I bought a hitachi merai ac 3 weeks back. Have been facing issues since day 1. First the compressor made loud noises and the ac kept turning off on its own and now the pcb is burnt. After filing 6 complaints within 20 days, i m told that it will take 7 days to fix it. Did i pay 40k for all this trouble? I purchased a 1.2 ton ac on 08/04/2018 from great eastern, kanchrapara 24 pgs (N) with invoice no w1824/1819/00245 and model no esg 314hbd.

We are very disappointed with the service for our refrigerator (415 litres) in delhi. The service center people are coming and are not able to find the fault. It is nearly 2 months and we are very worried to buy this refrigerator 2 years back.

It was a defected piece and within 1 month, one of its part got damaged.
Now when we have registered our complainent, no body replacing that product, neither they are repairing that.
