I had raised a complaint of faulty wc cover in june 2020 and till date the issue is not resolved.. The complaint number is cf0355

The company is not sending technicians to resolve the issue.. Only one visit made by technician promising to return with spares. But no follow up after that

      I replaced all my requirements of bath fittings like taps, washbasins, commode etc with hindware i. E. 4.5 years back but i never satisfied with products quality due to various complaints and get it repaired on paid basis although they were in warrenty.
      Now i am facing problem with wall fitted concello taank for which company claims 10 years warranty but today they refused to do anything... They asked me to buy some part / pipe from them and get it repaire yourself. They will neither repair it nor concerned about the same.
      This is very shameful.

          Hi, This is regarding the new EWC wall mounted elegance which was defective, I purchased it on 25th July 2020 from New Sanitary House for Rs 6860 but it was a defective piece, after mounting on the wall it just broke when we tried sitting for the first time, luckily no one was injured seriously. We purchased for the second time again but it was the same. I request you to Kindly refund the money.
          I am also enclosing a copy of the purchase bill for your perusal and record.

            Disappointment with your after sale service, after so many follow-ups, your technician visited us today, and refused to resolve the issue, as per him its a model 83 concealed tank and company have obsoleted this product. Then he called mr. Sahil in chandigarh, as per him no spare available for the product and they have no solution to it.
            My concern is very serious!
            Why hindware is selling the product which have complaints, why they have stopped making spares and refused to make it.
            Customers are not fool, who buy and after few years you stop making that product and even stop after sale service of it. I am even ready to buy and spend money, but breaking my bathroom wall to change concealed tank as a complete is bit to high for me. And i am in this situation only due to you people. Once sold product should at least be serviced till 10 years, and i am getting this issue in 6 years.
            In last what i have to do that, i spend lot, broke all my bathroom seats, becasuse bathroom was not in use from last 3 weeks so in feeling helpless and then fitted with new one from jaquar.
            What i got in last is nothing and these companies are enjoying our money...

              Dear sir,
              I have a 5-floor building. I am using hindware parts in all kitchen (6nos)& bathrooms (6nos). I called technician for the repairing of hindware flush which i bought approx 8-9 months before. That flush was leaking when pressed i. E, push button was not coming to it's orignal position after flushing. This technician told us that this can't be repaired as the spare parts is not manufacted by hindware. He changed the whole flush part a minute defect. I can't believe that company like hindware is not maufacturing spare parts or how it is unavailable. What is benefit of calling a hindware technician. I called technician 4-5 times for various defects. They all don't know their work properly. This is the very serious issue for the hindware as these technician are only representing hindware after purchasing any products. I am fed up seeing all this. From now onwards i will neither buy any hindware products nor suggest anybody for the same. I am attaching the image of complete parts which technician has changed for the flush leakage issue.

                  I am from jaipur, rajasthan who purchased ewc cube from hindware listed dealer ms. Bansal pipe & electricals (New aatish market) on 21th january 2020. I recived cracked toilet wc & there was a crack in front of wc which i noticed but the dealer blamed to me for not checking upon receiving. I have no fault as i trusted the dealer since he was listed by the company. But today the company and the dealer have neglected the issue and asked me to buy a new toilet since they cannot replace it now. Complaint sr #ca027528. I suggest you all to buy the sanitaryware and check it atleast 3 times from the shops. Now i am bearing a loss of rs. 5100.

                    I register complaint kar0896849 of my chimney motor which is replaced 6 day ago was not working properly and speed is very slow. Almost 4 days completed today. None of your engineer come to my house. Worst service. Please take action proper action.

                    Previously my complaint resolve in 2 weeks and engineer come to my home to replace chimney motor. Company takes 2 weeks for this which is very unprofessional and worst service i seen.

                    Still motor is not running properly, only run 2-3 minutes or maximum 5 minutes. Engineer show worst behavior and lack of skills. Don't know how to connect wires properly and ride behavior. Zero customer satisfaction.

                    This is because i have 5 year warranty of hindware chimney and company show lack of service and doing worst work.

                    None of company employee call me for this issue. My complaint is still not resolved.

                      I bought a hindware geyser, from amazon which comes with 2 years warranty
                      After 6 months the geyser tank started leaking making the geyser unusable. I complained on the hindware customer support, an engineer visited our premise and confirmed that the tank is malfunctioning, as the geyser is in warranty this will be a case of full product replacement. This happened on 2nd week of november, 2019. The visiting engineer confirmed that the replacement will take 3 weeks. After this i have been following up with the regional sales managed of hindware hyderabad mr srinivas, customer support, visiting engineer but till date i have not received a response nor the replaced part.

                      I am not only facing inconvenience as geyser will only be useful in winters but i am loosing on my warranty period of 2 years.

                        My hindware chimney is about 10 months old and the suction just stopped working. Upon raising complaint and multiple followups, the guy comes to check finally and says the motor needs to be replaced. As it was under warranty, they said they need to place order for a new motor.

                        After regular followups and calls which they don't pick or care to answer, its been 3 months and the chimney is still sitting there in my kitchen all wasted.

                        This is very poor service from hindware and i hope the company goes down the drain! Never buy any of their products

                        Also the customer care is clueless and keeps closing our ticket every 2 days from their side without any intimation or even caring to ask if the service has been done

                        I purchased two hindware basin before 5 years. before 1 year a suddenly a crackline observed by me on both basin day by day the crack line getting deep and now its condition is very pathetic. when I bought those item thought I bought a superbrand item but that time I really dont know that it was a very poor and cheap brand.

                          This is to inform you that i have purchased the items from hindware on 1 oct 2019. Please find the below attachment for your reference.

