मैने एक hindware कंपनी का 4 बर्नल चूल्हा गैस[protected] को hindware के अधिकृत डीलर विनायक किचन वेयर बरेली से खरीदी । जिसमे डीलर द्वारा हमसे खरीदते समय कहा गया कि इसकी 2 साल की गारंटी है हर चीज की । ना ही कांच टूटेगा और न ही कोई अन्य खराबी आयेगी और अगर आती भी है तो कंपनी द्वारा उसे फ्री मे बदल कर दिया जायेगा ।
आज[protected] को अचानक ही गैसे खोलते समय उसका कांच टूटू गया जिससे मेरा बेटा भी बाँल बाँल बच गया ।
अब जब मै यह गैस चूल्हा लेकर विनायक किचन वेयर पर गया तो उन्होने कहा कि ठीक है आप परेशान मत हो मै कंपनी से बदलवा दूंगा ।
किन्तु अब वह और कंपनी दोनो कह रहे है कि इसे बदलने के पैसे आपको ही देय होगे ।

यह एकदम सरासर धोखा दिया जा रहा है ग्राहक को । पहले झूठ बोलकर चीज बेच दो और फिर अपनी ही बात से पलट जाओ ।कृपया हमारी मदद करे उचित न्याय दिलवाये।

    Hi,

    We have apartment which was built with all Hindware materials and builder said it was great thing. Unfortunately it s not working at early time. If I remember i did not even used 1 year.

    Please do not buy these kind o[censored]nreliable products which ruins our day to day activities.

    I have complained to Hindware but as they are super co-orporate company, it will not fix this issue though we spent lacks of rupees on toilet -kamods.

    One of the Worst Customer care services .. Guys if possible avoid there Products .. Its not only me .. you can chk on Internet 1000s o[censored]SERs facing lots of issue & still company is not able to resolve them. I recommend go for Jaguar or Elica or other brand etc... they have only name in the Market product Quality is Pathetic ... AVOID ... AVOID ... Just .. AVOID ... AVOID ...

      I have bought two commode from your authorised dealer ajay and brothers sitapur ring road lucknow and now my system is not working well nd i want that best needful is done with me but when i call them or go to your centre they do not treat well they uses harsh langauage which is not good for your company. My commode doesn't flush up the water properly. Please do the needful and kindly take the strict action against ur authorised centre that they are treating the customers not well. I have also registered the complaint before also but nothing is done with it. You will loose your customers if they continue to do so. Kindly look after the problem. Thankyou

        Sir,

        I purchased one 92088 ewe rene (Italian model) floor mounded closset with flush on 30.05.2015 for my new house. (Item no.2 of the attached bill) the same has been used since nov 2016 after the house construction and shifting of house. During past one month the flush is not properly working and the i booked a complaint and sr no. Ae017046. Immediately i got the service of your service person and attended the complaint. He informed that the outlet valve (Syphon) got damaged and requires replacement, which costs approximately rs.1300/-. The total cost of the entire set is rs.10, 550/- i used the said item is only for 18 months, i request you to kindly make replacement of the damaged part free of cost. The other items purchased from you is working fine.

        Hope that you will positively respond to my complaint.

          I have purchased a cooler at mahaveer electrical (Receipt attached) in the month of march 2017 for an amount of rs 7500. Within a month of the purchase the wheels started to loosen and finally all the wheels came out which made it very difficult to use the cooler. I tried all ways to get this resolved and finally contacted the hindware customer care and raised complaint in the month of may 2017. Initially a got calls from the service agents stating they would be visiting the location in 2-3 days but no one turned up for days, after multiple followups and begging and raising the issue with the local manager madhu sudan reddy, the an agent named hameed visited and informed that the entire bottom body of the cooler needs to be changed. But after a long wait he came changed the bottom body of the cooler in the month of june/july by then summer subsided and i stopped using cooler.

          This year in march 2018, i again wanted to use the cooler with a hope it will work, but as soon as i filled the water and tried to move the cooler the wheels came off, its very hard to use the cooler, i want to either replace or return the item, please help.

          This complaint is still pending,
          I regret to inform you that Hindware team has still not resolved my complaint, my cooler was taken for a repair on 14th of April, Saturday and till today there is no response from the agent, further when I pestered on the immediate resolution, I was threatened by your agent Hamid. I informed his manager Madhu Sudan Reddy and still there is no progress in the resolution. Why is that a customer has to pay and then suffer so much? I told multiples times that I have a small kid at home and need the cooler at the earliest as it's really difficult to sleep without the collier. If raising a complaint here doesn't resolver this issue then please help me in reaching out to someone who can help me.

            Is hindware a scam company??
            I did buy products from hindware.
            But i did not know the service of hindware was so bad. I have purchased a basin mixer from hindware which is leaking from day one.
            It's been more then one n half month the company just don't respond or replaced the item.
            I have called the customer care like 15 times and sent mails consistently.
            They just ask you to send a mail again. Which will be of no use.
            I would like to know if it is really a reputed company or if the company is scamming the customer??

