I have purchased 5 bottle trap ast year with two year on site warranty. But the service and maintenance team didn't supportive. I have complained many time from 17 oct 19 to till date regarding service and maintenance but what to say i just received a happy code/bj number each time. I don't know why they send these happy code instead of the service???

    Dear Sir,
    I had booked a docket with ticket no: KAR0733655 on 07.10.2019 regarding "Non Functioning of Appliance" but my ticket was cancelled with comment "Site not ready". A second (02) Ticket KAR0752291 dated: 17.10.2019 was also cancelled with same commnet. This is the third (03) time, i have booked the ticket with ticket no:KAR0763128, dated: 23.10.2019 but no any resolution have been provided by HSIL (Hindustan Sanitaryware & Industries Limited). Area Incharge numbe (Mr. Abhay)r provided by Customer care is not responding either through SMS or Call. I am feeling helpless in this time. My product is in warranty period and i am getting this type of service. Screenshot of dockets are attached herewith.

      I purchased one alpine s 300 italian collection closet along with other house hold fittings during 2016 from the dealer m/s. Grace agencies, a. V. George road, kandanad, kochi-682305 for my new house. The closet found defective by the plumber after the installation, that he noticed scratch with a small line under the corner. The complaint reported to the dealer immediately and registered with the company as per his instruction. The service technician came my home and inspected the complaint and said that it is a small scratch and can be repaired by applying ceramic paste over it. He also added that there wouldn't be having any problem until 10 years. I believed his word. Unfortunately, the scratch began growing and reported the complaint again. (Ref. No. Bh035474). But they refused to accept my complaint by saying that it is crack and hence it can't be either repaired or replaced.

        I had filed a complain regarding a crack in the basin which was purchased few months ago,

          I bought hindware hob, year back, since i bought this i m facing problem from day 1, customer care in bangalore is terrible. No technician is is responding, earlier i faced same problem, now again since last 4 days i m following up same issue, one mr. Rajendran, regional head (Mobile number is [protected]) arranged one technician his name is saleem (Mob number [protected]), he asked location map 3 days back and after that never picked my call and mr. Rajendra promising everyday he will send the technician, today when mr. Rajendra called saleem picked the call.
          These hind ware customer service is terrible, pathetic

            I have purchased hindware 15 l storage water geyser (Acero new, pure white) with warrenty, invoice no: faacfq[protected], invoice date:[protected], 10:53 am.

            Complaint raised with hindware customer care for a issue of product and the complaint number is whr0628038, dt : 17.06.19.

            I have complained so may times to custcare and local support of hindware but issue was not resolved. After that i have given many emails to [protected]@hindware.co.in & [protected]@hindware.co.in but issue was not attended, simply they will request 12 hours or 24 hour to resolve the issue but that was not happening.
            Please do the needful.

            Pls send some expert to fix it. I got it repaired many time by your plumber, but it leaked . My main water tank get emptied every day.

              I have made request for amc for my hindware chimney on 22 nd july 2019..
              When i did not get any response from technician than again i made request for amc on 25th july 2019... Than next day i got a call from technician pankaj kumar... He said that madam i will do ur chimneys minor service, i clearly told him that it is 3 years old chimney so, i need major service now. Later u can do minor.. Than he denied to do so... Than he did not turn up..
              Again on 28th i made complaint about it to customer care... They said that they are excalating the issue and my concern will definitely get resolved... So, next day he visited the home and said mam as i clearly told on phone that i will do ur minor service... I can do only that... Then again i called again customer and explained the issue.. They talked to pankaj kumar from ghaziabad branch.. And said as per customer need u can do major service... But he clearly denied on phone to them to do major service.. And than said to me that mam now from hindware company only someone come to do ur major service of chimney...
              Since than i am calling to customer care... But excalating the case is not resolving my concern as ghaziabad franchise people are not picking up my call s and not sending anyone for service.. As they told me u just call customer care.. They only resolve ur query..
              I have given no. Of mr. Vivek area manager.. Inwas calling him since 3 days. Hebis also not picking up calls.. I messaged him about my concern but it seems that hindware is under the hands of some people.. Who does not follow the company policies to resolve customer queries and give full satisfaction to the customers...

              U are requested to resolve my concern and look into the matter that why these franchise people are not doing major service of the chimney..and why Mr. Pankaj denied to do Major service of chimney and went away by saying that now Hindware people directly come to do Major service..

              We have not received any response from the company HSIL till now...see how they are treating the customer...their main moto is to sell the product and than no customer satisfaction by providing best service a to them..

