I complaint for non coolling of the ac (2 years old) and the guys mentioned that it was a gas leakage. He took 5000 to put gas in the ac and told us that as its been done through the company only we wont face an issue too early. He installed the gas on 26th march and today is 27th april and my ac is not even giving a normal air how can i expect cooling. It is very disheartening to pay such a big amount and then again it is the same problem....

This is in reference to my hitachi 586 litre side by side refrigerator (R-w660pnd3). Got this around 4-5 years back. The issue is that the door handle has broken again & needs a replacement. We had got it replaced almost 2 years back (Infact the complete door was replaced as the handle is attached to the glass door & does not come separately) & now it has again broken because of substandard plastic used by the company.
