I have purchase wall hanging commode of hindware on november 2014 but after 8 months there is a break line showing in product which is increasing daya by day, i have done complain for the same but after 20 days of complain no solution given to me by hindware, now how can i trust this international brand?????

    Purchased 2 Rene Models of Single Piece commode in March this year. Started using them in August this year after construction completion. Since then i had to ring them 3 times for issues with these commode's. The flush button gets stuck once and when technician comes it says its broken inside and not covered under warranty. Second time, water is not flushing out. Technician says not installed properly by plumber so can't fix it. As if Hindware provides any installation service. He has Rs.1200 so he can fix the issue by reinstallation of the commode. A week later, the flushing got stuck again so complained, the technician came and reinstalled again this time free of cost. This time it was a different technician and i presume previuos technician ripped me off. When requested to change the piece due to ongoing issues, he said if any future issues then they will look. Spending so much money and facing these issues is an absolute headache. PLEASE DO NOT BUY HINDWARE COMMODE'S.

      I want to inform that i baught one concealed cistern plate from bhawani distributors pvt ltd, gitanjali enclave n rd west bistupur jamshedpur 831001, dtd 19th july2014. after instalation it worked 3 months after that i found leakage. i complained for it. company send its employee sri mritunjay kumar. he tried to rectify but h could not rectify it rather he informed me it is fault of plumber. when i contacted plumber he infomed that is fault of cictern plate..after many reqest and riminders sri mritunjay got comode seat rifited but problem remain as it was. for refiting of comod mritunjay charged rs 1000. then changed some part of cistern plate for which he charged rd 600. but finaly leakage continued. plumber broke the wall to proove that it is cictern which is leaking. mr bashith and mr hridyesh was contacted they replaced the cistern plate. but instalation charge he is not paying. iwant that instalation should also be paid imidiately.

        i have purchased one faucet at LAKSHMI CERAMICS palayamcottai, Tirunelveli dist, Tamilnadu during oct 2012.by my bad luck i found some leakages and brought to the notice of the shopper.it was rectified by him.now for the past one month
        i experienced the same complaint.while approached the shopper i get only
        irresponsible answer and directed me to contact company directly.he failed to fulfill my complaint to be rectifed.while examined by myself i found 0 ring and
        spindle were damaged.while purchasing he told hindware got 7yrs warranty.you dont worry about quality and service.now he simply denied to fulfill our complaint
        to be rectified. i have planned to file a case in consumer forum.this is for your kind information.

        Hi,

        I have purchased a Hindware Instant water heater ( 3L) and it is still under warranty period. I raised the complaint on 3rd January 2023 and no one called me not anyone visited my place to fix the problem,

        i have purchased hindware double bowl sink for Rs 11000/ in
        sep 2018 and the matte finish has started corroding in 2019 itself have been filing complaints since 2019 but now its 2023 and it is not even attended.
        People purchase from brands expecting certain standards.
        I could have got a similar sink at half the price if it was not hindware.

          I purchased a italian sink, the sink has slope problem because of which water is stagnating at one end, for this I have called your customer care on May 29th and a complaint has been registered(Ticket#MJ155464), Hindware support person visited my home after two weeks and told that Sink will be replaced, he took the photos of sink and also the invoice, but the Sink was never replaced, I followed up multiple times with your customer care on phone and I was being told that it will be replaced, later another ticket#MJ186395 was raised on July 14th and the same service person visited and told that it will be replaced, he again took photos, of sink and invoice but so far it is not replaced, overall it has been four months since I complained first on May 29th but still the issue not resolved, as per the last update on Sep 4th, I was updated that replacement approved and letter will be dispatched but haven't received any update so far, it has been 20 days, also I escalated to you customer service on call manager he mentioned that he will call me back but he never called back, pathetic customer service, I am repenting for purchasing product from hindware and would never purchase any product of hindware, would advise the same to our friends

            I have been complaining for past 4 days that my flush is not working. First complaint was closed without my consent. .complaint number MJ229629. I then again complaint on 19th sep 3 times. And i was communicated that techie will come and resolve it. But till now nothing has been done. I am willing to go to social frm Monday onwards. I will circulate it to Facebook. .twitter..

