Your email starts with 'wecare', but do you people really care. I have lodged a complaint on 11th of Dec and today is 16th December, no resolution has been made.

My Call No. is WHR1835702. I am in Navi Mumbai and if such is the service
TAT, then only God knows of your service in non metro cities.

My 6 month old Hindware geyser stopped working and I am waiting for your resolution.
I have called customer care as well, but they only provided me with a local service centre number, which is switched off all the time.

    My query is regarding a hair crack is appeared on the washbasin. I have raised the with Hindware and they are not considering this hair crack as a manufacturing defect. As per their representative who came to my home to check this crack. He said this hair crack comes under manufacturing defect. But the quality team is stubborn on saying this is not a defect. Please help to resolve this issue.

      Dear sir,
      I have purchased a geyser, HINDWARE 25L METAL GEYSER HS25 MDW 20SB1 on 12 January 2020, ITEM NO. 22066, HSN CODE 8516, which is under 02 year warranty.
      In this context, i would like to say that after founding fault, once it has been repaired ( whole heat element replaced) in December 2020 by company technician. repeatedly now again in this month, it is not working due to inside fault in machine. so there are always a chances of fault in it. Although it is in warranty period but warranty period is going to finish in next month.
      So considering repeatedly fault plz replace my geyser by new one.

        My hindware chimney is about 12 months old and the suction just stopped working. Upon raising complaint and multiple followups, the guy comes to check finally and says the motor needs to be replaced. As it was under warranty, they said they need to place order for a new motor.

        After regular followups and calls which they don't pick or care to answer, its been 3 months and the chimney is still sitting there in my kitchen all wasted and ther local service department manager Mr.Indraneel Kumar is a shameless person who doesn't care to respond to customer's problem, his contact no. Is[protected]

        This is very poor service from hindware and i hope the company goes down the drain! Never buy any of their products, I strictly recommend never buy Hindware chimneys,

        Also the customer care is clueless and keeps closing our ticket every 2 days from their side without any intimation or even caring to ask if the service has been done

          I am having water leakage issues with the current water heater; however, I'm unable to get a solution / replacement for the same since a month now. The current complaint number associated with the same is WHR1779685.

          The technician came and suggested to go for the replacement as the heater is not repairable; however, it's been a month now, no updates from anyone. Upon calling the customer care team they say the issue has been escalated, but no reference or update for the same. The area manager or the area incharge Mahesh and Sravan Kumar (number provided by customer are Team) never pick up the call.

          I owned the product 3 years back; however, I could use it hardly for 6 month in total. Every 3 months the product will have water leakage issues and the company would take at least 6 months to have it replaced. The faulty product was already replaced twice, but so far the issue continues. Upon calling the customer care team, they always say the issue has been escallated and it keeps on and on and on. I have 10/12 people's name now in my contact list from the company WHO NEVER BOTHERS TO ANSWER CALLS or HELP with a RESOLUTION.

          I have never seen such PATHETIC SERVICE AND SUPPORT TEAM FOR ANY APPLIANCES I HAVE USED SO FAR. THEY ARE JUST A BUNCH OF NON-WORKING TEAM WHO DON"T GIVE A DAMN TO CUSTOMER"S PROBLEM...RESOLUTION IS FAR AWAY WITHIN THEIR REALM.

          The Issue Still Remains Unresolved!! This is exactly what I was trying to inform, the company doesn't bother to support after selling the product. They send a mail saying "Apologies for the inconvenience, we'll take care of this" and REMAINS SILENT for weeks, rather months together!! DAMN..

              It's my worst experience to bought Hindware chimney because day 1 chimney oil leakage issues raised & i have complaint to territory manager as well as customer care but no positive repose comes same engineer had comes & give temporary solution like M seal paste on new chimney & told that "online chimney always these issues arised so purchased chimney offline from our store"

              What we will do within 1 week we are feeling like fool while purchasing Hindware chimney

                Hi - I purchased Hindaware Elara mineral water purifier on 10th Oct through flipkart and due to some delays installation happen on 27th of Oct. Within the 10 days of installation it's tap stop working, It's front plate for bottle never locked and keep dropping. Machine automatically starts even though we have not taken out any water. Water from the tap is also leaking and tap did not through the water properly. I raised the complaint on 5th of Nov 9:43 AM. And Since then I am just chasing them. Once their engineer came after 5 days and he could not remove the tap itself. I said it's a manufacturing defect piece which should be replace and their engineer itself didn't able to take the tap out. I am daily paying 120/- Rs for my water needs even though I purchased this pathetic machine. They refuse to replace the machine and also refuse to refund the amount.

                  My complaint/call number is WHR1695693. Complaint date is 5th October 2021. Now almost a month and I am still waiting for the solution. Service center personal Mr. Hemant is very very rude, liar, unprofessional and uneducated. He always throw fake commitment rudely about 2-3 days. The senior contact person Mr. Devang, is the most busiest person in the world as he never bother to receive any call anytime. I want solution of my complaint immediately as I have already waited for 25 days.

                    I have not received the service that is a major cleaning service for my chimney. I have register a request last month. I have received a call and asked me for a suitable time and I have informed them the same. After that, there was no call from the service center. Finally, I found that the service request has been canceled.

                    As you are taking the AMC it's your responsibility to visit the home at the time and provide the service.

                    Kindly do the needful at the earliest.