              Till now my cocern is not resolved..I have paid for AMC of Hindware Chimney, but till now no one has visited for resolving our concern...every time again and again I am calling customer care as well for major service of my chimney..but no result till now...
              U are requested to do the needful...
              I am getting these msgs where every time my complaint is transferred from 1 person to another..and even I received a msg where it was rescheduled by saying that it was rescheduled as per my concent...even the fact is till now no one has contacted me..

                1. I had purchased a gas hob from hindware store and withing a week or so i noticed black spots appearing on one of the burners.
                2. I had filed a complaint to hindware and the guy came and tried cleaning up the spots with regular soap but they did not go away and then they simply replaced the burner
                3. But i was not happy with the replacement as i knew that issue is not yet fixed
                4. Because i never used the burner and inspite of that black spots appeared
                5. Black spots are not concern if they go away after cleaning
                6. With the new burner also, i noticed the same spots
                7. Refiled the complaint and this time the qa team came along
                8. They concluded that the burners have some sort of compressed coating on them and they are left with oil residues. So now when we the burner heats up those oil residue burns leaving the black spots. Worst part is that those black spots do not go away with heavy cleaning also. And we apply too much of force while cleaning, the metallic part of the burner looks 10 years old.
                9. Then the qa team asked me to mail the sales manager to replace all the 4 burners. But this time the burners would be cleaned with some industrial solution
                10. I told the same thing to the sales manager 2 months back and he is so mean and rude, doesn't even bother to respond or call back.
                11. Today i had my tea made on that burner and it spill and i have tried all the possible ways to clean it up but the stains are not going away.
                12. And my few months hob is looking 10 years old
                13. Its a gas hob and spillages are meant to happen. It should not means that the stains would not go away. Instead they should go away easily with soap solution
                14. I have used hobs and cheap gas stoves also but in my last 25 years of experience in the kitchen never ever faced such issue.

                  I was purchased a water heater from amazon on 08-dec-2018 and it was sold by m/s. Cloudtail india private limited.

                  Toll free number

                  On 9th-apr-2019, i made a call over[protected] and register a complaint (Geysar tank leakage) and the (1st) complaint number is whr0559982 the call was assigned to mr. Sridhar s. And he came to my house on 10-apr-2019, and confirmed the tank leakage. After that he told me to escalate the call status to his head office for the geysar replacement.
                  But after there was no response from the engineer side.

                  Mail correspondence

                  On 2nd-may-2019, i sent a mail to [protected]@hindware.co.in explaining the case history. - no response received i spoke to the service person (Mobile: [protected]) by 2.48pm, and he told me for waiting the response from his head office.

                  On 3rd-may-2019, again i sent a mail to [protected]@hindware.co.in stating that awaiting for your response.

                  On 4th-may-2019, i received a sms with another (2nd) complaint number : whr0581170, and the case was assigned to mr. Sudhakar n, then he called me and asked the case history, after self-explaining the case history he said the call has been already escalated to head office, the replacement product will be deliver soon and he quit the phone.

                  On 6th-may-2019, i spoke to the service person (Mobile: [protected]) by9.35am, he told me the same story product will be coming from ho.

                  On 7th-may-2019, i spoke to the same service person and asked him his head in-charge contact, and he gave me the number (Mobile: [protected]) i was tried his number (Mobile: [protected])

                  On 7th-may-2019, full ring was ringing and he is not picked up the phone.

                  On 10th-may-2019, i sent a mail to [protected]@hindware.co.in about the status of the replacement. No response received. I was tried his number (Mobile: [protected]) on 10th-may-2019, full ring was ringing and he is not picked up the phone.

                  On 11th-may-2019, i sent a mail to [protected]@hindware.co.in & [protected]@hindware.co.in about the poor response. I was tried his number (Mobile: [protected]) on 11th-may-2019, full ring was ringing and he is not picked up the phone.

                  On 11th-may-2019, i got a apology reply from [protected]@hindware.co.in and stating that redirecting to the concerned team. After that no response from anyone.

                  On 15th-may-2019, i sent the same mail to [protected]@hindware.co.in & [protected]@hindware.co.in about the status i was tried his number (Mobile: [protected]) on 15th-may-2019, full ring was ringing and he is not picked up the phone.

                  On 15th-may-2019, once again i got a apology reply from [protected]@hindware.co.in and stating that redirecting to the concerned team. (Autoresponder)

                  On 15th-may-2019, i received a sms with another (3rd) complaint number: whr0591206, and the case was assigned to mr. Sridhar s, i was tried his number (Mobile: [protected]) on 16th-may-2019, full ring was ringing and he is not picked up the phone i was tried his number (Mobile: [protected]) on 4th-jun-2019 11.25am, full ring was ringing and he is not picked up the phone by god grace he picked up the phone on 4th-jun-2019 by 3.15pm, and he told me the process is going on and you will get the product within 5 to 10 days.