              Dear Sir, I had purchased hind ware chimney Jupiter 60 SS and cooktop Armo 4 burner GL together on 31/03/15 via bill no 912 from Hot Plate Gallery, shiv market...But it has been a very bad experience with hind ware products.. I wanted to clean the filter and lock was not opening...on calling the technician he said lock is broken...I have been a user of Glen chimney for past 10 years but till today I have not faced any problem...not even 5 months have gone and I am facing so much problem with Hindware kitchen accessories.On top of it as per technician hind ware does not change lock, it will change the full filter..technician says it is not covered in warranty...It is very surprising that such a big brand like Hindware is manufacturing such kind of products...Else there is a manufacturing defect due to which lock of filter plate is not adjusted properly.. Similarly in Cook top experience was not good..knob came out in very first month o[censored]sage and later on leakage was happening below the cook top.though it was rectified, but now after facing the chimney issue now I feel it was my biggest mistake to buy kitchen accessories from Hindware..here I want to share that I had purchased 2 bathroom seats for both my bathrooms also..After having so much loyalty with Hindware it is very sad to see the performance of the kitchen accessories... Request you to kindly arrange the visit and get my chimneys filter problem rectified asap on the companies expense as my product is under warranty.                 Hi, I have raised 4 complaints so far and every time the same technician comes who doesn't understand a bit and does something worst with the Hob, initially the flame was very less and after complaining he changed it so high that now the vessels are turning black. I have been telling every time that dont send that technician and the customer rep sends him every time. Now the customer rep started cutting the calls in mid while I am still talking, its highly frustrating how the customers are dealt in Hindware. My recent complaint numbers are MJ189497 and MJ 185686. I would appreciate if some senior person actually checks the concern and revert back !!! Padmaja

                  I purchased. 3 EWC of Hindware through their local vendor Sagun Sanitary in the 1st week of July 2015 and started using from 18th July. There was leakage of water in one Ciston. I lodged a complaint vide comp. MJ 188752 which was closed on 20 July without rectifying the problem. When I called the customer care on 21st, fresh complaint was registered and the status of my complaint was noted ' as resolved'. The technician visited again on 21st and requested to call the Plumber to open the EWC. Plumber came on appointed time, but the technician did not turn up and also not taking the call on the cell number provided to us. If this the kind of service provided by the company, I fear why we should use products of such company who is not bothered about the value of its customers and their time. My complaint number MJ 190439 was assigned to Vishnu, who is a totally irresponsible person and does not care for the customers. Earlier complaint was assigned to Ranjeet. I request the Top management of the Company to take suitable action in the matter and let me know the action initiated in the matter. In case, I do not heard from the company, I shall be compelled to write my adverse reviews about the customer service, which is o[censored]tmost importance for a company dealing in end users products.                         Hello, I would like to raise concern over one product of Hindware. I have purchased one Water Closet in Oct 2014 and since then there was an issue from this product. Hindware technician visited to check the water closet in Nov 2014. He checked and advised to remove the closet to check waste pipe, OK I called plumber and removed that (which cost me Rs 1500). He then said there is no issue in waste pipe and water closet worked fine at that time. He asked me to re-install and that was done. I was away for some time from my home and did not make any complain for this product which was not working properly. I again logged service request after my return and again technician visited and checked. That person too asked to remove the water closet, I don't know or may be GOD knows what he wanted to check, this time I denied to remove the water closet and asked him to send some senior technician. So, finally senior person was sent and he recommended that one part needs to be replaced. That part was replaced after many calls and escalations in service center. So, after replacing the part the situation was better but only for 15-20 days. Now the situation is again the same. Can you arrange a visit from any engineer from directly Hind-ware instead of sending someone from Service center? I want to ask Hind-ware that what is their customer satisfaction policy? What is use of purchasing expensive product of Hind-ware? I am fed up with all these follow ups and calls and now I want that this should be fixed permanently or replacement of faulty product. I am also in service industry and know how to take care of customer. How can I escalate this case to higher authority in Hind-ware? I need nodal officer contact details to escalate the issue.                           I had filed a complaint for repair of Water Closets (WC) on 22nd of April 2014 and the same is still not resolved for the unavailability of parts. The product is under warranty. Now after one month of wait company is saying that part to be replaced cannot be changed so pls have the entire Top cover replaced which is 5 times costlier than the part to be replaced. Why a customer is penalized for non-availability of parts with the company. Parts should be arranged at least during the warranty period. What's the benefit to the customer for buying products of branded companies if customer has to face these problems. We buy branded products which are double in cost as compared to the other available products so that we get a good service and we need not to worry about the repairs etc of the products.

