My registered number is not working.
Few days back i called hitachi and told them this thing so they changed the number.in their records they have even not entered my right address but the strange thing is ac came at right address and installation b oh y also came at right address but when i called for service thay are telling me that the address you are telling is not that same wow. Also he said what your installation is not done through hitachi service but i installed my ac only by contacting hitachi. That installation boy only gave me one number [protected] saying that if you face any problem then you can contact on this number. After some days of installation i found that water is leaking from compressor so i contacted the same number that installation boy gave me and hitachi employee only picked it up that time and i told the problem and their service boy came to fix it. See now also they have come to right address but in their records address which which was present was wrong how strange it is.
My ac warranty ended on 20.05.2020 which means in lockdown. So when lockdown opened i contacted hitachi customer service now what they are saying your ac is out of warranty you have pay for ac service. From two service i haven't got any one. When last year summer came to end i contacted the same number given by i installation boy. So that time what hitachi employees were doing is everything time i call them and what they tell to me mam a message you will receive you can contact to that number. This happened many times. So after some days i just left calling thinking that.in next coming summer i will call for service but this time in summer it was lockdown going on. Is that my mistake that lockdown was going on. I want one service.

    I have purchased hitachi 1.5 ton 4 star inverter ac whose details given below & ac is under warranty.
    Model no : - rsn 417 hcea
    Indore unit no : - se190d92917
    Outdoor unit no. :- 190d51793
    Coolant r410

    My ac is not cooling the room so on date 24 may 2020 i have filled a online complaint for “ no cooling issue “ against complaint no [protected] but not fully resolved & closed in your system.
    Again i have filled a new complaint no [protected] again force close in systems without any resolution.
    Again new complaint no [protected]

    My room size where ac is installed is 90-100 square feet & ac is feeding the power with stabilizer in input voltage range 230 v +/- 10% of 1 phase 50 hz, whereas this ac is also able to cool 180-200 square feet room.

    Service engineer came on 25 may 20 to check "no cooling issue" of my ac. He checked and said that this issue is due to leakage of refrigerant gas however he could not identify the leakage point at that time.

    I suggested him to perform nitrogen test on my ac but he denied to perform the same on site (At my home) & asked me to send the ac to the service center.

    Next day i have taken my ac to the service center and left it there. After 2 days service engineer called me & said that no leakage was found in your ac & give my ac to take back to my home.

    Same day service engineer came & filled the refrigerant gas r410 but pressure of gas was low & current taken by compressor is not rated current which is 7.1 amp. & cooling is not coming at the desired temperature 16 degree when checked by service engineer by temperature meter at ambient temperature 35 degree centigrade.

    Again after 2 days service engineer came to top up the gas refrigerant but unable to resolve the issue of cooling when set temperature is at 16 degree the service engineer temperature meter is showing 20 degree centigrade inside the indoor unit (Emitted air temp.) at ambient temp 33 degree centigrade. & compressor draw 3.5 ampere to 4.5 ampere current where as full capacity loading current of ac is 7.1 ampere.

    Again on 10th june 2020 hitachi service engineer came & top up the refrigerant gas r410 now compressor is drawing full capacity current 7-8 ampere but my indoor ac unit unable to cool or emits air temperature less then 21 degree centigrade. & room temperature never goes below 29 degree centigrade resulting continuous running of compressor.

    When i checked this temperature test with another 3 star 1.5 ton hitachi ac at set temperature of 16 degree (Lowest) of indoor unit emits inside temperature of air is reaching 6 to 7 degree centigrade.

    Hence it is concluded that hitachi supplied defective / faulty unit of ac or its model rsn417hcea is defective which is never meet the desired temperature parameter & never chilling the room temperature below 28 degree centigrade.

    If you want to cool the room at 16 deg c then the indoor unit emits the air temperature should be less than 8- 10 deg centigrade for some time then only it will meet the room temperature at 16 degree centigrade.

    Hence you are requested to replace the faulty unit of my ac with new fresh unit of same model as my ac already under warranty & as already i have faced a lot of delay.

        Below are the events related to the above order which are an example of a frustrating customer service:

        1) the e-shop helplines [protected]@jci-hitachi.com, [protected]@jci-hitachi.com are not replying on email and 91-[protected],[protected] are switched off.

        2) i have sent dozens of emails to hhli. [protected]@gmail.com, [protected]@jci-hitachi.com and [protected]@jci-hitachi.com but no response from them as well.

        3) no valuable information on the order status was given on helplines mentioned above.

        4) product haven't being shipped from your warehouse even after 15 days, although it was mentioned on your website that you will deliver the product within 7 days.

