Updated by srvdutta Hitachi Team has come twice to my place regarding cooling complaint of my AC, they have filled Gas citing leakage and despite my repeated requests to check it properly for any other leakage, they denied to do so saying that is not my job and instead misbehaved with me.
I am sending emails to Hitachi every day for the past 2 weeks to resolve my issue.
I now receive an email from Hitachi saying that they will close the issue.
What kind of service is this?
I do not receive any call and all these promises of sharing updates seem just an eyewash.
This is extreme form of customer harassment. Please help to resolve

I have already highlighted my concern above, but highlighting again below.
I have issues with 2 Hitachi ACs.
For 1 Ac, Gas has been filled twice in the last 3 weeks but still Cooling problem is not resolved.
I highlighted the same at the time of Gas filling that the cooling issue is not resolved. Even the temperature meter ( showed 24 when set at 16) and the PSI reading ( 55) reflected the same.
But the Hitachi engineer denied to listen to me and instead misbehaved with me.
Please help to resolve the issue ASAP.
For the other AC, Gas has been filled once but still Cooling problem is not resolved.
Hitachi engineer found an issue with a valve in the outdoor unit and said that they need to take it to their place for repair. I denied the same for obvious reasons.
Please help to resolve the same at my place.
I am suffering for 3 weeks and I have not received a single call from Hitachi and instead I get an email that my com plaint will be closed.
How can you close the complaint if my problem is not resolved.
I sent multiple emails before last weekend that I am available only on weekends but I did not receive a single call from Hitachi in the weekend.
I am available any day before 9 am or after 7 pm and on weekends ( Sat/Sun) between 10 am to 2 pm.
Please help to fix the issues in both the ACs at this time.
Please note that I have already paid over 10k to Hitachi for the installation and the Gas filling of both ACs and still I am not able to use the ACs.
I have also invested 3-4 days with Hitachi engineers trying to resolve the issue.
Also note that I have not denied to pay any valve charge as is written in the email above - I have questioned why a 1/4 valve should cost Rs 700 and if it indeed costs that much, I am fine to pay the same if my cooling problem is resolved.
Also, please do not send engineers from the service center, they are highly inefficient and lack basic customer etiquetes. How else would you explain 2 times gas filling being done and still the issue not being resolved?
Please send efficient and well trained engineers directly from the company who can diagnose and resolve the issue at my place.
