Dear Sir/Madam,
I have installed some items from hindware rt collection in 2009 at my apartment, one of them is the water closet from hindware art collection.
But the problem is the hinge pieces of the closet lid break after every 8-10 months. And the spare parts are not available at any place in the city. Many plumbers have checked the problem and denied me service because the parts are not available anywhere.
On follow up to my email complaint to HSIL on March 30th 2017, I got the following reply from them on April 20th, 2017:
"Dear Mr. Chopra, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused.
As per your mail the parts of the model installed at your place have been discontinued and our technician checked. Request you to kindly arrange it locally.
In case the issue persists, please call our Customer Contact Centre on our Toll Free number[protected] and our Customer Care Officers will be glad to assist you.
Regards, Rahul, HSIL Care Team"
I understand that as per law, the company needs to support spare parts requirements of the products sold by them for at-least 8 years after the product discontinuation. but they have refused to adhere to their commitments. What I have asked them is to replace the complete closet at their cost in case they cannot provide me the parts. But they are not responding.
Request to assist in getting the desired service from them. i have all the necessary records of communication that i had with them.
