In my house i.e. 8, Indraprasth Colony, Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur owner Binod Kumar Joshi Mobile No.[protected] Hindware Make WCs are fitted.

I find that one number Indian style WC has damaged its own.

I do not understand the reason as I have in mind that I am using best brand.

Could you please send some one after talking to me over phone +[protected] to see the actual situation and do the needful. It is almost one year passed I have been using this WC.

If the quality is so poor then I should not rely on Hindware. I opted Hindware because of brand reputation in the market.

May I expect immediate necessary action in the matter with prior information.

    Our Grievance is that the above selected Wash basin is not fitting in our small bathroom. We have approached the dealer for a exchange in size. But as informed by the dealer, the company is not ready to exchange.
    Looking at our requirement the above mentioned wash basin will be of no use and also very costly.

    Please consider our request and arrange to exchange with other smaller size wash basin which will suffice our requirement.

    If the same request is considered we personally will come to your place and deliver the old wash basin and select the new option which will be available.

    As our work is held up for last 3 days and also we have incurred lot of expenses on labor.

    Please tell us the place and time when you are ready to exchange.

    Early reply from your side is expected urgently


    Note: we have ordered Hindware WC also ordered for Flush tank for WC : hindware which is not yet delivered as promised by the dealer (Arihant). Dealer had received a flush tank which was defective and the dealer told us that he will replace once he get the new one. if the tank can be replaced why not the wash basin which is not fitting our requirements

      We should all see the way customers are dealt in Hindware .
      I logged a complaint and with in 24 hours person was at my door and ensured that problem which I had been facing in my concealed tanks for years together is resolved in just 39 min.( I logged it)
      Instead of logging only complaints I would suggest to use this forum even for appreciations.

THE FLUSHING SYSTEM INSIDE THE CISTERN IS DEFECTIVE AND THE FLOAT BALL COCK GETS STRUCK INSIDE THE CISTERN.SOME ENGINEER NAMED AMIT VISITED THE SITE AT NOOR NAGAR BUT OF NO USE .         despite repeated reminders for 5 days continuously your plumber mr das deputed for the complaint did not report and repaired my flush system.

          we had built our house in cheppad 1983. we have 6 attached bathroms. we had bought all our bathroom fittings from hindware. presently all our WC flush tanks are not working except one. that too because we got a flush tank replacement 10 years back. which was available. we searched all the leading dealers in alappuzha , kochi and trivandrum and places in between. kindly help me as i am in requirement of 5 flush tanks white. it is of the broad type

            I, Dheeraj Bagga using hindware bath fittings for last two and a half year, am
            having so much problems in the same. I am regularly complaining about the same
            at chandigarh office but every time the complaint is listened after many days.
            The taps are main thing in the bathroom if the same is not working you can think
            what problems can come. The complaint should be fulfilled with immediate effect.
            Now on 6/08/2010 I complainted for the leakage of connection pipes and taps in
            your chandigarh office. The complaint no. is[protected]. The person who came was
            not having even connection pipes and he only visited and note the requirement
            and assured to bring the same in one or two days but now its ten days gone but
            no one has come to repair the pipes. I am sorry to say that,even after being
            such a big and reputed company, your after sale service is not good. Now you
            please do the needful as soon as possible. Waiting for your quick action.

              I have purchased Hindware Chimney from a local dealer in Basaveswaranagar, Bangalore about a month back. It is not installed properly when it rains the water starts pouring from the chimney and clogs on gas stove. we have complained this problem to the dealer who in turn brought it to the notice of the consumer care. The company has sent one technician who is not only highly discourteous but also rude behaved person. When ever he visits us instead of attending to the complaint he does nothing and gives nonsense advise. We are really fed up with this company's products. The said dealer is not providing the right service also. Please attend this complaint and get our chimney repaired / reposition it by an experienced customer friendly technician.

                I am a trader in mumbai and had recently purchased a hindware constellation set from hindware. I had chechked the WC on delivery and failed to check the seat cover thinking that like other standard company the seat covers can be received unchecked as there is generally no problem wih them. to my surprise my client brought back the seat cover as it was badly scratched on the upper side. The packing box on receipt was badly damaged. This is a common complaint with hindware products of bad packaging. To my surprise the dealer asked me to speak to the company about this. The company representative to my surprise just refused to take any responsibility and shifted the blame on me saying that I should have checked on delivery. Such an attitude of the company surprised me as the seat cover is worth only about Rs 600/- only. Let this be a lesson for all consumers that the quality of products of such so called branded companies may be not upto mark. By the way a similar seat cover o[censored]nbranded mfrs cost upto Rs 350/-.

