I am a customer who feels looted by your service staff as i have not got remedy after many visits . . but still the problem precedes . then another visit is scheduled that only gas is empty then another worker comes, itis a routine exercise by your staff . i have launched a complaint on 8 -4-2021 . my b breakdown request no [protected]. i recieved a message that on[protected] mr Saad ( [protected]) will attend my complaint and recieved that my call number is -[protected]. on[protected] i again recieved a message spares are not available. on[protected] i recieved a message that mr zafar([protected]) will be attending shortly . again i recieved a message that mr nitin yadav([protected]) will be attending shortly. and it is a continue a process.b on[protected] mr nitin yadav sent me a number of another guy [protected]but my ac is not working till date. however i have paid rs3500 to the concerned person. But the staff is delegating its duties and eerytime they are giving new reasons which is causing my ac from working smoothly and this feels like being looted and delegated from one persson to another. kindly look in the matter and send a well trained staff at the given address and resolve this issue at the earliest

    Hitachi is the worst AC that anyone can buy coupled with an extremely pathetic service support. I bought a new AC in the month of January 2021 and ever since I actually started using this awful piece of ###, problems started creeping in (from the month of March since Jan-Feb was winter).

    Water started dripping from my AC and after giving a complaint call, a technician came and inspected and said the WATER DRAINAGE TRAY IS BROKEN AND NEEDS TO BE REPLACED. Yes, in a brand new AC. After that, it took the company about 1.5 months to procure the spare parts and do the installation.

    But my plight didnt end here, since last 2 weeks am again facing water dripping issue and today another technician came and said WATER DRAINAGE TRAY IS BROKEN AND NEEDS TO BE REPLACED and am sure this is again going to take another month or two to get the spare part.

    They are selling faulty ACs in the market at inflated rate and cheating the CUSTOMERs and doing FRAUD. Am left with no other option but to lodge a complaint in consumer FORUM to seek refund of my money.

I was not expected from Hitachi company...

        I bought 1.5 5 star split AC from amazon and i got delivered in 4 days. i was assigned with installation guy and he came to my house 6 days after and he installed it all wrong. He attached the wrong wires and there was communication error in input and output machines. He kept on lying to me that there is some motor error and this and that. After 25 days i had to arrange another guy and he did it all.

        These guys are fraud and they lie.

        I have purchased spilt ac last year, this year in the month of May 2021 warrenty expired, but the problem is with in the period of 1 year, gas leaked 3 times in 12 months and the so called service engineers are not able able to identify it, also for checking purpose in the line everytime they are breaking my fall ceiling to get access to the pipe which cost me around 1000 rs extra cost. Last time on 06/04/2021 they've charged gas which again leaked. This time they are charging service charge. The question is "why I'll pay, it's not my fault. Its urs engineering team fault. Three times in a row they are not able to locate the leak. Iv already paid unnecessary 3000rs for my fall ceiling because of there incompetency". This is purely cheating. Hitachi guys please have a look into this matter asap I'm here by attaching photo for urs ready reference location is same place three times

          As per hitachi service centre, my ac cooling coil is punctured and it is not repairable . it need to be replace. i am a office going person i use ac very less and in night only . Then how hitachi a reputed brand ac cooling coil damage within 2.5 year. after one year use gas leakage problem also happened which i refill from hitachi service centre cost 2750. i always service my ac with hitachi ac service centre .now service centre. now service centre give me 2 choice first is to change of cooling coil or change indoor unit. cooling coil change cost around 6500 + 2500 gas refilling. but no warranty of cooling coil. second is change indoor unit which cost around 17000 + 2500 gas refilling.i spend 45000 to buy this ac.

          very disappointed total waste of money . i was planning to buy daikin but i change i buy hitachi but worst experience, total loss

          after 2 month fully mentally harrassment. hitachi told me that you have to pay for defective part and only one month gurantee of repalce product. if it will not working after one month then you have to pay again .

          i highly request to hitachi people stop hitachi products and suggest hitachi company to change their staff who taking free salary .

          whose dont have time for customer . even reply of mail.

          now waste my 2 months and 8500 rupees for this hitachi ac.