                  On 14th-jun-2019, i called him number (Mobile: [protected]) and asked about the status, again he told me to wait for 2 days.

                  Today 27th-jun-2019, yet the problem is not solved by anyone. From 9th-april-2019 to till date, i am totally frustrated and i hope this may be solved when your intervention.

                    I am having issues with the water purifier model is moonbow a) it is leaking b) stopped working.I have followed up with the Cutomer care and the service manager multiple times but it is getting delayed everytime and it is like harrassing the customer.                       Within two months of purchase, water pump motor stopped functioning. I called customer care, opened a ticket (ACR0615076). I told the executive Ramesh @[protected] about the problem. He came just to show his face i.e. came without a spare part. He then told to come back after 7-10 days. I was shocked, but then even after arguments, he just left. He went back and closed the ticket with status "successfully closed". I escalated to the center manager MR. Srnivas @[protected] . He make fake promises to get the part replaced next day. After waiting for two days, I escalated it further to the area manager Uttam Chandra @[protected]. He too make false promises to send the engineer immediately. Today four days are over and still Uttam is yet to send his engineer. This is after multiple follows with him daily. I asked the call center to escalate the call further, but they told they can't do it.

                      Today close to 10 days are over, and despite tickets, escalations and all, no one has come to rectify the problem. This is the pathetic customer service provided by HSIL.

                      So buyers please understand this before buying any product from HSIL.

                        service not providing after sales

Many times i call to their customer care and also to their service engineer but both of them always give me different date and even some times they don't receive my call.                           This is regarding my complain that i had registered due to some leakage in one of hindware kitchen mixture. When the service man visited my house, he told that the issue is with leg of the mixture which does not come under warranty.
                          I want to ask this question that leg of a mixture is also part of it and comes with the set when we buy it then how come its not covered under warranty? When you sell the product at that time you say that use our product and you dont have to worry about it for 10 years and later when it comes to service you guys shows terms and conditions that this is not covered? If the leg is also a hindware product then why that is not covered under the warranty?

                          I am very disappointed with the service. I will never ever buy any of your products and will make sure none of my friends buy it.

                            This is to inform you that the street sweeper in my locality is not regular. Drains becomes overflow due to choking which is casing due to garbage. When people complaint about it, she used very bad language & some time abuse the neighbour people also. She is taking from 50rs each month for every home but from the peoples who are complaining due to her bad behaviour, she asked 100rs for every month & who are denying for this she is droping all the garbage infront of his home.                               My sanitary product (Cedar) italian collection, flash button and top lid went off, so went to shop for purchase roam and i didn’t get product. Every shop say to replace enter product but i need only lid alone. So i thought to complain to company itself no one service according to customer favour everyone favour sell there new product (14000 rs) but mylid date aprromiate[protected] save for me. If company is not ready solve my complain pls consumer (Friends) go for other company which u can get spare to replace so soon

                                I have purchased 13 hindware italion collection brand wash besins and 13 toilet seats from hindware dealer aggarwal bath concepts, 36 madhya marg, sector 7 - c, chandigarh 160017 vide invoice no 18341 of book no 382 dated 20.08.2016 for my guest house at manali. Bill/invoice is in my husband's name cause he was purchased these items for my guest house. After a gap of approximately 13-14 months it has been observed that fine air cracks having started from five to six wash besins. A gap of some time these cracks turned into big cracks and visible as broken. While made complaint at toll free number [protected] and mail id [protected]@hindware.com of hindware and dealer. Their technision visit the site on 20.08.2018 and submit visit report mentioned appered air cracks. Now the same thing happened with one toilet seats also. I have made online complaint for this also but no one came to visit the site to check actual cause. While talked to hinndware officials, simply denied that our quality team has disapproved your commplaints without checking the facts and site visit. I have made several calls to hindware executives and dealer also at his mobile no [protected] starting from the month of july 2018. They simply linger on my complaint and not give satisfactory answer. Some text message i have received for disapproval of my complaint. I have mailed and and made several call to mr. Tejas patil (Head of north india of hindware) at his contact no [protected], and email id tejas. [protected]@hindware.com, not responded. Then dealer provided me another number of hindware officials mr. Gurpreet ji talked also at his contact no [protected] and mr. Ritesh quality team of hindware at [protected] also not responded.

                                The flow from the cold hot water mixer tap is very poor.
                                Complaint was tried to lodge, lodging complaint on toll free number is impossible, most customer care numbers & e-mail ID are inoperative.
                                PURCHASER OF BENELAVE PRODUCT SHOULD NOT EXPECT ANY SERVICE AFTER SALE. BETTER TO PURCHASE ANY OTHER BRANDS OF HIGH REPUTE.

