Sir,
I purchase a rene model before two months but i can't use this product for some renovation problem. Purchasing time nobody says that z - spray can not connect this sheet. When i start the installation for rene model then problem is generated. So please help me to solve this problem. And also install the z spray in this product.

    Dear Sir/Madam,
    I have installed some items from hindware rt collection in 2009 at my apartment, one of them is the water closet from hindware art collection.
    But the problem is the hinge pieces of the closet lid break after every 8-10 months. And the spare parts are not available at any place in the city. Many plumbers have checked the problem and denied me service because the parts are not available anywhere.
    On follow up to my email complaint to HSIL on March 30th 2017, I got the following reply from them on April 20th, 2017:
    "Dear Mr. Chopra, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused.
    As per your mail the parts of the model installed at your place have been discontinued and our technician checked. Request you to kindly arrange it locally.
    In case the issue persists, please call our Customer Contact Centre on our Toll Free number[protected] and our Customer Care Officers will be glad to assist you.
    Regards, Rahul, HSIL Care Team"

    I understand that as per law, the company needs to support spare parts requirements of the products sold by them for at-least 8 years after the product discontinuation. but they have refused to adhere to their commitments. What I have asked them is to replace the complete closet at their cost in case they cannot provide me the parts. But they are not responding.
    Request to assist in getting the desired service from them. i have all the necessary records of communication that i had with them.

      3 years back I hav purchased a flush tank from Hindware. For some days it was working good but later on there was a problem. Water leakage and it was very tight to operate but I beared. When I complained to Hindware, Dear Customer, your complaint no MJ567271 has been assign to U.R.Rajesh . Any enquiry please call on [protected]
      Technician wa very rude, he directly told out of warranty and if we want repair it will cost 4500. If I ask the dealer they are telling that 7 years of warranty. Whom to ask?
      Beware friends pls don't purchase any product from Hindware.

        Its such a disappointment to see Hindware product has such a bad quality when not even 3 months have passed and the WC seat has developed a crack on its own. I purchased a white coloured wall mounting WC about 4 months back from a recognised dealer of new delhi.

        To add to the poor quality, the shoddy customer care response is even pathetic when they fail to address the complaint and only engaged in mudslinging here and there.

        Cant imagine that after placing so much of trust on the company products the quality has deteriorated so much and the company does not even finds it necessary to pay any heed to it.

        Can I through this mode take it up against the company in every possible manner?

          Second complaint on the chimney which i have purchased a month back.

          Technician srikanth visited my home and verified that there is problem with chimney with the suction.

          Then he told us there would be a person who would be visiting from the regional office and if he doesn't resolve the issue then he will replace the chimney and then when i have called him on 5-Oct-2016 technician srikanth is not picking the call. I have called customer care and requested to check the complaint number and to my shocking they said the ticket is already closed saying this was for installation.
          All this happened on 4-Oct-2016.

          then they reopened a new one saying we can open the old one on 6th oct 2016. till today i haven't received a call from the technician. I even tried calling the technician but we won't pick up the call.

          There is no proper service. Really frustrated with the hindware product and service

          My Chimney is suction is not working. I have raised a complaint and till today i haven't received a complaint

              I purchased a Hindware Italian collection- Concealed cistern--IT No.00000840 & Push plate IT no.00000841 on 06/12/20O8 from EVOK Showroom at Raja garden Delhi.Since then, over the year on few occasion we have received services from the Co.
              Recently on 09/08/2016 a complaint on the above subject was registered through the Toll Free No. [protected]. The complaint no. was MJ 476152. A service man MR.Vijay came . Examined the Push plate & declared that the Push plate was to be replaced However this push plate is not available. He did cleaning & took money for this as per the Co. policy.
              It did not work. there after on 20/08/2016 a fresh complaint was registered with no.MJ 484855 . again Mr. Vijay came with a new push plate which he could not fix & left.
              Thereafter another complaint no MJ 488597 was registered on 25/08/2016. again Mr. Vijay spoke but never visited. WE R DEEPLY FRUSTRATED WITH THE CASUAL & CALLOUS ATTITUDE OF THE CO. HAD IT BEEN KNOWN THAT HINDWARE WOULD NOT PROVIDE SERVICE WE WOULD NOT HAVE PURCHED THIS PRODUCT

              We have installed Hindware Tap system in our flats. In one of a tape there is no smooth water flowing since beginning. Please send your representative to sort it out.

                I have purchased a Hindware Nevio 90 cm chimney from pepperfry. As per the details provided by Pepperfry I have called into Hindware[protected] to raised a service request with Hindware on 2nd of sept 2016. Till today they haven't send me a technician to install it.

                I have been calling them everyday but there are still asking me to wait for 24 to 48 hours. The days are just passing but there is no action taken by them.

                and the hindware don't even provide me a complaint number.when i trying to generate a complaint there website was throwing an error.

                I am still counting the days. My problems is not yet fixed.

                Technician has said me that he would be fixing the chimney today. Due to technican personal issues he couldn't come today. But the Joke in here is they only have one technician to look after too two districts. Warangal and Karimnagar.