            I purchased Hitachi 1.5 Ton Air Conditioner on 5th April 2021, the Croma Representative told me that the Hitachi Air Conditioner is available in stock and it will be delivered at our Home on 6th April 2021, till now (8th April 2021) it is not delivered. After calling the Kukatpally Croma Stores they are saying it is not available and and will be deliver shortly, i called to Customer Care yesterday and today also, according to them it not yet despatched from Banagole Hub, may be despatch tonight.
            IS THIS CHEATING AND NOT ACCEPTABLE "SAYING AVILABLE IN STOCK AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE ACTUALLY IT WAS NOT AVAILABLE"
            Kindly look into the matter and do the needful immediately.

              Dear madam/sir

              Myself manan kanti biswas, resided at rajpur, sonarpur Kolkata 700151. I have bought a Hitachi AC on 25/03/2021 from Great eastern Dhakuria. But after consecutive phone calls and follow ups, my AC is still not delivered yet which is a serious misconduct of Fair Customer Policy. This is so unbearable as the temperature of the weather is increasing day by day and it is so uncomfortable for us to deal with this.
              As I am one of a regular customer of Great eastern, it is also hard for me to choose great eastern in near future for further purchase. Please help me on this issue.
              i have registered the complaint with consumer forum with docket id 2663288. And my previous complaint is closed without my proper consent. This is quite unbearable for me

                  I bought hitachi 1.5ton Inverter ac RSOG518HCEA in May 2020 after using it for a month and 2 month of no use as I was out of the city, outdoor unit PCB failed and it took hitachi even after making 100s of calls and request my dealer to escalate this matter it took more than 15-20 days to arrange pcb for me in the month of August. It was peak Delhi summer now imagine the condition and even after paying 43000 I was sleeping without ac. NOW again its April 2021 just started My ac as summer just started and in the very next day both indoor and outdoor PCB failed and now they are again sending Sms that there is no availability of spare parts and again have to live without Ac.I dont understand whats the problem and why it keeps failing and I am sure they will take around 15 days to resolve this. I f someone from hitachi is actually reading this, this is not they way your product and you should work.

                    Dear Hitachi,

                    This is in reference to my earlier complaint no: [protected] Dt.17.2 21.

                    My refrigerator needed a compressor replacement under warranty and your local service center sent the same along with their engineer in march. This is the chronological order of my issue

                    1. Fridge stops working in early February and a complaint is lodged with your service center in Kolkata.

                    2. Engineer visits and says cooling pipe has leakage and we pay the price for a new pipe and gas charges .

                    3. The pipe is delivered in end Feb and after fixing the same and gas, they say that compressor is damaged.

                    4. They ask us to furnish all documents and invoice to order a new compressor which we do

                    5. The new compressor arrives in early march and after fixing it they say that the cooling pipe is damaged.

                    They keep saying that Hitachi is refusing to send another pipe because of elections, unavailability, etc.

                    As a consumer I am being harassed as it's been more than 2 months with no resolution and your service center goes on saying once it's the pipe and next moment they say it's the compressor. Can you please update what's going on? I have a senior citizen mother living there and in this summer she is managing without a refrigerator.

                    Can you please escalate this urgently and get my refrigerator fixed once and for all instead of passing the buck.

                    All I have received is a standard template response from you with no resolution date or solution.