                  I purchased a WC hindware model no is 20047 and supplied to CCPL Devlopers India pvt ltd , EDM Mall Gaziabaad UP,
                  the problem is that the existance model is 20047 and we purchase the same 20047 ,but the whole was not match to installed , we complain to hindware ,the complain no is 311535 dt 31st march , and making several calls to the department in this regards and contact the senior person to the company ,MR RAVI Mb no [protected] or Mr.vinay [protected] ) but now the both person not picking up the phone and by them it was told that, change the location of the nut to installed , but there are 40 no of WC having the same no 20047 ,and how come its possible to change every location in a malls and breaking all the walls to installed a WC ,

                  if i am buying the same product having the same cat no , why it will not be installed that place , if the design changed the company should change the model no also , for making hassle free purchase .

                  i just suffering of payment stuck ,and mentally disturbed due to rude behaviour of HINDWARE

                  so kindly look into the matter

                      I need to reflect the poor quality of the service and product which Hindware has provided to the new customer. I am Rashi Phoolwani, an unfortunate customer from Mumbai.

                      I bought a Hindware cooktop(GLASS) from Mumbai in October 2009. While cooking, the glass broke off for some unknown reason. I called up on their customer care no. who took 1 month to tell me that I need to send the bill to their office.

                      We got an email ID of Sushil from service dept.whom we mailed the bill in November. Since then we are just sending him constant reminders and follow up mails to either replace it or send someone to check the same . Its sad to believe that we have not received any communication from his end .

                      I fail to believe that such a reputed company like Hindware can provide such a pathetic service to its customers.

                      I just hope this mail will reach some responsible person and will be acted upon.



                      I am very sure that I will never buy any hindware products in future nor encourage my family / friends/ colleagues to the same.

                        I HAVE PURCHASED A HINDWARE BATH-TUB STARUSS WORTH Rs 14,784/- FROM MAHESHWARI SANITRADE, GANDHIDHAM.
                        THE PRODUCT HAS 2 CRACKS IN THE INSIDE WALL. THE NEAREST HINDWARE SERVICE CENTER REPRESENTATIVE FROM RAJKOT STATES THAT IT IS THE PLUMBER'S FAULT AS THE DAMAGE HAS OCCURED BY SOMETHING ACCIDENTALLY FALLING ON THE BATH-TUB! WHICH IS TOTALLY FALSE AS, THE TUB WOULD HAVE BEEN BROKEN FROM BOTH THE SIDES IF IT WOULD HAVE BEEN THE WAY HE CLAIMS! INFACT THERE IS NOT A SINGLE SCRATCH IN THAT REGION.
                        ON AN EARLIER COMPLAINT REGARDING THIS ISSUE ANOTHER HINDWARE REPRESENTATIVE FROM AHEMDABAD Mr. MUKESH JAVIA CONCLUDED THAT THE DAMAGE HAS OCCURED EITHER IN TRANSIT OR IN INSTALLATION- WHICH ARE 2 COMPLETLY DIFFERENT SCENARIOS!!
                        I WANT TO KNOW THAT THE DAMAGE CAUSED DURING TRANSIT IS TO BE PAID BY THE CUSTOMERS?
                        DO WE CUSTOMERS HAVE NO OTHER OPTION BUT ONLY ENDLESSLY MAIL COMPLAINTS, THAT TO FRUITLESSLY, WASTING BOTH OUR TIME & HARD EARNED MONEY???

                        WHAT KIND OF PATHETIC SERVICE IS HINDWARE PROVIDING?

                        INFACT THE 2nd HINDWARE REPRESENTATIVE WHO HAD COME FOR CHECKING THE PEICE ,HELPLESSLY,TOLD THAT THEY THEY HAVE TO FOLLOW THE REPORT WHICH HAS ALREADY BEEN SENT EARLIER!!

                        IS HINDWARE RUNNING SOME KIND OF MONOPOLY???

