This is a worst sort of experience i am facing. I have bought so many products from different companies but has never faced problem such as this. I bought 3 hitachi split acs last year (2019) in july, i hardly used them for 1-1/2 to 2 months but then in this current season when i started my ac there was no cooling at all (Just imagine brand new split ac and just for hardly two months no cooling) and i found out that...

I had purchased hitachi aircondiner windows aircondiner in june 2019. Last week when i tried to get the air-conditioner serviced i was told that it has has leakge issue for which i raised a new complaint on saturday 23/5/2020. I want to highlight thay hitachi customer service is so pathetic & their engineers who visit our home seems to be untrained and illmannerd. I'm receiving messages about my request being allocated to different engineers...

Purchase date - 23rd june 2018 - model no. Hitachi rb500pndg gbk - 2 doors. It stopped working on dated 22nd april 2020 but got the message that due to lockdown it won't support till 4th of may 2020. However, lockdown extended and we struggled with no fridge for almost 60 days.

Now my complaint is after spending 60k for hitachi's best brand fridge, which stopped working under 2 years and there was no instruction by hitachi...

I purchased the above make ac from local dealer rg"s airconditioning company on 27 july 2019 (Bill no rg's/882 ref: 31/56).

Since 11th may ac is not giving any cooling and the complaint is lodged with hitachi customer care having complaint no:[protected] on 12 th may 2020. After vigorous followup the technician visited and informed that there is gas leakage problem hence no cooling. Despite lapse of 4 days thereafter the...

It's been exact one year and our hitachi inverter ac 1 ton does not cool properly. 3 months ago pcb got replaced and again engg said that again pcb will get replaced.
No proper response nothing good from their side. Poor service.
Please help. And let me know as it is a very costly product #[protected]...

I have ordered 5100x ac on 18th april, 2020 through hitachi/eshop. Order no. 39179.

Today, it is almost 25 days after ordered. I was trying to contact since 20 days but no one is peeking the phone. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the hitachi split a/c i purchased from kbm store in yusuf sarai in south delhi, address : 20/1-2 yusuf sarai 04 metro station.

I purchased hitachi dual inverter split in july i got it installed from hitachi on 24th february, the product is of very low plastic quality and when it is on there is rattling noise from it's plastic moreover there is no where on spilt a/c hitachi and...

I have purchased hitachi refrigerator in may, 2016 & within his warranty period it’s electrical kit got damaged. Part replacement has been done in 2017 & again in oct, 2019 same issue has been occurred in electrical kit. I have already purchased stabiliser in 2017 for safety to avoid this kind of issues for future prospect. But same breakdown has occurred. For replacement i have to give 8k for the part.in this case this product is not addding...

I had registered 6 7 complaints about servicing of my window ac but everytime they close the complaint saying "not able to contact customer". At the same if complaint is registered for something else, the customer easily becomes available, the service person comes to the house and then gives you the excuse that he needs 1 more person to get the ac down from window and he shall return back the next day but that next day never comes. Don’t buy #hitachi products
I had very bad experience of hitachi refrigerator.
Compressor, colling coil (Made from aluminium and not copper – its hitachi) and capillary tube has malfunctioned within 3 yrs of manufacturing. I have paid good amount to replace the stuff.
They are giving 10 yrs on warranty on compressor but not a single compressor was in stock in ahmedabad ware house. – they have millions of refrigerators...

I bought hitachi rsb 318 ead - 170b36100 model on[protected]. It is getting problem since it's bought. During the warranty period it's been repaired two times. After completion of warranty also its board got trouble and i have to spend rs 3500 for repair in the month of february, 2019. Now same problem repeated. I almost spent re 6000 till now but it's faulty. The hitachi has cheated me by selling faulty product. It's just 2 years and 7months...
