    Hi,
    This is regarding the Hindware EWC Quality issue, We have purchase the brand new Hindware hindware Aspiro EWC and due to manufacture defect we are facing water leaskage problem.Hindware techician visit and check the problem but problem not resolved.we are never expected this type of Quality issue on hindware brand.

    Kindly help to resolve our problem and change the WC ASAP.

            Hi,
            The attached items were purchased as per the invoice with a 10 years warranty from a concerned Hindware dealer.
            Today when the hindware plumber was called for a service request No. EF027460 for a leakage in the concealed cistern, the plumber charged INR 1150 stating that the parts are not covered under warranty.
            Kindly get this checked urgently before i am forced to take legal action against Hindware for unfair trade practices and making a fool of the customers.

            The attached invoice has been paid for today for today's service.

            Kindly get this urgently addressed.

                            From last one month i have called many times to customer care complained before one month but engineer not responding properly and closed my complaint even now not picking my call and he closed the complaint by putting comments like customer is unreachable after calling 3 times.Once again i logged the complaint of geyser shorcircuit still no one visited.It was already 3 days. I have never seen this type of worst service even from any local brand.Now i will post to social media all this matter.I have purchased geyser from Flipkart and it is in warranty.

                                Sir,

                                I purchased 2 WC products - HINDWARE EVITA and HINDWARE FABIO S220 on 20th May'2022 and 22nd May'2022 and both products have problems so, I had registered the complaint for both the products on 23rd May'2022.

                                Further, the complaint numbers are EE038202 and EE038798. Both the complaints are assigned to Mr. Santosh Kumar Srivastava (Mobile: [protected]) and he is not visiting my home. Instead he is not picking my phone calls also.

                                The problems which I am facing with both the products are: in one product hydraulic of the seat cover is not working and water is getting leaked from both flush and it's not working also.
                                Therefore, I am unable to use it also.

                                So, please understand my problem and resolve it at the earliest.