                        THE HINDWARE REPRESENTATIVE FROM AHEMEDABAD CONCLUDED THAT I SHOULD SETTLE THE ISSUE WITH DEALER & SHOULD HAVE CHECKED THE PEICE EARLIER. MY ONLY MISTAKE WAS THAT I DID NOT CHECK EACH & EVERY ITEM SENT BY THE DEALER MAINLY BECAUSE THERE WERE A LARGE NUMBER OF ITEMS & MY INSTALLATION SITE IS FAR AWAY!
                        BUT IS IT NOT THE PRIMARY DUTY OF THE DEALER TO CHECK THE ITEMS BEFORE HE DESPATCHES THEM!!
                        THE HINDWARE REPRESENTATIVE ONLY HAVE 1 SOLUTION FOR THE ISSUE THAT I SHOULD HAVE CHECKED THE PEICE BEFORE! PATHETIC!

                          My name is Dr Dhiren Gupta we have installed Hindware toilet seats in our house . After using it we found that the design is faulty . It was unable to handle slightly formed stool . We put up written complaint ( no 10446 ) as well as repeated verbal complaint (evidence 25 calls ,telephone records ).we are highly disappointed as the complaint is not being taken seriously . To add to our anguish we found that not only one unit (for which complaint was launched ) but all 3 seats are defective . To prove it further I have taken the video film . I have attached two videos (unedited). First film starts after 8 water flush and second film after waiting for another 20 minutes . This company holds ISO 9001 Certificate but unfortunately this company holds worst Quality, Worst Service, Worst people. It is very clear that your toilet seats are defective especially new models . You should be ashamed of these models and should hang your engineer whoso ever has designed these models . Its almost 1 month since we have put-up our complaint with no response . We have called them so many times (each lasting for hours ) that bill of phone calls must have exceed the cost of seat . Very unfortunate we have purchased our products . Please take action .

                          On the purchase of Hindware products one should be rest assured that no after service will be given. I had made complaint regarding the defective Hindware WC and reminded them so many time but till date there is no response from them.
                          I hope some action is taken against them for making false claims.

                          I totally agree with Dr.Dhiren Gupta. I too purchased recently a Hindware toilet seat(wall hung) model. It is not atall flushing well enough to clean the products. The design is bad. We have to pour water evry time we use the toilet.
                          I, Inderjit Dhamia, 1008 sec 13 KARNAL am the sufferer of the same .donot expect any relief till u pull them in the courts for justice . I am ashamed to give such filthy comments for the services of such a company who has tall claims of nation building SHAME SHAME @ SHAME
                          i am at loss to have this toiletry in my home SHAME SHAME

                            I purchased complete bed room set from M/s EVOK named as Bambi Bedroom Set - King ( Item code IT[protected] and 1 Tavon Shoe Rack ( Item code IT[protected] vide retail Invoice cum Challan Sales Invoice No. 2002RI/09-10/00397 dated[protected] and Sales order no. 1001SO/09-10/000245 dated[protected] of M/s Hindware Home retail P Ltd for Rs. 45475/-. As renovation was going on at my home it was delivered at my residence after 30 days or so. When installation team arrived and started assembling bed set my wife immediately pointed out that wooden pcs of bed were cracked and same was recorded in the comments column of delivery challan. Time passed on I have contacted frequently and liase with one Mr. Manoj Jha in service division but he always gave a standard reply that we have placed order and goods were in high seas as soon as it arrives we will replace the same but nothing has been done so far. I have written a mail on the "[protected]@hindware.co.in" <[protected]@hindware.co.in>; "[protected]@hindware.co.in" <[protected]@hindware.co.in> ids for the For the personal attention of Mr. R.K. Somany and Mr. Sandip Somany on[protected] but same is also remained unresponded till date. Few days back bed was broken and we all fell down at the floor. Immediatley on next day we have lodged a complaint with Mr. Rakesh and he assured to replace the same immediately and in the meanwhile he advised us to contact his boss Mr. Vikramjit Singh and advised us to visit Shipra Mall and choose a replacement from there. I contacted Mr. Vikramjit on[protected] and appraise him of the situtation that in this cold season we have to sleep on the floor as bed is completely broken which had a guarantee of one year and same needs to be immediately replaced and we have chosen a bed in Shipra Mall pls replace the same and difference if any same can be taken from us. He promised that a suitable solution will be given to us immeidately and refused to give any replacement from the bed of our choice from Shipra Mall showmroom. From now I was making calls to Mr. Vikramjeet singh but nothing concrete has been done so far. I am in complete mental agony and feeling very harrassed by a company bearing lable of Hindware Ltd. I sometime feels like being duped by this so called professional company. Now I request consumer court to arrange for a complete refund of money to me alongwith compensation for the mental strees, harrassment and agony which our entire faminly had undergone alongwith legal expenses.

