      Company is not responding the repair call.
      Repair technician cancel the call by his own and also not responding to call.

      Pathetic service experience 2 years in a row.

        I bought the 2 door Hitachi Refrigerator and the product is under annual AMC contract post the warranty period.
        Fridge door was replaced and at that time too it was making noise, Service Engineer at that time told door is new and noise will go away in a day or so on its usage, and if the problem still exists company will always address this.

        Eventually after few few days the noise went off, Now after a while when the water start accumulating at back. I reported the complaint again to Hitachi.
        Engineer came and he torn off something from the bottom and took picture, Engineer at that time told me about fridge door side rubber issue and later when that was not resolved, i have been communicated that door is broken.
        I contacted the Hitachi again, and they communicated the same to me.
        When i enquired about the door previous door issue, They said they don't have the service record of the refrigerator, whereas the manufacturing date/month stamp o the door is much later than the date of purchase, Purchase bill and other relevant information was provided to them.

        It is irony to see the responses from the Hitachi support team:-
        1. Hitachi doesn't have the service record for which they have been charging from the customer.
        2. They can't share the service record with the customer for the product owned by him, for which Hitachi is charging annually under AMC.
        3. No answer how does the manufacturing on the door is older than the date of purchase.
        4. Fridge door is of glass, it doesn't have a single scratch/dent sign on it, how does the door can be broken from the bottom where actually no tool/hand can reach out.
        5. Poor workmanship of Hitachi support team, as previously, the door was not installed appropriately, as after few days o[censored]sage, the door settled down and make the space by slightly cracking the door where it was actually placed.

        Ironically, Hitachi Regional service manager attitude was not appropriate and didn't gave any response to that in last 4 months and want customer to get their door replaced every second year.

        My two cents to all will be think twice before buying any Hitachi product, considering their poor workmanship and unprofessional attitude of their service team.

        Proof of Purchase, Door Replacement proof (Date stamp on the door) and Place (Bottom of the door) which Hitachi is saying its damaged (Which actually is due to previous installation was not rightly done).

        Product is under Annual Maintenance till November 2022. Hope that Hitachi will respond by that time.

          Hello Sir,

          I am an ex employee of JCI was working with JCI GBS Pune. I purchased the window ac last year and since then I am facing multiple breakdown issues with the AC. If you can check previously I have raised 5 cases in which the techinician changed compressor once and other times he recharged the gas but again as always the ac is not working. In month of Oct 21 the compressor was changed and after that due to winters I didnt used the AC, Now on 16th March when I turned it on again it was not working. Today technician visited again and charged me 1800 for gas leak rectification and recharging but the issue is same. The gas was filled last time and the leakage was not rectified now the AC is out of warranty and again the same issues.

          Being from Hitachi I always recommended the brand to my family members and friends but seeing the current scenario I am regretting my decision to purchase the ac.

          You are my last hope to resolve the issue once and for all.

            I had purchased Hitachi Window ac 1 ton last year in Feb 2021.I had received 1 yr warranty with free servicing for a year. But I was never visited by any technician when the product was in warranty period. Now as soon as warranty is over I am receiving frequent phone calls for AC servicing from Hitachi. Why is the customer not served in the warranty period?

              Dear Sir,

              We have made a complain on[protected] and have received a Ticket no: HI426935RF for product Refrigerator company HI 600A-3D.

              The complain for the refrigerator is not getting cool. The concern person Mr. Susovan from S.S Enterprise visited and checked the refrigerator is not cooling. He guided us that the PCB board is defective and can be repaired and charges will cost Rs 2650.00 (2300.00 + 350.00).

              He repaired the same and asked us to watch for 6 hrs. Now after 6Hrs there wasn't any cooling and the ice maker has also stop working, were earlier it was working. Now he is stating that the sensors are not working and asking price for 4sensors is Rs 3200.00. and left the place. Whereas the call centre person said the price of the 4 sensors are Rs 1500.00 only.

              Now after giving repeatedly call to him he is not responding nor giving us the return call.. Dialling from other number he picks up the call and make a false commitments.

              Isit a liable service from a renowned Hitachi company which holds a good name and shares in the market. We are generously loosing the faith on this brand and can't recommend any of our friend or relatives to trust on this name.

              Please look into this matter and waiting for your good and positive reply.

                We took a Hitachi Refrigerator for Rs. 75000/- in May 2020. The refrigerator had cooling issue from the day we received it. We made several complaints to the customer service of Hitachi, after every complaint the executive from Hitachi Came, did some checking but the issue was not resolved. In May 2021, just few days before the completion of warranty period, after making complaint again, the Hitachi executive this time replaced the door, saying that there was an issue with the door. The cooling issue has yet not been resolved. We feel, we have been robbed by the company. Request your intervention for resolving this issue or get a replacement.

                I received a call from the service center today, they asked me to pay Rs 500 for visiting charge. I have been paying the charges for the issue but its not yet resolved. Why should i be paying Rs 500 for visits without getting the resolution.

                Request you to please work on this as its the issue which is unresolved since the day we took the Refrigerator. The service person who got the door of the fridge replaced, mentioned to us that there was a manufacturer defect.

