Complaint ref number is [protected]. This is dated 24/9. And today is 17/10. As of now, the complaint remains pending. Product is un-repaired.ac is lying just like. I have not been contacted also since so many days about the product. I wonder, how can hitachi take almost a month to attend to their own product.

It was been so many days since hitachi person visited my house to see the ac (Water dripping issue). This guy committed that a part has to replaced, and he will revert in 2 hours. So many days, and there is no update yet. Today when i called on customer care, i am told, they have no update yet, and they'll revert soon. He took rs.500/-. And no result???
I never expected unprofessional-ism like this. I seem to have committed a blunder by buying a hitachi product. Never thought, in case of an issue, i will have to deal with totally bad system of hitachi, in india.
I have done the calling already on[protected]. No response is satisfactory.

Updated by rajivkhr Some Time ????? Already almost a month old story. If you cant repair / replace your own machine, why do you work in India ? And no person calls back to explain. That's the worst part !!!