Gupta and i am writing this complaint after numerous requests on the customer care number of hindware, literally pleading the executives for exchanging the faulty part in the "hindware sleek cistern - flushing cistern heavy" of this company purchased from an authorized dealer - vijay sanitary store, g. T. Road, shahdara, delhi 110032.

              I have a function at home tomorrow morning, having guests in home right now, with a toilet having flush not working. I am utterly embarrassed.

              I had placed above complaint on 15-march-2018 when i was told that an action would be taken in 24-48hrs but i haven't heard from them even now on 23rd march. I had been requesting them, twice everyday, to take an action but i was just told that they have put the complaint on "urgent" mode but this mode has also not done any good. For such a small part, this company has made me cry and i am not going to purchase anything of this brand ever, and not going to suggest everyone i know to do the same. This type of mental harassment was not expected from this company.

                We bought a hindware atlantic 25l geyser on 14/02/2018 from tmc store in gajuwaka, visakhapatnam. As soon as it got installed, it stopped working. Despite several calls to customer care, regional service representative and corporate office of hindware, there is no response.

                I would like to get my refund back or new product.
                Or i wouldlike to take legal proceedings.

                Had been compaining from last 20 days but hindware engineers attitude is not good.without even touchin seat he said seat is working ok.but its not clearing the wastage .its really sad to be treated like this by hindware .even they are telling to there seniours that customer is complaining without any reason

                  I had purchased a hindware commod in the month of november 2017. The problem with this commod had started since the day first day of installation, and no action has been taken by the team to solve out the issue. The stool/waste materials that should flush down, was not being flushed and as a result the whole bathroom is in an unusable state. I have called up the customer care executives for registering the complaint, but there has not been any actions taken by their technical team or their support team.
                  Hence i would like to replace the commod with a rather "quality product" that lives up to the brand name of hindware.

                    Hi. We bought a hindware hob and burner about two months back. We faced a problem with one of the burners and raised a complaint. The service guy who came broke a jet screw and made it worse. He mentioned the part is not available and will source it from the company. It has been more than a month and i have followed up with the customer care umpteen number of times. Neither am i getting a resolution date nor any assurance from the company. Service has been pathetic and attitude worse. Today they mentioned the service manager will call me in half an hour at 11.30am. I am writing this at 7.30pm and have not received any call. Customers post sales are being treated with appalling indifference.

                      I have bought three wcs from hindware of their so called italian collection. They all have flushing problems. Two of them are kind of manageable although they can't be rated as good. When you flush the water oozes out and is on the bathroom floor. You will agree with me that it is not a very good thing both aesthetically as well hygienically especially the later. I have complained to hindware so many times and they have strange system of dealing with complains, whose sole purpose seems to confuse the customer without addressing the problem. Finally after many frustrating months they have agreed to change the wc but my point is that the whole thing will cost me additional amount of removing the faulty wc, taking it to dealer and then fixing the new one and that too with any guarantee of it being in perfect working condition. Why should i have to pay for hindware's faulty product? I expect the company to change my product at their cost ensuring that it works.

                        I bought hindware atlantic 3l instant water heater from amazaon.in online and same has been deliverd by amazon as on time, after that i registered a service request with mobile number [protected] on 25/11/2017 on hindware customer care and got a message from their side and assured me to complete the installation with call no. Whi0188866 within 48 hours.

                        On 26/11/2017, i again remind them to give me assurance of 48 hours of installation then confirmed me in working days, they will complete.

                        Today i called again to hindware customer care to know the status, firstly ccr ms. Kiran said to me that you have not registered any service on their desk regarding your heater, after that i told her my sr call no. Then she told me that your request has been completed by our engineer and installation is completed, the fake report they were saying and still my unstalled heater is at my home and i said to her please lodge a complaint in this regard she denying the call and simply said that we have no rights to lodge etc.

                        I shocked that what a fun/mislead made by hindware with their customers and respond their customers, i will really make a complaint in this regard on consumer court and will take a necessary action in this regard and never suggest to others to buy any product for this fake company.

                          Hindware is the worst company that we have ever dealt with. They have no concept of customer management or maintaining customer satisfaction!!!
                          We were delivered a faulty commode almost a year back and until now (Even after repeated attempts) we have not received a replacement. Whenever we call their customer service center enquiring about the status of our complaint, we only receive numerous promises that we will soon get a replacement. None of these promises have been met and none of their deadlines have been adhered to.

                          After a zillion attempts, hindware issued an authorization letter to collect a replacement commode from their retail agent tulsi ceramics. Little did we know that this is only a ploy - a dirty political trick that they are playing with us. When we started calling tusli ceramics to enquire when we can collect the promised replacement, they in turn told us that they have not received any heads from hindware up on this matter. When we call hindware to check, they state that the authorization letter for providing a replacement has been issued and its no longer their concern. Now we are in a closed loop where hindware tells us to contact tulsi ceramics and tulsi ceramics asks us to go back to hindware with our complaint.

                          We are frustrated with the repeated calls and emails to both hindware and tulsi ceramics and fail to understand what next we are expected to do as consumers to ensure that we get a replacement at the earliest. Our product is still under warranty and the company is still not taking any responsibility of providing a replacement.