                          Since last year's lockdown, I have started facing issues in Hitachi split AC for which I have registered a complaint on 26 May 2020 & the first visit from the technician was around 30 May. Initially, he shared that issue was with the outer unit - exhaust PCB which took more than a month to get delivered from the Hitachi side & after installing they realized that it was a faulty compressor, not the PCB. So requested for a compressor change which took another 15 days & after the first week of Aug, they were able to repair it, I was a little concerned with their services so I requested not to close the service ticket. & my nightmare became reality just after a week. Another complaint & it is 29 March 2021 today, that AC is still out of service and values nothing to me even after 4 times outer units PCB change, 3 times inner units PCB change, 2 times compressor change, 1-time motor change, and many more parts replaced which I am not aware of neither I can recall the part's name and also visits from different city's technicians.
                          Meanwhile, AC is out of warranty so I bought the extended warranty and a cooler because it more than 40 C out there.
                          Please replace the product, I just don't want to have this faulty AC anymore neither I believe you guys have enough resources to make it work & even if it will work who will take the responsibility in case of another failure.
                          One more important thing, I have called service manager, part manager, manager of the service manager... no one seems to take the responsibility anymore, technicians were very humble but the one who manages all these things are just not interested in resolving the issue.
                          He told me to text the details of AC, registered person name, and contact which I have done more than 5-6 times but I guess he just not care about resolving the issue.

                              I have purchased the Hitachi AC in March 2019, the service center people are not ready to work at all. THE WORST EVER SERVICE that i have observed till date.

                              They are telling all useless terms which is not allowing the faulty PCB to be replaced. They are only keen towards visiting charges but to listen to customers. There is even no option that we can purchase the spare parts and this is causing lot of issues.

                              I want to write it here and get attention to worst service provider hitachi to take a look into this complaint and provide necessary actions against it

                                Respected Sir/ Madam,

                                This is with reference to a fridge bought by us around 6 years back from Vijay Sales - Opera House, Mumbai branch.

                                Attached along with this email is a copy of the credit card receipt and the fridge photo for the model no.

                                We have been facing recurring problems with the said fridge.

                                The fridge was giving the following issues: -

                                Cooling was not proper and
                                Water was leaking.

                                We had googled Hitachi Service Centre and we were directed to M/s S. S. Services.

                                When we spoke with them, they assured us that they are the Authorized Service Centre for Hitachi products.

                                He sent somebody across to check.

                                The technician diagnosed that the PCV (Motherboard) was damaged and that is what needs to be repaired/replaced.

                                We were charged Rs. 21, 004/-

                                The bill copy is attached as well.

                                We would like to know if this is an Authorized Hitachi Service Centre; furthermore: the next day after the fridge repair the vegetable tray started icing and we contacted the company M/S S. S. Services again.

                                We were told to shut the fridge down for 4-5 hours.

                                The problem still persisted.

                                We had called Vijay Saled earlier and they told us that Hitachi only has third party to do their repairs.

                                We were still not convinced that even after paying so much the fridge was not working properly, so we decided to call the Customer Care, where we got to know that Hitachi has their own Service Department.

                                We requested them to send somebody from their team to check the fridge out.

                                Today the technician came and he said the PCV is not working and that M/s S. S. Services repaired our damaged PCV when the company never repairs the PCV, they provide a new one.

                                Please guide us as to what steps we should take henceforth as well as, what steps will Hitachi take to ensure that no other customer is duped like how we were and safeguard the goodwill and brand image/ reputation of an esteemed organization like Hitachi.

                                  I have raised the complaint on 29Jan2021 Level 1 (Mr. Vishal Marar-Manager, National service center)
                                  Haven't heard /receive any communication in this regard. Hence escalating further.

                                  Bought the Hitachi Fridge Model RVG660PND7. Invoice No KTPLCIN[protected].InvDate 03Nov2019
                                  Since Oct2020 refrigerator is not cooling correctly. The fridge section gives a temperature of around 8 degree - 12degree, resulting in food getting spoiled.
                                  At that time, the unit was well within One year warranty.
                                  There was no way I could register complaints in Oct2020 due to Covid Pandemic,
                                  strict lockdown rules would have prevented Hitachi to cater to the case. As per the government mandate, access to society for outsider visitors was restricted.
                                  Both my parent are senior citizens (aged 81, 69 ) and the doctor has strictly advised that they should not be exposed to outsiders.
                                  Moreover, we had a positive case in our society and as per government guidelines I have to defer any such visit.

