HP Gas (Con. No. 603134) received a fillup Gas Cylinder on 12.05.15, but after 10 day during Cyl. changing it was found Gas was 1/3 rd. Same informed to dealer and delivery Man. No action was takek, again after days it was found totally empty. What is to be done and what action is to be taken. Yours' Aditi Sinha Roy

    have own my house at vatika India next sec 82 gurgaon n today iI submit transfer letter of bhart gas service (termination no: [protected] dated:06.06.15 consumer no :6724) to manesar hp gas service& ask them to register my transfer request from bharat to hp gas service. Despite of helping me out the branch mgr told me that we will not register your request n threatened me that jo chahe kar le main nahi karoonga Also told me that jaha se aaya hai wahi chala ja mere ghar mein aaya hai tujhe path nahi kya. I was a happy customer of bpcl since 2003 but it had never happened with me so far like this. Is this the response we get from hpcl wow great salute to the team of hpcl.I have only one option that switch to bpcl. I request you to look into the matter and resolve at earliest as it was very bad experience ever that I ever received from anyone

      This is going on for quite a few months at the Vishrantwadi chowk, Pune Maharashtra India HP petrol pump.If you tell the person to fill petrol of Rs-1000 or 2000 he will only fill for Rs-200 and will tell'You told me to fill petrol of Rs-200/ only and the other colleagues will support, then when you tell him to fill for the remaining amount they will only fill Rs-800 or Rs-1800 saying he has already filled Rs-200 petrol but very smartly he will not take the meter to zero but continue form the earlier amount i, e Rs-200 hence the customer loses on Rs-200 petrol every-time. If you point their mistake the people become very aggressive and are ready to fight with you.This is going on for quite a few months. Have complained to the manager of the petrol pump but things have got worst after that. WILL THE MANAGEMENT DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT.

        Cheating at the petrol pump in Vishrantwadi

          Dear sir on 18 may 2015 i take diesel in my car from M/s Kharinta Petro Energy, Dabra, Hissar. since i moved from petrol pump my car stopped i tried many times than i brought mechanic and after his observation water is found in diesel tank. we complaint on 19.05.2015 regarding the presence of water in HSD(Diesel) at M/s Kharinta Petro Energy, Dabra, Hissar. but nothing satisfactory steps taken by zonal officer Mr.Lokesh Goel as he is closest / relative to the owner of petrol pump M/s Kharinta Petro Energy, sir there is some remote system also fitted in their machines. kindly check the machines as well as diesel sample of that petrol pump kindly invest this from other person except Mr. Lokesh Goel.             On 29.05.2015 i filled Diesel at one of Authorised petroleum pump located at Kalyan Padgha road.Name of Petroleum pump is Prem Petroleum His Cell no is[protected] adress- s h 40, padgha kalyan road, Washere, kalayan, Tal Bhiwandi, Dist Thane, today i found there was mix up of kerosene around 50 % in diesel. because of this my Ford Fiesta got problem. i register complaint on toll free no. given by Hindustan petroleum site complaint no is 15000503 to check mix up case as i got loss of around 15, 000 rs as my vehicle got problem due to mix up of kerosene. Pls check this petrole pump for mix up and confirm how cost can be recovered from same.

              on[protected] a person claiming to be from SBI call centre contacted me from the number [protected]and told me that the my ATM card validity is going to end on that day and in order to enhance its validity i was asked to give debit card number and the OTP (One Time Password) that came to my mobile. I lost Rs. 5000 on POS[protected] at mobikwik.com txn number[protected].As no OTP was shared at my end then how the transaction took place..I request for the cancellation of the transaction and refund of my amount. I have seen that the fraudsters are filling in money into Mobikwik wallet. It is high time that Banks and government agencies should check the transactions in Mobikwik made by fraudulent means by duping poor people like me.

