I purchased a italian sink, the sink has slope problem because of which water is stagnating at one end, for this I have called your customer care on May 29th and a complaint has been registered(Ticket#MJ155464), Hindware support person visited my home after two weeks and told that Sink will be replaced, he took the photos of sink and also the invoice, but the Sink was never replaced, I followed up multiple times with your customer care on phone and I was being told that it will be replaced, later another ticket#MJ186395 was raised on July 14th and the same service person visited and told that it will be replaced, he again took photos, of sink and invoice but so far it is not replaced, overall it has been four months since I complained first on May 29th but still the issue not resolved, as per the last update on Sep 4th, I was updated that replacement approved and letter will be dispatched but haven't received any update so far, it has been 20 days, also I escalated to you customer service on call manager he mentioned that he will call me back but he never called back, pathetic customer service, I am repenting for purchasing product from hindware and would never purchase any product of hindware, would advise the same to our friends
Hindware — Hindware Homes Product (Commode Element S220 ) defective needs replacement
Dear Sir, The details of complaint are as under : I purchased commode Hindware Make, Element, S-220 on 22.11.2015 from M/s Prem Industries, Ranchi Jharkhand and it was installed on 23.11.2015. But it was not working properly right from the first day. I lodged complain over customer care phone no. several times vide ref. no. MJ 278479, MJ275822, MJ281229, MJ 274330, & MJ281228. Accordingly, I made contact Mr. Mithlesh over mobile phone to attend and rectify the problems. He assured me at least ten times that he was coming but he did not attend. Finally, it was attended after ten days by Mr. Mithlesh Kr. and he advised me to call additional Plumber to assit him. As per his advice I called Plumber next day but he did not come to attend the same. The problem has not been rectified till date. But technician Mithlesh and his Service Centre Incharge of Ranchi has claimed Service Charge of Rs. 700/- for attending the same. They are pressing hard to pay the service charge however the problem has nt been recrtified and the product is under warranty for one year as stated by M/s Prem Industries Ranchi. It may be noted that this is the worst service I have ever received from any company in my life. I may please be furnised the warranty terms and condition of the the said product so that it could be brought to the notice of other authority regarding the service charge of the service centre. Requested for needful action against Mr. Mithlesh and his Incharge for giving false commitments and for harassing the customer like me.