                              Problem in my chimney for more then 2 months

                              I have a hindware chimney. It motor giving problem for more then two months. I complained atleast 12-14 times in last 2 monthsin Ghaziabad brance[protected]. Every time technician comes and changes the motor(bad condition motor) but within 2-3 days the chimney stops working again.

                              I really have concern about the quality of the motor being used. The motor also sounds a lot.

                              The chimney stops working again....

                              I am a builder and using Hind Ware products in my projects, some time back I baught two no. of CONCEALED FLUSH TANKS for my own house Iam facing continuous problems with them my plumber tried to fix them several times but no use, we stopped using one bath room compleately.                               I bought 3 of them and intalled. Two of them din't work from day 1. Third worked for 2 weeks. Then water leaks continuously. None knows how to install. After several tens of phone calls to hindware suking support, a guy came and just cleaned every thing and blamed the plumber/mason that it is not installed properly and left without fixing. He had also charged 300 for that. I am so fed up with this product and for the 14 months, I have trying to find the right person to fix it. Till then, I have removed all the covers and locked the water inlet to arrest the continuous water leaking. All the products are make of sub prime quality stuffs and 0% reliable. A good product should continue to work at any conditions. Hindware product is so pathetic and my advise is NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER buy hindware products. The quality sucks and absolutely sucking customer server. Oh.. Boy... damn it.
                              I agree completely. Our concealed flush tank has been leaking for three days now. We complained on Day 1 but no one from the company has come to fix it. Our tank is empty now but they are not bothered. We have two other tanks of Grohe which have never troubled us!
                              We bought 6 flush tank concealed commode and there is a problem, water goes directly to septic tank without any flushing How to fix up this?. and one more pathetic situation is the flush tank is taking too much time to fill again after flush( 8 minutes), we checked the tank for any debris but every thing is clean, is the height of overhead tank matters?...please any one rectify me...My number-+91 [protected]

                                I have purchased two mixers of Hindware in the month of May 09 and installed now, they are not working. Can the company send their service engineer at D 11/17, GF, Exclusive Floors, DLF City Phase V, Gurgaon-122009. They are under waranty for 7 years.

                                i m rajeev from varanasi . i runing guest houese( silver ganges guest house.info) here and i have purchased 7 bathroom fitting of your company but one of them bathroom mixchers is licking . i complain so many time of your service center but they dont give me any response. i am really so fed up from your this service . shopkeeper of your product seller he told me that there is grantee of 7 years and replacement of any problem you get .

                                so i wana know that do you solve the problem or not ?
                                and if you do that than how many month take pls clear that.?

                                  We had purchased Hindware commode from the dealer M/s. Monarch Ceramics on 10th April 2009. We installed the same and came to know that there are manufacturing defect of pores in the commode accordingly we informed Hindware and they send their person Hasan and on 4th May 2009 a official complaint for replacement was place with complaint No. 4056. Hindware confirmed the replacement. Now the question is who we bear the cost of carting from Monarch to my residence and the charges of fixing the commode. As purchaser since it is not my fault the cost should be born by the Hindware which they had gross denied on 26th May 2009. Initially one of there sales Mr. Parbhakar had agreed for carting to my residence. Now the things are denied. My grevience is why I should bear the cost for the mistake which not becasue of me. Please help me in the same

                                    Hi,

                                    Going for Hindware products has been the worst decision for us so far. We have had leakages in almost every tap we have got from them. Its been more than 2 months since we have given the complaint and no one bothers to come and fix the tap. Can you imagine that one tap from the mixer just broke off and fell when we were nowhere near the tap. Hindware people say that they cannot replace that tap since they believe that we could have broken them..

                                    Service is the lousiest and the customer support person is rude and refuses to reply in english.

                                    We have been advising everyone against Hindware products after this experience and will be spreading the word to make sure no one goes through this torture.

                                      Hi Sir/Madam,

                                      I gave my written complaint to Hindware reg my broken kitchen sink 2 mnths back. I've been calling them every week but it's not yet replaced. I'm having a tough time as the current one cannot be used at all. F.Y.I I bought Hindware kitchen sink 2 yrs back. It has 7 yr warranty but the sink got broken and cannot be used at all.
                                      I don't know what action to take further. Please suggest if you have any suggestion reg. the same.