                      I bought a toilet seat from a dealer of Hindware sanitary ware, later a air crack occurred in the bowl and I called their customer care and gave my complaint.
                      After their representative visited at my place and took a video/ photo of seat and asked me for invoice/bill for guarantee period. I told him that bill is untraceable as it's been long time of purchase. he denied that there will no replacement without bill and closed my complaint. After searching a lot I luckily found the bill and once again made a complaint. representative visited and took the copy of bill and my mail-id and said that company's quality team will revert back and resolve the issue. After 10 day a mail came from company's I'd that replacement denied mentioning that issue issue in the product (EWC) has not risen out of any manufacturing defect and it's a crack not a hairline/air crack
                      I called up again to customer care executive that how company differentiate between two but they were clueless about this and when I emphasize they provided me their area manager contact no. I called him I told him the whole matter and he checked the photos of toilet seat and said that this is a broken case and no replacement can be done, I argued with him that anyone can judge that it's not broken but a air crack on that he said you check it in internet, being in long discussion he was adamant and disconnected call saying that he can't do anything with this and call back to customer care to clarify with quality team. I asked him to give me any number related to quality incharge but he said I don't have any number.
                      There is no support from company beside selling their product with 7 year guarantee of air crack. After spending that much money company have no concern about customer problem.

                      A company with Truly unprofessional and neglectful attitude in terms of after sale service.
                      Even after 12 days of complaint, there is no support from them. In the name of service they just sent the mail, nothing on ground level efforts.

                      Never recommend any one to purchase the product.

                        I bought cooler in May 2021, it stopped working in September 2021. I raised issue with hindware on 7th sep. Technician visited on 9th sep he said need to replace motor. He will create a order to get the new motor. After that no response till date. Whenever I call customer care they give me local service center number and they never respond properly.

                          We have installed Hindware's Concealed Cistern for our Home (2 Units). Both of them are causing continuous issues of water leakage despite having their executives come over a number of times and they doing some repair and mentioning that it is resolved. But the issue is not getting resolved and the executives are coming and replacing one or the other parts and taking some money for the repair.

                          Its now getting to a level of just removing the product and replacing with some other one and i am hesitating because it involves breaking the wall and replacing everything totally.

                          My previous complaint tracking ID's are as follows and I am having the same issue again now -
                          CB022366 - February 2020 - Syamala Venkatesh - Amount taken is INR 1850 (19/2/2020). Issue came back in 2 months and we had to wait because of COVID.
                          DA000692 - January 2021 - Gummalapati Brahmam (This guy came twice for the same repair) - Amount taken INR 950 (5/1/2021) + INR 1600 (18/1/2021)
                          DJ004274 - October 2021 - Gummalapati Brahmam - Issue raised but technician not showed up and Customer care responded to get another plumber and not the technician.

                              STORAGE WATER HEATERS got fault recently and i logged the customer service call.

                              Engineer came after 7 days with mutiple escalations and he told me that it temporarily it got fixed. and i paid the 900 service charge also.

                              Heater tank need to be replaced and for the tank 5 year warranty is there.

                              I currently not having the invoice with me and requested to take the call for tank replacement with earlier service calls.

                              Both service engineer and area manager were playing with these and not responding for my calls for past 2 days.

                                    I bought a Hindware Geyser (Aquato model) from the Khosla BT Road showroom on the 10th of August 2021. Within a day of delivery of the item, I noticed water leaking from the appliance. I immediately placed a complaint via Hindware customer support. They sent a technician and he suggested that I replace a stop-cock from where the water was leaking. Keep in mind this is all happening within 24 hours of purchasing the product. I immediately called the Khosla saleswoman who sold the item to me. She said that she has sent an email to the Hindware company and is awaiting their reply. Two days passed, no reply came from her. Then finally, I called her and she said that it was my bathroom's water pressure that is causing the leakage. All of a sudden her demeanor changed and she started behaving badly. When I asked her, how come my previous geyser had no issue and worked perfectly for 7 years, she rudely interrupted the call. These are my issue: First, why would you sell a defective item (packed on Sept 2020) to a long-time customer. Second, Why won't you replace the item even after it perfectly clear that it is malfunctioning? The Hindware company is saying that its the duty of Khosla Electronics to handle replacement and they can't provide a resolution. My question is this product came from your company right? How can you deny all responsibility? A brand new product started malfunctioning from day one. What kind of impression does that make?
                                    I am very disappointed with my experience. I am posting this here while giving them an opportunity to reply before I take this issue with the NCH.

                                      What a worst customer support yo have?? I did not get any resolution till today. Guys you playing or what??

                                      I have purchased hindware geyser on Oct and now I have raised a request to claim the warranty.

                                      Yo guys have sent a guy for service, he has checked the whole geyser, but he mentioned that there is a heating issue. So that's the reason there is a leakage issue, and now it is been leaking all over the bathroom. Yo want us to bath or not?? This is something very serious issue! It's a matter of safety and we have kids at home. If this continues, I will come and through your product at your company! What the heck yo guys have manufactured such stupid product!

                                      Worst customer service tho, there is a girl, I don't wanna mention the name. doesn't know anything and she is guiding me on the warranty and she claims that what ever yo have mentioned in the mentioned in the warranty is totally different.

                                      Now I want the product to be replaced, no matter what. This is something more worst than what yo ever thought. Why can't yo guys use the product and check before trying out on other people???
                                      Did yo guys give me the product for free?? No right, I have paid for it. I have all the rights to claim for warranty. I want this to resolved immediately without any next mail. It's been a month. I want the resolution and I want to replacement to be done at the earliest!

                                      Service engineer has come and be removed all the parts. We are already scared of this leakage and again one more prob from yo.