                            my name is shabbir, i had given a complain regarding leakage in angle cock on 12-05-15, complain no: MJ144555 within 48 hours they told that ur problem will be solved, today is 19-05-15 almost 7 days have passed no person has come to even to check what is the problem, what type of after sales service u have, for such a big brand like Hindware

                                We have purchased the hindware alpinal sanitary for my newly purchased home and using the same from 30 th April 2015 but we are facing a lot of problem. We have complaint this to customer care but no solution has come out. We request you to send your engineer on priority basis otherwise we have to move to consumer court for the same. If this is the service you provide then it is thankless. Resolve the issue within next 24 hours otherwise you have to replace the sanitary with compensation..                                   Respected Sir/Madam, We are a Civil and Interiors Vendor registered at Delhi NCR and purchase 04 in number Pillar Cock Self Closing System(F310001) for our one client RBS at Gurgaon on 04 Mar 15 M/S Vishnu Hardware at Kotla. The day we purchase the fixed the pillor cock at RBS Gurgaon we are getting complaint for leakage. We have Lodged the complaints with Hindware on 09 Mar (MJ104728) and on 11 Mar (MJ 124159) on [protected] and [protected] and continue follow up for rectification. Mr Ranjit has visited the site but till to date we have not received the fruit full result, still all the 04 taps are leakage. RBS has already Black listed due to not rectification of the work. Since one and half month we are approaching your Hindware rep for rectification the defects but they are not giving the proper answer for that.                                     Extremely poor response from Jaipur Service Station of Hindware. Out of 8 Toilets/Bathrooms where Hindware WCs & bath fittings are fitted in the house, seven bathrooms are unusable due to defective items. Innumerable phone calls & even some WhatsApp messages to Jaipur Service Centre have not made any difference. E-mail sent to Hindware Corporate Office, Gurgaon & Jaipur Office on their e-mail id [protected]@hindware.in and [protected]@hindware.co.in 0n 16 Apr 15 has neither been acknowledged nor any response received from anyone in last 5 days.                                       WE bought a water closet from hindware- white, wall mounting from Eldec-Sel in Sep 2014. Ever since we installed the product, the flush mechanism nver worked. we need to flush atleast 3 times with both the 3liter and 4 liter button to push the fecal matter away. Sometimes we forwent the flush and used tap water in a bucket to push the feces away. We put this forward to customer service at atleast 10 times now for the past 4 months. As much as they are prompt in giving in a telephone call, they hardly know how to solve the issue. They DO NOT Realise the seriousness of the issue too -- what's the use of a water closet if it cannot push the soil/feces away?? My sincere advice is go for other nation-wide good brands as hindware nowadays seems to provide very poor quality WC products. Much worse customer service never know how to deal with the issue.

                                        I am facing commode malfunction since a month and have called the hindware customer care many atimes in a month but these guys dont pay any attention to this and are neither coming over to look what has went wrong with it. The local plumber says its not something they can repair. The complaint was assigned to Mr.Manoj Pandey every time i filled a complain but he never reverts back. This level o[censored]nprofessionalism wasn't expected with a company like Hindware.