                          The managers from both these companies have even stopped talking our calls. When we post the complaint on hindware facebook, they dont even make pour post public. All the complaints are just 'swept under the carpet' and not attended to.

                          Whats surprising is that hindware was such a reputed company and they have now resorted to such cheap tricks to steal money from consumers.

                            We have purchased hindware sanitary ware from m/s kamal sales, new atish market jaipur on 08/01/2016. (Bill no-3978).. After fitting of all items in bathrooms some complaints stared like leakage in wc, leakage in flush etc.. I made complaint minimum 5-6 time for the same issue.. Initially hindware persons visited our house and try to rectify the issues. Some of them was rectified but for leakage in flush they told that it is part defect. Again bcoz of the same issue i made 2-3 time complaint but now nobody is coming to see the problems..
                            Please do the needful.

                              Needed 4 numbers flush tank valve piston (Hydra). Spare not available. Called service centre they say spare is not available. Location kochi...
                              It is not fair and reasonable by the company to say product spares is unavailable. The company gurantees the product normally for 10-15 years. Now i have to break 4 walls of bathroom to install new system. If this is condition of a so called genuine company like hindware.
                              Such a pity for hindware. Please don't introduce such products if you are not capable of maintaing spares and service.
                              Highly incompetent service.

                                I have purchased one chimney of hindware make from online in the month of aug2017.
                                After 10 days the product started making noise and soon after i have lodged a service request and as per their record it is registered on 13 sep17
                                With complaint id kar0140723.
                                After so many conversation through mail and telephone one of the mechanic came for service bit unable fix a small issue with blower. I am totally fedup with the company. No parts also made available for these products as enquired by me.

                                  I purchased my entire sanitary fittings from authorized dealer of hindware in march 2017. We were given to understand that all these items have one year warranty. All fitting including commode was installed in april 2017. Few days back toilet seat broke when i sat on it. I lodged a complaint in their call centre on 4/5 sept 2017. A representative promptly visited our home only to blame us that we might have put heavy weight on it or hammered. The seat. He said it is not covered under warranty and we will have to pay rs 3900 (Appox) for replacement.

                                  If toilet seat can not be replace due to defective manufacture, do you mean to say that all other parts also can not be replace on the same ground? Then what is the intention of warranty. Please replace it to avoid unnecessary hassels.

                                    I have made a mistake of purchasing benelave products from pony electricals thrissur ([protected]@gmail.com) for my house construction job. All the plumbing related materials are purchased for huge amount. Now i have one shower mixer; one faucet leaking. And a wc flush not set properly. My engineer he said he already registered the complaint. Your products the look only good but the quality and device very bad. How can i suggest this products to somebody. Please help to resolve the problem, atleast where to get the spares?

                                      Hello hindware,

                                      I have booked a complaint on 23 of may and still its not been resolved.

                                      You keep postponing the dates.

                                      After booking the complaint the technician has visited my home on 2nd of june and then he says that the touch needs to be replaced and he raised a request for part replacement.

                                      After that i have been told that it would fixed on or before 15 and when i have enquired today they say they will fix it by 25th of may. As the way bill was generated late.

                                      I just wanted wanted to what have you been doing all these days. After asking you this today you told me otherwise gone case.

                                      I can see everything is delayed from hindware.

                                      This is not the first time it's happening with me. Till now i have booked three service request from date of installation to till today.

                                      I want you to fix this by tomorrow or else replace it with new one or take your product and give me back my money.

                                      Such a waste service i have never seen before. For fixing a issue you need a month's time.

                                      Moreover the chimney is not at all working as expected sometimes it's working and sometimes not. Last time when the technician visited my home as soon as seen the chimney he just was one question.

                                      Who has installed this chimney?

                                      After that he informed me that the installation was not done as per the standards. I don't understand what kind of training you give to your technician.

                                        I have purchased this wc (Western commode) from jodhpur before 9 years. From last 6 years, its flush is not working. I have tried to contact all managers of the hindware company, but they resure to replace the part on grounds that the model was a failure by the company and this the company never produced spare parts for it. From last 3 years, i am in constant touch with all service providers in jodhpur but all are saying that spare parts of this model are not available. I have purchased this from kothari & company, jalori gate, jodhpur. But this dealer now refuses to handle the complaint saying that he does not sell the products anymore. He referred me to go to manika brothers (The distributor for hindware) but even he refused to help on the grounds that the parts are not available and also that the services are not looked by them.

                                        When i contact the comapny regarding the same, i am told that i should wait and then later they refuse to serve the part. The price of the product was 20, 000/- when i bought this and i cannot afford to get it replaced now due to financial constraints. I expect the authorities to act vigilently in this contaxt and impose penalties on hindware. Also i expect that thw concerned authoroties will help me to redress my issue at the earliest.

                                        Please repair our toilet seats because they are leaking .we bought five toilet seats from your dealer nearby Jain temple few months ago .once before it was repairs by you experts but they are not cleaning properly.One of them is leaking and empting the water tank.