        I want the below information regarding my order:

        1) where is the ac package right now?

        2) how long will it take to deliver it?

        3) what is the correct information for the order customer care number, poc, transporter contact details?

        I understand that the situations are not normal because of covid-19, but that is not an excuse for such a bad customer service. If it isn't possible for hhli to give the correct order information to the customers, then why are the orders being accepted via eshop at all?

        What will be the point of spending this much money on buying an ac if i am going to get it after the summers are over?

          I bought 1 ton window ac on aug '19. Last to last sunday the compressor exploded and the gas leaked. Since then i have spoken to customer service many times and i get no new update rather than "spare part pending". They also don't provide me a time or deadline. I have been waiting more than a week.

          I have lost hopes for fix

            One ton faulty ac and asked for replacement but no response

            I have purchased hitachi 1. O t ac, with in one year ac has encountered frequent gas leakage, below are the details:

              Order cancelled more than 10 days ago but money not refunded, no response from any of the email or phone numbers mentioned on website.

              I will wait for 3-4 days more else i think only option to pursue is police complaint of a fraud.

                My ac is less than 1 year old and its controller is damaged. It has been around 15 days since i registered a complaint to hitachi. One executive came after 2 days and said the part is damaged and will be replaced within 3 days. Since then i am following these guys, customer care and nobody is listening. After so many follow ups with customer care and the local team i escalated the matter to hitachi escalation managers level 1 (Mr. Vishal mrar), level 2 (Mr. Satish nair) but they also didn't respond and closed the escalation before i could escalate to level 3 (Mr. Rajesh nagari).
                I am not sure what to do now but i am really disappointed with hitachi customer service and will never purchase any hitachi products. I will also suggest my friends to boycott hitachi products as they get damaged too soon and then you don't get proper service from them.

                Worst service support from Hitachi.

                Service is very poor for Hitachi Ac Service. Don't waster your precious money. I purchased split AC from Hitachi. Product is damaged. Product is still under warranty but interesting part is that no one respond to you. Once product is sold they are not bother about its services.
                Better go to Samsung. Service team is fabulous
                Think twice before purchasing Hitachi Product specially AC. Services are pathetic.

                Sorry to for the complaint as this is the last resort for consumers like us. Hitachi has got the pathetic customer support and unfortunately i had purchased a window AC for that i need their service. even for AC servicing i need to follow up with the technicians all the time. customer care folks never receive a call. I registered for AC servicing on Friday 9th September 2022 and received an SMS with the technician details however nobody called that they are coming. So, i called the technician (Yoganand) and he said i am on long leave talk to Pavan(another techie). Pawan said i will come on Sunday (he didnt say about TAT0. then on sunday Pawan said call my manager Chetan i wont come. Now i called Chetan ( notice the goal goal chakkar here). Chetan said Monday techie would come. Monday i am waiting till now. also, i connected to chat support to lodge a complaint against the techie. that guy (Mr Sanjay Premnani) said they cant lodge complaint against techie as there is a TAT of 48 hours however being a customer of 3 years i never knew that and no one told me before.
                while am writing this, am staill waiting for the techie's call or i know i will have to follow up.
                Now, can anyone please take my request as i want to complaint against these techies.
                I now understand why people dont go for Hitachi and go for SAMSUNG. people need proper customer service as well with a good quality product.

                    I am writing this in reference to my previous complaints that i had with this company. Well people please be aware and never purchase any products from hitachi ever. This company is a fraudulent company. They never listen to your queries and they would close the case without any resolution. Their executives will stall you and tell you that they are coming but you keep waiting for them but they wont pay visit. You try to fix the issue within warranty and they wont show up and when warranty is expired they will come and lick your # and get money and then they vanish. I am really stuck with this company and i am just going to throw their products now. They just fetch money out of your pockets. Rigorous emails has been sent to their customer service to higher authorities escalated the matter to level 1 level 2 level 3, but no one care to call you or email you despite mentioning my email address my phone number everything and this is going on since 4th may til date and i don't see any resolution coming from them. I have no option left but to seek legal attorney in this case now as this is my last and final attempt. I have submitted all the documents numerous times but no resolution or action has been taken. Now this is my last and final attempt. After this i would be moving to legal authorities

                      Hello

                      This is a worst sort of experience i am facing. I have bought so many products from different companies but has never faced problem such as this. I bought 3 hitachi split acs last year (2019) in july, i hardly used them for 1-1/2 to 2 months but then in this current season when i started my ac there was no cooling at all (Just imagine brand new split ac and just for hardly two months no cooling) and i found out that the gas is leaked. Then i made an online complaint on 5th of this month (May) and registered a complaint ([protected]). Few days later, 2 people came and went saying the gas has leaked and other team will come to fill it up and till date nothing happened. I called the excellent customer care service center of hitachi at least twice and they are just causally keep on saying within few days it will be done due to lockdown and so on. The person who was assigned for the job does not even care to pick his phone (Vivek - [protected]), today, itself i have called at least 18 times but who cares (Even no call back till now).

