    Bought the product last year. Having problems from day one with burners. Flame is either too low or too high completely unregulated. This can lead to accidents and fire which is a major hazard. Techincian visits offer no solution. Infact problem gets further aggravated post technician visit. Request for replacement of the 'defective'product has remained unanswered. Complaint no KAR2086917

      I have purchased a geezer while ago .and geezer is not working..i have escalated the issue on Nov 2021, with out solving the issue they closed the ticket, and i have escalated the issue again on Jan 2022..today is April 27th and still the problem is not yet solved... Very poor service.. i have spoke to Indian customer support head also..but still it's not solved .. it's been 6 months that I'm not using the geezer... I don't know what's wrong with this customer support team.. please help me.

        Beware of Hindware appliances. I stay in bangalore and calling for installation for last 2 weeks for two products i bought. The customer service everyday says you'll get the installation in 24 hours but it's still not done even after 15 days.

          I have purchased a siphonic toilet seat on 31.03.2022 from local seller. I registered a complaint about water level after flushing on 02.04.2022 and same was attended by technician on 10.04.2022 still problem not resolve and i have registered again complain on 12.04.2022 (Complain No.ED018094 ) but nobody attended. i have called several times to their staff but they did not provide any satisfactory reply. Kindly look in to the matter and provide solution or 100% refund.

            We are totally harassed now. No one bothering. It can shot circuit in house if tank not repaired immediately.
            Why area head not listening and bothering?

              We purchased hindware gyser in July month. It is in warranty period. We complaint 1 month back and no resolution. Technician came and made videos and said it is risk if we use it.
              We have 1 year old kid and no one is bother to repair it . Calling area head since long but he is not picking any calls nor messaging back very irresponsible.
              If any accident occurs to us n kid who will be responsible?

                I bought a geyser from hindware and now it's tank is leaking and I logged a complaint on 26th Feb 2022 but now it's over a month till now no response from there side, already 3 times technicians came to our house for making the leakage videos and I don't know why they are not processing it further. Even the area incharge and other managers are not picking up my phone now. Please take some actions immediately!

                    Dear sir/madam
                    this is to bring in your notice that on 4th march morning, the chimney i have purchased from hindware company got blast and whole tafan got broke and spilled in whole house, fortunately didn't happened any casualty in our house. i have registered complaint in company but no body giving me a single response. i have talked with Gujarat service authorities but no any single person giving me a justification related to hazardous event.

                      I purchased a geyser(3l)
                      Model fraiso
                      From my local dealer.
                      After using the product for sometime the product got some mechanical defects and the company was unable to repair it.
                      When i asked them to replace they agreed and still the product is not replaced and the company is just saying different things everyday.
                      The service head(Varun Gupta) is unable to do anything and the product is not being replaced

                        One month ago I bought this purifier and they didn't check TDS after installing it, I was not aware of the TDS meter. So I didn't ask them later one of my neighbors wanted to buy this purifier, so he tested my purified water and normal usage water with his TDS meter. We all have been shocked because there is very little difference. Then I requested a technician visit on 27th of Feb till now nobody came to my house and I also called reached customer team 10 times. They are also useless and they have given some dealer numbers, these dealers([protected], [protected], [protected]) don't receive my calls if received also they talk very rudely. Till now I spent 600/- on water cans because of no service. WPR1971729 is a reference number

                          I bought a hindware chimney model Nevio Plus 90, (Serial No.: CHYFPBGEVGGV7XHJ) around 4-5 months back. Within three month after purchase I faced an oil leakage issue in my chimney. I reported this issue but no one came and to resolve the issue. Even no one called or message me for delay in service.

                              I bought a hindware chimney model Revio MAC 90, Serial No,[protected] around 12-13 months back.

                              Within a month after purchase I faced an oil leakage issue in my chimney, I reported this issue multiple times, every time technician comes and clean it and adjust the alignment of the chimney but it did not resolve the issue,

                              I raised multiple complaints within the years, each time it will take almost 2 weeks for hindware service guy to visit the home and by doing it almost complete more than a year but the problem is not fixed.

                              I talked to hindware customer care multiple times but they did not provide any solution and asked me to talk area manager.

                              I followed the area manager multiple times and he assures me that if the issue is not resolved then they will replace it but nothing happen and I'm still following up on this.

                                Purchased a Hindware Oasis chimney from BHUBANESWAR Aquaflame Ro dealer, Rangabazar.The service person's behaviour is very rude .Neither he show any DEMO nor he installed the chimney properly. Apart from this till now I am not getting the chimney pipe cover and the dealer also not explained me the operation of the chimney where as I paid full amount.pls help in this case
