      This is Ashok Kumar and I bought your hindware water heater product model cristallo on dated[protected]. There is water leakage from water storage and made service complaint on 15.07.2021 for your reference below..

      But till now no one called up me..and I made recomplaint with customer care ..they gave me escalation level phone number by stage but no one response to my call either call back to me also so far..

      Second level Area manager Tejaswini [protected] ..my personal opinion she is not all taken my call from second time..she is not at fit for this customer service...

      Third level Balaji [protected] not at all taken my call ... I don't have word to say about hindware service support ...

      Finally I wrote this email to the hindware directly to solve me issue and take immediate action on my service complaint...Pls don't push me on thinking of choose wrong product purchased..

      I hope you will support and take necessary action..

        Hi,

        I have purchased a Hindware 85 L Desert Air Cooler on[protected] and by now its not functioning properly.

        We have escalated the issue to their customer support team and they said a technician will soon be assigned but nobody had assisted us for troubleshooting.

        The Service Request number per them is: ACR1561066

        Please assist us ASAP to fix the issue.

        Brand Warranty is 1 year from purchase.

            I purchased 2 comode seat of Alpine model of Hindware. Within 2 months o[censored]sing crack had been developed in both the commode. On contacting the company response from them is that they cannot do anything in this regard as according to them it is not manufacturing defect.
            Query I have that what kind of product they are providing to customer that even it can not serve for 2 months.
            Customer usually pay little more while purchasing company products, but in the end feels cheated by product quality and company behaviour to handle the complaint.

            No satisfactory response, baseless reasons
            3rd grade company with 3rd grade products, can't even resist for 3 months and they are giving 10 years warranty.
            Making fool of customers
            Company is not providing any constructive solution and giving absurd baseless reasons to wipe off their hand from the issue.
            I would urge people think twice before purchasing Hindware products.
            Complete waste of money, if product can not serve for 2 months and on top of it they are giving 10 years warranty.

            Worst products from Hindware, based on my experience it is 3rd grade company.
            Not entertain customer and give baseless answer to problems raised by customers

              I bought 2 hindware flush tanks during 2019, Below are the complaints.
              1. Regarding flush one.. working ..but water is continuously running out of flush.

                I have made service request GD003820 for toilet flushing tank water issues

                Irresponsible Technician vinod vaghela ID 9598 visited my home and just check the problem but he don’t know how to resolve the problem of incoming water blockage issue in toilet sink so he left without attending it and wasted my valuable time

                This is very frustrating experience and i don’t know why such unskilled labor are there in himdware

                Unfortunately his senior person Mr chirag also such a irresponsible person and not responding properly

                Extremely bad service by Hindware

                Please solve my problem at the earliest

                  I have bought complete Bathroom set from Hindware last year. Within usage of 2-3 month these all started getting rusted. Hindware product Warranty clearly states that the Chrome / Nickel plating are warranted for 1 year. On my complaint Hindware representative visited my home and inspected 2-3 times. Seeing the condition each time they assured that most likely these will not be repaired but replaced. While I have never demanded a replacement but wanted Hindware to respect the warranty condition that they are publishing, ie, to repair the Chrome plating as the case be.

                  Months passed by without any action. When I reached out with mails, started getting a standard response that replacement cannot be done as its not manufacturing defect while the fact is I never have demanded any replacement at first place. The customer care team don’t even bother to see the mail content, just copy and paste earlier same msg. This is disgusting. A very poor Customer care team to say a least.

                  Having said so, I am struggling with my complaint for last 6 months+ but no respite or a positive response from Hindware. I demand a clear justification why Hindware is not responding to my query of Chrome rusting within 3 months? Is the warranty commitments are all Fake?

                        Actually I faced many problems with your product (tap) every time your service man arrived and he didn't solve the problem .. the dripping on the kitchen tap is stop within few seconds and leaking after again while using ... I want the replacment of the product or you can send another service man at my house I don't want that man (Kuldeep Raj). Please consider my compliant as soon as possible

                            That I have booked a complaint regarding malfunction of concealed cistern vide complaint number WHR1369291 dated 11/02/2021 but still service engineer never attended instead I have contacted him many times but he pretended to attend it tomorrow and so on. Kindly let me know the escalation matrix for attending the complaints.