With the help of this complaint i need to draw your kind attention and hope the matter should be resolved and straight instructions shall be given to concerned gas agency by the company to make sure the proper and timely supply of the refill.                       Dear Sir, I am the consumer of LPG HP gas. I had received the subsidy amount of gas cylinder in my A/c in Gurgoan Gramin Bank, Palwal 3 to 4 times. After that Gurgoan Gramin Bank has been converted into Sarv Haryana Gramin Bank. After the conversion of bank I have not received any subsidy amount of gas in my account. Then I have contacted to Raj Gas Agency, Palwal for my grievance. The Agency had advised me to open a new account and connect it with Adhaar Card. I closed my previous account and open a new account in Indian Overseas Bank, Palwal and application was given to Raj Gas Agency Palwal on dated[protected] for the connection to Adhaar Card link. But my subsidy amount is not credited into my new account. I have contacted many times to Raj Gas Agency, Palwal but nobody has heard my voice.                           I am strictly complaining and informing you that since last 3-4 months even after the release of my booking cash memo I am not getting my refill cylinder on time. Either I have to go to the Krishna gas service in person or I have to call them directly. In fact last month I had to collect my cylinder personally from their service van. I doubt that the delivery man sells the cylinder in high price to others. This month I have booked and cash memo number also received which is 107223. I would request you to take immediate action on this Krishna gas service and especially on the delivery man. I shall be waiting for your action. I have filed a complaint in HP gas online. My complaint number is 15038684 dated 05/19/2015 (service request number). I have not yet received my cylinder till now. Today is 21.05.2015. Hope you are going to take action and follow the cash memo schedule. If things are continued like this, then I shall prefer to shift to Mahanagar pipe line gas. All ready my society has taken the pipe line gas. Since i am an old consumer of the HP gas, I thought of continuing with this. But seeing the poor service day by day and the way I am suffering for getting a cylinder since last 3-4 months, I am just tired of HP gas service. Moreover the delivery man of my area, who I doubt, that they are selling the scheduled refills in higher prices to some body else, which is making veteran consumers like us to suffer more. If I am not getting my refill then i shall be shifting to Mahanagar Pipe line gas for which pipes are already installed in my floor. Infact, so many consumers are giving up using HP gas after the pipeline gas installed.

                            Hi sir I would like to address an incident which is happening with me …I had applied for new hp gas connection with HP GAS DISTRIBUTOR IN RAIGARH CHHATTISGARH which is my native place .. but after I got a job in BANGALORE I requested to transfer the gas connection to Bangalore so that I can use it in Bangalore…the concern is distributor has transferred the connection but did not refunded the amount which they supposed to refund .. For 2 cylinder and one regulator they should charge only 3900 with full refilling but they asked me to pay for stove as well which I do not need they said if you don’t buy new stove they don’t provide the new connection like that and after paying the money also for gas stove, distributor said you will get the stove after 1 month like that distributor has eaten the amount 4000 Me and my family family have visited end number of time but DISTRIBUTTOR has not refunded the amount and have not given… so may times So I am writing and intimating you …when I spoke with the distributor he has used abuse language with me . when I said I will file a complain he said that he will harm my family member in RAIGARH CHHATTISGARH as I am working in BANGALORE if I complain this issue with higher authority and he abusing me on call very rudely… REQUEST YOU TO PLEASE GUIDE ME WHAT TO DO ….i m working professional difficult for me to manager ……..please please ……… DISTRIBUTOR DETAIL YASHWANT RAJ HP GAS AGENCY Situated in NEAR PRANAMI MANDIR, KOTRA ROAD.                               Sir, Vide my Registered letter dated 06/04/15 to CPIO, HPCL, Opp: AU 'IN' Gate, VizagI requested to furnish the information under RTI and a reminder sent to him on 05/05/15 again requesting him to furnish the information sought for. It is regret to inform you that till date I have not yet received any communication from him till date. Now I would like to bring the issue to the RTI Commissioner, Andhra Pradesh, I think who is the Appellate Authority. Please advise me what course of action should I take in this connection?

                                Dear HP, I went to OM Sai Petroleum located on Uran Highway, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra. I asked them to fill my tank to full in Swift Dzire . The full tank capacity is 42 Liters, however the bill specifies that they have filled 45 liters. I suspect that the digital meters in the petrol pump are manipulated to cheat the customers.

                                  Dear Sales Officer, My HP Gas Customer No. is 638791. My Gas Dealer is Liberty Gas Service, Bhandup. I Booked Gas on 10th May, 2015. The Cash Receipt Generated on 13th May, 2015. The cylinder is not received on 10Th May, 2015. after two days i got a message on 15th May, 2015 the subsidy amount xx/- is credited on your Bank Account. (This amount credited on my bank account with Name of Liberty Gas Service) but Cylinder is not received at the time. in fact, at now the dealer is not deliver cylinder till date and time. This is advance and fast service provided by the Liberty Gas Service(HP Gas Service). Great !!! Keep it up !!! Regards, Siddhesh Sawant.

                                    The cost of LPG gas as on 15/05/15 was Rs.670. While the person who delivers the same as the cost of Rs. 700 - Rs. 710 in Thoothukudi district. This is not just a problem of a single gas distribution agency, It persists in all distributors in the district. I requested government to enquire and provide a solution for this issue.

                                      Distributor : UNIVERSAL GAS AGENCIES[protected] We are senior citizens and we are facing lot of problems with Universal Gas Agency Taliparamba (Distributors of HP Gas). Our booking number 518074 Dt 02/05/2015. We don't have any other source of fuel and hence we are totally dependent on LPG Cylinders I am 80 years old and my wife is 70 and she is having major health issues due to which I am not able to move out for all these issues.when we ask for the delivery status they just keep on saying within 2 days the delivery will be made etc but nothing happens sometime they used say that you can come and collect from our warehouse even though we are staying in permissible limit. I here by request you to look into the matter and do the needful as soon as possible. Trust your understanding
