My consumer no. is 624942. Everytime I book cylinder thru online refill booking I receive message on my id and after few days on its own the same is cancelled without delivery. Why is this done everytime ? Recently, I booked a cylinder with order ref [protected] dated 15.03.2015 (booking ref 37888) the cylinder is not yet delivered but on the net now the status is shown as cancelled. Why is it so ?
