Please refer to my complaint no. [protected] dated 17.09.2019 was lodged by me and was not attended properly and closed on 25.09.2019 with out asking me and received a message stating that the complaint is closed on 25.09.2019, as the AC was not repaired as I reported to your call center and again they lodged a new complaint vide No. [protected] dated 27.09.2019 which was not properly repaired and closed today without consulting/asking with the customer and received a message stating the complaint is closed. and as I asked the call centre today again they opened a fresh complaint vide No. [protected] dated 02.11.2019. to make the existing complaint dated 27.09.2019 less effective.and not attended for last one and half month. In short you can understand that the AC is out of order from 17.09.2019 to today the 02.11.2019 and finally one mechanic from your complaint attended the machine at around 7.00 PM and submitted a report stating that the machine is out of order and have to take to the service center for the repair.

Sir, I am once again personally request you that please do the needful for repair the AC immediately as the same was out of order for the more than the tolerance period and to avoid legal action for the pain and trouble which I am facing day to day for want of this AC.

I would like to inform you that my AC was out of order and not repaired from 17th September, 2019 against my complaint registered in your office and repaired after almost 2 months, so I request you please extend the AMC period accordingly for the another 2 months to compensate the period o[censored]nrepaired period as requested by period mails.

The above complaint may please be solved. More over I woukd like to i form you that again as your company people approached me, I renewed the AMC and would like to inform you that again the same AC is not working from the lock down period and yesterday a mechanic attend and told me that the PCB is not working and it will take some time, as you know delhi is facing peak summer, I would like to request you please make available the spare parts and repair my AC.

The lock down started on 24th March, 2020 only regarding my complaint dated 2nd November, 2019 which is the relation with the covid-19. After lapse 7 months if you can't take action, you are not feeling shame to tell it is delay due to COVID-19,

Regarding my complaint No. [protected] your mechanic named Mr. Sony Kumar phone No. [protected] attended on 05.05.2020 and told me that the PCB is out of order and have the replacement is required and it will come from head office and required some time, according to me some time means atleast two months or more according to my experience which i faced last time. We are not asking any thing free of cost, why I came to your company for AMC is that the parts are available easily in case of requirement and solved easily. but it is a big headache for the customers,

Sir, I paid Rs. 10, 000 plus for the AMC and facing difficulty and harassment

Please repair the said AC immediately other wise compensation for the same may please fixed for the reimbursement and paid at an early date.

        I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the hitachi split a/c i purchased from kbm store in yusuf sarai in south delhi, address : 20/1-2 yusuf sarai 04 metro station.

        I purchased hitachi dual inverter split in july i got it installed from hitachi on 24th february, the product is of very low plastic quality and when it is on there is rattling noise from it's plastic moreover there is no where on spilt a/c hitachi and dual inverter logo is mentioned which surprised me, i went to kbm store to get it replaced but the store is closed now.. Can you please action on urgent basis as our product is under warranty and guarantee kindly get it replaced asap.

          I have purchased hitachi refrigerator in may, 2016 & within his warranty period it’s electrical kit got damaged. Part replacement has been done in 2017 & again in oct, 2019 same issue has been occurred in electrical kit. I have already purchased stabiliser in 2017 for safety to avoid this kind of issues for future prospect. But same breakdown has occurred. For replacement i have to give 8k for the part.in this case this product is not addding any value.

            I had registered 6 7 complaints about servicing of my window ac but everytime they close the complaint saying "not able to contact customer". At the same if complaint is registered for something else, the customer easily becomes available, the service person comes to the house and then gives you the excuse that he needs 1 more person to get the ac down from window and he shall return back the next day but that next day never comes. If such pathetic after sales service support is being provided by hitachi, then its better to go for a local product instead of brands. My last 2 complaint details have been attached herewith.

              Complaint ref number is [protected]. This is dated 24/9. And today is 17/10. As of now, the complaint remains pending. Product is un-repaired.ac is lying just like. I have not been contacted also since so many days about the product. I wonder, how can hitachi take almost a month to attend to their own product.

              Ridiculous service from your company.

              No one has contacted me yet.

              It was been so many days since hitachi person visited my house to see the ac (Water dripping issue). This guy committed that a part has to replaced, and he will revert in 2 hours. So many days, and there is no update yet. Today when i called on customer care, i am told, they have no update yet, and they'll revert soon. He took rs.500/-. And no result???

              I never expected unprofessional-ism like this. I seem to have committed a blunder by buying a hitachi product. Never thought, in case of an issue, i will have to deal with totally bad system of hitachi, in india.

              I have done the calling already on[protected]. No response is satisfactory.

              Please look for my details, or you can call me back (It’ll cost you only ₹ 1 per minute). I have wasted lot of time already.

