15), I approached VIDYAKRUPA GAS AGENCY (code:[protected] at Hadapsar (Pune) for a single cylinder connection as I already have a Gas stove and other accessories. They said the charge will be 4, 070/- rs. including deposits and accessories. I told them promptly that I don't need any other things but only a cylinder and a consumer card. But they firmly held their point that the accessories are compulsory for a new connection even when you don't want them. Later on same day, after getting all those useless accessories (Litre kit, Trolley, Non stick pan) and a consumer card, I went home helplessly. But after that I called HP toll free customer care number[protected] and I was shocked to hear from the Executive that all those accessories are not compulsory at all. I confirmed the thing again after visiting the FAQs page of the HP gas web site. Additional to that they took rs 800 of a Pigeon non stick pan when it's MRP was 749!! Now I knew I can sue them for selling products exceeding the MRP. By those proofs I drove to Vidyakrupa Agency and argued the staff to retake all those accessories and refund the value of the same which was rs. 1, 245/- But that didn't happen easily and I had to debate for half an hour. The staff spoke very very rudely to me and were not agree to retake those forcefully handed accessories until I told them that I would approach Consumer Forum. They might have underestimated a poor looking consumer like me. After the hectic, I was offered my own money (ridiculous, you know). But with that, a staff over there said me the below lines with a nasty tone -- "It was our mistake to give you a connection. And now as you have became our consumer, we will give you a good service. Now you just see.." What the hell is this? Does he have any right to blackmail me for the future service? Does he himself is the CEO of HP GAS? Or is he the one who can do anything by sitting in the distributor office of HP? I WANT A QUICK RESPONSE AND INTERFERENCE FROM THE COMPANY. OR ELSE I'LL HAVE TO APPROACH CONSUMER COURT HELPLESSLY FOR SUCH CHEATINGS AND OVERCHARGING NEEDY CUSTOMERS. I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED A NEW REFILLED CYLINDER (yes, they have took the charges: rs. 587/-). They have said that it will be home delivered till tomorrow noon. If still I don't get the same, I will have to approach towards consumer forums and govt. organizations seriously. And the mouth publicity of such HP service will be added too. I have all the proofs needed to sue the Agency. AND I CAN'T REGISTER MY MOBILE TO ONLINE PORTAL OF HP GAS AS IT IS SAYING THAT CONSUMER NUMBER IS NOT VALID WITH THE DISTRIBUTOR. Now I don't know what they have done after losing the debate.                       I have purchased Sony M4 AQUA for Rs 20000/- on 01 st August 2015. Since the 2nd day i am encountering several problems The Mobile HANGS daily about 20 times and restarts on its own Some times on any application it hangs and we cannot operate the phone. Then i have to use a SIDE PIN to off the phone totally and restart. THIS IS ALSO VERY AWKWARD and takes time Mobile heated up very soon. Yesterday ALL MY CONTACTS GOT DELETED ON ITS OWN AND I AM IN A SERIOUS PROBLEM. NOW. I have lodged service request no. 27192244 and no body is helping and bothered. I think i have done a grave mistake by purchasing a SONY brand . Earlier i was always having a Samsung mobile and i was comfortable. For a change i have taken SONY and i am suffering since last month . REQUEST REPLACEMENT OF THE MOBILE WITH A GOOD MOBILE.

                          I booked gas for home delivery on 18.08.15 ref. no. is 529229 but till today 31.08.15 not deliver. Whenever i make phone call to their representative, he says tomorrow must be delivered. I am very sorry to say we are facing much problem due to this type of service and it is regular happening with HP.                                 I have not received the Subsidy of Rs: 227.27 for the Order Number : 547769 and Cash Memo number : 178002 as some one not updated my correct bank account number in records to get the subsidy. -- This is for before last time when we booked the refill on date :[protected]. For now even if I submitted all the necessary documents at both Bank and Gas Agency, still the subsidy amount Rs :206.32 is kept on hold for the Order number : 598868 and Cash Memo number : 139159. Couldn't understand the reason why getting so much trouble on getting subsidy on my Andhra Bank account number which has been updated and linked long back at both BS Enterprises and Andhra Bank Branch. This time it has booked on date :4/8/2015 Have already raised two complaint requests with HPCL but Still haven't received the Total Subsidy Amount of Rs : Rs: 433.59, Please do the needful to get my subsidy on my Andhra Bank account. Complaint Requests Raised with HPCL: 15113434 15113468 Total subsidy amount (Rs:227.27+206.32=433.59) Rs: 433.59 is not yet deposited into my Andhra Bank account which was already linked to get my LPG Subsidy.                                   Staff at HPCL petrol pump is making fool of those who uses payback card to get points on their credit or debit card fuel purchase. Encountered with me: At HPCL petrol pump, I have asked them to fill Rs2500 petrol in my car. Initially he tried to cheat me by filling only 500Rs petrol.When I questioned him he said you have asked only for Rs500. Later he started filled again for rest of the amount but he did not made a zero and continued from Rs500 and showed me Rs 2000 on meter and said 500last time and 2000 this time total is 2500, so this way he tried to make 500Rs profit. But i was very cautious and again when I countered them he said ohhhh. sorry i am filling it bla bla... He was always accompanied by another staff who tried to distract me either by asking questions like do you want a slip..bla bla..and talking in their local language also he tried to stand in such a way so that I can not notice the zero reading.He also asked me to come with him to make the payment while it was getting filled. But i denied and continued watching meter. Finally when I ensured they have filled the petrol of exact 2500 Rs. I made the payment from my ICICI bank HPCL Coral credit card along with my payback card. But here i made a mistake. I did not notice that he had swiped his payback card to get points instead of mine. I lost 125 points this way. Now imagine for one customer it is 125 so in entire day how much he can make.. may be 1000 daily..which he can enjoy buying products or fuel redemption. I have slips of credit cad payment and payback swipe.                                     I, S.N.Das, resident in Nerul West, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra. I am residing here more than 20 years and owning a LPG connection from HP Gas, LPG Id:[protected]. Also we have one more connection from Indane Gas in Kolkata, West Bengal. Kolkata is my native place. I am permanently located to Navi Mumbai address where as I visit Kolkata twice a year. Recently I came to know that both my gas services are been blocked. I require both the connection as I have two separate kitchens at two separate states. Kindly suggest me how can I proceed to solve the issue. I am already a senior citizen and currently due to blockage, we aren't getting any cylinder. Its an urgent requirement to get the connection started in Navi Mumbai.

Phone is ringing nobody lifting the phones whythey are not responding I tried yesterday and friday- phone numbers[protected]/27037655/27034422 2.New connection price are not displayed, They will sell all other items then only giving new connection(Please tell me the what is the new cylinder cost and regulator cost) 3 .Auto driver doesn't carry the weighing machine he refused to weight last time, His answer is not having it 4.