                              We have installed Hindware's Concealed Cistern for our Home (2 Units). Out of them 1 unit is working fine and other was causing continuous issues of water leakage despite having your executives come over a number of times and they doing some repair and mentioning that it is resolved. But the issue is not getting resolved and the executives are coming and replacing one or the other parts and taking some money for the repair.

                              Its now getting to a level of just removing the product and replacing with some other one and just wanted to try one last time because it involves breaking the wall and replacing everything totally.

                              My previous complaint tracking ID's are as follows and I am having the same issue again now -
                              CB022366 - February 2020 - Syamala Venkatesh - Amount taken is INR 1850 (19/2/2020). Issue came back in 2 months and we had to wait because of COVID.
                              DA000692 - January 2021 - Gummalapati Brahmam (This guy came twice for the same repair) - Amount taken INR 950 (5/1/2021) + INR 1600 (18/1/2021)

                              Is this something that you can help us resolve not to have future issues (maintenance is fine) or you suggest us to move to other brands?.

                                Geyser purchased on 16.08.2020 from Flipkart
                                1st incident of short-circuit on 08.11.2020
                                (Reported to Flipkart and Hindware) Solution: Coil replaced by Hindware after numerous follow-ups by phone and emails. Flipkart did not helped for escalating the issue. They only say its a "brand problem" only they will give solution.

                                2nd incident of short-circuit on 22.03.2021 again Flipkart did not helped for escalating the issue. They only say its a "brand problem" only they will give solution. Hindware did not even called up because i seeked replacement and refund of this faulty/ unsafe/ dangerous/ defective manufacturing done by them. Till date i am waiting for call from Hindware.

                                Atleast, Flipkart can take stand of delisting such brands from their website and applications.

                                Both flipkart and hindware are least bothered for this. I think they would have been happy only if some accident would have taken place due to this faulty and dangerous piece of geyser of made by Hindware and sold by Flipkart.

                                  I bought a Hindware kitchen pullout faucet from Delhi Paint and Sanitary store, Jagatpuri and installed it to my kitchen after 10-15 days.

                                  After installation, not even a single day it worked properly, there is no pressure in the water coming out from faucet and after a few days, it stopped working. When I complaint for it, enginner visited my place and told me that he has no idea how to fix this kind of the faucet as he has not taken a training on this.

                                  He then tried several things and could not fix that. After a few days another person came and told me that the faucet is defective and he has raised the issue to their quality team.

                                  When i followed up with the quality team then i got a response that there is no defect in the faucet and they cannot do anything about it.

                                  Even after several follow-up, neither my problem is resolved not i am getting any response from quality team for it's replacement.

                                  All other faucets are working properly at the same pipeline.

                                  I bought this faucet for Rs 6000/- and neither I can use it because it is not working and nor i am getting any resolution/replacement from Hindware.

                                  I am not sure what do they mean by warranty when they are not resolving problem.

                                  I am very much disappointed after buying a faucet from this reputed brand. :-(

                                    Purchased Calisto water purifier 5 months back.
                                    I raised issue On 3rd Feb 2021 with service number: WPR1356527
                                    And they are saying some part has to deliver to them from 20 DAYS.

                                    What a pathetic service.
                                    I feel like It is Very easy to cheat a customer and nobody cares.

                                      Extremely poor technical service. Chimney was purchased in october 2020 and it spoilt in Jan 2021, hardly 3 months o[censored]sage. Complaint was raised on 23rd of jan and still no response from this horrible company. Sick and tired of calling them everyday, same excuses everyday. If a repair doesnt happen anytime soon, I hope i can return it and get a refund.

                                        I'm Apurv S. Dey from sawmill area, lashkaribagh, Nagpur 440017.
                                        As your garbage collection group demands money form us just to collect garbage from us and even at that is refuses to collect our garbage as its normal household waste. Please have a look sir now its really irritating and irresponsible behaviour from your department.
                                        The problem is not yet solved. The garbage collection team is really bad in behaviour and very irresponsible for us. Rather solving our issues they are challenging us to file a complaint against them and do what ever we want but they will continue there this behavior. So annoying.