              Some Time ????? Already almost a month old story. If you cant repair / replace your own machine, why do you work in India ? And no person calls back to explain. That's the worst part !!!

                Don’t buy #hitachi products
                I had very bad experience of hitachi refrigerator.
                Compressor, colling coil (Made from aluminium and not copper – its hitachi) and capillary tube has malfunctioned within 3 yrs of manufacturing. I have paid good amount to replace the stuff.
                They are giving 10 yrs on warranty on compressor but not a single compressor was in stock in ahmedabad ware house. – they have millions of refrigerators population in a’bad. It took 15 days to replace compressor. On next day the problem has not solved.
                Worst franchisee people: no one lift up calls even after several tries. Forget about call back.
                3 times same technician came for gas recharging. – no one from the management has a courtesy to look into the matter.
                Today 41days has been passed my complaint is the same and no one from the hitachi company is giving answer.
                How can a family live without refrigerator?
                Being an after sales service personnel i request you all that please don’t buy hitachi products, you will be in trouble once it is failed.
                Spend your hard earned money in other trusted brand and set yourself free.

                  I bought hitachi rsb 318 ead - 170b36100 model on[protected]. It is getting problem since it's bought. During the warranty period it's been repaired two times. After completion of warranty also its board got trouble and i have to spend rs 3500 for repair in the month of february, 2019. Now same problem repeated. I almost spent re 6000 till now but it's faulty. The hitachi has cheated me by selling faulty product. It's just 2 years and 7months i am spending lot of money on its repair. Really it cheated me.in my life time i never recommend nor let my friends and relatives buy hitachi products. It's a cheater company.

                    I bought a split AC from Hitachi on 8 June 2019. Within a couple of days water started leaking from the indoor unit. After my first complaint People from Hitachi service contractors came and did some cleaning of the drain tube. The person said that the leakage problem corrected from their part. After few days again the same problem arrived. I am complaining again and again and they repair it. But there is no solution. I requested Customer care after so many repairs and frustration, Please replace my AC unit or process to file my refund. But people of Hitachi didn't want to care for its customers after sale its products. They disappoint there customers even after so many followups. They advertise Good and says inspire you life. But they make their customer' life miserable. Absolutely high-handed and arrogant attitude! They put you in touch with some set of service people and leave you at their mercy. This is unacceptable. Hitachi has to be responsible for the conduct and performance of the persons.

                    I humble request you please Replace my AC with New one or Refund my hard earn money.

                      I bought a hitachi merai ac 3 weeks back. Have been facing issues since day 1. First the compressor made loud noises and the ac kept turning off on its own and now the pcb is burnt. After filing 6 complaints within 20 days, i m told that it will take 7 days to fix it. Did i pay 40k for all this trouble? Can someone take an action urgently as i want a replacement for this machine. If being in warranty it is giving me so much trouble, i dont want to waste a single penny in its repair once my warranty goes off. The service center does not have a pcb in thane. Then why is hitachi the number 1 choice i cant comprehend.
                      As the service center is not prompt in taking an action, i request you to help me out.

                        I purchased a 1.2 ton ac on 08/04/2018 from great eastern, kanchrapara 24 pgs (N) with invoice no w1824/1819/00245 and model no esg 314hbd.
                        During free service the service person only cleaned the filter and did not do anything. Now after a fault came that the indoor fan stops after approx 40 minutes. The technician visited and found that nor cooling coil cover was never opened and was totally jammed. Now the technician demands 3500 for replacing the pcb. The hitachi company has to take this mater seriously and replace the pcb free of cost as a customer does not know what are to be done during free service period as it is sole responsibility of hitachi service person to do his work properly. Pcb getting damaged within 18 months proves the poor quality. Please try to solve this mater in urgent basis

                        I feel sorry to convey that I have totally lost faith upon your product and after sale service. Your circuit board gets damaged within 18 months is shameful regarding your quality check. More over after purchasing the free service you are providing is at its worst state as there is no check list with the service engineer. I had to pay Rs 3500 to get it repaired . May be this is your business policy that the product gets damaged after the warranty period is over. I will never suggest my friend circle to ever bye a Hitachi Product.

                          2 years ago, my hitachi split ac 1.5 ton was not coling properly, we called technician they said, the problem lies in pcb, since machine is under amc they changed the pcb @no cost.. Now again pcb problem due to gas leak. Now i came to know that pcb which they replaced was not a new one, its already reworked pcb.. Now i paid nearly 4k.. Amc is waste.. Dont put amc, they are cheating customers for the sake of money.. Dont get fooled. I need a valid reason for this.. Y u changed the old reworked pcb.