                      The company claim so high on customer satisfaction that we care we care,, do they even know the meaning of "we care." now tell me what should i do, should i throw my ac and again buy a new ac which i have only used for 2 months, so that the sales can rise by 1 unit..

                      Tell me,, after reading this they will say "oh we are so so sorry and we will take appropriate action and that action will take another 2 weeks and then you will make excuse with lockdown or corona or something new"

                      Please tell me what should i do.

                        I had purchased hitachi aircondiner windows aircondiner in june 2019. Last week when i tried to get the air-conditioner serviced i was told that it has has leakge issue for which i raised a new complaint on saturday 23/5/2020. I want to highlight thay hitachi customer service is so pathetic & their engineers who visit our home seems to be untrained and illmannerd. I'm receiving messages about my request being allocated to different engineers however nobody has visited my house. I have been chasing them from last week but nobody has provided a clear answer yet. I have a brand new hitachi aircondiner which is not working, don't know what to do.

                          Purchase date - 23rd june 2018 - model no. Hitachi rb500pndg gbk - 2 doors. It stopped working on dated 22nd april 2020 but got the message that due to lockdown it won't support till 4th of may 2020. However, lockdown extended and we struggled with no fridge for almost 60 days.

                          Now my complaint is after spending 60k for hitachi's best brand fridge, which stopped working under 2 years and there was no instruction by hitachi seller that inverter would create the issue with electricity fluctuation.

                          Hitachi seller did not explain this point and post-sale service agency is behaving like they don't care about you. They said that it is not my problem it is a sales issue, they would have informed you at the time of sale.

                          Hitachi field service guy came today 25th may 2020 and he said that pcb has stopped working and has to change it with inr 14k new pcb with a 1-month warranty. It feels like hitachi is selling bad components. We have suffered for 60 days. My mother had cancer and she suffered as well. How to compensate for our suffering.

                          I book the complaint on 22nd april -

                            I purchased the above make ac from local dealer rg"s airconditioning company on 27 july 2019 (Bill no rg's/882 ref: 31/56).

                            Since 11th may ac is not giving any cooling and the complaint is lodged with hitachi customer care having complaint no:[protected] on 12 th may 2020. After vigorous followup the technician visited and informed that there is gas leakage problem hence no cooling. Despite lapse of 4 days thereafter the complaint is not resolved. On calling the customer care vague replies of:" no gas stock available and cannot assure definite time frame to attend have been given".

                            This is totally unacceptable when the machine is in warranty period and the customer complaints are kept at bay for petty reosons.

                                Before i start please refer to this complaint which i filed
                                On 2nd april 2019 - https://www.consumercomplaints.in/hitachi-home-life-solutions-india-hhli-totally... it was a huge dissatisfaction for me but the day i filed this the same day i got call from senior authorities - hitachi and within 2-3 days my request was closed positively. I faced a new problem that was water dripping from indoor unit. The problem started in september 1st week. I filed complain on hitachi mobile app. I registered complain 4 times and they visited 8 times approx.in a month time. But the problem never got resolved. Everytime technician visited they said problem is resolved now. But water starts dripping after 1-3 hours max. After they leave. I last registered complain in 1st week of october but the problem remains same. I was out of station for some weeks and after that when i returned i also forget to register complain as i didn't used ac due to season change. This year after technician visited for ac servicing he said that coil needs to be changed as it is not working and there is no gas in ac. I contacted service center but the manager said that part are not available and they will get back to me once they will receive required parts. Then this lockdown started due to covid and all operations remained closed. I was in touch with the manager and called him to know if they are operational or not (After new announcements made by govt. During this period). I discussed with him on last monday 18th may. He said he will receive part by thursday and will send senior technician by friday. I called him on thursday evening and he confirmed that he have received the part but he will not be able to send the technician on friday due to man-power shortage. He asked me to call on friday for an update but since then he is not picking. I also tried calling on office number but no one picked.
                                My wife is expecting and is in her 6th month of pregnancy. Temperature has now reached 42 degree and will increase by days. I have told all this to manager and asked him on humanity ground to solve my problem on urgent basis. But no response. I would like you guys to resolve the issue on immediate basis from which i am suffering since more than 1 year.
                                I am in urgent need and helpless as i could not contact anyone. Neither the service center is responding neither on toll-free number i am getting any response. I have attached image of complain request done by me in past time.

