Hi All
For the first time ever I am writing something in any public forum. And guess what made me to write this.
Its the Hindware customer care thieves. I bought one electric chimney 1 year ago and recently put a complain to clean the chimney as there was a lot of oil stuck in the chimney. Even after 4 months of complain they dodn't come. After follow ups and they blessed me with their visits and then
starts my ordeal.

One person called Ramesh (mobile [protected], bangalore customer care thief) finally came and clean the chimney but couldn't clean the filter and took away my old filter with him saying he will get ot cleaned and return me within two days. Also took away Rs. 500 as service charges without giving any receipts. Now its 3 weeks and they have not returned my filter. I also called one person Vibhu (mobile-[protected] bangalore) in there office and requested him to return my filter . but till now they have not.

Beware of Hindware customer care thieves. Particularly following customer care thieves. They will take both money and accessories and not return to u.

    I had purchased sanitary ware of Hindware worth about 55 thousand. I faced problem in the toilt seat as well in the cistern cover. The concerned mechanic visited my place a couple to times. But my problem remains where it was.

      I want to register a complaint regarding HindWare kitchen supplier 'Shantika supplies' based at City Center, Jaipur. Dealer which has taken advance money for CookTop at Decor India fair in Jaipur and has never supplied the product yet even after 2months. When I call him for status and money back, dealer uses abusive language.

          Upon installation, I found out that, the rubber pads under the seat cover (Rs. 2500 worth) do not touch the surface of the water closet and is installed at an inclination due to faulty design.

          Upon talking to the dealer, he said that I should talk to the company and refused to pursue it further.

          Requesting you to please resolve this issue by sending your technician at the earliest.

            i had complaint of hindware concealo ,which was giving problem since last night , morning my over hand tank got empty due to leakage, first in the morning i have called the service center and explained my problem , they assured and sent the technician with in 2 hours of registering the complaint and he took 10 minuts to resolve the problem it was just due to dust inside the tank it was leaking , thanks to hindware for taking my problem on high priority and solving it.

              Hello,

              With reference to above , unfortunately I purchased some products of kitchen appliances manufactured by your company under the false promise of your distributor M/S Rayco Kitchenware, Nakoder Road , Jalandhar.

              For the last 6 months I logged my complaints regarding Hob and Built-in oven to your distributor and Mr. Anil Kumar mechanic (Ph No. [protected]) who never use to pick up the phone , under those circumstances I am unable to understand that where should I lodge my complaints enabling me to get my appliances repaired.

              Ultimately I tried to bother you to intervene in this matter and help me in solving my problem, otherwise I shall be left with no alternative to go to the Customer Forum and also go to the local media as well.

                    We bought a tap from Crabtree one year back and there is some leakage in the tap now which cannot be rectified by the company, the policy is it replace the model but the model they are replacing with is the lower model and doesnt suit our requirement, now they are neither replacing with the right product nor refunding our money back.

                      I PURCHASED A HINDWARE PVC CISTERN SLEEK WHITE FLUSH TANKY FROM M/s. JAGDAMBA SANITARY HOUSE, MANDI DABWALI VIDE BILL N. 1238 DATED 05/10/2011. AFTER INSTALLING IT , WE FOUND THAT WATER IS SEAMING FROM IT THROUGH FLUSH SEAT CONTINUOUSLY AND IT HAS FLOWN ALL WATER FROM WATER TANK WE COMPLAINED TO DEALER . HE SAY THAT COMPANY WILL SEND ITS OWN PLUMBER TO LOOK INTO THIS MATTER . AFTER SOME DAYS COMPANY PLUMBER CAME AND AFTER THOROUGHLY CHECK IT HE ADVISED TO REPLACE IT. BUT DEALER IS NOT REPLACING IT . HE AGAIN SEND PLUMBER AND THEN PLUMBER SAID THAT I HAVE REPAIR IT AND NOW IT WILL WORK PROPERLY. BUT THIS TANKY IS STILL SEAMING AND A LOT OF QUANTITY OF WATER IS FLOWING WASTE.                         this is a complaint regarding the hopeless service of your dealer , i have given my chimey"s filter for re placement to your service centre at ramnagar futura 8 months baack and after repeted calls and personal visits one day some body from the office came and demanded advance of rs 1000 which was paid , but and after repeted follow up he messaged that the filter is in the office and when repetedly asked they gave me a wrong size filer , and again after repeted follow up they just give lane excuse to each other in the office , my request to you is get my problem solved at the earliest ,or else i shall take legal action against
                        your service centre .for a claim of 25000 worth chimney and the trouble given from last 8 months .

                          I got seat cover replaced last month from Hind ware for my bathroom seat which has cracked in the centre .I feel it is manufacturing defect which the company should replace. I paid Rs. 2970/- by cheque No.054749 dated 22.6.2011 to the authorised service centre. It has put me to mental agony as such a reputed company is supplying inferior quality product.