                          On 31 oct 2019, i have raised a complaint against the products where i am facing an issue of getting products in dull color, i have tried to clean the product many times but still, they are getting dull within 1 month period of time.

                          My first complaint number:- bibep000919, within 2-3 days your expert visited at my place where hi promised he will get it changed within 3-4 days, i have waited for 15 days but no response.

                          After that i have contacted the cs team again, executives give me a false statement like your address is untraceable, how it can be one expert visited at my place but the executive told false statements, then your escalation dest confirmed me that you will get assistance within 1-2 days.

                          After a month 1 more expert that was outsourced from your company visited my place and confirmed that within 2-3 days he will get back to me with all the products and get it replaced but no response from his side till yet.

                          I have contacted many times customer service, they have created a new complaint without my knowledge just saying your last complaint has been closed. They always give me false comments that your contact number was not reachable your house was not traceable.

                          I live in the middle of the main market and also it is a well-known area in delhi (Adarsh nagar-110033)

                          I have to contact your employee mr. Sanjay - [protected] who takes care of north delhi area to arrange a visit and get it done but no positive response from his side,

                          I would request you to get it done on priority else i have to raise the same in consumer court.

                            I had purchased a geyser in oct 17 and on 30.10.18 i made 1st complaint for water leakage problem followed by 4 times more and each time complaint was closed without proper solution.
                            Lastly on 04.10.19 representative has taken delivery for replacement of geyser but regret to say that approx after two months no progress in the matter and nobody is replying properly in the matter and geyser is with co for 2 months.
                            This is the post sale service of the co. Can anyone advise the solution of that problem.?

                            I purchased hindware RO from flipkart on 5 nov 2018 and product delivered in 14 november and installation date is 25 nov 2018. I complaint against RO 12 nov 2019 but that problem not solve and when i call to costumer care then they told me your complaint cancelled.and engineer also not ataind call.then i feel helpless against that type of fraud.

                              I had brought hindware bathroomfittings from garg and sons siliguri, w. B. Vide vat no [protected] and cst no [protected] on dated 14/12/2015 tax invoice no 424 dt 14/12/2015. But this stuff is not working properly. There is water leakaged and very noisey while using it. I had complain to customercare on 16/10/2015 given me a complain no bjo21406. Till now there is no response making an excuse of no phone network and he given number is wrong number but that is not true. Though they have given us warranty of seven years. Its been just four years and finally i went to shop where i brought it. The shop didnot repair my said stuff on same day. I had to stay there for one night at siliguri because they repaired it by next day for that i had to stay one night there at siliguri accomodation, food, and transportation cost me rs 2000. Oo (Ruppes two thousand only). So please refund it through consumer court and please take strong action against it.

                                I made 1st complaint to co on 30.10.2018 for solution of water leakage problem in geyser followed by 3 times more but due to no solution, they takeover the geyser on 04.10.19 with intention to solve or replace the geyser but after 49 days no progress and not replied properly, only said we are trying for replacement.

After some time its seat cower breaked on two places infront of each other at weight lifting area, mean it was fails to lift the weight of a user company is refusing to cower this in warranty with statement of 01 year of period only

                                    Myself have purchased a wc for sel[censored]se which started to give flushing troubles within 3-4 month of its installation. Since then i have launched numerous complaints as listed below and various visits have been made by the service engineers. Twice they have established that the piece is defective, taken snaps and assured that it will be replaced, but there is no solution.
                                    The dealer too has followed up, but now is asking me to write a mail in this case to yourself as escalation.
                                    We recommend your products to our clients but facing such problems in own premise naked us loose confidence in the brand.

                                    Complaint nos. At various times are as follows:
                                    1. Complained on - april 09 2019: bd013185 - assigned to subham
                                    Follow up message received on - april 18 2019 - stating some more time is needed
                                    April 20 2019, it was reassigned to subham, then reassigned to yogesh saini on same day
                                    No resolution since then
                                    2. Complaint on july 18 2019: bg027543 - no resolution
                                    3. Complaint on october 01 2019: bi040749 - assigend to anil kumar - no resolution
                                    4. Complaint on october 18 2019: bj025212 - assigned to subham
                                    Follow up message received on - october 21 2019 - stating some more time is needed
                                    Follow up message received on - october 29 2019 - assigned to mohammed
                                    Follow up message received on - october 30 2019 - assigned to anil kumar
                                    No resolution since then
                                    Is this the kind of plight hindware gives to its customers in after sales services.
                                    I request you to kindly replace the defective piece and do contact me for any further information.

                                      Would be really thankful if you could resolve asap...

                                      I have been facing issue for my chimney for which i had lodged a complaint almost 5 months ago and have been calling frequently to toll free numbers and local service providers, no steps has been taken to resolve yet, the only thing i get is date and time i have all the local service providers number and when i try to call them they give me fake assurance to make my chimney okay and never pick the call again or disconnect the call.

                                      When ever i call to care they assure me i will get a call back, which i have never got till date, i even have mailed in [protected]@hindware.co.in, i got the same response as your care executive gives..

                                      When i call my regional service providers they keep on ignoring my calls and disconnecting my calls (Specially mr. Sashikant).

                                      I had never expected this kind of service from hsil.

                                      Really annoying to see this kind of irresponsible and unprofessional service from hindware, who doesn't care about consumers

                                        I have purchased 5 bottle trap ast year with two year on site warranty. But the service and maintenance team didn't supportive. I have complained many time from 17 oct 19 to till date regarding service and maintenance but what to say i just received a happy code/bj number each time. I don't know why they send these happy code instead of the service???
