My complaint pertaining to the 3 door refrigerator has been pending since last 6 months (First complaint on 26/27 september 2018. Many follow ups attended on 6 dec 2018-approximatelty, which did not completely solve the issue and since then complaint unattended). Either the technicians sent are incapable or cite stupid excuses as parts not available previous complaint got attended after a long long gap and many follow ups plus requests that...

Today when i installed my 1.5 ton ac by the technician of the company... They found the ac is completely damaged.. Its pcb and other parts are brokedown... Also it is sorrounded by elastic tape inside... So i asking hitachi company is it not his duty to replaced me a new one... As it is damaged from the seal opening??? Is replacement of parts of the ac sufficient as hitachi a good name brand???...

I purchased a refrigerator - r-wb480pnd2 - gbw - bottom freezer (3 door 456 ltr) 4 years back. Hi hitachi team,
My faulty hitachi inverter ac was to be replaced and its been 1 month since any reply from hitachi team.
I had emailed mentioning the same with registered contact number, but no reply to email since past 2 weeks.
Hitachi service centre does not give any proper update or any proper date within which the ac will be replaced.
Very frustrated with the services from hitachi.

We have purchased 1.5 ton split ac unit on 20/06/2016, that is 2 years and 4 months before.
Currently ac cooling is not coming.
Hitachi technician visited and after investigation informed that the indoor coil has been damaged and need to be replaced.
They have provided estimated expense of 10, 000+ rs.

I recently bought hitachi split ac from flipkart. After installed, it didnt work at all. Hitachi technician told me pcb is faulty and needs to be replaced. Even after 10 days, they have not replaced pcb. Whenever i call hitachi toll free no., they say it will take 3-6 days in getting the part. So i have to wait. Such poor and pathetic service. I need immediate resolution....

Complaint no [protected] with hattachi call center on 7th october. On 9th tech mr from crystal air cool mira road thane charged rs 500 (Receipt no 8152) told that pcb has to be replaced and take 4-5 days how on quarry told that when part will be received not known

I bought a NEW Window AC of Hitachi Make form a dealer in Dwarka Sector -7 on June 28th, from the beginning there is thick layer of ice formation .

The company is full of the the dealer . The service support is pathetic m they even don't know the how to repair and how to diagnose the defect.

I purchased split ac from online plateform in the month march'18 and unit stopped functioning on 26th august. I made a complaint (No. [protected]) to customer care for service & repair, as the product is still under warranty.

On 4th october, 2018 at 19:09 p. M, i withdrew an amount of ₹4500 from a moneyspot atm in mohan bazar atm id - mp00050.1note of ₹500 with 2 notes of ₹2000 each came out and both the ₹2000 notes were damaged;one was half torn and other was stuck carefully with cello tape. I registered a complaint on sept 11th 2018. The engineer came and verified that the pcb had burnt out. He said a replacement will be available in 1 week latest. Over 2 weeks passed by without any calls. By the way, i have an amc with hitachi!.

We purchased 3 door hitachi refrigerator from sargam electronic dealer on dated 16.10.2016 of inr 64000.00 with 10 years warranty.