                            Dear Concerned,

                            This is agony of a Consumer who has invested in purchase of a Kitchen Chimney of very reputed company like Hindware, where he expected a durable, robust and trouble free Product and prompt after sales Services. But with due respect to all, I feel very distracted by the product as well after sales services which were not upto my expectations.

                            I am trying Hindware customer care number for so many days now but it never responded to me. I also wrote to the customer care mail id mentioned in Hindware site, but got mail delivery error that its not the correct id. I would request you to please intervene into this matter and check my Kitchen chimney complaint.

                              I recently installed a Omega urinal from Hindware at one of the projects that I handled as an interior designer. The urinal stopped functioning after 20 days and subsequently I complained to their customer care no. (complaint no. 141088 dt.[protected] and a technician visited the site and informed me that the sensor is fine but the installation is wrong which was checked by us and nothing was found wrong. After this I made another complaint on 18th July and the technician visited and said the sensor was indeed faulty which he got a replacement the next day and after fitting it he figured out that the valve is faulty and ever since I have been running from pillar to post trying to get the thing corrected. What is funny is every time you call up the customer service no. one is given a fresh complaint no. but no solution and one is asked crazy questions like "sir the problem has re-occured?" "Sir your complaint is only 4 days old it does take time to send replacement part!" " I can change the entire kit i.e. the sensor & valve tomorrow but that will outside of warranty and it will cost 5200/- " Sir why don't you go for a waterless chemical kit it will solve the problem and you'll not have to bother about it again forever!

                              I dont know how to find a solution to my problem because my client has held up my balance payment due to this issue.

                                zWe use HINDWARE closet in our house and we purchase it about 1 year ago. But the problem is since 3 to 4 months the FLUSH TANK is continuously leaking , water wastage and not able to use the toilet due to the same complaint. Our local plumbers could not correct the probelm and they said only the company hindware can correct it. We tried reaching HINDWARE CHENNAI BOARD NUMBER SEVERAL TIMES BUT NO RESPONSE YET FROM HINDWARE. WE REACHED THE DEALER FROM WHOM WE PURCHASE THE CLOSET AND HE HAS ALSO NOT HELPED US YET. NET RESULT WE ARE NOT ABLE TO USE THE TOILET/HINDWARE FLUSH TANK FOR WHICH WE HAD SPENT ABOUT 12000 RS.

                                I HAVE REGISTERED AT HINDWARE WEBSITE TWICE FOR SERVICE REQUEST AND THEY HAVE NOT RESPONDED !

                                THIS REQUIRES IMMEDIATE ATTENTION AND MY RECOMMENDATION FOR ALL FELLOW COMMUNITY MEMBERS AND READERS OF THIS POST TO "NEVER EVER TRUST OR BUY HINDWARE ANYMORE"

                                      This to be refered to the Customer Care , Hindware. I am routing this complaint through this forum because I am unable to get connected to them.
                                      We got a summer house constructed in Uttarakhand, district Nainital about four years back. Around that time Hindware had brought an exclusive range called ' Italian collection'. In the zest of having the best available in the market we selected three models-Taurus, Tulip and Studio.
                                      Out of these Taurus was a single bodied, top of the bracket model which was displayed in the glossy ads of the company. We paid very dearly for this model. Taurus started giving us trouble right from the beginning, first it was some part interconnecting the trap and the system, then the cistern and then the flush.
                                      When we selected this model it was not available in the showroom and it was procured on order. After we received it we realised that it had faulty design- the rim of the seat was so hard, narrow and uncomfortable! The hole was also positioned so oddly towards the center of the pot ! Later I got to know the this model was discontinued in the first year itself for the reasons best known to the company!
                                      We tried hard to get the after sale service through the showroom- Alankar Bath at Rudrapur, but nothing came through!
                                      We go to our cottage once in a year, four seasons have gone by but this WC is lying defunct in our Master bathroom as a show piece! I wonder why should Hindware import/market such systems from China which should tarnish their credibility in the market, and at the end make us feel cheated.
                                      Is there anybody hearing our complaint in Hindware and help us out. Contact (Delhi) [protected].

                                        Sir,
                                        I bought three Hindware WC from Bharat Hardware, Thenkasi 5 years ago.

                                        I need the sitting seat with cover for my three WCs, since they are broken.

                                        I contacted M/s Bharat Hardware, Thenkasi and they do not show any interest.

                                        I contacted M/s Jeya kumar Stores, Palayamkottai and they do no have your product.

                                        Now, I need seat with lid for my three WCs.

                                        I am ready to pay the necessary amount, if they are out of warranty period.

                                        Please help me.
