Above complaint was raised on 19th August and still now it was not resolved. Motor should be replaced as it was stopped working with in 30 days of purchase. Now furniture also getting damaged which made loss of 2 lac. Please help to refund amount and loss towards Furniture damage

    We had purchased a sensor WC in the month of Aug from Vinayak Marbles Gurgaon and got that installed on 16th Aug. Post that it started showing some faulty errors, once we do the flush the water doesn't stop to flow, either we have to manually close the tap to stop the water or it take long hours to stop the flow, creating a lot of wastage of water. We have complained multiple time to resolve this, but the engineers (Naveen) or his supervisor (Rinku) who visits has excuses, either the parts are not available or they are busy etc and neither they pick up our calls. Since Aug we are unable to use the WC creating an unnecessary and unworthy mess in our daily lives. We don't understand if Hindware have to sell faulty products why they cant have a good maintainer back up to clear their faults. As a consumer Hindware products are horrible to use and making our daily lives miserable as they don't have any timely solutions of the faulty parts that they deliver.

      This is in regards with hindware water heater issue.
      We purchased this product with great respect, now you guys are not keeping up that respect anymore.
      Have raise a complaint on 31st May 2022 and it's been 3 and half months and there is no action taken on this issue. Have escalated multiple times and I don't see the purpose of it.

      I have email and sms proofs for complaint registering.

        I have complained about late reflling issue of water purifier service technician came and told have to replace some fileters as technically that filters are working fine, I have refused replacement they not installed property the purifier not not working totally, now I trying to raid a request again it showing closed ticket as already open

            I purchased, concealed tank and toilet seat with seat cover of Hindware from Himani Enterprises, Rajouri garden, New Delhi ( the Company branded showroom) on 14th august 2022.

            Today, when I started installing the seat, its cover was found to be faulty when taken out from the pack itself . On being talked to by the dealer, he straight away refused to help and directed to make a complaint to the company.

            A complaint was registered against Sr No. EH045886, which was attended today itself. The person came and said the seat has a broken lock inside the seat plate. He informed me that he has sent the pic to the QC department and they will take a call on it.

            Is it really professional for the company and its dealer to stop the work on the toilet, by supplying faulty parts? Frankly speaking, I preferred to purchase Hindware over jaguar and Grohe, which were almost of similar cost, just because hindware is an Indian company. But i am now repenting on my decision.

            I request that management shall take immediate call on complaint and get it sorted out .

                I have been cheated and now Hindware/Queo has turned deaf. My contractor sold me Hindware/Queo WC assuring of their best quality and services. Now obviously his money has been acclaimed and his commissions so he doesn't care. Since 14 January 2022 I have been raising complaints with Hindware/Queo for defect in my wc seat cover. On the left side, the joint that combines both the flaps of seat cover is missing and needs replacement. Each time the plumbers come and force me to buy new seat cover as company policy and gives me a different cost. For a simple joint, I buy a NEW SEAT COVER? They return back with different costs and no warranty. Seriously an original seat cover from Queo is WITHOUT WARRANTY? Each time the plumbers close the complaint without a resolution. Now for the past three days, this has again happened and I am following with a bunch of deaf executives, Ms. Jyoti Kumari, [protected], the lady responsible for plumber allocation and response to customer care. She says I will confirm the costs with my senior but never returns back. Later she stops taking your calls. When you use another family number for follow up, she simply jumps and says I am busy and my senior will call you back. But nothing happens. Its a bunch of nuisance deaf executives who don't bother after selling their product. It's already 8 months of following for repairs for a sanitary product which is an important part in any household. This has led to many damages caused and mental harassment. I plead for recovery of all my damages, mental peace, time and resources wasted on following with Queo and the local people for resolution, and a working product without any further delays. They dont have any escalation matrix. Nor the prices are standard in the company. They simply make fool of people and are sitting over money earned by cheating and theft.