                                I understand this. But please understand my point also. Service center manager promised me to solve my problem on 22nd of May. As he will receive parts from company on 21st May.When I called on 21st may, He told me on due to man-power shortage it will take 2-3 days more. But he stopped to respond my msg and calls. After complaining here and when my wife messaged her from her number on 26th May 2020 about this he picked my call and asked to call me same day evening and he didn't picked. After continuous calls he picked after 2 days and said he will solve my problem on Monday, 1st of June without fail 101%(This was his commitment). He is again not picking since yesterday. I totally understand the shortage of manpower shortage. But I am suffering from more than 1 year from this. Authorized person have no value for the words even committed by himself. I am not able to contact anyone. The service center manager is not responding to my calls. Kindly let me know my fault or else let me know straight away what is exact timeline I need to wait?

                                  It's been exact one year and our hitachi inverter ac 1 ton does not cool properly. 3 months ago pcb got replaced and again engg said that again pcb will get replaced.
                                  No proper response nothing good from their side. Poor service.
                                  Please help. And let me know as it is a very costly product #[protected]

                                      I have ordered 5100x ac on 18th april, 2020 through hitachi/eshop. Order no. 39179.

                                      Today, it is almost 25 days after ordered. I was trying to contact since 20 days but no one is peeking the phone. I have tried to contact to [protected] which is special for delivery related querry in covid 19 pandemic, but even there no one is peeking the phone. I have mailed them and also reminder but no one is responding.

                                      Now, i am frustrated. I don't know what to do.

                                      Today it is almost 4 days after 17th April as you commented to look in to the issue, But till date have not received my ac.
                                      Since last 2 days your company mail as well as online portal sawing that product is under shipping. Today i called your warehouse person. He said that my order wasn't shipped yet. How rediculous is that?

                                      I have ordered on 18th april. Today it is more than 1 month. How much you need more time.

                                      I don't think so, hitachi is customer centric company. Such incidents spoil Hitachi's reputation.

                                        Sir/madam,

                                        With due respect i am writing this email to you towards the most pathetic and most worst service provided by your so called hired technicians. Well i don't know why you cant get a better authorized service stations where at least you could hire well educated people.

                                        Well i would like to tell you about the incident that took place on the 7th of this month. Well i used your hitachi phone app and i placed for a service on the 2nd of may and i got a request call on the 7th of may from your technician mr. Harpreet singh and he said that he would be visiting. So he came and visited and checked and said that the gas on my air con is low so i need to refill it and it would cost me rs 3500 and took rs 1000 from me as advance. I said not an issue and get the work done. So he called the delivery boy and he got my air con picked up from my home and they took it with them

                                        The next day this guy mr harpreet singh never showed up and the delivery guy came and along with him there was another guy who introduced himself as sachin. Now they installed the air con and we asked them that the air con is dirty and its never been washed and cleaned it is only refilled with gas so at least do the servicing properly as the filters and other parts are still dusty. To which this guy sachin said that, "i am an engineer and this is not my job." the delivery guy said he doesn't do the cleaning and they just installed the air con without cleaning and servicing.

                                        Now i called the customer care the same day and told them this, to which they just asked me to raise the complaint in the email. But i thought to talk to the technician mr harpreet singh because i needed to change the front grill of my air con as it was broken. So he said that he would visit me the next day on the 9th of may and he will service and clean the air con and also he will install and replace the broken grill. I said fine

                                        The next day he came and he changed the grill and said that he forgot his accessories to wash the air con so he will do that on monday and just charged my rs 1800 for the grill and left. He said that he would visit on monday and he will do it.

                                        On monday 11th of may i kept calling this guy mr harpreet singh but he kept stalling me whole day and kept saying i am coming, i am on my way etc etc.

                                        Well i had no option left now but to write to you people and the same i will be raising it on the consumer court forum. Well this is the most pathetic and worst service ever. Well you guys train your people to lie to cheat to scam. Just once you took money out of a consumer's pocket, you dont even care whether his issue is resolved or not.

                                        I really don't understand, i mean are you guys not earning well or are you guys going in a loss that you are scamming people and fetching money out of people pockets and running your own houses and paying your own bills. Well if this is the case then why dont you shut down your businesses and just scam people like others doing. Because that is what you are good at. Pathetic services.. Wont recommend anyone to buy hitachi products ever because your after sale services are worst.

                                        I am enclosing all the bills including the id card of the technician who visited me and this is my last interaction with you people.
