    Sir / Madam Hereby I would like to bring your kind notification about misbehaviour of Gas Dealer at Hosur Sri Ayyappa Gas Agency She is speaks very rashly she is telling normally we are collect the per cylinder 680+ she said that your house is fare away so you should pay Rs.700 + other wise cylinder will not delivering in your house same think delivery man also telling please take action against Gas agency just think per cylinder Rs, 50 + extra claiming Hence i am requesting you to look into this matter seriously. Small calculation Per cylinder extra money Rs.50 Per Day Average 200 X 50=10000 Per Month 10000 x 25 days=250000 Annual 250000 x 12=30, 00000 Just think public money Rs.30, 00000 Gas Agency people are cheating this is small calculation You need not take action on my complaint, just once you visit the dealer as a customer & then verify & take the action. I hope that you will do the needful immediately in this matter.

      Hi, Complaint about - Sri Ayyappa Gas Agency-Hosur[protected] I had booked refill on 25 March 2015, booking no. 538670. The refill was not received despite the follow up. After 9days, I was told that the booking was not accepted by the system. If so, how was the booking number generated ... I booked the refill again on 31 March 2015, booking no. 538670, to which I got message (SMS) of generation of cash memo no. 188442 on 26/3/2015. I was told that the agency has delivered bookings till 24/3/2015 till that day.. that is 31/3/2015 . The refill is still not delivered as on today...

        Hi, Complaint about - LAXMI GAS SERVICE-KURLA[protected] I had booked refill on 13 March 2015, booking no. 828096. The refill was not received despite the follow up. After 17 days, I was told that the booking was not accepted by the system. If so, how was the booking number generated ... I booked the refill again on 30 March 2015, booking no. 533870, to which I got message (SMS) of generation of cash memo no. 166944 on 30/3/2015 at 21.36 hrs. I was told that the agency has delivered bookings till 28/3/2015 till that day.. that is 30/3/2015 . The refill is still not delivered as on today (1 April 2015) upon inquiring am told that the agency "Laxmi Gas" has wiped off the data till 31/03/2015 and I need to book the refill again... If the cash memo was already generated on 30/3, how is that the refill was not delivered and how the data can be wiped off ? Even if it is so, the refill should have been delivered, as the cash memo was already generated... So now technically I have two bookings for which I have not received any cylinder, would like to know where are those two cylinders ... sold at higher cost ? obviously... It has happened for the third time in last FY that the confirmed bookings were not delivered by the agency... you need to clarify to me.. where are the cylinders going.. and also have a check if the agency is selling the cylinders in the black market. The agency guys are very rude, keep beating around the bush and give silly excuses for non-delivery of refills. Often have to follow up for refill delivery and re-book the refill. Regards

Subsidy amount in our bank. Regarding this we inquire 2-3 times our gas agencies but they are said it will deposite within week ... still will not. Get our payment of subsidy.               My LPG consumer no is 600751 Refill was booked on 21/03/2015 booking number 506584. Till today there is no information on delivery of the Gas Moreover the agency i have registered is Sri Raja Rajeswary agencies, velachery chennai tel ;[protected], 22430811. There numbers are never answered or connected last 10 days. Even the HP on line number [protected] does not give status and gives an automated response as unable to take my status request. Urgently need the gas delivered and also kindly ensure both the HP any time number and gas agency numbers do respond to customer calls

                  I Have booked my refill of HP Gas cylinder on 26/2/15 through telephone through HP Gas booking number 250845., I Have been following up the same with the local agency Name M/s Kalka Ji Gas Service, Nalagarh Road, Pinjore through telephone and visited personally so many times since last two weeks and i got only assurance of delivery and not been delivered till now. The following problem of delay in supplying has been for many times. Kindly make the following matter as serious concern, as we totally rely on LPG for cooking.

                    Sir/Madam, My consumer no.is 607668 & dealer is M/S Shivparvati Gas services, Pune. I had booked my refill first on 10.03.15 (ref no.506379) & received sms of cash memo dated 11.03.15, no.160281. However, till 14th morning the cylinder was not delivered and unfortunately when the my home was locked the delivery van came & went back with a note to contact back the dealer. After repeated telephonic tries on the land line no., on 19th succeeded to contact the dealer with an assurance that the cylinder would be delivered today (19th Mar'15).On 23rd I got an sms that the said booking has been cancelled. Again after contacting the dealer, was informed to book the refill one more time. Booked refill on 23rd (no.508354) and got sms on 24th Mar'15 about its delivery (cash memo no.163008).On 26th Mar'15 the dealer was contacted personally and after talking with Mr.Kulkarni got an assurance that the cylinder would be delivered today (26th Mar).However, till today (29th Mar'15) I have received the delivery of the said cylinder.Gave a feedback on [protected] on 28th Mar'15 about non-receipt of the cylinder.

                      My consumer no. is 624942. Everytime I book cylinder thru online refill booking I receive message on my id and after few days on its own the same is cancelled without delivery. Why is this done everytime ? Recently, I booked a cylinder with order ref [protected] dated 15.03.2015 (booking ref 37888) the cylinder is not yet delivered but on the net now the status is shown as cancelled. Why is it so ? On the consumer portal you cannot even lodge complaints as on whatever heading you click i.e. consumer world home or hp gas home or hp gas transparency or complaints, only the matter consumer details is seen you can't do anything. Will someone help and look into this matter as to why the portal is of no help to us and why as and when I book the cylinders the same are cancelled. Look at the booking history yourselves will see how I am facing difficulty in receiving cylinders for cooking.

                        Today (27th Mar 2015) received two SMS : 1. Advance of Rs.568 transferred to ur acc xxx45 in BANK OF MAHARASHTRA against ur refill booking dt 16-Mar, Subsidy will be transferred on cyl delivery. 2. Dear HP GAS Consumer, LPG Subsidy Rs.75.40 for Cash Memo 163485 dt.16-03-15 transferred to your Bank account xxx45 in BANK OF MAHARASHTRA. I am not a HP Gas consumer. But for the first time today, received these Two SMS.

                                Dear Team, This is to inform you that the service provider of HP Gas Cylinder has been very unprofessional and rude when i called them regarding non delivery of refill cylinder. I was very frustrated when They said the booking was done on 23rd Mar, 2015 which was false because i have a proof that the booking was done on 18th Mar, 2015. When i started telling them the consequences will be bad they said jo karna hai kar lo. Government ko bhi bol do. They sell the cylinders in black and make earnings easier. This has to stop. They should know such a thing will not be tolerated.

                                      I Have submitted my document to the distributor on23rd Dec.-2014 for Aadhar linking & visited 16 times, but still now my consumer no 609312 has not been linked to my aadhar no[protected] . I found that my Aadhar no has been linked with another consumer no-609319 The DTBL status show that consumer no-609319 has been linked with Aadhar no[protected] which is mine. My previous complain no is14250317 dt10.03.15, 14251458 dt 11.03.15 &14260707 dt.16.03.15 My account is in PNB Bank with IFSC Code is PUNB 0764700 & My account NO IS [protected], my consumer no-609312 & Aadhar no is[protected] My bank detail has been submitted by distributor 3-times infront of me.& again in 21 Mar.2015 with Registration No-281xow[protected] Please do the needful As i will relief from headache. thanking u in anticipation Bikash Singh M-[protected] [protected]