                  Recently we bought a closet. After fixing the parts in home and when we get use to sit then it iss uncomfortable.. Comparing to others product hindware is worst in sittings. The sittings is very small.. We bought hindware alpine 300 for 14k. Now what should we do to? Answer us or else i will pass this message everywhere (Media / social media)

                    Fleecing customers through sales/discounts - unsafe hindware burner sold by salesman chetandeep - - cooktop was sold by evok showroom firozpur road, ludhiana & installed at my residence by their delivery boy on 5.8.2016.

                    Booking & delivery was done by salesman chetsndeep. Ever since its installation, cooktop flame was spreading on the sides making lot of noise. This was noticed by the delivery boy also who advised that company mechanic shall do necessary adjustments.

                    Chetandeep has been kept apprised about problems being faced by us with this poor quality cooktop which is a safety hazard but he does not seem to care. I believe such complaints are regular feature with company selling poor quality products.

                    Company mechanic could not rectify the defects when he came to attend the complaint on 6.8.2016. He promised to attend on 8.8.2016 but didn't turn up yesterday.

                    Surprisingly complaint no. Kar0018168 lodged on hindware toll free number on 8.8.2016 was closed by the company last evening with the remark *successfully resolved* it is really strange how complaint got resolved without being attended by the mechanic. Such remark by the company shows that company is not bothered about giving care to problems faced by the customers.

                    Seeing the unsafe working of the cooktop, i have been compelled to remove this unsafe cooktop from gas connection because i can't take the risk of fire in my house due to this substandard cooktop.

                    I have advised chetandeep to collect this poor quality & unsafe product from my residence & refund payment made at the showroom.

                      I purchased Single Lever Mixer from their local vendor M/s Shilpi India, Agra through invoice no. 1740 dated 22/03/2016 for Rs. 4700/- and within three days its nickel polish on lever / handle removed from the edge. I registered my complaint on 26/03 and a mechanic Ramesh [protected] visited my home and said that such lever will be arranged within 3-4 days.

                      After a week he came again with a different model lever which quality was also inferior and not easy to fit on the mixer. I refuse him to change and asked to arrange original lever for the mixer. He took some photographs of both the levers and assure me to arrange the original one within 3-4 days. But he didn't appear again. I registered a request on 01/04 regarding the same and the mechanic Ramesh informed me that the same poor quality handle is available only in store.

                      I again request to the customer cell to change the entire single lever mixer if the concern spare part is not available. Fresh piece in plenty are available with their local vendor after all HSIL is giving 10 years warranty on the product, unbelievable.

                      Now more then a month passed away and no response from HSIL. I feeling being cheated and fed up to submitting request again and again. You people don't do this mistake that I have done.

                      Hindware — Gas Cooking Range Exploded

                      We bought a new Italian collection Gas cooking range from Hindware. After installation, the gas burners exploded within 2 days. Hindware sells all kinds of Junk. Do not buy Hindware.
                      This problem of leakage was already there in another set also which was got rectified
                      now the same problem in theanother set is happening I have totally purchased 8 Italian Cillection sanitary ware for my own house my address is as follows:

                      There is leakage in the outlet from the water container .
                      The instrument which is controlling the water in the container is broken
                      It has to be replaced.

                        V buy one peace wc but very soon this wc flash switch not work properly and after many Complaint company engineer just visited and demanding 1600 rupesh for change this switch.

                        Being a reputed company n costly products quality should be taken care and need to be provide replacement or warranty policy... if problem not resolved then we have to Complaint in consumer fourm... even i m lawyer but feeling cheated by company.

                          We purchased 5 commodes in july, 2014 for my house. Since then we have spent almost equal amount of money for repair of flush and seat covers. I purchased the entire commode for rs.8500/-. But every time company people come and say that the flush cost is rs.1600/- each and seat cover cost rs.2500/-. Now it is third time and the total cost of the commode is going for repaid in less than 2 years and frequent leakage of water from commode and water is waster every time causing concern as we are purchase water tanker which is costing rs.600/- every time due to leakage of water. We purchased this product as market survey says it is one of the best companies. But service is very poor and for repair we have to spend so much money which is causing concern. Please resolve the issue by proper repair or take back the product and replace with other good one.

                            Hi.
                            I had made a complaint on 4th February through HSIL toll free number . Complaint no: MJ330248 regarding Hindware Modena - Wall Hung Closet the lock which came with the set is broken . The Technician Arun [protected] came to inspect the product and told me that I have to pay Rs350/- to get the spare. and came on 6th February with the wrong spare which doesn't suit my product, after that he never took my call, i called HSIL support many times, even they are not ready to help me. Today is 10th February - 6 days past since I registered the complaint no resolution from HSIL. I tried all known methods to contact HSIL but no response at all.
                            I'm tired of Hindware product, there is no support from HSIL . Made a big mistake by buying a Hindware product.

                            I will never suggest anyone to buy a Hindware product any more.