                Dear Team,

                The Service person (Mr. Anand) visited us today, he confirmed us that the part on which the door moves is faulty due to which the Cooling is not happening properly. This part needs to be replaced, which will cost approximately 2200. This cost needs to be beared by us.

                This is the new justification we have received by another service executive. Earlier we had the cooling issue for which the door was replaced, but the problem remained the same. Why did the executive not identify this issue earlier. Due to inefficiency of the service executives of Hitachi, we are being charged every time they fool us. Please help us as this is the recurring issue since we brought the refrigerator.

                We bought this refrigerator as recommended by a friend. Kindly as gesture of providing good customer support, please resolve this issue to 100% satisfaction.

                  It is not service that is issue - Hitachi Logistics department does not understand which spare part to send and if you ask for Fridge they send AC control board
                  I decided to pay get the part from Dubai - very helpful unit in Dubai
                  Got the part and called Hitachi service person and fixed it
                  They charged me 650/-

                    This has been going on for last one and a half year now and they have stopped rresponding to our calls for service and local office ppl are not even picking up our calls this firdge has cooling issue a there is no ice in the feezer last year they said that the compressor is faulity and charged us 20000 Rs for that now within six months the problem has come again and they have stopped responding to us we have been calling them but they dont pick up also complained to call center they have been telling us that today someone will call but no one does we are just fedup it the worst service most unproffesional their local person told even that why did u buy this fridge its really pathetic they just dont respond

                            I have bought a fridge (Hitachi 525 L Frost Free Double Door Bottom Mount 2 Star (2020) Refrigerator) in January 2020. When I received the Product there was dents in the body for which I denied to accept the fridge but the engineer and service person insisted to keep the fridge and and offered me a discount of 10% forcefully since this was the last piece available in their godown. From the month of March onwards the fridge was giving trouble and till now I am facing issue with the product. It makes loud noise and several other problems. I have logged around 4-5 complaints till now and I every time there is a new story from the service person. I am very unhappy with the product and my warranty is going to expire in the month of January. I have got in touch with many senior and heads of the company but they are wasting my time. I have suffered a lot with this and have also wasted so much time chasing people. The company is not ready to replace or accept that the fridge is defective. It has been repaired thrice and almost each and every part is serviced after purchasing. After paying Rs.66000/- I cannot expect a garbage which I cannot even use and has to kept off several times as instructed by the company.

                            I need a REPLACEMENT or REFUND for this as I cannot spend my valuable time after it anymore.

                              I brought a Hitachi AC in March, 2019. My AC stopped working in Oct, 2021 and then I got a vendor of Hitachi to inspect the issue. He diagnosed that the mother board was defective and took the mother board along with an advance amount of 3000 INR. After that he kept on evading our calls and now after more than a month, has completely stopped receiving our calls. I have lost the AC mother board as well as my advance money! Customer care numbers pof Hitachi don't work as well, nor are they interested in providing any solution to our problem. The worst customer care experience and executives on the country are filled in your company, please for god sake fire all of them and stop duping people.

                                It is 1 year that various band aid solutions are being dished out (stick tape, silicon sealant etc!) but the unit remains faulty.

                                  We first registered a complaint on the Hitachi customer care service who apparently has contracts with third party dealers. And when the third party dealer came home, a technician called Dheeraj Mishra tells us that he is a fraud. Firstly, why does the company have contracts with third party dealers if their own technicians claim them to be frauds? And secondly, is Dheeraj Mishra the only technician that you have in all of South Mumbai? If yes, let me tell you, he is probably one of the worst technicians I have met. After coming home, he told us that both our motherboard and the compressor were not working, when the motherboard was actually working. He also broke the seal of the compressor so that we don't get to claim warranty on that.

                                  Also, when we called customer care, they told us to call on the number that was given on the warranty card. But turns out, that number on the warranty card is also not from the company. And again, some third party dealers are operating it. Seriously? Why would a company mislead its customers?

                                  And finally, even after contacting Vijay Sales and the company so many times, there has not been any response from them for a technician. We clearly mentioned that we don't want service from Dheeraj Mishra and it turns out that the company has nobody else apart from him. Is this really the kind of service you provide?

                                    My Hitachi refrigerator is not working at all since 1st October in my hometown, Aligarh. We made a complaint on 2nd October and got below message:

                                    Your call number [protected] is pending due to SPARES ARE NOT AVAILABLE. Please call at [protected] in case of any query. Hitachi.

                                    We are continuously trying to call them but most of the time not picking the phone or not available. It's been 10 days now and there is no response at all.

                                    Extremely poor response from your after sales & service organisation. Your website does not carry contact name or address or phone number of people who are accountable towards after sales & service and names of senior management to whom the issue should be escalated in case of no response.

                                        Hi,

                                        We purchased the 2 ton AC 4 months back and the installation team came and told us about how the AC is damaged (outer body) and needs to be replaced. We filed a complaint regarding the same but no action was taken yet.

                                        Last they say approval of replacement has came on 21st august and will take 10 days, but no replacement yet. We talked to the support team they also not co-operating and they keep delaying the replacement. We want to resolve it as soon as possible.

                                        We regret to purchase AC from Hitachi!!
