Gupta and i am writing this complaint after numerous requests on the customer care number of hindware, literally pleading the executives for exchanging the faulty part in the "hindware sleek cistern - flushing cistern heavy" of this company purchased from an authorized dealer - vijay sanitary store, g. T. Road, shahdara, delhi 110032.

I have a function at home tomorrow morning, having guests in home right now, with a toilet having flush not working. I am utterly embarrassed.
I had placed above complaint on 15-march-2018 when i was told that an action would be taken in 24-48hrs but i haven't heard from them even now on 23rd march. I had been requesting them, twice everyday, to take an action but i was just told that they have put the complaint on "urgent" mode but this mode has also not done any good. For such a small part, this company has made me cry and i am not going to purchase anything of this brand ever, and not going to suggest everyone i know to do the same. This type of mental harassment was not expected from this company.
