I bought a commode " EWC WALL HANG CRYSTAL (IVY) of HINDWARE COMPANY of Rs 10320" from the shop "LIVING WORLD, SALTLAKE" on 2nd sept, 2008.
Now there is a problem of water leakage from it. We are just two persons at home and still this problem arised..

We bought a tap from Crabtree one year back and there is some leakage in the tap now which cannot be rectified by the company, the policy is it replace the model but the model they are replacing with is the lower model and doesnt suit our requirement, now they are neither replacing with the right product nor refunding our money back....

I got seat cover replaced last month from Hind ware for my bathroom seat which has cracked in the centre .I feel it is manufacturing defect which the company should replace. I paid Rs. 2970/- by cheque No.054749 dated 22.6.2011 to the authorised service centre. It has put me to mental agony as such a reputed company is supplying inferior quality product.

I logged a complaint and with in 24 hours person was at my door and ensured that problem which I had been facing in my concealed tanks for years together is resolved in just 39 min.( I logged it)