                            My a/c is not cooling for last more than a month. I raised complain on 8th aug 2019. But till date no action has been initiated from them. A/c is under warrranty. Summers have passed and a/c is not working even today. They just say sorry for the inconvenience caused every day. My complain no. [protected]. I have already tried all the possible avenues to draw their attention but they probably have worst service network possible.
                            They have wasted my entire summer that too after spending 40000 on their # product.

                              I have purchased 1 ton split ac (Esfg311hcea - ac i/d gt[protected], ac o/d gt[protected], ac/wm/ref/cooler gt[protected]) vide inv. Now1924/1920/03411, from great eastern trading co, baguihati branch, kolkata-700059), on 26/5/19 & got it installed on 30/5/2019. Issue started on 2/8/19 when i found the ac is not cooling. Complaint lodged on 4/8/19 & received the service on 9/8/19. Refill of gas done. Again found outdoor fan is not functioning & ac is getting switched off automatically. Complaint lodged on 9/9/19. Person came & told motor is not working & he will come with his senior. 10/9/19 another technician came & told pcb of outdoor unit is faulty & need to be replaced which will take at least 10 days. Within 99 days of my new purchase i am unable to use ac more than 20 days. I have requested them to replace the machine since my 1st complaint but no body is responding. Worst service worst brand. I shall definitely ask not to go for this brand product.

                              I bought a split ac 1.5 ton March 2019, getting low cooling since the first installation...Many times technicians have visited but the problem is still same...So i request Hitachi to replace my ac with a new unit as it is under warranty .

                                We are very disappointed with the service for our refrigerator (415 litres) in delhi. The service center people are coming and are not able to find the fault. It is nearly 2 months and we are very worried to buy this refrigerator 2 years back.

                                Please note that i have 4 ac's all hitachi. So i am very surprised why the quality is so bad for refrigerator. For last 10 days we are waiting for the sensor to be delivered and yet not sure whether this will resolve the problem.

                                Please help us.

                                  I had logged a complain with hitachi dated 12th july 2019 stating my device is dead and not working and the led light blinks 7-8times. The technician said that the pcb & motar needs to be replaced, for which he has raised a request. Today is 5th of september, almost 2 months from the 1st day of logging complain and my ac is still dead. I have sent n number of emails & calls to the service centre guys and the answer that i get we dont know the status of the order and dont know when the part will arrive. Previously i was told that the waregouse has caught fire.. I understood their situation, but now no more...2months and i have no update of the part. On calling the hitachi service centre i get to know that the service centre guys will call you but never have i received any call from them.
                                  I have my wedding next month, and here i am following you with this useless service centre. I want the issue to be resolved in this week itself... Its high time now.

                                  I did a biiiiiig bistake buying a hitachi product and will never recomment the same.

                                    I have raised a request/complaint on 28/08/2019 for my window ac. A technician visited on 29/08/2019 and found that the evaporated coil has damaged and needs to be replaced. It has been more than a weak now but the coil has not yet installed. There is no update after several follow ups with hitachi call centre executives and service centre manager.
                                    Everytime i call them they only say wait for some more days. I bought hitachi product because of its good name in the market but i must say post sale service is very poor. I have also escalated this issue to their management (Mr. Vishal marar, manager national service centre) but no response.
                                    Now if i call at their call centre they say service centre executive will call you but i don't received any call till now.

                                    I would not recommend anyone to buy hitachi products at all.

                                      My two hitachi inverter 1.5 tonnes ac’s are registered.18 days ago a technician visited me and checked the parts which were not working. There was two parts not working from each of the ac, i. E, four parts in totality. The technician told me that the parts would be bought under one week and it would be fixed. Till now i have not received any reminder of the parts and even 25 days have passed. I have contacted hitachi customer care more than 10 times to get reminder about the parts missing. I would request you to escalate this issue and serve this matter with high priority. So therefore without any further delay please look on to my problem. Please resolve the problem asap.

                                        My hitachi refrigerator model number r-s31nvnd (3 door 366 lts) with case number [protected] is being worked upon currently. I had to raise another case because my fridge has been working intermittently for more than the last 2 years and everytime someone used to come, they used to do something, say additional parts were required, and then not follow up with the service.

                                        And the refrigerator used to breakdown everytime the air temperature used to go up or lots of stuff was being put in the fridge.

                                        The current executive working on my fridge with case number [protected] told me today that there was a part which was replaced by some hitachi technician itself was replaced by a samsung part and not an original hitachi part. How can an authorised hitachi technician do this? That is just cheating on another level. I would like hitachi to kindly conduct an internal inquiry of their authorised technicians in the area and check on the work they are doing and also get my refrigerator fixed because i bought hitachi for it's technical excellence, not horribly shoddy and poor service.