                      The products in subject are well in warranty period.
                      Made service request on 30th July. After repeated calls to device person, he came and went back without resolving issues.
                      I talked to Bhagalpur based area service coordinator and assured me that service engineer would visit the site to find the issue.
                      Later on 2nd August, I received three sms confirning three different service requests that I had not made.
                      Afterward both the coordinator and the service person stopped receiving my calls.
                      On 4th August, I dialed customer care to find the status of my service requests. Customer care executive told me that all my service requests had been successfully completed as I had shared my happy code with service person. It is to be noted that I had not shared the same with anyone.
                      When I told the customer care executive what really had happened, he told me tomake a complaint through email at [protected]@hindware.co.in. And I make the complaint even over there in the morning of 4th August itself.
                      But still even the receipt of my mail has not been acknowledged.
                      Very pathetic ...

                        Hi my commode is no more than 4 months old when the problem of rusting started.
                        As per Hindware the problem is due to use of harpic .
                        I have been using harpic for many years and not seen this issue.

                        There is no mention on use of harpic or not while purchasing the product.
                        Please see pictures of rust . Company replaced small parts but basic design issue in product is not acknowledged or fixed

                        The company claims I should wipe the bathroom with cloth and not use water even.

                        I am a person who has ocd wrt bathroom cleanliness and I am mentally stressed with this horrible commode in my new house .

                          Hi I had registered a complaint last three months . technician was assigned/sent over to fix the issue.the technician was unskilled don't solved my problem I would again have to log a complaint and go through the horrible experience all over again. REALLY???? Shameful

                                I have installed 12 concealed cisterns in my house. I believed in hindware as a brand so installed hindware in all of my 12 bathrooms in all four floors.
                                Everyone is now facing the same issue.
                                The cistern keeps leaking after flushing, the lever doesn't come back to its original position after flushing. Thus the whole tank gets empty. We have given up on the covers of the levers. Now we have to wait each time after flushing to pull the bare lever into place otherwise the whole tank gets empty. Local hindware reps have come and tried to repair but nothing. Buying concealed cistern and that too of hindware has been a bad idea. If anyone can help me rectify this problem and change my view I'll be glad.

                                  I have raised a complaint (Ticket No. WHR2201930) on 13th July 2022 and i am not getting any calls from technician and he is not even responding to my calls and even the area manager is also not responding to my calls. I have called hindware customer care also and they are acting like boys that they have sent a reminder to them and telling me wait till eve everyday. They also had cancelled the request withour any prior email/call or message and i had to call them to reopen it as it's still unresolved till now. I had not expected such a pathetic service from hindware otherwise I haven't bought their product. The water is getting continuously leaked from geyser and they guys are not coming to check it once. Very poor service from hindware.

                                    I have registered a complaint through customer care portal on April

                                    Ticket no. WHR2045907
                                    This ticket was closed without customer knowledge ( mentioning fake reasons)

                                    At the time of closing the call it was near by 50 days i made call to customer care and asked why it was closed with silly reasons

                                    I asked yo reopen the same complaint no But they lodged a new complaint as it was happened this Ticket no was WHR2126104

                                    Got many responsible persons contact no through customer care

                                    I ve called many persons but NO USE UNABLE TO FIND THE RESPONSIBLE PERSON IN HINDWARE(SOMANY)

                                    No one is responding

                                    THESE PERSONS DOESN'T KNOW ABOUT THE CUSTOMER VALUE

                                    I came to know a thing that the service calls are done by third parties Employees of Hindware looking over it

                                    These Hindware employees doesn't knows the customer value they are just working ...

                                    Eventhough I asked for warranty extension but they are bouncing the calls they dont even telling who is responsible person for that

                                    Even though I ve mailed all the issues to [protected]@hindware.co.in with all screenshots of call history and everything

                                    They are not at all reading the mails receiving from customers just sending the replies like automated messages what to do because they are working in Hindware

                                      I purchased a couple of Hindware sanitaryware units (commods) 20 days back. We started using them for a week. I registered a complaint with the Hindware customer care that there is a problem with the flushing of the wastage. The engineer visited and saw that the water is getting flushed very slowly, but instead of admitting that the product model has issues, he says that no complaint has been registered so far on sanitaryware and so we cannot take this as a complaint. The problem was clearly shown to him and instead of solving the issue, the response was that there is no problem with the model because they haven't got any other complaints so far.

                                      While making the purchase, every vendor outside claims that Hindware is an Indian brand and they are playing with this National emotion to sell Hindware products. That would be very much fine if you provide good customer service in all aspects.

                                      I want this issue to be resolved and want my money back