                                We purchased XENO ONE PIECE CLOSETS STAR WHITE @ 20, 510 in the year 9th oct 2012 along this product we purchased two other closets in SREE UMA ENTERPRISES at Vijayawada. we are suffering very serious problem from the above said product. I have complaint to your service a number times but the problem is not rectifying. PLEASE change the spare parts of the product and help us to continue as your company customer.

                                  Hindware Torrin Wash Basin was installed at my apartment 3 years ago. it is used sparingly as i am in this apartment only 2 months in a year. the rest of the time the apartment is closed. due to what i believe to be defects in manufacturing, there were internal stresses in the basin and now over time it is begining to unravel and cracks are appears at mutliple locations. there is no misuse or over use. if anything the utilty has been very limited and yet these cracks have now made the use of the basin undesirable. Hindware Mumbai sent their inspector Mahendra Bhakre [protected] on the 9th of Jan 2016. on the 11th of Jan, 2016, he called me to inform me that the company cannot take responsibility of the warranty as the product is damaged. now the question i have for you is what is the value of your warranty? is it a piece of toilet paper to be disposed off ???? Does your company stand behind the product you make? is your company so sensitive to critical complaints that you cannot even accept that your product could be defective? i come from USA and at least in USA all makers stand behind their product. if defects are found they do all to keep the customer satisfied. they would have replaced the basin without being pushed and conjoled into doing this. i guess India still has a lot of ways to go before the complaints of consumers are taken seriously. in the meantime i have taken the decision to never ever purchase Hindware during my lifetime and also have informed my friends and associates in business of the nature of my complaint and the shabby decisions made by a maker. since there are other brands out there, i have choice as surely Hindware has many clients and have their own choices. i will file the complaint with Govt Consumer Affairs dept in the meanhile. in the end if Hindware still runs away from their defective product, i will have the existing basin photographed and crushed so that no one else uses this defective product. my lifestyle will not change due to Hindware but they surely leave the sour taste on the quality of this company and the products they make.                                   on 11th, i got call from Hindware after they got this complaint. the customer service dept advised that they are checking into this issue and will get back to me within 2 hours. it is now 2 days and there is no response from Hindware. Makes me wonder why Hindware even gets customers to buy their products when it appears that they have problems without the quality or their products.
                                  i will wait till end of this week when i will have this defective wash basin removed, and smashed into pieces and end up as landfill which is what this poor quality product deserves.

                                  it is the good old feelings of the past when they felt they are answerable to no one.
                                  these days things are different. customers have choices and will take very well take their business away from these fly by night companies to better more stable companies who have the guts to stand by their products.
                                  Hindware is the worst company for ceramic basin.
                                  now they have taken the position that silence is the best defence.
                                  however i am not a silent person.
                                  i have successfully got my friend in Gujarat to forgo all Hindware in his house which is starting renovation.
                                  that is at least one person who will not be buying any Hindware products.
                                  i hope this catches on with others joining in.
                                  this company should be out of this business where they do not have the know how on making decent ceramic items.
                                  imagine making products that self destructs.

                                    Sir i have bought 6 no essence commode from your dealer in he month of march 2015 by invoice no 2495 dealer name nest at kondapur hyderbad i have raised a complaint with hsil custmer care on on 22 december by complaint no MJ297046 your executive has come on 24 december by name kumar mobile no[protected] and inspected the commode and sain witiin two working days he will replace the defect part the said executive has called me on 30 december and said that the spare part has come today 30 dec i will come and replace the part but it will cost you rs 750 rupees seven fifty he said firstly i am not satisfied withyour product and secondly i am satisfied with your service and your service personel so pl rectify my problem as early as poossible or else i have appeal to honble consumer forum thanking you ram mohan reddy
                                    the after sales service of hsil is very bad
                                    irrresposible service personel and taking customer for granted

                                      I had lodged a complaint on the 15th December 2015 and it's 18th today and still no action has been taken. I have never seen such poor service. It is the hindware pot I had bought not working and because of that the bathroom could not be use. Sir It is my humble request to you to please take a strict action as soon as possible.                                         Dear Sir, The details of complaint are as under : I purchased commode Hindware Make, Element, S-220 on 22.11.2015 from M/s Prem Industries, Ranchi Jharkhand and it was installed on 23.11.2015. But it was not working properly right from the first day. I lodged complain over customer care phone no. several times vide ref. no. MJ 278479, MJ275822, MJ281229, MJ 274330, & MJ281228. Accordingly, I made contact Mr. Mithlesh over mobile phone to attend and rectify the problems. He assured me at least ten times that he was coming but he did not attend. Finally, it was attended after ten days by Mr. Mithlesh Kr. and he advised me to call additional Plumber to assit him. As per his advise I called Plumber next day but he didd not come to attend the same. The problem has not been rectified till date. But technician Mithlesh and his Service Centre Incharge has claimed Service Charge of Rs. 700/- for attending the same. They are pressing hard to pay the service charge however the product is under warranty for one year as stated by M/s Prem Industries Ranchi. It may be noted that this is the worst service I have ever faced from any company in my life. I may please be furnish the warranty terms and condition of the the said product. Requested for needful action against Mr. Mithlesh and his Incharge for giving false commitments and for harassing the customer like me.