                                  1) Complaint No [protected], visit date 15Jan2021, Technician Sanjay Poddar
                                  He advises doing manual defrost and keep the fridge under observation. So, we switched off the fridge for 12 hours. This did not help

                                  2) Complaint No [protected], visit date 21Jan2021, Technician Sandeep Varekar
                                  As per his diagnosis/understanding of the issue, he proposes to replace the 3 sensors.

                                  I have been following up with Smitesh Kulkarni from Pune, Baner office. He has supported me very well.
                                  I have been told that a 1-year warranty has ended on 03Nov2020, I will have to bear the cost of sensor 2740 rps.
                                  The problem arose in Oct2020 and it was well within the warranty period, as sighted above, unexceptional circumstances prevented me from raising the complaint.

                                  Hitachi stands for quality and it's been rather disappointing that within a year, the fridge is running into such issues.

                                  The company must honor the commitment, of one year warranty.
                                  Since 15 January I have been continuously following up with Hitachi, sent emails on jch-india-customercare, but no resolution.
                                  Nobody responds to email. I have called dozens of time to customer care .
                                  The website -https://www.hitachiaircon.in/ Connect to management - Level 1 National service center
                                  No response. Level 2 - form ask unique Ref number - I have no clue what is this number (not received any such no)
                                  and none of the chat and support guys have any clue either.Without this i cant register the complaint.

                                  I request MR. VISHAL MARAR (MANAGER). MR.SATISH NAIR (GM - SERVICE)& MR. RAJESH NAGARI (NATIONAL HEAD- SERVICE)
                                  to take a holistic view of this and cover this under warranty.
                                  My trust in hitachi has taken a severe beating, and the recent experience hasn't helped either.

                                  This is not the resolution I was fighting for. Why should I pay when the problem occurred within warranty.
                                  I challenge this and as per covid guideline laid down by the government, there was no possibility to entertain technician visits.
                                  Please escalate this further.

                                  It's been more than 1.5 months since I have been following on email, dozens of escalation by calling customer care,
                                  speaking to Online Reputation Management couple of times, nothing have moved forward.

                                  Clearly, Hitachi cares a damn about his brand image.
                                  How much time Hitachi need to share the contact no/email of esacaltion matrix,

                                    We have purchased Hitachi AC almost 2 years now and facing a tripping problem since last one year. Hitachi service provider do not provide a correct solution due to which the problem remains same even after paying for the service charges. Request Hitachi team to please keep a hold on your service providers as they are hampering your good will in the market. Still we are facing the problem and as understood now that it's a pcb problem so request to provide service support for the same.

                                      We have bought Hitachi 565 L 3 Star Frost Free Double Door
                                      Refrigerator(RVG 610 PND3 GGR, Grey, Inverter
                                      Compressor) | B00NLBR20Q ( B00NLBR20Q )
                                      HSN:8418 on 29/10/2019 .

                                      On 8th Jan 2020, there was some power problem in our street and voltage fluctuation happened . Due to this, complete power supply system has gone bad . The feature of this FRidge is supposed to have in built stabilizer and they have clearly given instructions not to use additional stabilizer.

                                      Now, when the Fridge power got disconnected, when we approached Hitachi service center, they are telling, they cannot repair the board . They will only replace it with a new board which would cost 12000 RS .

                                      This is absolutely not acceptable

                                        I bought a Hitachi Refrigerator on 11/01/2020 the details are as follows:

                                        Refrigerator Model: R-SG38FPND-GBK (3 Door 404L)

                                        In October 2020, I found that the refrigerator had stopped cooling. I had raised a complained and the Technician visited us twice and replaced the fan. But within 1 day it stopped cooling again.

                                        I raised another complaint and the technician came again and fixed the fan and told me that it was not fixed properly the first time.

                                        However, Today (12/12/2020) it stopped working again and it is showing me the same problem that I found in October 2020.

                                        I do not understand how a reputed brand like Hitachi can be so defective that it has not even worked properly even for 10 months. My warranty will get over in 1 month and I am not ready to bear the expenses of repairing a defective refrigerator after the warranty period.

                                        I request you to replace the refrigerator if this problem is not reparable.