                                  Dear, sir/mam i have purchased hindware chimney on 23 oct through amazon, simultaneously i have registered installation request i. E aai0405330, however no representative from hindware come for installation of chimney. It is very poor response of company. Please raise my issue and resolve the same at the earliest. I am resigning in palam new delhi. Then it is very difficult to get service in remot area?

                                  I bought a hob from hindware and from the day first I was facing gas leakage and red flame problem with the burner . I have raised request so many times for the same and told them it's a serious concern but issue was not resolved. On 20 Nov I called customer service regarding the same issue nd after so many calls no engineer visited my place.

                                    This is regarding the customer care horror we are facing for around a month now.
                                    So far the SR opened, technician assignment and call transfer chain between 21st August till 3rd September –
                                    1. First faulty service given by Subrata Routh

                                    8. SR No. AH045967: Transferred To : Ramya Ranjan Banik : No service
                                    Last Mr. Ramya Ranjan said that he will not be able to provide service and recommended us to call back to the customer care toll free number.

                                    We have registered a complaint for fixing a water leakage in our hanging commode around 2nd week of August. After much follow up the technician came (Subrata Rauth). After rendering the service after he collected the satisfaction code from us as well. With in 5 mins of his leaving we noticed that the water leakage has resumed and now even the flush buttons were jammed. We immediately called him back as couldn’t have gone too far, informing about the multiplied issue. He responded that he has already left the vicinity and will look into it next day.
                                    We were completely taken aback by the response as not only he didn’t fix the issue but, on the contrary, multiplied it many folds. Still with no option left we relented. Because of the leakage we had to keep the water supply of the entire washroom closed making the entire essential utility non functional.

                                    From the next day the ordeal started for us which is now going on for weeks. Not only Mr. Subrata didn’t return but even after raising tickets for more than 4-5 times in the customer care, we have yet to receive any service. To add insult to the injury every time the call is assigned to a technician, he calls up and fixes an appointment but never turns up and by the end of the day we receive an sms of either closure of the call or transfer to a new technician. As both me and my husband are working we needed to take leave from our office to attend to the sudden appointment form the technician. Every time when they call in the morning when we have already left for office and we are request them to come after 5, the response is if we go near that location then we will come. As if they need to pick up some grocery as per their convenient route.
                                    When we raised a complaint against the technician harassment, we were assured by the customer care authorities that appropriate action will be taken but our plight continues to this day.

                                    We are totally distressed and in acute mental agony for this continuous harassment we are going through, at the hand of such a renowned company and its customer care.

                                    Please help.

This is pertaining to one of the Indian style closet bought by me manufactured by hindware company(Please refer service request number AH015067 on 10 August 2018.). I bought this closet from Lalita Enterprises, Trivandrum on 28/12/2016. After 7-8 months some cracks started appeared on the periphery of the flap of the toilet. While cleaning, it started falling down. Again another crack is appeared on the product and another piece of the toilet again fallen down while cleaning. Now the third crack is started appearing on the toilet. I realized now that it is because of the problem in the product and that is why it is getting cracked again and again. Accordingly I called hindware customer care and registered a complaint. I received two calls from following numbers:-

                                      2. The caller from first number told me to keep the bills ready and told to produce the same when the technicians visit the site. The caller from the second no also told me to keep the bills ready. I told him that the product was bought one and half years back and will take some time to check the bills. He again told me to find the bill and launch a complaint again. After finding the bill I called your customer care again.

                                      3. On 11 Aug 2018 I got a message at 1918 hrs from Hindware firm saying following lines “ we are unable to accept your warranty claim, as product concern reported by you is not a manufacturing defect”. I bought a product from a reputed company like Hindware with a confidence that you don’t compromise on the QUALITY of the product and the product will not have any defects. In addition you will give a sincere advice and services as boasted by the firm. I still not understood as to how the firm like Hindware WITHOUT SEEING the product installed at my home can assess and say that defect of the toilet fitted in my home is "NOT A MANUFACTURING DEFECT"?

                                      4. I never expected such a casual and an irresponsible act from a reputed company like Hindware. The company should understand that the customer is not a fool to take the company's illogical conclusions. The company also should have a commonsense to understand that the fitting charges are even more than the cost of the product. Just for the sake of it, no one ask for the warranty services.

                                      5. Hindware firm bosts of 10 year guaranty for their product. The behaviour of the customer care will put a question on the same. So when ever you buy a sanitary ware, plese don't go as per the company claims. look on the customer review and then buy the product.
